This case study was conducted with the phenomenon that in the School Field Introduction (PLP) activities, many prospective BK teachers practice distance counseling using a postmodern approach. Distance counseling is a counseling strategy that needs to be mastered by all prospective BK teachers. This is based on the growing needs of the community, including the school community, for mental health services and distance counseling services. This study involved 10 prospective BK teachers as the main subjects selected using purposive sampling, with a data collection tool in the form of an in-depth interview guide instrument. The research method is a qualitative research method with a case study design. The objectives of this study are to: a) describe how theoretical understanding of prospective BK teachers about counseling with a postmodern approach is carried out in a distance mode?, b) describe how prospective BK teachers' perspectives on the implementation of distance counseling practices with a postmodern approach that they do?, c) describe how effective the implementation of distance counseling with a postmodern approach is based on the practices that have been carried out by prospective BK teachers. The results of in-depth interviews explain that prospective BK teachers already have adequate theoretical understanding even though in practice there are still many shortcomings; the implementation of distance counseling is needed today because it is needed by the community and is efficient when carried out; and long-distance counseling with a postmodern approach can be carried out effectively if the prerequisites of facility readiness, counselor readiness, and client readiness are met. Further research can be designed to improve the skills of prospective BK teachers in organizing long-distance counseling with a postmodern approach. Further researchers can also conduct experimental research or promotion on prospective users.

Psychological well-being is defined as the state of an individual who can have a positive attitude towards themselves and others and can make decisions according to needs by developing their potential. One strategy to overcome low psychological well-being is through narrative counseling. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of narrative counseling in overcoming the low psychological well-being of students who are victims of bullying. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a pre-experimental design. The method used was one group pretest-posttest. The research subjects were selected based on specific criteria made by the researcher. Data collection uses Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale which has gone through an adaptation process. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to determine the difference in pretest and posttest scores. The test results are known to point to the number 0.028 <0.05. A significance value of less than 0.05 is said to have a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. So it can be concluded that narrative counseling is effective for overcoming low psychological well-being. Suggestions that can be given to future researchers are to implement other research designs such as true experiments or develop narrative counseling media through research and development designs

This study aims to explore and describe the essence of collaboration activities conducted by school counselors with parents from the perspective of school counselors. This transcendental phenomenological study consisted of several stages: identifying phenomena, bracketing, data collection, data analysis, and data presentation. It involved six male and female school counselors from various junior high schools as participants. They have different backgrounds and lengths of service, allowing diverse interpretations of collaboration. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, supported by supplementary data. The results and discussions are categorized into four sections: existing collaboration programs in schools, the experiences of collaboration held by the counselors, the personal significance of collaboration, and the enhancement of personal quality acquired through collaboration. Future studies are recommended to explore efforts to enhance collaboration skills in prospective school counselors, the need for developing a digital platform for parent-school counselor collaboration, and the necessity of providing continuous training to school counselors to improve collaboration skills.

The purpose of community service activities is to train BK teachers in utilizing the Wahana Bikons platform to improve creativity and innovation in creating game-based service media in guidance and counseling services. The implementation of community service involved 40 vocational high school guidance and counseling teachers in Karanganyar Regency. The training activity method is In and On for 2 days equivalent to 16 hours of training, with the division on the first day being the delivery of material and simulation, while the second day is implementation in schools. The data collection technique uses pre-test and post-test instruments which are analyzed using a different test (paired sample t-test). The results of the Paired Samples Statistics test show that the average pre-test score is 24.62 and the post-test is 29.17. This shows that the average participant score increased by 4.55 points after training. These results show that the creativity of BK teachers in using digital media in guidance and counseling services is increasing.

Most of the respondents were aware of the dimensions of positive relations with others and environmental mastery. Ninety-five school counselors in this study were aware that psychological well-being is pivotal as it supports their professional performance and personal happiness. Future studies are recommended to investigate school counselors' psychological well-being further using other methods, such as case study, RnD, or mixed-method.
