Abstract

In the process of submitting new products from customers, they often experience process inefficiencies, especially in proposing product samples. In a manual system, many use forms whose steps can result in the process of making new products inefficient. A web-based new product request information system is an application that is used to facilitate the process of submitting and managing requests for new products in the Engineering department of PT. Leoco Indonesia. This system is designed to facilitate communication between the Engineering team and other departments, as well as speed up and increase the efficiency of the new product request process. In this study the authors formulate how to design a system that can overcome problems in the process of submitting requests for new product samples Engineering Department PT. Leoco Indonesia is web-based which can support and be integrated especially in the Engineering Department which can reduce the risks of errors and can speed up the flow of data activity.

Abstract

Sistem penjadwalan kunjungan karyawan di customer studi kasus PT CNC Part Teknika saat ini masih mengelola data karyawan, absensi dan jadwal kerja karyawan masih dikelola secara manual. Dalam pengelolaan data pegawai, absensi dan jadwal pegawai masih dikelola secara manual. Pada saat memasukkan dan mengelola data pada sheet menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, kerepotan mulai terjadi ketika administrator ingin mencari data karyawan dan menjadwalkan pekerjaan atau ingin membuat laporan yang harus dibuka dan diproses masing-masing pada sheet dan tidak secara otomatis terkelola pada lembaran atau halaman, sebaliknya data tersebut tidak tersimpan dalam database, sehingga suatu saat data tersebut dapat hilang atau terhapus, sehingga peneliti untuk sistem pengelolaan data pegawai tersebut, pegawai yang lama masih memiliki schedule Jadwal kerja pegawai lama masih belum efektif. Fasilitas dan layanan pelanggan harus disediakan secara otomatis sehingga tidak mengganggu transaksi pelanggan, dan jika terjadi admin, tidak perlu menyediakan penjadwalan manual. Pola desain sistem berbasis web ini memungkinkan teknisi dan administrator untuk secara otomatis menggunakan sistem untuk menjadwalkan pertemuan pelanggan selama kunjungan teknisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah model waterfall atau lebih dikenal dengan siklus hidup klasik, yang merupakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang menekankan tahapan berurutan dan sistematis. Merancang sistem informasi jadwal teknisi agar pelanggan dapat bertransaksi, mengolah data dan mencetak laporan secara otomatis di web saat terjadi perubahan dari manual menjadi terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi memberikan kemudahan bagi instansi baik dibidang pemerintahan, pendidikan dan bahkan dibidang bisnis. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, jaringan komputer menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi instansi pemerintah dan bahkan sampai ke dunia pendidikan. SMK Islam Darurrohman Sukawangi Kabupaten Bekasi menyediakan akses internet yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi lebih mudah. Layanan hotspot yang tersedia belum digunakan secara maksimal karena sebagian pada area sekolah tidak terjangkau fasilitas Wi-fi yang tersedia. System routing yang digunakan untuk membangun jaringan komputer di SMK Islam Darurrohman Sukawangi Kabupaten Bekasi adalah menggunakan Mikrotik. Mikrotik sangat cocok untuk membangun administrasi jaringan komputer yang berskala kecil hingga besar. Tahapan metode pelaksanaan pelatihan ini menggunakan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan yang dilakukan selama dua hari dihadiri oleh 39 (tiga puluh sembilan) peserta. Tingkat pemahaman peserta dari hasil evaluasi pelatihan yang dilakukan sebanyak 92% sudah memahami materi sedangkan sisanya perlu untuk mempelajari ulang materi yang sudah diberikan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan ini didapatkan dari ujian kompetensi keahlian bagi peserta. Melihat hasil yang diperoleh peserta pelatihan bisa menjadi lebih optimis untuk bersaing dalam menghadapi masa depan yang cerah. Kata Kunci: SMK Islam Darurrohman , Mikrotik, Wi-fi

Abstract

BPJS Health, which is organized by the government by upholding the principle of mutual assistance in equalizing public health insurance, many patients use these facilities. The clustering method is processed with the K-Means algorithm, where the results also show a new insight, namely grouping the use of BPJS health services based on 3 clusters. Cluster 1 is a category of health facilities with low or Low use of BPJS health services, which is 353 out of 1000 categories of health facilities based on the number of BPJS health service usages tested, then cluster 2 is a category of health facilities with moderate or Medium use of BPJS health services, which is 474 out of 1000 categories. the name of the health facility based on the number of health BPJS service usage tested, and lastly cluster 3 is the category of health facility name with the use of BPJS health services quite high or High, namely 173 out of 1000 categories of health facility names based on the number of health BPJS service usage tested. Tests using Rapid Miner tools can also produce similar insights, namely each cluster has cluster group members according to manual calculations such as Cluster_0 on Rapid Miner has 474 cluster members representing the Medium cluster, Cluster_1 has 353 cluster group members as the Low cluster representation, and Cluster_2 has 173 cluster members that correspond to the cluster representation of High. Abstract

