Abstract

This study was conducted by the 25th of April until 25 May 2016 in the Market Langgam, Langgam Subsdistrict Pelalawan District Riau Province. Research aims to analyze supply, demand and the form of marketing fish smoke in Langgam Market. Methods used in research is the method survey with the number of respondents 10 people. The number of supply and demand fish smoke the as many as 400 until 500 kg per week and when not the only about 150 until 200 kg per week. Marketing fish smoke from the products are good quality with a kind of fish Criptopterus bichirchis, Mystus nemurus, Pangasius pangasius, and Thynnichthys polylepis. Price of smoke in Market Langgam relatively accessible to the advantage Rp 5.000,- until Rp 10.000,- per kilogram. Distribution fish smoke in Market Langgam short enough, namely fishermen processing to intermediary traders then to the traders are a retailer until to consumers the end.Keywords: marketing, supply, demand, fish smoke, Langgam Market

Abstract

This study was conducted in March 2014, which took place in the District Mine Kampar district in Riau Province. This study aims to: Knowing the characteristics of fishing communities, Knowing the impact caused by sand mining on the existence of fishing effort, Knowing the impact caused by sand mining on the income of fishermen, Knowing what strategies do people in mehadapi this problem.This study uses survey data collection techniques using questionnaires to selected respondents where respondents of 16 people, 13 fishermen and three sand miners. Sand miners affect the number of fishermen, fishing gear and fish catches are steadily decreasing. Economic impact: reduced revenue in the field of fisheries, namely: the average income of the fisheries sector before the sand mining operation is Rp 1.73 million and after the sand Mining decrease the average income in the fisheries sector to Rp 1,100,000.Keywords: Sand Mining, Revenue Fishermen, District Tambang

Abstract

This research was carried out in June 2015 in Mina Sentosa business pellets which located in the village of Lenggadai Hulu district of Rimba Melintang Rokan Hilir in Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to know the cost of the investment, Production Costs, acceptance and gains obtained at the Mina Sentosa pellets business. The methods used in the research is case studies. Total investment was issued as much as Rp 74,520,000.0-with production cost incurred amounting to Rp 24,201,500.0-/month. Admissions obtained as much as Rp 28,800,000.0-/Month. So that obtained net income as much as Rp 4,598,500.0-/month. Abstract

AbtraksThis research was aimed to knowthe total investment, income and profit and then to analyze feasibility aquaculture business of Kerapu Cantik (Epinephelus sp.) in KJA at pokdakan Harapan Baru. This research has been done in 11 February until 22 February 2019. The method used within this research was survey method. There is5 respondents used , they are members of grup pokdakan Harapan Baru who be responsibility people an his own manage floatting net cages. Result of the research showed that the unit KJA 8 net bag have total investme of an average IDR 225.835.000,-,income of an average IDR 71.662.500,- and profit of an average IDR 13.075.000,- per year. And then the unit KJA 10 net bag had total investment of an average IDR 264.101.667,-, income of an average IDR 68.580.000,- and profit of an average IDR 10.125.833,- per year. Analysisfeasibility aquaculture business unit KJA 8 net bag had RCR average value1,21, FRR 5,77% and PPC 10,75 period. Abstract

The research was conducted in February 2016. The purpose research is analyzing non-financial and financial feasibility study of Shark catfish farming. The method used are survey and determine respondents are non-random sampling technique (proportional sampling) that concluding the respondent is 5 people. The analysis of non-financial feasibility study, explained the business of Shark catfish farming feasible to develop, from aspects markets, opportunities market of Shark catfish is very large to domestic and international markets, on the technical farming aspects and management aspect is quite normal proper of Shark catfish farming in general, but these efforts have been able to run well. Financial analysis of the business means, that businesses are feasibility to do and developed. The total production cost are Rp.87.373.840,- grossed Rp.126.000.000,- so the benefit are Rp.38.626.160,- the feasibility of their business calculations BCR valued are 1.44 that interpretation the business advantageously, FRR valued are 44.2%, that means a good thing to do and PPC valued are 20.3 that defines the payback period of investments is not long.Keywords: Prospects, Feasibility, Development, Shark Catfish, Non-Financial, Financial

