Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation, interest, and learning outcomes of Class IV students at SDIT Al-Hamidiyah Depok City Islamic Studies subject by showing honest, disciplined, responsible, polite, caring, and confident behavior in interacting with family, friends, teachers, and the stairs. Starting from the low learning of the KKM 70 obtained an average class of 57.14. In the second cycle of learning by using the Course Review Horay Learning Model with Card Games, an average of 90 classes was obtained, students who completed based on the learning outcomes were 18 out of 21 students or 90.48%. The results of the teacher's observations who could answer questions correctly reached 20 children or 95.24%. Using this learning model, students have motivation, interest, and are diligent in dealing with various tasks or questions given by the teacher, and can create a more lively, and fun classroom atmosphere, but stick with the Health Program in avoiding the spread of Covid 19. no learning loss due to online during the pandemic 19.

Abstract

Pedagogic competence plays an increasingly important role in Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, especially in the context of employee training and development. Although this concept is more often associated with formal education, its application in the world of work can make a significant contribution to the development of individuals and organizations. This article aims to examine the concept and application of pedagogic competencies in HRM, as well as the challenges and opportunities that exist in its application. Based on a literature review, this article finds that good pedagogic competence can increase training effectiveness, encourage continuous learning, and create a collaborative and innovative work culture. In addition, this article also discusses recommendations for the development of pedagogic competencies in the context of HRM.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Current education emphasizes the development of scientific attitudes such as curiosity, objectivity, and critical thinking as provisions for facing global challenges. These scientific attitudes play an important role in improving the scientific literacy of junior high school students because they encourage an understanding of science as a process of thinking and evidence-based investigation. This study aims to provide an overview of the profile of the scientific attitude ability and scientific literacy ability of students in Junior High School. The approach used in this research is quantitative with the sampling technique being total sampling. Based on the data that has been obtained, followed by the discussion described above, at the end of the study it can be concluded that the profile of the scientific attitude ability and scientific literacy ability of students in Junior High School, is dominated by students (students) with the ability of scientific attitudes with the category "good" as much as 38.16%, the "very good" category as much as 30.26%, the "medium" category as much as 22.37%, and as much as 9.21% for the "low" category. As for science literacy ability, it is dominated by students with the ability in the "good" category as much as 35.53%, the ability in the "very good" category as much as 32.89%, the "moderate" category as much as 21.05%, and the remaining 10.53 % categorized as “low”. Based on the results of the correlation test, it can also be concluded that there is a significant correlation between the ability of scientific attitudes and the ability of students' scientific literacy. Therefore, it shows that the ability of scientific attitudes has a significant effect on students' scientific literacy skills. ABSTRAK Pendidikan saat ini menekankan pengembangan sikap ilmiah seperti rasa ingin tahu, objektivitas, dan berpikir kritis sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan global. Sikap ilmiah ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan literasi ilmiah siswa SMP karena mendorong pemahaman sains sebagai proses berpikir dan penyelidikan berbasis bukti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang profil kemampuan sikap ilmiah dan kemampuan literasi sains siswa SMP. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh, dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan yang telah diuraikan di atas, pada akhir penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa profil kemampuan sikap ilmiah dan kemampuan literasi sains siswa SMP, didominasi oleh siswa (peserta didik) dengan kemampuan sikap ilmiah dengan kategori “baik” sebanyak 38,16%, kategori “sangat baik” sebanyak 30,26%, kategori “sedang” sebanyak 22,37%, dan sebanyak 9,21% untuk kategori “rendah”. Sedangkan untuk kemampuan literasi sains didominasi oleh siswa dengan kemampuan pada kategori “baik” sebanyak 35,53%, kemampuan pada kategori “sangat baik” sebanyak 32,89%, kategori “sedang” sebanyak 21,05%, dan sisanya sebesar 10,53% berkategori “rendah”. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kemampuan sikap ilmiah dengan kemampuan literasi sains siswa. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan sikap ilmiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan literasi sains siswa.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The learning process in Indonesia continues to change to find effective strategies, but there are still many students who have low absorption of the material. This requires teachers to create active, creative learning and encourage students' critical thinking skills. This study aims to provide an overview of the level of influence of the CTL learning model on the creative and critical thinking skills of SMP N 16 Jambi City students. The approach used in this research is quantitative with the sampling technique is total sampling. The CTL learning model shows positive results on students' creative and critical thinking skills, with the category of "very good" as much as 31.11% and "good" 35.56%. Meanwhile, students' creative and critical thinking skills are also dominated by the category of "very good" at 35.56% and "good" at 37.78%. There is a significant correlation between the use of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model and students' creative and critical thinking skills, which means that the better the application of the CTL model, the higher the students' thinking skills in both aspects. This shows that the CTL model is able to create contextual and meaningful learning situations, thus encouraging students to be more active, involved, and able to develop ideas and solve problems logically and creatively. ABSTRAK Proses pembelajaran di Indonesia terus mengalami perubahan untuk menemukan strategi yang efektif, namun masih banyak siswa yang memiliki daya serap rendah terhadap materi. Hal ini menuntut guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kreatif, dan mendorong kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang tingkat pengaruh model pembelajaran CTL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kritis siswa SMP N 16 Kota Jambi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Model pembelajaran CTL menunjukkan hasil positif terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kritis siswa, dengan kategori “sangat baik” sebanyak 31,11% dan “baik” 35,56%. Sementara itu, kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan kritis siswa juga didominasi oleh kategori “sangat baik” sebesar 35,56% dan “baik” sebesar 37,78%. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara penggunaan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif serta kritis siswa, yang berarti semakin baik penerapan model CTL, maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan berpikir siswa dalam kedua aspek tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model CTL mampu menciptakan situasi belajar yang kontekstual dan bermakna, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif, terlibat, dan mampu mengembangkan ide serta pemecahan masalah secara logis dan kreatif.

