Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to find out the Ability of the Second Year Students of the Vocational High School (SMK) Taruna Satria Pekanbaru in Comprehending Narrative Texts. The population of this research was the Second Year Students of the Vocational High School (SMK) Taruna Satria Pekanbaru. The number of sample was 32 students selected by using cluster random sampling technique. The research instrument was multiple choice questions consisted 30 questions. The test was given by using six components of reading comprehension of narrative texts such as specific information, moral value, main idea, reference, meaning of difficult word, and making inference of narrative text. The data were analyzed by classifying them into four levels of ability, such as poor, average, good, and excellent. The result showed that the ability of the second year students of the Vocational High School (SMK) Taruna Satria Pekanbaru was at good level with mean score was 65,2.Key Words: Students’ ability, Reading comprehension, Narrative text

Abstract

The Correlational research with this quantitative approach aims to determine the relationship between the ability to memorize the Al-Quran and the results of physics learning at the Ulumul Quran Senior High School Sigli. The sample in this study were students of Ulumul Quran State Senior High School class XI Sigli totaling 29 people. Data collection was obtained with documentation for the ability to memorize the Al-Quran and test instruments for the results of learning physics. Processing data using correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing through the product moment equation. The results of the correlation coefficient show the ability to memorize the Al-Quran with the results of physics learning students of Ulumul Quran Public High School Sigli with a calculation of 0.427 categorized as medium and the results of hypothesis testing obtained rcount rtabel that is 0.427 0.367 then the research hypothesis is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between the ability to memorize the Al-Quran and the results of physics learning of the students of the Ulumul Quran State High School Sigli.

Abstract

In this globalization era, communication tools are very fast examples. Gadgets are a communication tool that has many functions. Where the function is already using the different features. Gadgets considered more complete than other electronics because of its functionality and different. Gadgets examined included laptops and mobile phones. The approach used in this research is the quantitative study. In the approach comes from the students who actively use the gadget in the context lectured. Collection of activity data using questionnaires and student evidence. As for the CPI data analysis and processing used by the product moment correlation coefficient and linear regression simple shapes in which both the data intervals. Based on the analysis of data, a scoreprice r count is larger than a good table for the error of 5% and 1% (0.76 0.345 0.266), so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of this research is there is a positive use of gadgets to force GPA student education physics, 2016. which is expected to help raise the GPA when the use of gadgets is positively.

Abstract

Laboratories are an important part of physics learning activities in schools. However, learning activities in MAN 3 Banda Aceh still rarely use laboratory facilities. It is important to do research related to the use of laboratories in physics lessons. This study aims to determine the impact of laboratory use in achieving physics learning outcomes in MAN 3 Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method used, namely the experimental method by comparing between experimental classes taught using laboratories and control classes that are not taught to use laboratories after being treated. The population in this study were all students of class X MIA in MAN 3 Banda Aceh. The research sample was selected by purposive sampling, which consisted of class X MIA 1 as the experimental class and class X MIA 2 as the control class. The research data consisted of pre-test and post-test. Then the data of this study were analyzed using t-test statistics. Results The study found that the pre-test value was normally distributed and homogeneous. Then based on the t-test obtained, (4.118) ≥ (2.009). It can be concluded that the results of physics learning using laboratories are better than those that do not use laboratories in students of MAN 3 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management of citizentship education instructional in senior high school 3 Kaur. The methods of this research is qualitative descriptive.The result of this research conclude that the management of citizentship education instructional in senior high school 3 Kaur, the lack of students input quality, the lack of teachers quality andquantity, do not use variation of learning yet, the lack of students handbook, the quality and the quantity of the infrastructure is enough. Senior High school 3 Kaur needs performanced andstrategic manager to depelove creativity and use strong factor to handle the weakness.Keywords: learning, management, citizenship education

