Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the quality of public services in the field of administration in Sidoarjo Regency. In this research, there are problems regarding service quality, including village government officials who cannot master computers, village officials who are not disciplined in carrying out their duties. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and documentation with one key informant, namely the head of service in Medalem Village and seven supporting informants. The data analysis technique in this study uses the theory of Miles and Huberman which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study indicate that administrative services are not complicated and the service process is not too long and is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. However, there are still Medalem Village government officials who often arrive late. In addition, there are still apparatuses who cannot master computers and there are those who do not master computers and the applications used in serving the community. Services in Medalem Village have not been supported by a place for complaints for the community which is useful for the government to know more about the shortcomings in its performance and what the needs of the community are.

Abstract

The Purpose of this study was to determine, describe, and the analyze the quality of BPJS Healthcare Services at the Sukodono Health Center Sidoarjo. Qualitative descriptive research method through interviews, observation, and documentation. Determination of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling method wich involved the Head of PIC BPJS, Responsible for BPJS service network, BPJS Services Administration Employees, and Patients who used BPJS Services. Data analysis techniques using Miles Hubberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that BPJS Healthcare Services at the Sukodono Health Center Sidoarjo are assessed from dimensions Assurance (guarantee) courtesy and cost guarantee are good enough and in accordance with BPJS Healthcare rules. However, inhibiting factors include the performance target of the puskesmas being too high, the lack of public awaraness, and regular employee training.

Abstract

Investment or what is called Investment is currently one of the most importantstrategies to increase growth and development in the economic sector in Indonesia. The Government of Indonesia is focusing on increasing investment, both public and private, to boost Indonesia's economic expansion. Especially investment in infrastructure and manufacturing industry. However, in its implementation there are problems, namely the existence of several investors who do not fully understand the online licensing procedures, and there are still many companies or investors who do not carry out Investment Activity Reports (LKPM) making it difficult to control, monitor and supervise.This study aims to describe and analyze the Investment Development Strategy (Study at the Sidoarjo Regency Investment and One Stop Service) and to describe and analyze the constraints of the Investment Development Strategy (Study at the Sidoarjo Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service Office). The results of this study indicate that the Investment Development Strategy (Study at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Sidoarjo Regency), seen from indicator the Organizational Strategy focuses on many aspects so that the investment climate in Sidoarjo Regency improves from year to year with so much potential that exists and also provides direct assistance to companies related to the licensing system. licensing system. Their work cannot be separated from each other because of community institutions and government institutions.

Abstract

The establishment of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia aims to help create and develop conducive conditions in carrying out the eradication of maladministration. In the process of providing public services, the supervision of public service problems in East Java by the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative of East Java is still said to be ineffective. The purpose of this study is to identify, describe and analyze the Strategy and Functional Policy of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia for the Representative of East Java. Qualitative descriptive research method through interviews, observation and documentation. Technical analysis of data using Miles and Hubberman through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Strategy and Functional Policy also focuses on a strategic step that is very important to do, a problem that is quite severe with the culture of the community carrying out extortion actions that were carried out intentionally with the reason of "pity" and "don't want to be complicated". This was done intentionally.

