Abstract

This study aims to improve the short service learning outcomes badminton grip backhand  by using the application of audio visual media.               This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The study was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were students which amounted to 34 students consisting of 11 boys and 23 girls. Sources of data is by observation assessment of learning outcomes short serve badminton grip backhand. Data analysis using descriptive technique based on qualitative analysis with percentage.               The result of the allasis obtained from Chapter IV shows a gradual increase from the pre-cycle of cycle I and from cycle I of cycle II. This can be seen from the result of short service learning handles backhand show from 34 students there are 11 students or 32.35% complete and Not complete as many as 23 students or equal to 67.65%. Then the short service learning results of backhand handles shown in cycle I showed an increase of sebasar 38.24%, 24 students or 70.59% included in the category Completed and the remaining 10 Learners or 29.41% fall into the Unfinished category. In the second cycle improvement of learning outcomes of students better is equal to 20.59% of the cycle I or 58.83% of prasiklus. A total of 31 learners or equal to 91.18% enter the Taskas category and 3 students or equal to 8.82% into the Unfinished category               The conclusion of this research is the application of audio visual media can improve the learning result short service badminton handle backhand .

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of playing football in class XII Social Sciences 4 Surakarta Senior High School 6 of 2017/2018 Academic Year. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of class XII Social Sciences 4 of SMA N 6 Surakarta in the 2017/2018 Academic Year, which numbered 25 students with details of 10 male students 15 female students. Sources of data in this study come from teachers and students. The technique of collecting data is by testing and observing during the learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive based on qualitative analysis with percentages. From the analysis of the data obtained the following results: In the pre-cycle, the results of learning to play football students who completed reached 44% or as many as 11 students and students who have not completed 56% or as many as 14 students. In the first cycle, the results of learning to play football students who completed reached 68% or as many as 17 students and students who have not finished 22% or as many as 8 students. In the second cycle the learning outcomes of playing football students were completed 88% or 22 students and students who had not finished 12% or as many as 3 students. The implementation of actions in cycle I and cycle II lead to an active, effective, efficient and enjoyable learning process so that it can support the occurrence of quality learning. Based on the results of the study obtained conclusions that: learning through a tactical approach, can improve learning outcomes of playing football in class XIISos 4 Surakarta N SMA 6 2018/2019 Academic Year.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the readiness of PJOK or sport teachers in the virtual learning in the era of covid-19 in public junior high schools of Pegandon, Kendal. This study uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. This approach is chosen by the writer because it describes the situation of particular events based on the facts that appear as it should be. The subjects of this study are 8 PJOK teachers in the public junior high school of Pegandon. This study uses two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collecting techniques used in this study are observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. The data obtained from the result of questionnaire is analyzed and examined its data validity using SPSS 22 program. The result of this study can be concluded that the level of teachers’ readiness in the virtual learning in covid-19 era in the public junior high school of Pegandon can be considered as ready in delivering the learning material virtually. It has average percentage of 75%. For teachers who are considered as not ready in delivering the learning material virtually have the percentage of 25% because there are only 2 teachers who are considered as not ready to deliver the learning material virtually. It is caused by the condition of the schools that are isolated, lack of signal, and other causes It can be concluded that the result of of this study is used as knowledge and application for PJOK teachers in the public junior high school in Pegandon regarding on how to provide the PJOK teaching material or learning material which still run properly and correctly in this era of covid-19 even it cannot be conducted in face-to-face method and must be conducted online. The readiness of PJOK teachers is important for the learning development of students in the application of virtual PJOK learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the sporting talent in male students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten the academic year 2019/2020. This research uses a descriptive method. This study wanted to describe giftedness in male students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten. The population and sample in this study were male students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten in the academic year 2019/2020. The subjects in this study were male students of grade VII SMP Negeri 2 Jaten in the academic year 2019/2020 as many as 100 students. Data collection techniques in this study used tests and measurements of the sports search model which consisted of 10 test items, namely: height, sitting height, body weight, length of the two arms, throwing a tennis ball, throwing basketball, jumping