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk pengembangan dan implementasi manajemen mutu serta penerapan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) yang telah dilakukan di pesantren Daarul Qurán sebagai lembaga dakwah. Daarul Qurán yang dirikan oleh Jam’an Nurchotib Mansur alias Yusuf Mansur pada tanggal 5 Juli tahun 2003, dibantu oleh Ahmad Jamil, Muhammad Anwar Sani, dan Tarmizi. Daarul Qur’an mengembangkan aktivitas dengan mengelompokkan pada 3 (tiga) kegiatan usaha, yaitu: pendidikan, zakat dan wakaf, dan ekonomi. Dalam perjalanan dakwahnya memilih pendidikan sebagai aktifitas lembaga dengan mendirikan Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qurán.  Tahfizh Daarul Qurán dalam memberikan arah dan langkah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikannya, dimana saat ini, pesantren juga mengalami banyak perubahan dalam sistem dan manajemennya, kemampuan pesantren untuk survive hingga kini merupakan kebanggaan bagi umat Islam. Tujuan pondok pesantren adalah membentuk kepribadian, memantapkan ahlak dan melengkapi dengan pengetahuan. Daarul Qurán dalam pengembangan dan meningkatkan sistem pendidikan pesantren hasilnya telah memenuhi kepuasaan pelanggan baik pelanggan ekternal maupun internal. Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qurán telah menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen untuk menjamin mutu pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan dan visi dan misi lembaga. Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qurán sebagai sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang menjadi bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional telah memiliki standar mutu yang jelas, dan sesuai telah memenuhi serta sesuai dengan standar mutu pendidikan nasional sebagaimana yang termaktub dalam UU No. 20/2003 dan PP No. 13/2015 ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to develop and implement quality management and the application of Islamic Education Management (MPI) which has been carried out at the Daarul Qurán Islamic boarding school as a da'wah institution. Daarul Qurán which was founded by Jam'an Nurchotib Mansur alias Yusuf Mansur on July 5, 2003, assisted by Ahmad Jamil, Muhammad Anwar Sani, and Tarmizi. The purpose of the boarding school is to form personality, strengthen morality and equip it with knowledge. Daarul Qurán in developing and improving the pesantren education system has met the results of customer satisfaction, both external and internal customers. Daarul Qurán Tahfizh Islamic boarding school has implemented management functions to ensure the quality of education in achieving the goals and vision and mission of the institution. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan bimbingan konseling (PTBK). Untuk memperoleh data yang sesuai dalam penelitian ini, maka digunakan alat dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah angket, observasi dan wawancara. Kegiatan Layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan self control untuk mengurangi perilaku agresif seluruh siswa kelas VII-9, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self control siswa meningkat setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok, hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil analisis angket. Maka dalam penelitian ini hipotesis yang diujikan adalah “Penggunaan Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Untuk Meningkatkan Self Control Dalam Mengurangi Perilaku Agresif Siswa Kelas VII-9 di MTs AlJam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung” dapat diterima, artinya layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan self control dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa. Di prasiklus persentase 40% dan mengalami peningkatan 20% di siklus I dengan hasil persentase 60% dan di siklus II layanan yang diberikan oleh peneliti mengalami peningkatan 30% dan mampu mencapai persentase 90%. Jika dibandingkan dengan persentase siklus I, self control dalam mengurangi perilaku agresif siswa setelah melakukan tindakan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yang artinya perilaku agresif siswa berkurang. Oleh karena itu, perilaku agresif siswa dapat di atasi melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas VII-9 MTs Al-Jam’iyatul Washliyah Tembung.

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk menjelaskan faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana penganiayaan yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap anak didiknya, faktor yang menyebabkan tidak sampainya kasus ini ke tahap pengadilan, serta upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana tersebut.Hasil penelitian bahwa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana ini yaitu faktor internal yang berasal dari muridnya sendiri, faktor eksternal dari guru, faktor yang berasal dari sistem pendidikan, faktor yang berasal dari kultur masyarakat, faktor yang berasal dari keluarga dan faktor lingkungan. Faktor yang menyebabkan kasus penganiayaan tidak sampai ke tahap pengadilan karena pelapor setuju untuk mancabut laporannya dari kepolisian karena telah ada upaya perdamaian dari kedua belah pihak yang dilakukan oleh Mapolres Aceh Barat. Upaya-upaya penanggulangan yang dapat dilakukan dalam menanggulangi terjadinya tindak pidana ini oleh instansi pendidikan dan penegak hukum yaitu dari pihak sekolah, Dinas Pendidikan Meulaboh melalui pelatihan, dan sosialisasi. Dari kepolisian, dengan cara aktif melakukan penyuluhan hukum serta melakukan upaya pemberian efek jera terhadap pelaku dan upaya pembinaan guna memperbaiki pribadi pelaku tindak pidana.Disarankan kepada seluruh instansi pendidikan dan penegak hukum agar lebih maksimal dalam melakukan upaya penanggulangan terhadap tindak pidana ini, dengan semakin aktif melakukan pelatihan, sosialisasi dan pemberian efek jera bagi pelaku dengan memberi sanksi yang tegas.Kata Kunci : penganiayaan, guru, anak didik. Abstract - The purpose of this study is to explain factors motivating the assault committed by teachers to the students, factors preventing these cases to get to court/trial, and efforts made handle such a criminal act.The results of the research show that there were several motivating factors of this criminal act which included the internal factor, from the students themselves, the external factor, from the teacher, the factor related to the education system, the cultural factor, the family factor, and the environmental factor. The criminal act does not make it to the court because victims withdrew the case from police as dialogues between the two parties have been pursuit which are mediated by the Mapolres (District Police) of Aceh Barat. The efforts made to deal with this criminal act include training and socialization conducted by law enforcement institutions, and education institutions such as schools and Education Office of Aceh Barat District. The police also actively conduct law enforcement campaign and give deterrent effect on the offenders and provide rehabilitation to fix the offenders’ behavior. It is recommended that all education and law enforcement institutions strive for more optimal efforts in dealing with this type of criminal acts by continuously providing training and socialization, and giving deterrent effects to the offenders in the form of maximum sanctions.Keywords : the assault, teacher, student.

