Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence online shopping has on improving green marketing performance. The object of research is millennials in several big cities who are considered worthy of research and have a major influence on the development of online shopping and environmental preservation. The data collection process was carried out by filling out a questionnaire which was distributed via WhatsApp. The results of the study show that there is no significant effect of online shopping for the millennial generation on increasing green marketing performance. The moderating variable which contains knowledge about the importance of preserving the environment shows a significant influence on green marketing performance, but is unable to change purchasing decisions for millennials to buy environmentally friendly products. From an analysis of the buying behavior of the millennial generation in online shopping, it was found that the millennial generation understands the importance of protecting the environment. There are several reasons why the millennial generation is not interested in shopping for environmentally friendly products or "green products" in online shopping; the price of eco-friendly products may be too expensive for some people, lack of availability of the desired eco-friendly products on the online market, there is ignorance about where and how to buy these products and it is also possible that millennials prefer to shop online because it is easier and more practical, even though the products purchased are sometimes not always environmentally friendly in meeting their needs when shopping online.

Abstract

This study aims to impirically determine the influence of the stock price bubble, long-term debt and institutional ownership on the stock price crash risk in Indonesian technology companies in 2019-2021. The sampling technique in this study was using the proposive sampling method and obtained samples of 16 companies with a total observation of 48. The data analysis used in this study used the panel data regression method using the eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of this study show that long-term debt has a significant effect on stock price crash risk, meaning that companies that have a larger long-term debt structure in their capital structure have a higher stock price crash risk. Meanwhile, the stock price bubble and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on the stock price crash risk. Simultaneously or together the stock price bubble, long-term debt and institutional ownership have a significant effect on stock price crash risk. Based on the results of the coefficient determination test, an adjusted R-square value of 0.8497 was obtained, meaning that the contribution of the independent variable in explaining the dependent stock price crash risk variable was 84.97%. This research is expected to be used as a consideration for interested parties, especially company managers and investors, to be able to pay attention to the factors that will cause stock price crash risk in Indonesian technology companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of the amount of ZIS funds distributed to the community, unemployment and inflation rate, on poverty using economic growth as a moderating variable. The results showed that ZIS funds and economic Growth had a significant negative impact on the poverty rate. The moderating variable of economic growth was able to strengthen the relationship between the ZIS funds and the poverty rate. This study has a limitation as it only looked at the overall ZIS funds and the poverty rate in general. This study provides a perspective that the role of the ZIS funds distributed to the community is able to show its consistency and reduce the poverty rate. Thus, the ZIS funds can be considered as one of the main strategies to lessen the poverty rate.

Abstract

This study proposes a research model to investigate the mediating effect of debt maturity on the relationship between good corporate governance (GCG) and financial performance. The qualitative approach employed is a systematic literature review (SLR) technique, analyzing 11 articles selected from 142 related ones found on the Google Scholar database within the 2010-2021 research range based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Debt maturity was found to play a crucial role in shaping the effectiveness of GCG mechanisms in managing financial risks and improving financial performance. The proposed research model has implications for researchers and practitioners, providing a basis for future empirical studies exploring the interplay between GCG, debt maturity, and financial performance. For practitioners, it offers a theoretical framework for developing policies and practices promoting effective GCG and optimal debt maturity structures to enhance financial performance. The findings inform the development of policies and procedures that promote good corporate governance and optimal debt maturity structures, leading to improved financial performance. Additionally, the proposed research model may be applied to other contexts, contributing to a better understanding of the role of debt maturity in the relationship between GCG and financial performance.

Abstract

Financial Well Being is an interesting phenomenon being studied by researchers in various countries. This study describes Financial Well Being (FWB) in two perspectives, namely dimensions (forming factors) and antecedents (influencing factors). This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Bibliometric approach with the PRISMA and Vos Viewer methods. The research period is 5 years in the 2017-2022. The articles used were articles published by the three main publishers namely Elsevier, Emerald and Wiley as well as the Scopus database. Articles were analyzed based on research focus, research methods, research geography, and variable clusters used. The conclusions are (1) studies that determine the antecedent of FWB are more dominant than studies that determine the dimensions of FWB, (2) the research geography of developed and developing countries is in a balanced position, meaning that research on FWB is research that has been extensively researched by both, (3) variable financial capability, conscientiousness, personality traits, and practice are the most suitable variables for future research.
