Abstract

Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) sebagai salah satu penggerak perekonomian Indonesia harus memiliki daya saing yang kuat. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM adalah dengan mengembangkan kawasan/sentra Halal UMKM, dimana terdapat komponen-komponen yang ada untuk mendukung UMKM dalam memproduksi produk halal secara konsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi kendala dan menentukan strategi pendukung UKM agar memiliki sertifikat halal; (2) menganalisis regulasi kawasan/pusat UKM Halal di Indonesia dibandingkan Malaysia; (3) meng-identifikasi kendala dan menentukan strategi yang diperlukan untuk memperkuat sentra UKM yang telah ditetapkan di Indonesia; (4) membuat model alternatif Kawasan/Pusat UKM Halal yang dapat diterapkan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara tenaga ahli dari LP POM MUI, survey kepada UKM secara purposive sampling, analisis regulasi tentang UKM kawasan halal/sentra di Indonesia dan Malaysia, serta wawancara koordinator sentra UKM. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Faktor internal dan eksternal UKM masih lemah dan telah diperoleh beberapa strategi dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT dan QSPM; (2) Saat ini Indonesia masih belum memiliki regulasi terkait UKM Halal center dan beberapa regulasi tentang Halal Park di Malaysia dapat dijadikan acuan; (3) Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pengelola Halal Park dan analisis SWOT ditemukan strategi penguatan sentra UKM eksisting; (4) Model alternatif zona/sentra UKM Halal diperoleh dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi UKM dan sentra UKM yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

Excella coffee is one of the plantation commodities in Jombang Regency which is currently being developed as a leading commodity. This study aims to see the existing condition of the commodity and the appropriate development strategy. The results of the study show that the Location Quotient value of Excella Coffee is 1,62 in 2019 with a potential land of 8.454,32 hectares. The recommended derivative product based on the Analytical Hierachy Process method is ground coffee with a score of 0,541. The Internal Factor Evaluation matrix shows that the main strengths of commodities are distinctive flavors (0.6673) and regional specialties (0,4643). The weakness is the product has not yet known to the market (0,3121). The External Factor Evaluation matrix shows that the opportunities in the form of large market potential (0,7980) and Information Technology Development (0,8937). The existing threat is competition with other regional commodities (0,.4731). The main recomended strategies of SWOT analysis are: accelerating IG certificate (0,135), increasing product promotion (0,122), strengthening quality assistance processes (0,117), and establishing coffee farmer cooperative (0,117).

Abstract

Pentingnya Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di negara-negara sedang berkembang seringkali lebih dikaitkan dengan upaya pemerintah mengatasi berbagai masalah ekonomi maupun sosial, yaitu mengurangi pengangguran, pengentasan kemiskinan, dan pemerataan pendapatan. Tujuan Kajian ini secara umum mengkaji strategi dan penyaluran dana Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II pada UKM di Kota Tangerang. Kajian menggunakan metode survei dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan dengan metode deskriptif dan analitik dengan alat analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) terbobot. Responden meliputi Deputi Direktur PKBL, Asisten Deputi Perencanaan dan Penyaluran PKBL, Asisten Deputi Pengawasan dan Pelaporan PKBL dan Supervisor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari November 2015 sampai Maret 2016. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan data yang dikaji diperoleh analisis strategik penyaluran dana program kemitraan yang telah dilakukan dengan matriks Internal-Eksternal (IE), posisi pengembangan penyaluran dana program kemitraan berada pada kotak kuadran II (grow and build). Strategi perusahaan berdasarkan analisis SWOT berbobot difokuskan pada pengembangan mutu dan kapasitas SDM; strategi pengembangan pasar dari produk PKBL; pengembangan jaringan pembinaan UKM dengan pihak lain.

Abstract

Industri Kecil Menengah Agroindustri Kopi Dompet Dhuafa (IKM DD) memproduksi kopi olahan serta memasarkannya di Bogor dan sekitarnya. Sejak diluncurkan pada November 2019, penjualan IKM DD belum mencapai target dan bersifat fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bauran pemasaran produk Kopi RTD, mengevaluasi dan merumuskan strategi bauran pemasaran yang tepat bagi IKM DD. Metode penelitian dilaksanakan secara deskriptif dengan mengevaluasi strategi bauran pemasaran dan tahap komunikasi pemasaran yang melibatkan konsumen dan calon konsumen IKM DD. Hasil evaluasinya digunakan untuk menginisiasi program yang relevan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi bauran pemasaran. Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas strategi bauran pemasaran oleh pihak pengelola IKM DD. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penilaian konsumen menunjukkan bauran pemasaran sudah efektif kecuali pada faktor promosi yang bernilai cukup. Hasil penilaian calon konsumen diperoleh tahap perhatian telah efektif sedangkan tahapan komunikasi berikutnya belum efektif. Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa tujuan strategi yang tepat bagi IKM DD adalah peningkatan pendapatan penjualan dengan menitikberatkan pada faktor bauran harga produk dari Kopi RTD. Adapun inisiasi program yang dapat dijalankan oleh IKM DD adalah menetapkan bauran harga berdasarkan kualitas produk, mengurus izin edar dan halal, menambah jumlah agen pada aspek distribusi, serta mengembangkan promosi produk yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

