A generator or alternator is a copper coil or coil consisting of a stator (static coil) and a rotor (rotating coil). The main function of the generator on board is to supply the electrical power needs on board. One of the disturbances that occur in generators is often the heat of the generator (overheating) and also the absence of electric voltage on the generator. The purpose of this study is to optimize maintenance on the generator maintenance system on KN ships. SAR SADEWA 231. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was on the engine of the KN SAR Sadewa 231 ship belonging to the Semarang Search and Rescue (SAR) Search and Rescue Office. The results showed that the generator on the main engine of the KN Ship. SAR SADEWA 231 uses an Alternating current (AC) generator power generation system. The implementation of maintenance of the generator system on the ship is good. The generator system parts that are treated include the stater dynamo, alternator, fuel filter, air filter, cooler, nozzle, bosh pump, turbocharge, muffler, and main board switch.

A procurement for the smooth arrival and departure of ships (port clearance) must be in accordance with existing procedures so that ships can leave the port and arrive safely at the destination port. The purpose of this study is to determine activities related to the clearance of document management by PT. Pelayaran Sumatra Timur Indonesia. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. In the research method, there are two types of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. There are 3 methods of obtaining the data needed during the research time including observation methods, interview methods and documentation methods. The results showed that the clearance activity of PT. East Sumatra Indonesia shipping there are several procedures for handling documents on ships, namely, checking shipping orders, checking cargo manifests or loading lists and checking cargo shipping lists or boot notes and other important ship requirements. The document clearance procedure is divided into two, namely clearance in and clearance out. The clearance procedure is the process of obtaining permits for ships that will arrive at the port to related agencies. Clearance out the procedure on PT. East Sumatra Indonesia shipping includes after the ship has finished carrying out activities at the port and will again sail out of the port area, the agent re-requests the ship's departure or clearance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh implementasi Standard Of Training, Certification And WatchkeepingFor Seafarers (STCW) 1978 Amendments 2010 terutama pengaruh sertifikasi, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan awakkapal terhadap kinerja operasional kapal di PT. Gebari Medan Segara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatifdengan pengamatan di lapangan (field research). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada awak kapal PT. Gebari Medan yangberjumlah 26 orang. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan SEMSmartpls. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan pengaruh langsung positif yang signifikan sertifikasi pelaut padakesejahteraan awak kapal pada perusahaan PT. Gebari Medan. Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif secara signifikanketerampilan awak kapal pada kesejahteraan awak kapal pada pada perusahaan PT. Gebari Medan Segara.Keterampilan awak kapal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan awak kapal. Kesejahteraan awakkapal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional kapal. Sehingga ada pengaruh positif terhadapimplementasi Standard Of Training, Certification And Watchkeeping For Seafarers (STCW) 1978 Amendments 2010terutama pengaruh sertifikasi, keterampilan, dan kesejahteraan awak kapal terhadap kinerja operasional kapal di PT.Gebari Medan Segara.

The purpose of this service is as an effort to improve the performance of the Bina Qurani Al-Qurani Education Center in the management of academic administration related to the management of TPA learning in terms of learning administration management in the form of a Learning Implementation Plan, in addition to providing insight into making administration in TPA learning. The method used in this Service is by training with lectures, questions and answers and mentoring. Data collection techniques were obtained by direct observation, interviews and documentation at the Bina Qurani landfill organization which is located in the hamlet of Jetis Sinduadi Mlati Sleman Yogyakarta. The results of this service resulted in an increase in the performance of the Bina Qurani Landfill by producing a Learning Implementation Plan which was used as a guide in providing Iqra and Quran learning by ustazah or Bina Qurani landfill teachers.

Surety bond insurance issuance services are an important sector in the construction and service industry, because they involve insurance institutions on the quality and success of projects to clients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on Suretybond sales volume at PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch quality of service and sales promotion to the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents with random sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial regression test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence of service quality and sales promotion on the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura Branch. Quality of service and promotion is able to explain Sales volume by 81.1%, while for 18.9% sales volume is influenced by variables other than service quality and sales Promotion.

Penggunaan teknologi sangat dibutuhkan karena dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah pekerjaan manusia akan tetapi tidak diimbangi dengan keterampilan dalam pengunaan teknologi. Hal ini dialami oleh guru-guru di SD IT dan PAUD IT Harapan Bunda terutama dalam pengolahan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa yang kesemuanya masih manual. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam penggunaan teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan pengolahan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dengan teknik pendampingan adaptasi teknologi. Adapun metodologi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan serta dilakukan evaluasi sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan program. Kegiatan PKM dapat terlaksana dengan baik dengan pemberian materi (25%) dan tutorial (75%). Sementara luaran yang dicapai pada kegiatan ini adalah rata-rata peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengolahan nilai evaluasi belajar siswa menyatakan sangat setuju sebesar 91.25%.

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning attitudes, learning knowledge and learning motivation on the Application of Occupational Health and Safety using path analysis. The method used in this study is the quantitative method with a correlational research type. The population in this study is cadets of the Ship Machinery Study Program, at Yogyakarta Maritime High School. Sample The selection of research samples is carried out using the saturated sampling method or census method, which is all members of the sample population. The data analysis method uses path analysis with the Smartpls3 SEM model. Based on the results of the study, there was a significant positive direct influence of learning attitudes on the learning motivation of cadets. Learning attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the Application of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the Ship Machinery Laboratory. Furthermore, there is a significant positive direct influence of learning knowledge on the learning motivation of cadets. Learning knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the Application of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the Ship Machinery Laboratory. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Application of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the Ship Machinery Laboratory.

Sistem pendingin berfungsi untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu pada bagian mesin, sistem pendingin tertutup menggunakan dua media pendingin yaitu air tawar dan air laut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perawatan sistem pendingin tertutup pada mesin diesel tipe DIESEL MAK 8M32 sebagai penggerak utama KM LIT ENTERPRISE. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kamar mesin Kapal KM. LIT Enterprise milik PT. Indonesia Timor Line Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif Kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Observasi (pengamatan), metode interview atau wawancara dan metode dokumenter. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawatan sistem pendingin mesin utama pada kapal KM. LIT Enterprise milik PT. INDONESIA TIMOR LINE sudah berjalan dengan baik dan dilakukan sesuai prosedur atau sesuai dengan manual book. Pelaksanaan perawatan pada komponen sistem pendingin mesin utama meliputi : Exspansion Tank, Pompa Air tawar, Cylinder Liner, Kepala Cylinder, Fresh Water Cooler. Jenis kegiatan perawatan pada KM. LIT Enterprise meliputi perawatan berkala dan perawatan tidak terduga. Perawatan berkala meliputi perawatan harian, perawatan setiap 50-250, perawatan setiap 500-1000 jam.

The mass of services at ports requires a long bureaucracy that is more like a monopoly or almost dominated by certain parties, which can trigger divergence because users/customers need fast service to avoid a high costing economy, causing loopholes in system and procedure deviations at the Port. This study aims to determine the efforts made to reduce gaps in system and procedure irregularities at the Port. The data collection method is divided into 2 parts, namely: Observation Method and the literature study. The results of the study stated that the efforts that must be made in reducing the gaps in the system and procedure deviations at the Port do the following (1) Equalize the perception of existing systems and procedures, (2) Maximize the National Single Window at ports (3) Monopolies take refuge under bureaucracy, (4) Port Privatization, (5) Five strategies to change bureaucratic behaviour.