Abstract

The implementation of public services must have service standards, as a guarantee of certainty for local governments in serving the community or the public in general in carrying out their duties and functions and for service recipients in the process of submitting their application. The purpose of the study was to influence the quality of population administration on community satisfaction in the government of Ploso Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method. The number of samples as many as 188 respondents using non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling. Sources of data used using primary data with a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t and f test tools. The results of the t-test study found that the variables of responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, tangibles had a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction, this can be proven that the significance value is more than 0.05. The results of the joint test show that the service quality variables which include the dimensions of Responsiveness, Reability, Assurance, Empathy and Tangible have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Ploso Village Government, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency, this is evidenced by the obtained Fcount of 124.578 , a significance value of 0.000 < : 0.05. The results of the multiple correlation coefficient test (R) of 0.797 indicate that the correlation between the dimensions of Responsiveness, Reability, Assurance, Empathy and Tangible to community satisfaction in the Ploso Village Government, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency has a strong linear relationship. For the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.635, meaning that changes in community satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the quality of service which includes changes in the dimensions of Responsiveness, Reability, Assurance, Empaty and Tangible together by 63.5%. It is hoped that the research results can be used as input for the village government in improving service quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Sidoarjo (Sipraja) Public Service System as a Public Service Innovation in Grabagan Village, Tulangan District. This research has used qualitative descriptive research. Sipraja Application administrator in the Grabagan Village Government. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Sipraja as a public service innovation in the Grabagan Village Government can be assessed from several aspects, namely 1) (Communication) The lack of socialization carried out by village officials has an impact on the community who are still not familiar with the SIPRAJA application. word of mouth without official socialization 2) Resources a. (human resources) often face challenges such as stacking files and unequal distribution of tasks, not to mention if the application is wrong and blank, the administrator must help manage files manually. b. (financially) according to information from the Sipraja administrator at the Grabagan Village Government. There is no separate special allocation for the Garabagan Village Government in the Sipraja Application. c. (equipment) The Grabagan Village Government only has one administrative computer for the Sipraja application, so 2 administrators must use personal cellphones if indeed many people take care of letters through Sipraja and the internet which is less stable can cause delays and slowness in correspondence activities. 3) Disposition, Processing Sipraja applications can be divided into two parts. That is, the attitude and reaction of program implementers to the program or policy, and decision making when there is a problem with the Sipraja application. It also takes into account the time spent on manual processing more quickly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) in Mojoruntut Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo in line with government policies during the COVID 19 pandemic. Methodology This research is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this study is qualitative. Data comes from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) is the focus of this research. The results of this study indicate that communication, in this case the village government, is the socialization of the Indonesian government program, namely BLT-DD and its acceptance criteria for Mojoruntut villagers. Resources in this case the availability of resources to support policy implementation. Mojountut village resources in this program are fully supported, especially human resources such as village heads and all village government officials and assistants who distribute BLT-DD from the center. In addition to human resources, supporting resources can come from physical facilities, infrastructure and financial resources. Regulating in this case policy enforcers, namely the government apparatus of Mojoruntut Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo. The Mojoruntut village government runs a mechanism for distributing cash transfers directly from village funds as determined by the central government. However, when deciding Who is entitled to BLT-BD, this is an issue that needs attention. Because too many parties are trying to be selective and social jealousy. The bureaucratic structure, in this case Mojountut Village, has created a bureaucracy in the form of good coordination between agencies involved in implementing policies and managing activities, from policy formulation to practitioners in this field.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program is a social assistance program for poor families as an effort to reduce poverty, improve the quality of human resources, as well as change behavior patterns that do not support improving the welfare of poor families. The implementation of the PKH program has not gone well because there are several indicators that cause the program not to run smoothly. This study aims to explain the Implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Tanjangrono Village, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used in this study is secondary data based on periodic data in the form of data or instructions obtained from time to time where the data provides an overview of the progress of ongoing activities or circumstances. this research. Using online and offline data sources, including books, scientific papers, and some trusted news. This study shows the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Tanjangrono Village is assessed from 4 indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. In implementing PKH, the lack of coordination and communication between the village government and PKH employees or implementers in providing socialization to residents regarding the Family Hope Program (PKH), as well as human resources in Tanjangrono Village are still not competent in carrying out their responsibilities in carrying out their duties which can lead to the Family Hope Program. (PKH) has not run optimally as well as the lack of commitment from the village government and employees in carrying out the existing programs in Tanjangrono Village. On the other hand, the existence of an SOP to provide order in providing services to the community will also have a good impact on the local government of Mojokerto Regency because in Mojokerto Regency it is reduced.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze and describe the quality of public services in the Entalsewu Village Government, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method was carried out qualitatively with a case study approach. Collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. Data processing with reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data with credibility test through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed: (1) the ability of human resources: first, skilled in compiling and storing public service files. Second, have a good knowledge of filing and administering services. Third, have a disciplined attitude to work, friendly and fair in service. (2) the facilities and infrastructure used: computers, handtrees, filing cabinets, waiting rooms. (3) service procedures: starting from the head of the neighborhood unit or residents, continued at the village office and other government offices (4) types of public services, namely the management of police records, certificates of inability to education and health, management of loss, birth management, death management, marriage management, business domicile management, business license information processing, moving location management, travel management, people's business credit management, management of decreasing or adding electricity power and managing different names.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the waste bank program in Larangan Village, Candi District. The implementation of the Anggrek Waste Bank on waste management is a major focus of this study. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using primary and secondary data. Sources of data obtained online and offline, such as journals, the web, and information from sources. The results of this study suggest that the first standard dimensions and policy objectives of orchid waste Banks programs are having a positive impact on communities. The two dimensions of human resources contribute to the program and to financial resources can help the economic community. The three dimensions of communication are structured between management, depositors and cauldrons. Fourth, the characteristic dimension of the organization in the orchid waste bank program isa problem in determining the lift schedule and the granting of facilities from government agencies. Fifth, a dimension to the implementation of the program, and in social, economic, political environment it receives support from the external environment.
