Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, masyarakat menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan dalam mempertahankan identitas dan budaya mereka. Globalisasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam cara masyarakat berinteraksi, mengakses informasi, dan mengadopsi nilai-nilai baru. Hal ini telah menyebabkan krisis identitas dan budaya, di mana masyarakat merasa kehilangan akar budaya mereka dan mengalami konflik internal antara tradisi dan modernitas. Jurnal ini membahas strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi krisis identitas dan budaya yang diakibatkan oleh era globalisasi.

Abstract

Growth in the number of internet users in Indonesia without being balanced with knowledge and understanding of the negative impacts it can cause problems among the community. For example, fake news (hoax), SARA issues and radicalism on the internet become a threat to society, especially the younger generation in the future. The role of parents is very necessary to accompany their children to avoid the negative impact of internet users. However, the challenge faced is the lack of understanding of parents about the negative impact of internet users, especially for children. The objectives of Community Service activities in Tuntungan Village I Kec. Pancur Batu Deli Serdang are: a) increasing public understanding, especially parents, of the impact of internet use on children, b) strengthening digital images as learning media, c) providing adequate information to parents in responding to the negative impact of internet use on children. The implementation method is carried out through training activities and focus group discussions (FGD) to the village community of Tuntungan I Kec. Pancur Batu Kab. Deli Serdang. The result of community service activities is an increased understanding of negative impacts. This is shown through the results of the questionnaire after socialization and training, namely 86% responded strongly agree. Given the increasing number of applications or software and the flow of information on the internet, it is necessary to have continuous socialization and training efforts to improve skills and knowledge, so as to minimize the negative impact caused by arise from the use of the internet.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh asuransi kesehatan terhadap kualitas hidup pekerja informal di Kota Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami secara mendalam bagaimana asuransi kesehatan mempengaruhi kehidupan pekerja informal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asuransi kesehatan, khususnya melalui program BPJS Kesehatan, memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas hidup pekerja informal. Dampak tersebut meliputi berkurangnya beban psikologis terkait risiko kesehatan, terciptanya rasa aman secara finansial, dan peningkatan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Meski demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam implementasi program seperti proses pendaftaran yang birokratis, kesulitan pembayaran iuran rutin karena pendapatan yang fluktuatif, serta kurangnya pemahaman dan sosialisasi program. Penelitian merekomendasikan perlunya upaya berkelanjutan dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses dan kualitas layanan melalui pemberian subsidi iuran, penyederhanaan proses pendaftaran, dan peningkatan sosialisasi program untuk memaksimalkan manfaat asuransi kesehatan bagi pekerja informal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa beban kerja dan menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja yang optimal untuk para analyst laboratorium di Departemen Quality System Knowledge Management (QSKM) dengan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) di PT Industri Nabati Lestari. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 analyst yang diteliti, hanya 2 analyst yang memiliki nilai FTE dalam rentang normal (1,00-1,28), sementara 8 analyst lainnya mengalami overload dengan nilai FTE lebih dari 1,28 yang menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mereka melebihi kapasitas. Untuk mencapai pembagian beban kerja yang lebih optimal, direkomendasikan untuk menambah jumlah analyst laboratorium, yaitu dengan menambah 1 orang analyst di bagian raw material (dari 2 menjadi 3 orang) dan 3 orang analyst di bagian shift production (dari 6 menjadi 9 orang). Setelah penambahan tersebut, rata-rata nilai FTE di bagian raw material menjadi 1,05 dan di bagian shift production menjadi 1,14. Dengan demikian, nilai rata-rata beban kerja menjadi lebih optimal karena berada dalam rentang indeks FTE 1,00-1,28. Penambahan tenaga kerja ini diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan meningkatkan kualitas kerja para analyst laboratorium.

Abstract

This study evaluates the reliability of cloud computing infrastructure at Belitung Polytechnic in supporting digital campus services. The evaluation was carried out by analyzing aspects of performance, security, and scalability of the cloud-based system used. The methods applied include measuring uptime, system response, and data security against cyber threats. The results of the study indicate that the cloud computing infrastructure at Belitung Polytechnic has a fairly high level of reliability, but there are still several obstacles related to latency and security that need to be improved. Recommendations for improvement are focused on optimizing the network, improving data encryption, and implementing a stricter monitoring system. With these improvements, it is hoped that digital campus services can run more efficiently and safely, supporting academic needs and campus operations optimally.