Medicine is one part of the process of health services, such as hospitals, clinics or other health services. Linear regression is used to find out how the dependent variable can be predicted through independent variables or predictor variables. Prediction of total future drug sales per month can be known through the use of drug sales datasets through a predictive method approach through structured stages in analyzing the data used. The application of a simple Linear Regression algorithm model can be implemented properly and is able to show a new insight for the prediction needs of the condition of drug sales per month in the future for the next 12 months. Performance testing of the models and algorithms used in the evaluation can produce an overview that is relevant to the scenario being modeled. The RMSE value obtained when evaluating the model's performance is 0.452 +/- 0.000 through the RapidMiner Studio application. Keywords: Data Mining, Linear Regression, Medicine

Abstract

The progress of science and technology at this time shows that speed, convenience, and security are the main considerations and benchmarks in facing global challenges. Information systems must be able to be effective and efficient in providing a series of information flow processes to improve the quality and quantity and satisfaction of clients or work partners. "Designing Website-Based School Information System (Study: SDIT Azzhahiriyah)" is a problem that exists in schools, namely the provision of information from schools to the community. The purpose of this research is to make it easier to disseminate school information in disseminating information from the school side and school activities, see contacts or contact schools. In the design the author uses phpmysql and xampp. This manufacturing process uses the waterfall method. Abstract

In the age of computerized technology in small or medium-scale goods trading companies in Indonesia, there are still many who have not used it. Like the Kasse Store, it still doesn’t use computer technology. There are still use the manual method of collecting transaction data, because they still use the book system to record sales transaction. This Point of Sale application will be designed using the prototyping method and also using PHP and MySQLi because it saves time. The goal is for Kasse Store to be able to collect all sales transaction data without having to hardwrite it in a book. The result of this research is a web-based Point of Sale application that can document and produce detailed reports, making activities easier and more efficient. The conclusion is with the Point of Sale application at the Kasse Store can save time in making sales transaction and as an automatioc income counter. Abstract

APT Link Net is a multimedia company that became the first provider in Indonesia that provides internet speeds of up to 100 Mbps and provides more than 90 local and international channels with digital picture quality and stereo sound, PT. Link Net offers several choices of internet and cable TV packages such as Dlite, Elite, Family, Family Plus, Maxima, School, Supreme, judging by the large number of sales for these packages and there is no predictor of determining the sales of the best-selling and not-selling packages. The research uses data mining techniques using the C4.5 algorithm to analyze or determine package sales so that they can prepare more supporting tools to be used for best-selling packages. This study uses sales data sourced directly from PT. Link Net in 2021. The stages in the C4.5 Algorithm use six KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) steps which include activities, namely, selection, preprocessing, transformation, data mining, Interpretation Evaluation. Through testing using rapidminer with an accuracy rate of 99.5%, thus the C4.5 Algorithm is very well used to implement this sales data. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the best-selling Internet and cable TV packages at PT. Link Net namely Family and Family Plus. Abstract

The level of interest in mountain climbing activities has increased significantly, this is inseparable from the development of social media technology which exposes the charm of each mountain itself, so as to attract interest in climbing from various groups, both beginners and experienced. Because each climber has their own characteristics and needs and each mountain also has its own character, so that it will affect each climbing destination, prospective climbers must be able to determine which mountain will be chosen as the best mountain in Central Java province to be chosen. as a climbing location. This research uses secondary data, the alternative to be compared is a list of mountains in Central Java province with several criteria to be used. The method for processing data is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This method is used to find the weighted sum and rating of each alternative and all attributes. The results of this study can be a reference for climbers in determining the best mountain to be used as a climbing location in Central Java province.

Dalam Kegiatan Pengolahan Data Inventarisasi Barang, Ditemukan Masalah Termasuk Pembuatan Inventaris Laporan Masih Menggunakan Pencatatan Dan Perhitungan Manual Sehingga Itu Rentan Terhadap Kesalahan Penulisan Dan Membutuhkan Waktu Lama Menghasilkan Laporan Yang Tepat Dan Akurat, Proses Pengecekan Data Persediaan Membutuhkan Waktu Yang Cukup Lama Karena Hal Tersebut Harus Melakukan Pencarian. Dengan Bertujuan Untuk Memudahkanbagian Administrasi Dalam Mengelola Dan Membuat Laporan Logistik. Metode Yang Digunakan Untuk Merancang Dan Membangun Sistem Informasi Inventory Pemesanan Material Pada Penelitian Ini, Yaitu Menggunakan Metode SDLC Waterfall. Metode Air Terjun (Waterfall) Dari Model SDLC Juga Sering Disebut Sebagai Model Urutan Linier (Linear Berurutan) Atau Siklus Hidup Klasik (Classic Life Cycle). Pada Penelitian Ini, Pengujian Dilakukan Menggunakan Metode Pengujian Kotak Hitam (Black Box Testing). Pengujian Black Box Berfokus Kepada Fungsionalitas Dari Sistem Yang Diuji Dan Berusaha Menemukan Kesalahan Dalam Kategori Fungsi Yang Tidak Benar Atau Hilang. Adapun Hasil Pengujian Black Box Testing Pada Sistem Informasi Inventory Pemesanan Material Ini Yaitu: Form Login, Form Menu Utama, Form Manage User Dan Lain-Lain.Dengan Dibangunnya Sistem Informasi Inventory Pemesanan Material Berbasis Website, Perusahaan Maupun Vendor/Supplier Dapat Mengakses Dan Mendapatkan Informasi Pemesanan Material Secara Real Time Setiap Kerjanya.
