Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric review of creative economy entrepreneurship, focusing on its implications for community empowerment strategies. Using data from Google Scholar and Scopus, the analysis covers publications from 1997 to 2024. The VOSviewer software was used to conduct co-citation, keyword co-occurrence, and network mapping analyses to identify key research trends, influential authors, and emerging topics. Results show that "creative industry" is central to discussions, with frequent connections to themes like "local wisdom," "business development," and "digital transformation." The study highlights the growing importance of digital tools and sustainability in creative entrepreneurship, particularly in empowering marginalized communities. The analysis also reveals distinct author collaboration clusters, pointing to limited interdisciplinary interactions that could benefit from further exploration. Overall, the findings suggest that while creative economy entrepreneurship is a promising tool for community empowerment, more research is needed on digital inclusion, sustainability, and cross-disciplinary collaboration. This review contributes to the understanding of how creative industries can drive both economic growth and social empowerment.

Abstract

Effective communication skills are essential for fostering positive work relationships and enhancing collaboration in office environments. However, many employees struggle with communication barriers that hinder their ability to work effectively with colleagues, leading to misunderstandings and reduced productivity. Communication skills training programs have been proposed as a solution to improve interpersonal communication, but their impact on work relationships in the office environment remains underexplored. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of communication skills training programs in improving work relationships among employees in office settings. The research employed a pre- and post-intervention survey design, involving 150 employees from various departments in a corporate office. Participants completed assessments on their communication effectiveness and work relationship quality before and after undergoing a 6-week communication training program. The results demonstrated significant improvements in employees’ ability to express themselves clearly, listen actively, and resolve conflicts, which in turn enhanced the quality of their work relationships. Participants reported increased trust, cooperation, and mutual respect in their interactions with colleagues. The study concludes that communication skills training programs can effectively improve interpersonal relationships in the office, leading to a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the external environment on business strategy planning and implementation in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia through a quantitative analysis. The study encompasses a diverse sample of participants representing various industries, business sizes, and geographic locations. Perceived impacts of external factors, such as economic conditions, technological changes, regulatory factors, and competitive forces, were assessed. Additionally, the study explored the success of business strategy formulation and implementation across different industries. A regression analysis was conducted to uncover relationships between external factors and business strategy success. The findings reveal industry-specific nuances, emphasizing the importance of tailored strategies for MSMEs in Indonesia. Abstract

Within the framework of Bandung's textile industry, this study explores the intricate relationships that exist between social effect, product quality, and sustainable economic success. The survey included a sample of 150 companies with a range of product specializations and sizes. Using partial least squares structural equation modeling, measurement model assessment, discriminant validity analysis, and structural model analysis were carried out (PLS-SEM). Product quality, social impact, and sustainable business growth were found to be significantly positively correlated. The results also confirmed discriminant validity among the latent constructs and showed strong reliability and validity of the measurement model. The suggested structural equation model's applicability is highlighted by the model fit evaluation. It can be shown from the R-Square and Adjusted R-Square values that the model can account for almost half of the variation in sustainable business growth. Future research directions are suggested, and implications for corporations and policy makers are examined.

Abstract

In the Indonesian food and beverage sector, this study examines how brand experience, social media interaction, and product customisation affect Generation Z customer behavior. Data gathered from 150 Generation Z customers was analyzed using a quantitative method that made use of structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show a strong positive correlation between the behavior of Generation Z consumers and each independent variable, including social media participation, brand experience, and product customisation. The findings highlight how crucial strategic customisation, a strong social media presence, and improved brand experiences are in influencing Generation Z customers' preferences and decisions. These observations have important ramifications for companies who want to modify their marketing plans in order to successfully connect this ever-changing group of consumers in the Indonesian market.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship Training, and Social Capital on Business Sustainability within the creative industries sector. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 150 business owners and managers using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal that all three factors—Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship Training, and Social Capital—have positive and significant effects on Business Sustainability. Specifically, Social Capital emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training. These findings underscore the importance of embracing digital technologies, investing in entrepreneurial education, and cultivating strong social networks to enhance the sustainability of creative enterprises. The study provides valuable insights for practitioners, policymakers, and educators in the creative industries, offering practical strategies for fostering long-term business success.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of financial literacy and risk perception on entrepreneurial decision-making among young entrepreneurs in Indonesia. As youth entrepreneurship continues to expand and contribute to national economic development, understanding the cognitive and behavioral factors that drive entrepreneurial decisions becomes essential. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 150 young entrepreneurs aged 18–35, data were collected through a structured online questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that both financial literacy and risk perception significantly and positively influence entrepreneurial decision-making. Financial literacy is identified as the strongest predictor, highlighting the importance of financial capability in shaping rational and strategic business decisions. Moreover, risk perception not only directly affects decision-making but also indirectly influences it through financial literacy, indicating partial mediation. These findings underscore the critical role of strengthening financial knowledge and risk awareness among young entrepreneurs to enhance their decision-making effectiveness and business sustainability. This study provides important implications for policymakers, educational institutions, and entrepreneurship development programs aiming to support the growth and resilience of youth-led enterprises in Indonesia.
