Abstract

Society service aims: to help teachers able to interpret the work and life according to the desired psychological conditions, thus requiring increased self-skill to build psychological wellbeing. Society service is used by a number of 28 teachers SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Training sessions of Psychological Wellbeing on the Teacher are: (1) Know the concept of "self" in yourself; (2) basic concepts and psychological wellbeing; (3) psychological wellbeing development in the workplace; and (4) psychological wellbeing implementation with its work. Training Implementation, using lecture, discussion, worksheet, and relaxation methods. In conclusion, IbM Improvement of psychological wellbeing on teachers SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto is appropriately applied as one effort to form the concept of thinking in work that is wellbeing and led to effective working behavior. The inhouse method becomes an appropriate method for understanding and raising psychological wellbeing as an outcome. Follow up. Post-training mentoring in the workplace and simulation in psychological wellbeing.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of religiosity and organizationalculture on employee's performance in Waroeng SS in Purwokerto. It wasquantitative research. There were 50 employees as the research subjects.The subjects were taken by using try out used. The data were collected byusing a Likert scale which consisted of a religiosity scale, an organizationalculture scale, and a performance scale. The results of the reliability testwere measured using alpha Cronbach with the results of the reliability of0.873 for religiosity, 0.870 for organizational culture, and 0.932 forperformance. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressionanalysis. Based on the analysis of the data, the value of F count = 63.979with a probability sig (p) = 0.000 (sig value (p) 0.05). It can be concludedthat the hypothesis is accepted. It means that there is a simultaneous effectof religiosity and organizational culture on the employee's performance inWaroeng SS in Purwokerto.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan budayaorganisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pada karyawanWaroeng “SS” di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 50 karyawan Waroeng “SS”Purwokerto dengan menggunakan try out terpakai. Metode pengumpulandata yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan skala Likert yangterdiri dari skala religiusitas, skala budaya organisasi dan skala kinerja.Hasil uji reliabilitas diukur menggunakan alpha cronbach dengan hasilreliabilitas religiusitas 0,873, budaya organisasi 0,870, dan kinerja 0,932.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknikanalisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperolehyaitu nilai Fhitung = 63,979 dengan probabilitas sig (p) = 0,000 (nilai sig (p)< 0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapatpengaruh religiusitas dan budaya organisasi secara parsial dan simultanterhadap kinerja pada karyawan Waroeng “SS” di Purwokerto.

Abstract

There are 164 sharia public credit bank or BPR Syariah in Indonesia that ideally, their employees have a commitment to sharia organizations. The antecedents such as person-organization fit and perception on characteristics of their work. Meanwhile, it is necessary to understand the influence of person-organization fit and perceptions of job characteristics on organizational commitment, and their impact on performance in sharia organizations. This research using quantitative research, with the subjects of this research were employees of the BPR Syariah in Banyumas Regency. Data collected by scales and the hypothesis tested by path analysis. The conclusions are: person-organization fit and perception on job characteristics have a significant effect on organizational commitment, as well as their impact as mediators on performance in sharia organizations; perception on job characteristics have a significant effect on performance, but the person organization fit variable does not have a significant direct effect on performance. Organizational commitment as a mediator contributes to the influence of person organization fit and perceptions of job characteristics on performance through organizational commitment as a mediator for employees on sharia organizations with a total contribution of 46.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational climate's effect on work happiness with Islamic religiosity as a moderator variable for Islamic-based school teachers in the Banyumas Regency. A correlational quantitative approach was used for this study. Respondents in this study were 86 permanent teachers. Data collection uses the happiness at organizational ClimateCare and Islamic religious scale. The data analysis technique used tests the outer and inner models with the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. The research findings show that organizational climate and Islamic religiosity have a significant effect on happiness at work. However, the moderator test shows no significant effect between organizational climate and happiness at work when Islamic religiosity functions as a moderator variable. The recommendation from the research is that to increase happiness in the workplace needs to pay attention to personal and organizational factors. Although Islamic religiosity does not moderate the relationship between organizational climate and happiness at work, further research can be conducted to gain a deeper understanding of other variables that function as moderators.

Abstract

Revolusi industri generasi keempat telah menemukan pola baru ketika disruptif teknologi begitu cepat mengubah pola industri dan mengancam keberadaan industri incumbent. Akibatnya, sumber daya manusia yang di era industri 4.0 menuntut soft skills yang berbeda. Survey yang dilakukan National Association of Colleges and Employers (2017) Job Outlook 201, menyatakan bahwa lulusan perguruan tinggi yang sedang berburu pekerjaan harus bisa menunjukkan kemampuan mereka untuk memecahkan masalah (bobot penilaian = 82,9%); kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim (82,9%); keterampilan komunikasi tertulis (80,3%); kepemimpinan (72,6%); etika kerja yang kuat (68,4%); kemampuan analitis/kuantitatif (67,5%); dan keterampilan komunikasi verbal (67,5%). Prophetic soft skills memberikan gambaran tentang ciri-ciri kerasulan Muhammad SAW yaitu: fathanah (cerdas) dalam membuat perencanaan, visi, misi, strategi dan mengimplementasikannya; amanah (bertanggung jawab) dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya; siddiq (jujur) dapat dipercaya; dan tabligh (penyampai) atau kemampuan berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi. Untuk bisa bersaing di era revolusi industri 4.0, prophetic soft skills idealnya disertai mental tanmiyatul ilmi’ (mengembangkan ilmu) untuk bisa mengikuti disrupsi yang terjadi dalam hal digital dan global.

