Abstract

Persaingan untuk mendapatkan peserta didik yang cukup dapat digambarkan melalui  situasi pada mitra saat ini. Upaya yang dilakukan hanya melakukan promosi melalui informasi orang ke orang, selain itu distribusi brosur ke penduduk diwilayah setempat. Hal ini dilakukan karena makin banyak jumlah sekolah yang ada di wilayah mitra dengan tidak diimbangi jumlah peserta didik. Peserta didik berasal dari wilayah sekitar maupun dari luar wilayah sekitar. Media promosi peserta didik yang akan ditawarkan sebagai solusi peminimalan masalah adalah dengan menggunakan media pemasaran berbasis blogspot. Melalui media ini guru akan mudah menyampaikan promosi ke masyarakat tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya yang besar.

Abstract

Pembelajaran konvensional bagi pendidikan anak usia dini belum mampu memberikan hasil yang maksimal karena penyampaiannya hanya berupa ceramah atau cerita. Seorang guru dalam mendeskripsikan sebuah objek kepada siswanya dengan hanya bercerita akan diterima oleh siswa dengan berbagai pandangan. Ketika guru menjelaskan tentang pohon kelapa, tanpa membawa siswa melihat langsung objeknya, maka akan menimbulkan persepsi yang berbeda antara siswa satu dengan siswa lainnya. Gambaran situasi pada mitra yaitu sejauh ini proses pembelajaran di Kelompok bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak Hj. Isriati Baiturahman 2 Semarang masih minim pemakaian media pembelajaran. Guru belum mampu membuat media pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Diperlukan pelatihan untuk mencoba menciptakan media pembelajaran display menggunakan sarana komputer. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan akan menambah kualitas skill guru dalam menciptakan dan membuat membuat media pembelajaran, dimana kemampuan guru pada Kelompok bermain dan Taman Kanak-Kanak Hj. Isriati Baiturahman 2.

Abstract

The rising global cesarean section (SC) rate, projected to reach 29% by 2030, is a concern in Indonesia, where SC prevalence increased to 25.9% in 2023 from 17.6% in 2018. While medical indications drive SC, non-clinical factors like financing and healthcare access may contribute to overuse. This study examines the role of Indonesia’s BPJS health insurance and hospital availability in determining SC utilization. A cross-sectional analysis was conducted using SKI 2023 data, including 70,916 women with deliveries between 2018 and 2023 (weighted n = 20,076,001). Bivariate associations were assessed using chi-square tests with complex sample design, applying survey weights for national representativeness. SC prevalence was 25.9%, with 34.9% of BPJS-covered deliveries being SC compared to 10.8% for out-of-pocket payments (p < 0.001). Hospital availability within the district was associated with a 27.0% SC rate versus 16.1% where no access existed (p < 0.001). Private insurance (50.3%) and employer-funded (37.4%) deliveries also showed higher SC rates. BPJS coverage and hospital availability significantly influence SC utilization in Indonesia, suggesting improved access but potential overuse. Rural disparities highlight the need for infrastructure investment to ensure equitable maternal care under Universal Health Coverage. Further research with causal methods is recommended.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the suboptimal quality of ShopeeFood driver services in Semarang, particularly in terms of speed, responsiveness, and consistency of professionalism, amid fierce competition in the food delivery service industry, which indicates internal problems related to driver work behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of personal value and job satisfaction in improving the service quality of ShopeeFood drivers in Semarang City, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable. The study used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling of 120 active ShopeeFood drivers in Semarang City, data collection through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, and analysis using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4, which included outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The results show that personal value does not have a significant direct effect on service quality but has a significant effect on OCB, while job satisfaction has a significant effect on both service quality and OCB. Furthermore, OCB has a significant effect on service quality and mediates the effect of personal value and job satisfaction on service quality, where OCB mediation makes the effect of personal value on service quality significant. These findings indicate that improving the service quality of ShopeeFood drivers is more effectively achieved by strengthening job satisfaction and OCB behavior, while personal value provides optimal contributions when manifested in voluntary behavior that supports service quality.