upright, running agility. , sprint 40 meters and run multi-stage. The data analysis technique used computer software "sport search" and modified sport search. The results of this study show that the sports talents possessed by male students in grade VII of SMP Negeri 2 Jaten for the 2019/2020 academic year which consisted of several sports groups, namely, 37 students (37.00%) of sprint, long running, 5 students (5.00%), throwing a javelin as much as 1 student (1.00%), throwing bullets by 1 student (1.00%), pole jumping by 1 student (1.00%), long jump and multiply 7 students (7.00%), high jumping as many as 31 students (31.00%), archery by 2 students (2.00%), gymnastics as many as 15 students (15.00%). Team / Ball: soccer as many as 32 students (32.00%), futsal as many as 1 student (1.00%), volleyball as many as 44 students (44.00%), handball as many as 23 students (23.00%) . Combative: karate as many as 26 students (26.00%), taekwondo as many as 23 students (23.00%), pencak silat as many as 51 students (51.00%). Racket / Stick: The conclusion of this study is that from a total of 100 students who took the giftedness test sport search, the classification of giftedness level was determined. There were 2 students who were talented to become athletes, 16 students were talented enough to become athletes, 44 students were less talented to become athletes and 38 students were not gifted as athletes.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to improve the service learning outcomes of the volleyball through aids such as hula hoop, javelin, raffia cord, net, cone, plastic ball, sponsors ball in the learning process of students of SMA N 4 Surakarta.            This research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles which each cycle consists of planning, implementation of the action, observation, reflection. The subjects of the research are the students of class X IIS 4 SMA N 4 Surakarta academic year 2016/2017, with the number of 30 students, 13 students and 17 students. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data with test and observation. Data validity using method triangulation. Data analysis using percentage technique, where from the data that has been obtained, then analyzed by percentage to see the learning result in volleyball game on learning in school.         The results showed that learning with the optimization of the use of tools can improve the learning outcomes of service on volleyball in students of class X IIS 4 SMA N 4 Surakarta 2016/2017 academic year. In the first cycle, the results of service learning on the volleyball students reached 63.33% or 19 students of 30 students have entered the criteria thoroughly while 11 students or 36.67% in the category has not been completed. In the second cycle there is an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes in the category of completion of 83.33% or a number of 25 students. Until the end of the meeting there are 5 students or 16.67% that have not been completed.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the learning with the optimization of the use of the tools can improve the learning outcomes of service on the volleyball in the students of class X IIS 4 SMA N 4 Surakarta in the academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kompetensi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor melalui permainan outdoor. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri Danaraja Banyumas pada tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II berjumlah 26 siswa dan obyek penelitinnya adalah meningkatkan kompetensi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor melalui permainan outdoor. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti bekerjasama dengan guru penjasorkes. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus terdiri dari 6 kali pertemuan, kemudian tahap dalam setiap siklusnya yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, tes dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menelaah semua data yang tersedia, baik data kuantitatif secara statistik deskriptif komparatif (persentase) maupun data kualitatif secara analisis kritis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui permainan outdoor dapat meningkatkan kompetensi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor yang semula pada prasiklus kelulusan sebesar 34,6% menjadi 61,5% pada siklus I, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 76,9%, sehingga kompetensi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 42,3%.

Abstract

Pertambahan usia akan memberikan banyak perubahan pada tubuh manusia. Salah satunya dalah penurunan massa otot yang dialami lansia. Penurunan massa otot pada lansia dapat menimbulkan gangguan otot rangka yang progresif dan terjadi secara menyeluruh. Pada kelompok lansia terjadi percepatan hilangnya massa otot dan fungsi gerak sehingga menyebabkan peningkatan risiko jatuh, penurunan fungsional, kelemahan, dan kematian. Sesuai rekomendasi WHO bahwa usia lansia yaitu diatas 65 tahun selain melakukan latihan fisik bersifat aerobik juga melakukan latihan penguatan otot berupa latihan beban yang dilakukan 2 hari dalam satu minggu. Namun, belum banyak kelompok lansia yang mengetahui dan mampu melakukan latihan beban. Kegiatan ini dilakukan  dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan bagi kelompok senam Prolanis Sehat Bugar Ceria di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Sehingga tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pengenalan berbagai gerakan  latihan beban yang dapat dilakukan secara mudah dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri di rumah. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, didapatkan hasil peningkatan pengetahuan para lansia tentang manfaat dan cara latihan beban serta dapat mempraktekkan gerakan latihan beban yang baik dan benar. Kata kunci : latihan beban; lansia; sarkopenia

