Abstract

The results showed that: 1) Work experience had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.244. 2) Work experience has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.570. 3) Education level has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.335. 4) Education level has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.326. 5) Work ability has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.417. 6) Work experience has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.238. 7) Education level has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by work ability with the original sample value of 0.140.

Abstract

The results showed that 1.) Leadership style had a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.490. 2.) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on loyalty with the original sample value of 0.501. 3.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on loyalty with the original sample value of 0.426. 4.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with the original sample value of 0.407. 5.) Loyalty has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.664. 6.) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by loyalty with an original sample value of 0.332. 7.) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on teacher performance mediated by loyalty with an original sample value of 0.270.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on performance; 2) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on the work discipline of the Sampang Police Resort (Polres); 3) to test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel work discipline; 4) To test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel performance; 5) to test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on personnel work discipline; 6) to test and analyze whether leadership style has a significant effect on personnel performance mediated by personnel work discipline; 7) to test and analyze whether emotional intelligence has a significant effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. The results showed that: 1) Leadership style had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.351 and the p-values of 0.000; 2) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.491 and the p-values of 0.000; 3) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.256 and p-values of 0.000; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.148 and the p-values of 0.000; 5) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.345 and p-values of 0.004; 6) leadership style has no significant positive effect on performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.169 and the p-values of 0.000; 7) emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on personnel performance mediated by work discipline. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.088 and the p-values of 0.000.

The Effect of Teaching Experience and Work Discipline on Teacher Work Performance Mediated by Professionalism (Study on SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan teachers, Sampang Regency), Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypotheses between the hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 61 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS analysis and PLS Program SEM analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) to test and analyze whether teaching experience has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency; 2) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency; 3) To test and analyze whether teaching experience has a direct effect on the professionalism of SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan teachers, Sampang Regency; 4) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a direct effect on the professionalism of SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan teachers, Sampang Regency; 5) To test and analyze whether professionalism has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency; 6) To test and analyze whether teaching experience has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism; 7) To test and analyze whether work discipline has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism. The results of the study show that: 1) Teaching experience has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, with an original sample value of 0.451 and a p-value of 0.000; 2) Work discipline has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, with an original sample value of 0.199 and a p-value of 0.037; 3) Teaching experience has a direct effect on teacher professionalism at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.509 and a p-value of 0.000; 4) Work discipline has a direct effect on teacher professionalism at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, with an original sample value of 0.251 and a p-value of 0.038; 5) Professionalism has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.267 and a p-value of 0.011; 6) Teaching experience has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.136 and a p-value of 0.035; 7) Work discipline has an indirect effect on teacher performance at SMPI Miftahul Ulum Tambelengan, Sampang Regency, which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.067 and a p-value of 0.013.

Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 60 employees. The purposes of this study are 1) To test and analyze whether competence has a significant effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees 2) To test and analyze whether competence has a significant influence on the commitment of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. 3) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant influence on the commitment of Class IIA Pamekasan Penitentiary (LAPAS) employees. 4) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant influence on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. 5) To test and analyze whether employee commitment has a significant influence on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees. 6) To test and analyze whether competence has a significant influence on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees with commitment as an intervening variable. 7) To test and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Class IIA Pamekasan Correctional Institution (LAPAS) employees with commitment as an intervening variable. The effect of education on the performance of nurses in health services through competence as an intervention variable (study on nurses at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency). Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 58 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe the education, training, competence and performance of nurses in health service policies at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. . 2) To find out and analyze whether education has an influence on the performance of nurses in efforts to provide health services at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. 3) To find out and analyze whether education has an influence on competence in callisng for health services at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. 4) To find out and analyze whether competence has an influence on the performance of nurses in efforts to provide health services at the Kowel Health Center, Pamekasan Regency. 5) To find out and analyze whether education has an influence on the performance of nurses at the Kowel Health Center in Pamekasan Regency in efforts to provide health services through competence as an intervention variable. The results showed that: 1) Education has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.528. 2) Education has a positive and significant effect on content as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.362. 3) Competence on nurse performance has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the original sample value that is equal to 0.540. 4) Education on nurse performance mediated by content has a positive and significant effect as evidenced by the original sample value that is equal to 0.285.

The influence of organizational culture on the performance of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by Career Development, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 47 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) To analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the career development of Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 3) To analyze the effect of career development on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees; 4) To analyze the indirect effect of organizational culture on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees mediated by career development. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Office employees with an original sample value of 0.338; 2) Organizational culture has a significant influence on the career development of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service with an original sample value of 0.547; 3) Career development has a significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.593; 4) Organizational culture has a significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Pamekasan Regency Population and Civil Registration Service which is mediated by career development with an original sample value of 0.324 and a p-value of 0.000.

The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1) To describe the job characteristics, motivation and work performance of employees at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 2) To test and analyze the direct influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 3) To test and analyze the direct influence of work ability on employee motivation at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 4) To test and analyze the direct influence of motivation on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service. 5) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of job characteristics on employee work performance at the Sampang Regency Regional Inspectorate Service which is mediated by motivation. The research results show that: 1) Job characteristics have an insignificant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.100. 2) Job characteristics have a significant effect on motivation with a p value of 0.000. 3) Motivation has a significant effect on work performance with a p value of 0.000. 4) Job characteristics have a significant effect on work performance which is mediated by motivation with a p value of 0.007.

This type of research is explanatory, namely to test the hypothesis between hypothesized variables that will be tested. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 42 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher performance has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) To test and analyze whether education has a significant indirect effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance. The results showed that: 1) Education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.174 and p-values of 0.045. 2) Education has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.335, and the p-values of 0.021. 3) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.717 and p-values of 0.000. 4) Education has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.240 and the p-values of 0.002.