Abstract

This research was conducted on january 2015. Its purpose to find out how large household income fishermen from an effort to collect mangrove wood, The total income households and large an effort to know the contribution of collecting of mangrove wood to the total household income fishermen. The methods was used by survey method with the determination of respondents with census.The results of this study that the indicate the magnitude of the average total household income of the fishermen of Rp 3.417.000, The average household income fishermen from the activities of an effort to collect of mangrove wood is Rp 1.352.750. The mangrove supported efforts to get a total income of fishing 25,2 % of households. Based on the criteria used in the analysis of data and the contribution of an effort to collect of mangrove wood against household income fishermen of 25,5 % ,that the classification is lower income.keyword: contribution, effort to collect of mangroves, wood income

Abstract

This research about the prospect of enlargement of business development carp in ponds jetted held in July until August 2014 in the Village Aek Libung District of Sayur Matinggi South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. The aims is to know carp rearing operations, feasibility and development prospects business. The method used to this study is a survey respondents with the determination of the census conducted using the entire population of carp farmers as much as 8 people.The results of this study showed an enlargement of carp in ponds heavy feasible to be developed with the largest total investment Rp.10.280.000 produce BCR 1.25 by 24.14% FRR and PPC 4.85. Business prospects enlargement is quite large carp with availability of agribusiness systems and the smooth operation of the work done. This shows the efforts of carp worth continuing enlargement seen from the investment criteria.Keywords: Enlargement Goldfish, Running water system, Feasibility, Investment.

Abstract

This study was conducted on 24 March to 9 April 2015 in the archipelago Fishing Port in Sibolga Central Tapanuli, North Sumatra Province. The method used is survey method, to determine the respondents conducted by purposive sampling that each one ship drift gill net GT size 20 and size 6 GT. Results from this study indicate that the investment amount of drift gill net vessels 20 GT is higher than the ship drift gill net 6 GT. While based on investment criteria using the feasibility analysis NPV, BCR and IRR, drift gill net vessels 20 GT and 6 GT is equally eligible to be forwardedFishing effort with drift gill nets were mooring the ship in the port of Sibolga Nusantara Fishery Central Tapanuli North Sumatra using several investment criteria still feasible to be developed. Fleet drift gill net with a size of 202GT NPV Rp. 1433472840, BCR of 1.91 and an IRR of 68.33%. Abstract

The Patembo Bridge is the longest bridge in North Sumatra, which is 860 meters long and and 6 meters wide, the bridge was built in 1995 and the completion was completed in 2008. Research method is survey method that is by direct observation and structured interview, with qualitative data analysis that is t- Paired test.Patembo Bridge development caused changes to the social and economic of coastal communities, especially the former pompong drivers, the coast in general bridge construction has a positive impact but for the former driver of pompong bridge has a negative impact. The construction of the bridge has a positive impact on the general public because with the bridges the traffic access becomes smooth and reducing the expenses, especially the cost of crossing the river, so it is very helpful to the community, inversely with the former people of the pompong driver. The bridge construction has a negative impact because after the bridge construction they have to switch livelihood which resulted in lower revenue. In essence, bridge development causes social change for pompong driver’s society that is negative change, such as attitude change, habits and behavior change, education, and economic change that is change of livelihood, decreasing income change.Keywords: Patembo Bridge Building, Social Change, Economic Change, Former Pompong Driver Community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang analisis usaha purse seine yang dilaksanakan pada bulanJanuari sampai bulan Februari 2014 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Sibolga KabupatenTapanuli Tengah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisbesar investasi dan kelayakan usaha penangkapan dengan menggunakan alat tangkappurse seine. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan penentuan respondendilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu nelayan yang menggunakan purse seine kecildan nelayan yang menggunakan purse seine besar.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investasi untuk usaha purse seinekecil sebesar Rp 1.915.486.000 sedangkan Investasi usaha purse seine besar yaitu Rp2.798.120.000. Kriteria investasi untuk usaha purse seine kecil menghasil NPV sebesarRp 2.204.956.856,- BCR sebesar 1.35 dan IRR sebesar 39.07%, sedangkan usaha purseseine besar menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp1.548.739.520, BCR sebesar 1.21 dan IRRsebesar 32.42%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha purse seine kecil lebih layakdilanjutkan dibandingkan purse seine besar dilihat dari kriteria investasi.Kata kunci: Purse Seine, Kelayakan Usaha, investasi, PPN Sibolga.