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the implementation of learning history in high school equivalency programs. This study uses the descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected by interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis technique use qualitative analysis inductive models with purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are: first, planning learning history in high school equivalency program started from In-House Training for educators in high school equivalency program which practiced in the preparation of the learning device are appropriate to the curriculum; second, the implementation of learning history in high school equivalency program involves three patterns of learning consisting of 20% face-to-face interaction, 30% tutorials, and 50% independent activity; third, constraints in the implementation is the readiness of learners in receiving learning materials, learning infrastructure, and the competence of educators in conveying the teaching of history; fourth, evaluation of learning history in high school equivalency program is equal to the formal school.

Abstract

In welcoming Indonesia's golden generation in 2045, the world of education has a big challenge, namely realizing quality education where the teacher's role is significant, especially in becoming creative, innovative, and inspiring teachers in designing meaningful learning activities. The existence of the times makes learning history a big challenge, and teachers must be able to adapt to the nature of the times, one of which is the rapid development of technology and communication. This study analyzes the urgency of developing smart history learning media for cultural heritage-based smartphones. The method used in this research is research and development. Data were collected through observation and literature study for reference in the early stages of the investigation. They were taking samples from questionnaires to analyze the need for designing mobile learning based on cultural heritage as a medium for learning history to 264 high school students in Sragen Regency. The initial stage of product design explains the materials and media in the form of various cultural heritages in the Sragen district. This study's results are quite significant: 97.7 percent have smartphones, almost 46.1 percent of respondents use smartphones to study, and 97.7 percent answered that it is important to take advantage of cultural heritage in history learning.Dalam menyongsong generasi emas Indonesia di tahun 2045, dunia pendidikan memiliki tantangan besar yaitu mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dimana peran guru sangat besar, terutama menjadi guru yang kreatif, inovatif, dan inspiratif dalam merancang kegiatan pembelajaran yang bermakna. Adanya perkembangan zaman membuat pembelajaran sejarah menjadi tantangan besar, dan guru harus mampu beradaptasi dengan alam perkembangan zaman, salah satunya perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi yang begitu pesat. Penelitian ini menganalisis urgensi pengembangan media pembelajaran sejarah pintar untuk smartphone berbasis cagar budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan studi literatur sebagai referensi pada tahap awal penelitian. Kemudian dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner untuk menganalisis kebutuhan perancangan mobile learning berbasis cagar budaya sebagai media pembelajaran sejarah kepada 264 siswa SMA di Kabupaten Sragen. Tahap awal perancangan produk menjelaskan materi dan media berupa berbagai cagar budaya yang ada di kabupaten Sragen. Hasil penelitian ini cukup signifikan: 97.7 persen memiliki smartphone, hampir 46.1 persen responden menggunakan smartphone untuk belajar, dan 97.7 persen menjawab penting untuk memanfaatkan cagar budaya dalam pembelajaran sejarah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of weight training using circuit methods on aerobic fitness, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, and hand grip strength. This study is a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study with a sample of the elderly gymnastics group Sehat Bugar Ceria in Karanganyar Regency, Indonesia. Twenty-seven study subjects aged 60–75 participated in the exercise for 12 meetings. All research subjects can take all pretests and posttests in the form of a six-minute walk test, a hand grip strength test using a handgrip dynamometer, and body composition testing using bioelectrical impedance analysis. Changes that occurred before and after exercise were analyzed using paired t-tests. This study showed that aerobic fitness increased significantly (p = 0.001), body fat percentage decreased significantly (p = 0.008), but there was no significant change in the percentage of muscle mass (p 0.05) or hand grip strength (p 0.05). The results of this study showed that weight training using circuit methods can improve aerobic fitness and reduce body fat percentage in the elderly group.
