Abstract

Funding for basic education is the responsibility of the government which guarantees the fulfillment of education in the national education system as a human right in the field of education. This research aims to analyze the standard of financing for basic education and the problems related to financing for basic education. This research method is a qualitative method with a literature study approach that will be analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are that in practice there are still problems in financing governance in Indonesia, especially educational autonomy that is not evenly distributed in terms of providing budgets for developing academic qualifications and improving the quality of teachers. Meanwhile, the existing problem is that the government's education programs are currently not running optimally due to differences in basic education financing standards but are not in line with the distribution of educational services which is affected by education funding, especially for regions that are . The implication is that education funding from funding allocations can be given evenly to be regulated and allocated according to its use so that it can run effectively and efficiently so that basic education in Indonesia can progress and develop

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence and contribution of Islamic economic thought on the development of modern economics from theoretical, practical, and philosophical aspects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through library research, by reviewing classical and contemporary literature relevant to Islamic economic theory, its historical development, and its application in the global economic context. The results of the study indicate that Islamic economic thought plays a significant role in forming the foundation of modern economic theory through the concept of equitable wealth distribution, stable and inclusive Islamic financial principles, and the application of business ethics based on the values of honesty, justice, and social responsibility. In addition, Islamic economic instruments such as zakat, waqf, sukuk, and microfinance institutions have proven effective in addressing inequality, increasing financial inclusion, and promoting sustainable development. These findings emphasize that the integration of Islamic values in the global economic system is not merely a normative alternative, but a strategic necessity in creating a just, inclusive, sustainable, and welfare-oriented economic order.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) memengaruhi cara anak-anak berinteraksi di dunia digital, termasuk melalui platform permainan daring seperti Roblox. Di samping memberikan dampak positif dalam hal pendidikan, seperti stimulasi kreativitas dan kerja sama tim, Roblox juga menimbulkan potensi bahaya terkait paparan konten yang tidak pantas, contohnya kekerasan, ujaran kebencian, dan eksploitasi daring. Kajian ini berupaya untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran orang tua dalam menjaga anaknya dari materi negatif dalam permainan daring Roblox, menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini bakal mengkaji kerangka-kerangka hukum dalam negeri yang relevan, seperti dalam Pasal 28B ayat (2) dari Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945, yang mana UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 soal Perlindungan Anak, serta UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik nom de plume UU ITE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walaupun aturan hukum di Indonesia secara teori sudah memberikan perlindungan buat anak-anak di dunia advanced, penerapannya di lapangan masih jauh dari sempurna. Ini terjadi karena kemampuan orang tua dalam hal literasi digital yang masih rendah, plus kurangnya pengawasan terhadap aktivitas anak di dunia maya. Karena itu, penting banget untuk memperkuat keterlibatan orang tua, di mana mereka berperan sebagai pemberi fasilitas, pendamping, dan pengawas kegiatan online anak. Kerja sama yang kuat antara keluarga, pemerintah, dan para pembuat platform digital jadi kunci utama buat menciptakan ruang digital yang aman, sesuai dengan prinsip kepentingan terbaik bagi anak.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students in Indonesian language learning. This study aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students at UPT SDN 002 Tanjung. This study is a classroom action research, conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Based on the results of the research conducted through two cycles, in cycle I meeting 1, the number of students who completed the test was 36.8% with a very low category, and in cycle I meeting 2, the number of students who completed the test was 47.4% with a very low category. In cycle II meeting 1, the number of students who passed increased to 63.2% in the low category, and in cycle II meeting 2, the number of students who passed was 78.9% in the moderate category. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the application of the CIRC model with the help of pictures can improve the reading comprehension skills of fourth-grade students at UPT SDN 002 Tanjung in Indonesian language.

