Given the magnitude of responsibility in carrying out the task of maintaining the health of the longmarch participants who traveled a distance of approximately 35 km, a clear division of work is needed, the work of First Aid in accidents team personnel. The purpose of this community service is to conduct continuous education training First Aid in management planning and division of work in the long march activity at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. The service method used is to carry out continuing education and First Aid in accident training for cadets. The result of this community service is the implementation of continuing education training First Aid for several years from 2017 until now as well as the readiness of management planning and division of work for First Aid team officers in logmarch activities at the Yogyakarta Maritime College. Overall, the results of this service not only improve the quality and competence of individual cadets, but also have a positive impact on their community and surrounding environment. Trained and knowledgeable cadets are expected to become future leaders who contribute to the development of a healthier and safer society.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan fungsi alat keselamatan di Kapal MT. Patra Tanker 2 agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sementara itu teknik pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui penelitian lapangan field research dengan penggabungan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan interview mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan fungsi alat keselamatan sangat penting dalam mendukung suatu kapal dalam berlayar terutama jika kapal tersebut dalam keadaan bahaya baik itu kebakaran, orang jatuh kelaut, kepal tenggelam dan lain-lainnya. Alat keselamatan agar dapat berfungsi dengan baik dengan cara, selalu diadakan perawatan rutin. Agar pada saat terjadi keadaan darurat, alat-alat keselamat dapat berfungsi dan dapat digunakan dengan baik. Pada Kapal MT. Patra Tanker2 alat-alat keselamatan sudah baik dan lengkap serta sudah mematuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh IMO.

In determining the seaworthiness of the ship, ship inspection is very important to do. KSOP has a very important role in determining the seaworthiness of ships. This study aims to determine the role of marine inspectors in ship inspection at KSOP Class IV Probolinggo. The research used qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out by surveys and interviews. The results of this study show that the marine inspector has the role and task of preparing to discuss the formulation and implementation of policies, standards, norms, guidelines, criteria, and procedures as well as technical guidance, evaluation, certification, and reporting in the fields of ship design, measurement, construction and stability of ships, nautical, technical, and radio as well as equipment and equipment for ship safety and equipment as well as prevention of pollution from ships and management of ship safety and operation for ships indonesian flags that sail in Indonesian and international waters for all types of ships and all sizes. In the duties of inspection and measurement of ships carried out in the Legal Status and Certification of Ships section, carry out inspection tasks at the Port of Probolinggo. The results of the survey of the marine administration examination and physical examination were obtained that it took an average of 32.57 minutes.

Muara Berau Anchorage is one of the waters in East Kalimantan that many ships visit for coal loading and unloading activities. The coal export transhipment was carried out in the Berau Estuary, Samarinda because the draft of large ships did not allow it to enter the far and shallow river channel. In the execution of loading there is often a shortage of load caused by several factors. The purpose of the study is to determine the causes and impacts of load deadfreight and efforts to reduce the occurrence of load deadfreight in the coal loading process. The methods used are descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews and literature studies that were tested for validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that the cause of the load deadfreight in the MV. RB MYA is the theft of cargo along the Mahakam river, spillage of coal cargo during the loading process, and lack of supervision in the loading process at the Jetty. The impact of the deadfreight of coal cargo is the occurrence of a shortage of shiploads and the occurrence of losses for shippers. Efforts were made to reduce the occurrence of payload deadfreights in the MV. RB MYA is to hold barge escorts, increase the effectiveness of communication between the ship and floating cranes, and increase the number of Foreman Jetty.

The case of late ship arrival can have a very significant impact on agency service activities. Batam Kabil Liquid Bulk Port is one of the major ports on the island of Batam projected to be one of the gateways for the flow of goods to and from the island of Batam and is expected to complement the port of Singapore. For this reason, careful planning is needed so that the Kabil port can carry out its roles and functions effectively and efficiently with high performance and supported by harmonious environmental conditions. This study aims to analyse the arrival management of SPOB Ships. Indo Raya Line at Kabil Batam Liquid Bulk Port. This research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis. The data collection method in this study uses observation methods, interview methods, and documentary methods. The results showed that the analysis of the arrival time of the SPOB Ship. Indo Raya Line at Kabil Liquid Bulk Port based on 3 ship arrivals, namely arrival from Pontitributary, Guntung River, and Belinyu from the arrival process followed by anchorage to shifting with a comparison between plan and actual, a comparison of estimated time arrival (ETA) with time arrival (TA) is obtained a lot of delays.