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan tindak pidana pelanggaran izin gangguan dan upaya penanggulangan pelanggaran izin gangguan di Kota Banda Aceh.Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan, penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk  memperoleh data sekunder dan penelitian lapangan dilakukanuntuk memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pelanggaran dalam pelaksanaan izin gangguan yaitu faktor kesadaran dan keenggananan pelaku dalam pengurusan izin gangguan, lemahnya pengawasan dari PPNS yang menangani masalah izin di Kota Banda Aceh dan faktor rendahnya sanksi hukum yang diterapkan terhadap pelaku. Upaya penanggulangan izin gangguan dengan cara tindakan prenventif yaitu penanggulangan sebelum terjadinya pelanggaran baik individu, masyarakat maupun pejabat pegawai negeri sipil tertentu, dan juga tindakan Represif setelah pelanggaran terjadi yang dapat ditempuh melalui proses sarana penal dan nonpenal. Disarankan kepada seluruh pendiri bangunan di Kota Banda Aceh agar bersama-sama menciptakan ketertiban, keselamatan serta kesehatan umum di dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, dan bernegara serta mematuhi hukum dan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku. Diharapkan kepada aparat pemeritah untuk meningkatkan fungsinya dalam memberikan izin dengan menegakkan hukum terhadap pelanggaran izin gangguan sesuai prosedur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan serta  melakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian secara terus menerus.Kata Kunci : Tindak Pidana, Pelanggaran Izin Gangguan.  Abstract - The objective of this study was to explain the factors that led to the crime of breach of the nuisance permit and how to control the violations of the nuisance permit in Banda Aceh.The data in this study were obtained by using empirical juridical research through literature and field research; literature research was conducted to get secondary data, and field research was carried out toget primary data through interviews with respondents and informants.The results showed that the factors that lead to violations in the implementation of the nuisance permit among other the lack of awareness and reluctance of the people in applying for nuisance permit, weak supervision of investigators who in charge of issuing the permit in Banda Aceh and the low legal sanctions applied against violators of nuisance permit. Prevention efforts to address the violation of the nuisance permit were using preventive measures that countermeasures didbefore the breach of either individual, communities or authorities of certain civil servants, as well as repressive measures after the breach occurred that can be achieved through the penal and non-penal process.It is suggested that all the founders of buildings in Banda Aceh jointly create order, safety, and public health in society and state life and comply with laws and regulations that apply to the creation of a safe, peaceful and prosperous life. It is expected to government officials improve their function in issuing a permit by enforcing the law against violations of the nuisance permit by procedures set out in legislation as well as conducting supervision and control continuously.Keywords : criminal, concerning the nuisance permit.

Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan penulisan studi kasus ini adalah untuk menjelaskan apakah dasar hukum yang di pakai Majelis Hakim dalam putusan Nomor : 04/JN/2010/MS-JTH telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.Untuk menjelaskan pertimbangan hakim dalam memberikan hukuman yang berbeda terhadap para terdakwa.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dijelaskan bahwa Dasar hukum yang di pakai Majelis Hakim dalam putusan Nomor : 04/JN/2010/MS-JTH belum sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku yaitu dimana hakim dalam amar putusannya telah menggunakan unsur-unsur Pasal 55 ayat (1)  KUHP serta tidak secara tegas  dan jelas menggunakan unsur Pasal yang terdapat dalam Qanun sehingga dalam hal ini telah terjadi kesalahan dalam amar putusannya. Pertimbangan hakim dalam memberikan hukuman yang berbeda terhadap para terdakwa yaitu Menghukum terdakwa I dengan uqubat cambuk dihadapan  umum sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali, Menghukum terdakwa II dengan ‘uqubat cambuk dihadapan umum sebanyak 2 (dua) kali oleh karena Mengenai pengelompokan takaran/kadar cambukan menurut jenis tindak pidana belum diatur secara jelas, baik dalam qanun maupun dalam Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam No. 10 Tahun 2005 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan ’Uqubat Cambuk.Kata Kunci : Cabang syariah, Hukum beriman, ibadah, promosi Islam. Abstract - The purpose of this study was to learn whether the legal basis in the decision No. 04 / JN / 2010 / MS-JTH has been in accordance with the legal provisions and to explain the judges' consideration in giving different punishments against the two defendants. The results showed that the legal basis used by the judges in the decision No. 04 / JN / 2010 / MS-JTH was not in accordance with the legal provisions in force. In his verdict, the judge used elements in Article 55 paragraph (1) of Criminal Code and did not explicitly and clearly use the elements of Articles in the Qanun resulting in an error in the verdict. The judge also gave different punishments against the defendants.  The defendant I was punished with three lashes in front of the public while the defendant II only received two.  This was due to the absence of regulation on the number lashes by type of criminal offenses both in Qanun and the Governor Regulation of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam No. 10 of 2005 on Technical Guidelines of 'Uqubat Lashes.Keywords : Branch of sharia, Law in faith, Worship, Islamic promotion.
