Abstract

Nurhayati, 2023. The influence of organizational culture on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency which is mediated by professionalism, the Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. The type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 45 respondents. Data analysis uses SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this research are: 1) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency; 2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the professionalism of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency; 3) To analyze the influence of professionalism on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency; 4) To analyze the indirect influence of organizational culture on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency, which is mediated by professionalism. The results of the research show that: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency with an original sample value of 0.163; 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on the professionalism of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency with an original sample value of 0.267; 3) Professionalism has a significant effect on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency with an original sample value of 0.292; 4) Organizational culture has a significant indirect effect on the work performance of teachers at SMPN 1 Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency, which is mediated by professionalism with an original sample value of 0.070 and a p-value of 0.009.

Abstract

The results of the study show that: 1) Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.131 and the p-value of 0.246. 2) Promotion has a significant positive effect on performance as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.561 and the p-value of 0.000.

The results of the study show that: 1.) Transformational leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.091. 2.) Training has a significant positive effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.480.

The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Employees of the Village Community Empowerment Service in Sampang Regency which is mediated by work characteristics, Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative, the research sample is 47 respondents. Data analysis uses SPSS and PLS analysis. The aims of this study were: 1) To analyze the influence of competence on the performance of the Village Community Empowerment Service employees in Sampang Regency; 2) To analyze the effect of competency on the job characteristics of the Village Community Empowerment Service employees in Sampang Regency; 3) To analyze the influence of job characteristics on the performance of employees of the Village Community Empowerment Office of Sampang Regency; 4) To analyze the indirect effect of competence on the performance of employees of the Village Community Empowerment Service in Sampang Regency which is mediated by job characteristics; The results of the study show that: 1) Competence has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Village Community Empowerment Service in Sampang Regency with an original sample value of 0.320; 2) Competence has a significant effect on the job characteristics of employees of the Sampang District Village Community Empowerment Service with an original sample value of 0.326; 3) Job characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance with an original sample value of 0.367; 4) Competence has a significant indirect effect on the performance of employees of the Village Community Empowerment Service in Sampang Regency which is mediated by job characteristics with an original sample value of 0.319 and a p-value of 0.005.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory, namely research that tests hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested. using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 35 respondents. In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of police personnel. 2) To test and analyze the significant effect of organizational culture on compensation. 3) To test and analyze the significant effect of compensation on the performance of police personnel 4) To test and analyze the significant effect of organizational culture on the performance of police personnel. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.255 and p-values of 0.039. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on compensation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.439 and p-values of 0.001. 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.371 and p-values of 0.046. 4) Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of police personnel mediated by compensation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.163 and p-values of 0.129.

Dian Hikmawaty, 2023. The Influence of Principal Leadership and Teacher Commitment on Teacher Performance (Study of Teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency). This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach, the research sample is 45 people. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Research objectives: 1). To test and analyze the direct influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. 2). To test and analyze the direct influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. 3) To test and analyze the indirect influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. 4) To test and analyze the indirect influence of teacher commitment on the performance of teachers at SMPN I Arosbaya, Bangkalan Regency. The research results show that: 1) The principal's leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.113. 2) Teacher commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.477. 3) The principal's leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.099. 4) Teacher commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance with an original sample value of 0.252.

Abstract

This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 45 teachers. The purposes of this study are 1) To test and analyze whether education has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 2) To test and analyze whether education has a direct effect on teacher motivation at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 2) To test and analyze whether work creativity has a direct effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 3) To test and analyze whether motivation has a direct effect on teacher performance. The results showed that: 1) Education had a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.151. 2) Work creativity has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.084. 3) Motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.736.

Abstract

In this study the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis.The objectives of this study are: 1) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) To test and analyze whether education has a significant effect on teacher performance. 3) To test and analyze whether teacher performance has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 4) To test and analyze whether education has a significant indirect effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance.The results showed that: 1) Education has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.174 and p-values of 0.045. 2) Education has a positive and significant effect on performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.335, and the p-values of 0.021. 3) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.717 and p-values of 0.000. 4) Education has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction mediated by teacher performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.240 and the p-values of 0.002.

Abstract

The Influence of Competence and Individual Characteristics on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. Wijaya Putra University Postgraduate Program in Surabaya.This type of research uses explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research sample was 45 teachers. The aims of this study were 1) to test and analyze whether competency directly influences the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan. 2) To test and analyze whether the characteristics directly influence the performance of SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan teachers.The results showed that: 1) Competence had a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.349. 2) Individual characteristics have a significant positive effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Bangkalan with an original sample value of 0.267.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 40 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). To analyze and analyze the effect of work on teacher professionalism 2). To analyze and analyze the organization whether the organization has a partial and significant effect on teacher professionalism 4). To analyze and analyze the organization whether the organization has a simultaneous and significant effect on teacher professionalism 5). To analyze and analyze work stress, organizational culture, has a simultaneous influence on professionalism of MTsN 2 Sumenep teachers. The results showed that: 1). Simultaneously, work discipline, organizational culture, have a significant effect on professionalism for MTsN 2 Sumenep teachers. Evidenced by the results of the calculated F value of 4.627 with a known significance level of the value of 0.004 (less than 0.05). 2). Partially, competence, compensation and creativity have a significant effect on teacher professionalism for 'teachers at MTsN 2 Sumenep. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that organizational culture has an effect on the performance of employees of MTsN 2 Sumenep teachers; as evidenced by the t value is 4,829 with a significance level of 0.003 (less than 0.05).