Abstrak Peran ikut serta dan keaktifan pengurus takmir di setiap seksi yang terdapat dalam struktur ketakmiran menjadi indikasi dari efektivitas penerapan fungsi-fungsi manajemen yang ada. Namun, saat ini di lokasi kegiatan, ditemukan beberapa tantangan yang menghambat optimalisasi fungsi kepemimpinan. Beberapa pengurus belum sepenuhnya menjalankan peran mereka secara konsisten, sehingga masih terdapat tugas-tugas yang belum terkoordinasi dengan baik. Kurangnya komunikasi dan pembagian peran yang jelas menyebabkan beberapa bagian mengalami stagnasi dalam pelaksanaan program kerja. Oleh karena itu, penguatan penerapan fungsi pengurus takmir dalam kepemimpinan sangat diperlukan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan fungsi organik manajemen dalam kepemimpinan takmir masjid, khususnya dalam pengelolaan program pembangunan. Fungsi-fungsi manajemen seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, penganggaran, koordinasi, dan pengendalian digunakan untuk memperkuat peran dan keaktifan pengurus takmir di setiap seksi struktural, termasuk seksi pembangunan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan mencakup pelatihan manajemen, pendampingan pelaksanaan fungsi-fungsi manajemen, dan evaluasi kinerja pengurus. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan dalam koordinasi antar seksi, perencanaan yang lebih sistematis, serta motivasi pengurus yang lebih tinggi. Penerapan fungsi organik manajemen terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan takmir dalam mengelola kegiatan pembangunan masjid. Kata kunci: fungsi organik manajemen; takmir masjid; kepemimpinan; pengelolaan pembangunan. Abstract The participation and activeness of takmir administrators in each section contained in the takmiran structure is an indication of the effectiveness of the implementation of existing management functions. However, currently at the location of the activity, several challenges are found that hinder the optimization of leadership functions. Some administrators have not fully carried out their roles consistently, so there are still tasks that have not been well coordinated. The lack of communication and clear division of roles causes some parts to stagnate in the implementation of the work program. Therefore, strengthening the implementation of the function of takmir administrators in leadership is very necessary. This community service aims to analyze the application of organic management functions in the leadership of mosque takmir, especially in the management of development programs. Management functions such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, budgeting, coordinating, and controlling are used to strengthen the role and activeness of takmir administrators in each structural section, including the development section. The service method used includes management training, assistance in the implementation of management functions, and evaluation of management performance. The results show an increase in coordination between sections, more systematic planning, budget efficiency, and higher management motivation. The application of the organic function of management has been proven to be able to increase the effectiveness of takmir leadership in managing mosque construction activities. Surety bond insurance issuance services are an important sector in the construction and service industry, because they involve insurance institutions on the quality and success of projects to clients. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and sales promotion on Suretybond sales volume at PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch quality of service and sales promotion to the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura branch. The sample taken in this study was 100 respondents with random sample. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous regression test (F-test) and partial regression test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive influence of service quality and sales promotion on the sales volume of suretybond PT. Parolamas Jayapura Branch. Quality of service and promotion is able to explain Sales volume by 81.1%, while for 18.9% sales volume is influenced by variables other than service quality and sales Promotion.

ST37 equivalent steel is widely used in engineering applications due to its high ductility; however, its relatively low hardness limits its performance in wear-related components. This study investigates the effect of annealing temperature variations and different oil quenching media on the hardness of ST37 equivalent steel. Specimens were annealed at 750°C, 850°C, and 950°C with a holding time of 10 minutes, followed by quenching in three types of oil: SAE 15W-40 mineral oil, SAE 10W-40 semi-synthetic oil, and SAE 10W-40 fully synthetic oil. Hardness measurements were conducted using the Rockwell B scale (HRB) at five different points on each specimen. The results indicate a consistent increase in hardness with increasing annealing temperature for all quenching media. The highest hardness value, 43.4 HRB, was obtained at 950°C using fully synthetic oil, representing an improvement of approximately 4.58% compared to the untreated material. Among the tested media, fully synthetic oil exhibited the most effective cooling performance. These findings demonstrate that both annealing temperature and oil type significantly influence the hardness characteristics of ST37 equivalent steel.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education opened up significant opportunities to improve the quality of learning through personalization, efficiency, and innovation. This community service program aimed to enhance the digital literacy of junior high school teachers at SMP IT Baitussalam Prambanan, Yogyakarta by utilizing AI in the learning process. The program involved 14 teachers and included training on integrating AI into lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation using applications such as ChatGPT, Moodle, and coding tools. The methods employed included identifying teachers’ needs, preparing training materials, conducting activities, and evaluating the impact. The training results showed an increase in teachers’ confidence in developing AI-based Lesson Plans (RPP) and using interactive learning media. AI also helped teachers better understand students’ learning needs, creating a more personalized and effective learning experience. The program concluded that AI-based training had a significant positive impact in supporting the transformation of learning, with recommendations for follow-up training to deepen teachers' understanding of AI technology in broader educational contexts.

In the era of digitalizing, a leader is needed who can provide clear direction and goals and understand digital development technology. The development of digital-based information systems in the transportation sector will have an impact on reducing logistics costs. For this reason, digital-based leadership is needed in all sectors, including the maritime sector. The purpose of this community service is to conduct Indonesian maritime e-leadership training toward a digital-based marine transportation system. The purpose of this e-leadership training is to increase knowledge of leadership ethos, increase leadership talents and interests, increase leadership creativity and reasoning power, and cultivate the spirit of community insight. Community service model in the form of training and service to the community. The training was carried out online and was attended by 531 students divided into 4 sessions, session I as many as 178 students, session II as many as 122 cadets, session 3 as many as 102 and session 4 as many as 129 cadets. The results of the service obtained that the benefits of Indonesia's maritime e-leadership training towards a digital-based marine transportation system are an increase in knowledge of leadership ethos, an increase in leadership talents and interests, an increase in leadership creativity and reasoning power, and fostering a spirit of community insight with an average answer of 73.04%, agreeing by 22.79% and disagreeing by 4.17%.
