Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji proses klasifikasi pesan WhatsApp berbahasa Indonesia ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu normal, penipuan, dan promosi dengan memanfaatkan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM). Sebanyak 1320 pesan dikumpulkan dari beragam sumber dengan proporsi kelas yang representatif. Prapengolahan teks dan ekstraksi fitur diterapkan menggunakan teknik standar untuk menghasilkan representasi numerik yang dapat diproses oleh model. Pelatihan SVM dilakukan dengan optimasi parameter dan evaluasi menggunakan metrik klasifikasi umum. Model menunjukkan akurasi lebih dari 90%, menandakan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam mengidentifikasi pesan spam. Sistem yang dihasilkan diintegrasikan ke dalam bot WhatsApp berbasis Node.js dan API Flask guna memungkinkan deteksi pesan secara real-time. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan mekanisme penyaringan pesan yang lebih efisien dan mendukung keamanan komunikasi digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi meningkatkan kebutuhan akan keamanan data, khususnya pada aplikasi web chat yang digunakan untuk pertukaran informasi sensitif. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan kriptosistem hybrid yang mengombinasikan AES-256 untuk enkripsi pesan dan RSA-2048 untuk distribusi kunci pada fitur pesan aplikasi web Team Sync. Mekanisme end-to-end encryption diterapkan di sisi klien menggunakan pustaka kriptografi berbasis JavaScript guna memastikan server tidak dapat mengakses isi pesan. Evaluasi meliputi pengujian enkripsi–dekripsi, analisis keamanan kunci, serta uji fidelity pesan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa proses enkripsi dan dekripsi berjalan akurat tanpa kehilangan data serta mampu mendukung komunikasi real-time secara efisien. Dengan demikian, kombinasi RSA dan AES terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kerahasiaan, integritas, dan privasi pesan pada aplikasi Team Sync.

Abstract

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by difficulties in social interaction, communication, and repetitive behaviors. Early detection of ASD is crucial; however, conventional diagnostic methods rely heavily on clinical observation and expert assessment, which can be time-consuming and resource-intensive. Along with the rapid development of artificial intelligence, especially in computer vision and machine learning, automated image-based approaches have gained attention as alternative tools for ASD screening. This study proposes a hybrid classification approach that integrates MobileNetV3 as a feature extraction model with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm for autism classification using facial image data. Unlike previous CNN–KNN approaches, this study specifically explores the use of MobileNetV3’s lightweight architecture to generate compact and discriminative facial features, which are then classified using KNN to evaluate its effectiveness in low-complexity and resource-efficient settings. This design highlights the novelty of combining an optimized lightweight CNN with a distance-based classifier for autism detection from facial images. The dataset used in this research was obtained from Kaggle and consists of 2,940 labeled facial images of children categorized into Autism and non-Autism classes. This study proposes a hybrid classification approach that combines MobileNetV3 as a lightweight feature extraction model with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm for autism classification. Experimental evaluations were conducted over multiple independent runs to improve statistical reliability, and model performance was assessed using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results indicate that the proposed hybrid model achieves satisfactory and consistent performance while maintaining computational efficiency. These findings suggest that integrating lightweight deep learning models with classical machine learning algorithms can provide an effective and resource-efficient approach for autism classification, with potential applicability as a supportive tool for early ASD screening rather than a definitive clinical diagnosis.

Abstract

The opening of the service port on the Mikrotik router provides an opening for hackers to enter the Mikrotik service to access the router illegally. This research aimed to close certain ports that are gaps for hackers and uses port knocking and telegram bots. The Telegram bot was used as a message notification to managers in real-time to provide information that occurs when the vulnerability scanning process is carried out to find and map weaknesses in the network system. Searching for weaknesses also includes looking for open router service ports such as ports 22, 23, 80, and 8291. This research used the Network Development Life Cycle method, which started from analysis design and prototype simulation to implementation. The research results after testing were able to secure local network service ports against vulnerability scanners on routers using the port knocking method, and testing attack schemes carried out from each scheme could run well on the router’s local network and obtain notifications via telegram bots in real time to administrators. This research contributes to administrators’ ability to secure networks so irresponsible people do not easily infiltrate them.

Abstract

Abstrak Sahabat UMKM NTB merupakan salah satu komunitas UMKM yang ada di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sahabat UMKM NTB sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki anggota lebih dari 50 yang terlibat pada kegiatan tersebut. Permasalahan yang diahadapi oleh mitra adalah permasalahan dalam bidang pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengabdi adalah penerapan sistem informasi UMKM yang dapat membantu dalam pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan. Sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu mitra dalam menerapkan sistem informasi UMKM yang dapat membantu mitra dalam pemasaran produk UMKM dan juga pengelolaan keuangannya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari 6 tahapan yaitu sosialisasi, pengembangan sistem infromasi, pelatihan pendapingan, evaluasi dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa penerapan sistem informasi UMKM yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra dalam memabntu mengatasi permasalahan di bidang pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan. Kata kunci: sahabat UMKM; pengabdian; sistem informasi umkm; pemasaran; pengelolaan keuangan Abstract Sahabat UMKM NTB is one of the MSME communities in West Nusa Tenggara province. Sahabat UMKM NTB as a partner in this service activity has more than 50 members involved in the activity. The problems faced by partners are problems in marketing and financial management. The solution offered by the service team is the implementation of an MSME information system that can assist in marketing and financial management. So that the purpose of this service activity is to assist partners in implementing MSME information systems that can help partners in marketing MSME products and also managing their finances. The method carried out in this activity consists of six stages, namely socialization, information system development, mentoring training, evaluation and program sustainability. The result of this activity is the implementation of an MSME information system that can be used by partners in overcoming problems in marketing and financial management. Keywords: sahabat UMKM; devotion; MSME information system; marketing; financial management