Abstract

The weak learning process, students are not actively involved, many students are often sleepy during learning. There are several factors that cause a student's low level thinking ability. Because the learning process in the class is directed to the child's ability to memorize and store up information without being required to understand information and relate it to everyday life. The study was intended to enhance the ipas of class vi primary school (SDN) 033 petapahan, using a creative problem solution (CPS). This type of research is a collaborative class action study. Research design using the models of kemmis and robin McTaggart that include: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The study is carried out in two cycles. The subject of this study is the fourth grade student of 033 land advance board of 24 students. The instrument is a test of high-level thinking ability. The technical data analysis is the quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study on improving high-order thinking skills (HOTS) using the CPS approach in grade VI students of SD Negeri 033 Petapahan in the 2025/2026 academic year in cycle I, Meeting I, 11 students or 45.83% completed the Very Poor category. In Cycle I, Meeting II, the number of students completing increased to 15 students (62.50%) with the Poor category. Furthermore, in Cycle II, Meeting I, 18 students or 75% achieved completion with the Sufficient category, and in Cycle II, Meeting II, the number of students completing increased to 21 students (87.50%) with the Good category. By implementing the learning stages with the CPS learning model, the application of the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model can improve higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in elementary school students.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low arithmetic ability of first-grade students at UPT SDN 009 Sendayan. This study aims to improve students’ arithmetic skills through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The subjects of this study were 15 first-grade students. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The results show that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students’ arithmetic ability. The average score increased from 36.18 (very poor category) in the pre-action stage with 13% mastery, to 68.5 (fair category) in cycle I with 60% mastery, and to 86.7 (very good category) in cycle II with 100% mastery. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model effectively improves arithmetic skills of first-grade students at UPT SDN 009 Sendayan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning activeness through the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in IPAS learning for fifth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 009 Bangkinang. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 18 fifth-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and field notes. The research instrument used was an observation sheet of students' learning activeness. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis by comparing students' learning activeness results in each cycle. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model can improve students' learning activeness in IPAS learning. This improvement is evidenced by increased student participation in group discussions, collaboration in completing projects, courage in expressing opinions, and active involvement in all stages of the learning process. In Cycle I, students' learning activeness showed an improvement compared to the pre-action condition, while in Cycle II, students' learning activeness increased more significantly and met the predetermined success indicators. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model is effective in improving the learning activeness of fifth-grade students in IPAS learning at UPT SD Negeri 009 Bangkinang.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low narrative writing skills of students in Indonesian language lessons in Grade III of SDN 006 Pasir Sialang. One solution to overcome this problem is the implementation of the Critical Incident learning approach assisted by serial picture media. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ narrative writing skills in Indonesian language lessons. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of two meetings and four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research was carried out in August 2025. The subjects of this study were 15 third-grade students, consisting of 6 boys and 9 girls. Data collection techniques included observation, written test questions, and documentation. Prior to the implementation of the action, students’ narrative writing ability was 26.6%. In Cycle I Meeting I, it increased to 46.6%, and in Cycle I Meeting II it increased to 66.6%. Furthermore, in Cycle II Meeting I it increased to 80%, and in Cycle II Meeting II it increased to 93.3%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Critical Incident learning strategy assisted by serial picture media can improve students’ narrative writing skills in Indonesian language subjects at SD 006 Pasir Sialang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership of school principals in managing education at SDN 007 Pulau Lawas. School leadership plays a strategic role in determining the success of educational management, particularly in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating school programs. This study employed a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the principal has implemented leadership functions in school management; however, several aspects still require improvement, particularly teacher involvement in planning, sustainable academic supervision, and the utilization of evaluation results for decision-making. Strengthening participatory and effective leadership is expected to enhance the quality of educational management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstrak Nuzulul Qur’an merupakan peristiwa sentral dalam sejarah pewahyuan Islam yang menandai turunnya wahyu ilahi kepada Nabi Muhammad saw., sebagai petunjuk hidup bagi umat manusia. Kajian terhadap proses nuzulul Qur’an selama ini terbagi menjadi dua pendekatan utama: historis, yang menekankan konteks sosial, budaya, dan kronologi pewahyuan, serta teologis, yang menegaskan sifat transendental dan keilahian wahyu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses nuzulul Qur’an secara kritis dengan mengintegrasikan kedua pendekatan tersebut untuk membangun pemahaman yang utuh tentang dinamika pewahyuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan kepustakaan (library research) dengan analisis hermeneutik terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer seperti karya al-Zarkasyi, al-Suyuthi, Fazlur Rahman, dan Quraish Shihab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nuzulul Qur’an bersifat gradual (tanzīl), progresif, dan dialogis antara wahyu dan realitas sosial. Pendekatan historis teologis menegaskan bahwa wahyu bukan hanya teks yang diturunkan, tetapi juga proses pedagogis yang membentuk kesadaran moral dan spiritual manusia. Dengan demikian, integrasi kedua perspektif ini menghadirkan paradigma tafsir yang lebih komprehensif, kontekstual, dan tetap berakar pada nilai-nilai transendental wahyu. Kata Kunci: Nuzulul Qur’an, Pendekatan, Pendekatan Teologis Abstract Nuzulul Qur'an is a central event in the history of Islamic revelation, marking the descent of divine revelation to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a guide for humanity. Studies of the process of nuzulul Qur'an have been divided into two main approaches: historical, which emphasizes the social, cultural, and chronological context of revelation, and theological, which emphasizes the transcendental and divinity of revelation. This study aims to critically analyze the process of nuzulul Qur'an by integrating both approaches to build a complete understanding of the dynamics of revelation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method through a library research approach with a hermeneutic analysis of classical and contemporary literature such as the works of al-Zarkasyi, al-Suyuthi, Fazlur Rahman, and Quraish Shihab. The results show that nuzulul Qur'an is gradual (tanzīl), progressive, and dialogical between revelation and social reality. The historical-theological approach emphasizes that revelation is not only a revealed text, but also a pedagogical process that shapes human moral and spiritual awareness. Thus, the integration of these two perspectives presents a more comprehensive, contextual interpretation paradigm, while remaining rooted in the transcendental values ​​of revelation.
