Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari dimensi online service quality terhadap online loyalty melalui mediasi online satisfaction pada pengguna e-commerce C2C di kota Batam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna yang telah memiliki akun dari salah satu atau lebih e-commerce C2C yang ada dan telah pernah melakukan pembelian minimal dua kali. Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh yaitu sebanyak 354 kuesioner dengan menggunakan non-probability sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari dimensi online service quality berupa reliability, efficiency dan web design terhadap online satisfaction. Sedangkan terdapat juga pengaruh tidak signifikan dari dimensi online service quality berupa privacy/security dan responsiveness terhadap online satisfaction. Untuk hasil penelitian pengaruh secara tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa dimensi online service quality yang terdiri dari reliability, efficiency dan web design memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap online loyalty melalui mediasi online satisfaction. Sedangkan, dimensi online service quality berupa privacy/security dan responsiveness tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap online loyalty melalui mediasi online satisfaction.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, sebuah korporasi harus dapat menciptakan keunggulan yang tidak dimiliki oleh korporasi lainnya. Strategi dinamika perusahaan yang terintegrasi harus sejalan dengan sistem controlling sehingga tim manajer dapat memantau aktivitas perusahaan. Di era teknologi yang sudah lebih maju seperti sekarang ini, sistem informasi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja suatu perushaan karena mampu mendukung berbagai fungsi disuatu perushaan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan dalam mengkaji permasalahan ini adalah metode data penelitian secara kualitatif. Pendekatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Artikel ini dibuat untuk menganalisis penerapan sistem ERP dan kinerja sistem rantai pasokan pada PT Unilever Indonesia. Sistem yang diterapkan oleh PT Unilever berbasis SAP dan TI dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi sistem yang dibuat oleh PT Unilever dan PT Unilever mengimplementasikan program yang biasa dikenal dengan Supplier Quality Management and Assessment Programme (SQMP).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of enterprise resource planning and supply chain management systems from PT Semen Padang in improving company performance. Analyzing the obstacles experienced by PT Semen Padang in implementing the ERP system in its business processes. The research method applied in this study is a qualitative method and Secondary Data Analysis (ADS), namely using and analyzing existing data without having to conduct surveys and interviews. The results obtained from this study are that there is an increase in the performance of the company's supply chain by implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as evidenced by an increase in the amount of cement production in the following year.

Abstract

Progress in various fields of life always gives rise to new ideas that meet consumer needs, one of which is in the field of trade. With the rapid development of information technology, it provides a more flexible space for business people to reach the market for their products. This has fueled the emergence and development of digital marketing This study aims to analyze the effect of EWOM on Purchase Intention by mediating Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Trust in e-commerce in Indonesia. The object of this study used 288 samples who had shopped through e-commerce. Data analysis used the SmartPLS analysis method. The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) and Purchase Intention. Meanwhile, Brand Image, Satisfaction, and Trust also have a significant effect on Purchase Intention directly or indirectly.

Abstract

By evaluating and identifying variables from the variables evaluated, this research investigates the complexity of factors that affect users of online transportation services' satisfaction and loyalty. A questionnaire was selected as the data gathering strategy and tool for the quantitative investigation. PLS-SEM, or partial least squares structural equation modeling, was used to analyze the given data. The findings demonstrate that two factors—perceived app benefits and perceived service quality—can be significantly used to predict consumer loyalty and happiness while utilizing online transportation services, particularly Go-ride and Grab bike services. Customer happiness is unaffected significantly by the perceived sales promotion component, but customer loyalty is significantly impacted. Meanwhile, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty has a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

The coklit process (voter data collection) is an important process in a democratic system. Elections are a means of implementing people's sovereignty, general, honest, and fair. Coklit can improve the preliminary data collection process. In this case, Batam International University students carry out and supervise the implementation of this election monitoring activity in order to increase public participation for the 2024 elections. During the implementation there were a number of discrepancies and obstacles found during the implementation of the activity so that it could not be carried out, namely KTPs of residents who came from outside Batam, found coklit stickers on residents' homes, residents had not been visited by officers before, and residents did not know about coklit or even did not allow coklit activities to be carried out. The efforts made by Batam International University students are to provide socialization to the community and go directly to the field so that the community can actively participate in voting during elections. Overall, elections are the main foundation in a democratic system. Elections have an important role in ensuring public participation in politics, determining leaders who will represent the interests of the state and creating an accountable and transparent government.

Abstract

People's shopping habits had changed in today's business environment, many people make impulse purchases because of their interest in a brand or product that trending at that time. Due to that trends, people now see shopping as a necessity that must be fulfilled, they become more consumptive and make shopping as a lifestyle. The aim of research is to identify factors that influence impulsive buying. The population data used in this research were 230 respondents who used e-commerce in Batam City. Through quantitative research method, the data were tested for hypotheses by processing them with structural equation modeling analysis based on PLS. The results showed impulsive buying is influenced by positive emotion and price discount variables. Meanwhile, impulsive buying is not influenced by variables of fashion involvement, shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation, and sales promotion. However, positive emotion as a mediator role is able to mediate all variables on Impulsive Buying. The implications of the results can be applied to practitioners in adopting marketing strategies to evoke positive consumer emotions that lead to impulse purchases.

Abstract

The aim of implementing this service program is to help solve the problems faced by MSMES in Batam City, especially in digital marketing. The MSMEs targeted are Harum Bakery which focuses on the bread sector. Previously, Harum Bakery's sales system was still based on a consignment system in minimarkets, markets and supermarkets. Since the beginning, Harum Bakery has only used traditional marketing methods, namely word of mouth. Therefore, in this activity the author will help design and implement digital marketing at Harum Bakery. The method used in this activity is observation and interviews with MSMEs owners. The results of this activity prove that the application of digital marketing can provide many benefits for Harum Bakery, such as increasing revenue or product sales, reaching a wider range of consumers, increasing brand awareness, and being able to compete with other competitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and show the influence of risk factors on the trust of the Batam city community which affects online shopping intentions. This research is quantitative in nature. The population of this research is consumers buying goods through online stores. The sample size of this study was 209 respondents. This research data processing uses the SmartPLS application. The data for this study were obtained from primary and secondary sources, primary data were obtained through questionnaires while secondary data were obtained from sources already available from journals, bulletins, and data from the internet. In analyzing the data, researchers used descriptive analysis methods to analyze respondent demographics and quantitative analysis to test variables and relationships between variables using SPSS. The result of this study is that there is a significant positive influence between financial risk, product risk, social risk, security risk and time risk with trust on Online Purchase Intention in Batam. Trust affects online purchase Intention, when trust can be an intermediary that causes consumers' desire to shop in e-commerce, when the higher the level of store trust can affect consumer confidence as well as the resulting online purchase intention. Abstract

Technological developments in the world have changed companies to participate in using technology as a means of improving company performance. Companies can implement information technology systems that assist in terms of finance, company audits, and supply chain management (SCM) performance which is called enterprise resource planning (ERP). This study will discuss the effect of implementing ERP on SCM performance at the company PT Toyota Astra Motor. The method used is a qualitative approach and also a study of literature. PT Toyota Astra Motor has implemented an ERP application that is used, namely SAP (Standard Application Product in Data Processing) version ECC 6.0 and also has supply chain management which helps in expediting and accelerating the company's production and marketing processes to meet the needs of their consumers.