Abstract

Sumber protein diketahui saat ini yang diperlukan untuk dikonsumsi adalah protein nabati dan protein hewani, protein nabati berasal dari tumbuh tumbuhan sedangkan protein hewani berasal dari hewan. Salah satu protein hewani adalah sapi, mengkonsumsi daging sapi sangat perlu ketelitian karena daging sapi mengandung bakteri Salmonella sp yang dapat menyebabkan keracunan hingga kematian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesegaran daging sapi menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) dengan fitur ekstraksi Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan Hue Saturation Value (HSV) dengan menggunakan dataset berupa 400 gambar daging sapi, yang terdiri dari 150 data latih dan 50 data uji untuk setiap kategori, yaitu daging segar dan tidak segar. Memberikan hasil 0.9 atau 90% setelah dilakukan percobaan pengujian dengan menggunakan 10 gambar untuk mengidentifikasi kesegaran dari 10 gambar 9 gambar yang terdeteksi dengan benar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) mampu mengklasifikasikan daging sebagai "Segar" atau "Tidak Segar". Aplikasi ini memberikan solusi efisien dalam memilih daging berkualitas baik, sehingga dapat membantu mencegah risiko kesehatan akibat konsumsi daging yang tidak segar serta berpotensi mengurangi waktu dan biaya dalam proses penentuan kesegaran daging sapi untuk kebutuhan konsumen maupun pelaku usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of digital literacy skills and learning motivation on students' online learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). The approach used in this study is quantitative with the data collection technique being a survey model. The sample includes 52 students, along with the corresponding teacher, from MTs Nurul Falah. The correlation data analysis is conducted using SPSS 25 software. The findings reveal a significant influence of digital literacy skills and learning motivation on online learning outcomes. Specifically, digital literacy skills account for a 90% influence on the online learning outcomes of MTs Nurul Falah students, while learning motivation accounts for an 88% influence. Moreover, the combined impact of both variables on online learning outcomes is 82%. The implications of this study underscore the necessity of enhancing digital literacy skills and nurturing learning motivation in online Fiqh courses at MTs Nurul Falah to improve students' learning outcomes. This can be accomplished through adequate training and support for students and teachers to develop digital literacy skills and learning motivation. Additionally, it is crucial to address the internal factors influencing students' digital literacy. Moreover, addressing factors such as technical issues and student motivation within the online learning environment is equally essential for optimizing online learning experiences.

Abstract

Hot Rolled Sheet-Wearing Course (HRS-WC) adalah lapisan permukaan yang dapat menerima beban lalu lintas langsung saat aus. Dalam penelitian ini, filler yang digunakan adalah dedak padi. Dedak padi adalah salah satu contoh serat selulosa yang membantu konsturksi perkerasaan, mengurangi sifat negatif aspal yang disebabkan oleh peningkatan suhu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan persentase variasi filler yang memenuhi spesifikasi campuran HRS-WC serta pengaruh persentase variasi filler terhadap karakteristik campuran HRS-WC. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian campuran yang memenuhi spesifikasi campuran HRS-WC dengan penambahan dedak padi adalah campuran dengan persentase 25% dedak padi dengan nilai stabilitas 880,270 kg, flow 3,32 mm, VIM 3,829%, VMA 17,962%, VFA 78,616, density 2,185 kg/m3, dan Marshall Quentient 265,255 kg/mm. Meskipun variasi dengan dedak 25% memenuhi spesifikasi campuran HRS-WC akan tetapi secara keseluruhan adanya variasi penambahan dedak padi kurang meningkatkan kinerja dari campuran HRS-WC.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis kinerja penyuluh pertanian dan korelasinya terhadap produksi padi sawah di Kecamatan Walenrang. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja penyuluh pertanian dalam meningkatkan usahatani padi sawah serta kinerja penyuluh terhadap peningkatan produksi padi sawah di Kecamatan Walenrang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan secara purpossiv dan penetapan sampel responden menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 10%. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitiana ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:(1) Indeks kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kecamatan Walenrang yang terbagi menjadi Desa Walenrang, Desa Lalong, dan Desa Kalibamamase rata-rata berada pada kategori tinggi, sehingga variabel kinerja penyuluh memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pertanian. (2) Hubungan kinerja penyuluh pertanian dengan produksi padi sawah memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan berdasarkan nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja penyuluh pertanian dan produksi memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat ditunjukkan dengan arah koefisien korelasi negatif. This research discusses the performance analysis of agricultural instructors and their correlation with lowland rice production in the Walenrang subdistrict. This research aimed to determine the level of performance of agricultural instructors in improving lowland rice farming as well as the performance of instructors in increasing lowland rice production in Walenrang District. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire obtained from primary data and secondary data. The population and sample in this study were determined purposively and the respondent sample was determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The data obtained in this research was analyzed using statistical analysis and qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research show: (1) The performance index of agricultural instructors in Walenrang District, which is divided into Walenrang village, Lalong village, and Kalibamamase village, is on average in the high category, so that the performance variable of instructors has a vital role in agriculture. (2) The relationship between the performance of agricultural instructors and lowland rice production has a significant relationship and based on the correlation coefficient value, it shows that the performance of agricultural instructors and production has a very strong relationship, indicated by the direction of the negative correlation coefficient.