Abstract

This study aims to describe post-traumatic growth in university students who experienced physical and emotional abuse by their parents during childhood. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Four early adult participants were selected through purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data were collected using in-depth interviews and documentation, then analyzed using content analysis. The four participants demonstrated that the concrete psychological impacts they experienced included fear, low self-esteem, social withdrawal, and difficulty trusting others. However, through a process of self-reflection and social support, the survivors were able to transform their past wounds into newfound strength. The findings revealed that all participants experienced positive changes, including increased appreciation of life, closer interpersonal relationships, enhanced personal strength, openness to new opportunities, and spiritual development. These changes were influenced by self-reflection, the meaning constructed from past experiences, and social support. The findings indicate that despite the deep psychological impact of childhood abuse, individuals still possess the capacity to grow into more resilient psychological beings. This study contributes to the understanding of post-traumatic growth dynamics and provides a foundation for psychological interventions for survivors of childhood abuse. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan post-traumatic growth pada mahasiswa penyintas kekerasan fisik dan emosional dari orang tua di masa kecil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Partisipan terdiri dari empat individu dewasa awal yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi. Keempat partisipan memperlihatkan bahwa dampak psikologis konkrit yang dialami para partisipan meliputi rasa takut, rendah diri, penarikan diri sosial, dan kesulitan mempercayai orang lain. Namun, seiring proses refleksi dan dukungan sosial, para penyintas mampu mengubah luka masa lalu menjadi kekuatan baru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh partisipan mengalami perubahan positif berupa peningkatan penghargaan terhadap hidup, relasi interpersonal yang lebih erat, penguatan kekuatan dalam diri, keterbukaan terhadap peluang baru, serta perkembangan spiritualitas. Proses pertumbuhan ini dipengaruhi oleh refleksi diri, makna yang dibentuk dari pengalaman masa lalu, serta dukungan sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pengalaman kekerasan pada masa kecil memberikan dampak psikologis yang mendalam, individu tetap memiliki kapasitas untuk tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang lebih tangguh secara psikologis. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai dinamika pertumbuhan pascatrauma dan dapat menjadi dasar intervensi psikologis bagi penyintas kekerasan masa kecil.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang banyak mengirimkan pekerja bidang domestic care ke negara Hong Kong, dengan total pekerja migran Indonesia yang dikirim ke sana sejumlah 50.179 orang hingga bulan Agustus 2025. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan ketua dan pengurus Pimpinan Cabang Istimewa Aisyiyah (PCIA) Hong Kong, diperoleh data bahwa dengan tantangan pekerjaan dan kehidupan di perantauan yang jauh dari keluarga, banyak pekerja migran Indonesia di Hong Kong yang berpotensi mengalami kasus gangguan mental. Salah satu hal yang dapat membantu karyawan mengurangi tingkat stres yaitu kemampuan menghadapi kondisi emosi pada saat mengalami stres atau yang sering disebut regulasi emosi. Tahapan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu: (1) analisis masalah dan kebutuhan dengan wawancara formal; (2) pelaksanaan pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, lembar kerja, dan simulasi; dan (3) evaluasi pelatihan. Melalui metode pelatihan dengan cara psikoedukasi tentang regulasi emosi pada pekerja migran Indonesia yaitu dengan mengenalkan dan mempraktekkan berbagai hal, antara lain: (1) pemahaman tentang pengertian, konsep, dan jenis gangguan mental & kesehatan mental; (2) pemahaman tentang regulasi emosi; dan (3) simulasi penerapan regulasi emosi bagi pekerja migran Indonesia. Psikoedukasi regulasi emosi untuk pekerja migran Indonesia di Hong Kong sebagai pencegahan gangguan mental pada pekerja migran terbukti secara efektif dan berdampak terhadap peserta.

Abstract

Organizational climate plays an important role in shaping employee work behavior, especially in multicultural work environments. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in a workplace with a high level of cultural diversity. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 60 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant influence on OCB, which means that the better employees' perception of organizational climate, the higher their tendency to show voluntary behavior that supports the organization. In contrast, the multicultural work environment does not have a significant influence on OCB, which indicates that cultural diversity needs to be managed with the right strategy so that it does not become an obstacle in building cooperation and solidarity between employees. The findings confirm the importance of organizations in creating a conducive work environment with open communication, strong managerial support, and inclusive policies to encourage positive employee behavior. This study provides insights for management practitioners in developing effective strategies to increase productivity and work harmony in a multicultural environment.

Abstract

Work discipline is critical for enhancing the performance and professionalism of police forces. This study investigates how integrity and supervision affect the work discipline of Generation Z non-commissioned officers (NCOs) at the Bengkulu Regional Police, using organizational commitment as a mediator. The urgency is underscored by a rise in disciplinary violations among Gen Z officers in 2024-2025. A quantitative approach using SEM-PLS was applied to data from 155 respondents, collected via validated instruments.The results show that organizational commitment is the strongest direct driver of work discipline (path coefficient: 0.898). Integrity significantly builds commitment (0.665) and exerts its main influence on discipline indirectly through this mediator (0.597). In contrast, the direct effects of integrity (0.096) and supervision (0.009) on discipline are negligible, though supervision also strengthens commitment (0.279) and has a meaningful indirect effect (0.250). The study concludes that for Generation Z officers, strengthening work discipline is best achieved by fostering organizational commitment, which is primarily shaped by integrity.Therefore, police management should implement integrity development programs and adopt supportive, humanistic supervision to enhance commitment and, consequently, discipline and overall performance.