In readiness to implement banking strategies in the face of challenges and opportunities in the era of banking 4.0, infrastructure development is needed, one of which is the role of human resources, which is an asset in realizing the continuity of performance and improving the banking business that is expected to continue to progress and develop. This research is a case study conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interview methods to 7 experts who are experts in the field of banking experts and using questionnaires to 25 employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Jakarta Thamrin Area in the DKI Jakarta Capital Region. The results of the IFE analysis obtained a total score of 2.78 with the strength factor is Bank Syariah Indonesia as a market leader in the Islamic banking industry and the weakness factor is that Islamic banking literacy for employees is still low and the results of the EFE analysis, a total score of 3.22 with the highest opportunity focus is the improvement of e-learning platforms that can improve employee training and the biggest threat is rapid technological changes that require new skills. The total score of internal and external strategic factors falls in the growth and development growth and build quadrant, quadrant I and the results of priority strategies are strategies for identifying employee needs and competencies, strategies for increasing literacy in Islamic banking and digital knowledge and strategies for using digital technology and innovation

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in footwear/shoes, innovative products in the form of aromatherapy shoes equipped with essential oil extracts from orange peel waste which are useful to suppress the growth of bacteria that cause foot odor. Currently PT XYZ is receiving support from the government through a business incubatror institution, in the form of coaching to increase sales value supported by facilities and access to technology. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors that affect business development; (2) to analyze the business feasibility of PT XYZ; (3) to determine priority strategies for business development. The methods used in this research are SWOT analysis and Analytical Hierarchy Process. While business feasibility uses the calculation method of Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Break Even Points. Internal factors that become strengths are always innovative to new products that are in demand by the market, while weaknesses are complicated recording of expenses and income. The external factor that becomes an opportunity is that as a tenant BRIN can use the lab and the threat is the theft of aromatherapy ideas. The business feasibility analysis is considered feasible and the results of the Determination of strategic priorities with AHP produce four strategic priorities

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze the business model in Supermarket XYZ,  then give recommendation of priority strategy as perfection of Supermarket XYZ business model to more systematic, specific, unique and relevant to current business condition.   This research uses descriptive analysis method. The analytical tool used is business model canvass (BMC), the external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), external internal matrix (IE), and the combination between  strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT), and analytical hierarchy process (AHP )  called  AWOT.  The  result was obtained based on the result of AWOT analysis,  the priority strategy of the channel element with the highest score is SO strategy, to develop a food court to provide a customer shopping experience. Priority strategy of the customer relationship element is ST strategy, cooperation with the third parties for the development of joint promotion programs.  Finally, priority strategy of the key activities element is WO strategy,  training and development program.  The Selected BMC element and the specified strategy can be the basis for the development of the Supermarket XYZ business model in the future.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the level, influencing factors, and effectiveness of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) adoption in enhancing the competitiveness of Gunung Puntang coffee SMEs. A quantitative research design was employed using survey data from coffee SMEs in Gunung Puntang. The analysis was conducted with SPSS regression to evaluate the influence of individual, organizational, technological, and external environmental factors on ICT adoption and competitiveness. The results indicate that ICT adoption significantly contributes to improving market access, operational efficiency, and brand visibility of coffee SMEs. However, adoption remains constrained by low digital literacy, limited financial resources, and inadequate infrastructure. The novelty of this study lies in formulating holistic and context-specific strategies to enhance ICT adoption in Gunung Puntang coffee SMEs. The study proposes strategic directions emphasizing the enhancement of ICT literacy through training, coupled with improved access to digital infrastructure, particularly stable internet connectivity. These strategies are expected to optimize ICT adoption among SMEs and strengthen their competitiveness in the growing West Java coffee market.

Abstract

Marketing strategy plays a crucial role in enhancing the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital era, including PT Panma Metal Agung Sejahtera, which faces challenges in optimizing the use of digital media. The phenomenon observed is that although revenue has increased since adopting digital platforms, the strategies applied have not yet significantly driven sustainable sales growth. This study aims to analyze the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis, determine strategic priorities using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and evaluate the effectiveness of digital platforms in supporting marketing activities. The research method employed a qualitative approach, supported by SWOT analysis, BMC, AHP, and the use of Manual Data Analysis Procedure (MDAP) and Coding Color Analysis Procedure (CCAP). The findings reveal that the dominant factors in marketing strategy are strengthening digital systems and human resources, with priority strategies focusing on the development of an integrated website with marketplace features and the utilization of social media for promotion. The study concludes that the integration of BMC, SWOT, and AHP produces more adaptive and measurable strategies, while the effective use of digital platforms enhances marketing performance and expands the market reach of PT Panma Metal Agung Sejahtera.

Abstract

Background: The Binekas Cooperative, a palm sugar producer cooperative in the Sukabumi Regency, faces an increasing demand for sustainable products that require enhanced economic, environmental, and social performance.Purpose: This study aims to identify cooperative and smallholder profiles, existing business models, and internal and external factors, and formulate strategies for developing a sustainable cooperative business model.Design/methodology/approach: Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature reviews, from May to August 2024. Analytical methods include situational analysis, Circular Business Model Canvas (CBMC), SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results), IFAS-EFAS, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).Findings/Result: The study found that the Binekas Cooperative has a simple organizational structure with strong community roots. Internal and external factors were mapped using CBMC and SOAR to generate four strategic options: expansion of capital access, green productivity optimization, business process standardization, and product diversification through digitalization. Using AHP, the top strategic priority identified was expanding access to capital through inclusive partnerships with member farmers.Conclusion: The cooperative's priority strategy is to expand capital access by strengthening inclusive partnerships with smallholders, who play a key role in governance, and developing a strong, dynamic organizational structure.Originality/value (State of the art): This study shows that the CBMC framework can encourage cooperatives to be adaptive by involving stakeholders under sustainability principles, strengthening governance, enhancing economic activities through social capital within communities, and promoting environmentally friendly production processes.