Abstract

This study purpose to explore the role of integrating intellect ('aql) and heart (qalb) in character formation and the strategies for its implementation in Islamic education practices at Rumah Qur’an Daarut Tarbiyah (RQDT) Lampung. This institution was chosen due to its unique and holistic approach in instilling Islamic values through a balanced focus on both cognitive and spiritual dimensions. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, combining in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Informants included the head of the institution, teachers, and active students at RQDT. The findings reveal that RQDT effectively integrates the intellect through critical and dialogical learning methods, and the heart through practices such as tadabbur (reflection), muhasabah (self-evaluation), spiritual mentoring, and the strengthening of ethical conduct (adab). This integrative process significantly contributes to shaping students who are intellectually intelligent as well as emotionally and spiritually mature. The implications of this study suggest that a value-based educational model integrating intellect and heart can serve as a strategic alternative in addressing moral and spiritual decline in the digital era. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on a non-formal Islamic education institution, an area that remains underexplored academically, particularly regarding Rumah Qur’an institutions that emphasize the integration of intellect and heart in character development strategies.

Abstract

Abstract This research was motivated by the low skill of writing effective sentences in the third grade thematic learning at SDN 005 Padang Luas, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. One solution to overcome this problem is to apply themodel Think Talk Write. The purpose of this study was to improve effective sentence writing skills in third grade students of SDN 005 Padang Luas. This research method is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles.The subjects of this research were class III students, totaling 17 students with 9 male students and 8 female students. Data collection techniques are tests, observations, documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that in the first cycle is classified as good with an average of 67.82, then out of 17 students only 8 students completed and classical completeness 47.05%. In cycle II it was very good with an average of 77.47 then from 17 students there were 14 students who completed and for classical completeness 82.35%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of themodel Think Talk Write (TTW) can improve effective sentence writing skills in class III SDN 005 Padang Luas. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low social skills of students during learning activities in class V SDN 020 Ridan Permai , Bangkinang City District, Kampar Regency. This study aims to improve students' social skills by using a make a match type of cooperative learning model in class V SDN 020 Ridan play . The type of this research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 020 Ridan Permai , totaling 23 people, with 9 male students and 14 female students. The research data collection techniques are in the form of observation and documentation. The results of this research observation showed that the social skills of students in the first cycle there were 12 students in the complete category (52%). In the second cycle there was an increase to 19 students in the complete category (83%). Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model can improve the social skills of the fifth grade students of SDN 020 Ridan play .

Abstract

The teacher's pedagogic competence is a very important aspect of learning in schools because the teacher is the person who is responsible for preparing and implementing learning for students. Therefore, this research is very important to do, especially to evaluate whether elementary school teachers have sufficient pedagogical competence. This study aims to analyze the pedagogic competence of teachers in elementary schools using the developed assessment instrument. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, involving 50 teachers from elementary schools in certain areas. The instrument for assessing teacher pedagogic competence used in this study includes four aspects, namely lesson planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and professional development. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study show that the majority of teachers in elementary schools have good pedagogical competence. However, several aspects still need to be improved, especially in planning lessons that are more structured and systematic and the ability to provide effective feedback on student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers develop themselves through training and professional development to improve their pedagogic competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze policies that can be used to improve teacher professionalism in the primary school education system. Teacher professionalism has a crucial role in creating an effective learning environment and has a positive influence on student development. However, challenges remain that hinder the improvement of teacher professionalism in many countries, including the need for improvements in education policy. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through literature studies and relevant policy analysis. The results of the research that emerged in this study are the need for improved education and training for teachers, the construction of a comprehensive performance evaluation system, and better recognition and incentives for teachers who show commitment and excellence in their work. In addition, the importance of collaboration between government, schools, and communities in supporting teacher professional development is also highlighted.
