Abstract

Tindakan konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli atau tidak membeli suatu produk disebut keputusan pembelian. Dorongan untuk membeli produk ini muncul dari keinginan emosional konsumen, atau bisa juga dari bujukan orang lain. Peter Olson berpendapat bahwa keputusan pembelian terbentuk dari bagaimana emosi, pemikiran, dan tindakan seseorang berinteraksi dengan faktor-faktor lingkungan, seiring dengan manusia yang terus-menerus melakukan pertukaran dalam hidupnya. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis pengaruh “harapan konsumen, gaya hidup, dan aktualisasi diri terhadap keputusan pembelian”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda dan pengujian hipotesis, dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 21. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa harapan konsumen, gaya hidup, dan aktualisasi diri secara bersamaan dan signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Namun, secara individu, harapan konsumen (X1) tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Sebaliknya, gaya hidup (X2) dan aktualisasi diri (X3) masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada keputusan pembelian (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS)-based economic learning for Vocational High School (SMK) students in Minahasa Regency. The focus of the study includes teachers' understanding of the HOTS concept, the learning strategies applied, the forms of evaluation used, and the factors that inhibit the implementation of HOTS in the learning process. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation of evaluation questions. The results of the study indicate that most teachers do not fully understand the HOTS concept, which has an impact on the low implementation of learning strategies based on analysis, evaluation, and creation. Learning evaluation is still dominated by low cognitive level questions (C1–C2), while HOTS-based questions are still minimal. Factors inhibiting HOTS implementation include time constraints, lack of training, inadequate learning facilities, and low student learning motivation. This study recommends the need for HOTS question preparation training, provision of educational technology facilities, and systemic support from school management to encourage more contextual economic learning and be able to develop students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Technology Utilization, Local Wisdom Integration, and Economic Literacy on Student Business Performance (UMKM). The background of the study is rooted in the importance of strengthening student entrepreneurship in the digital era and local-based context, especially in facing market competition and the need to adapt to technological advances and cultural values. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample consisted of 40 student entrepreneurs from the Economic Education Department at FEB UNIMA, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that each independent variable (X1, X2, and X3) has a positive and significant effect on student business performance when tested separately. However, in the multiple regression model, although the overall model is statistically significant, the individual effects of each variable are not significant. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.297 indicates that the three variables combined explain 29.7% of the variance in student business performance. This study recommends a synergistic strategy combining digitalization, local culture preservation, and improved economic literacy to support the sustainable development of student-run UMKM.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi neraca lajur di SMK Negeri 1 Kotamobagu, yang diperparah oleh terbatasnya variasi bahan ajar yang tersedia. Kondisi ini menghambat pencapaian pemahaman konsep akuntansi yang mendalam dan aplikasi praktis neraca lajur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi ajar neraca lajur yang inovatif, menarik, dan interaktif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Canva. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D, meliputi tahap Define, Design, Development dan Disseminate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi ajar yang dikembangkan melalui aplikasi Canva divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan guru akuntansi sebagai produk yang layak dan efektif. Uji coba terbatas juga menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap materi neraca lajur. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the lack of students' understanding of the trial balance material at SMK Negeri 1 Kotamobagu, which is exacerbated by the limited variety of teaching materials available. This condition hinders the achievement of a deep understanding of accounting concepts and practical applications of the trial balance. Therefore, this study aims to develop innovative, interesting, and interactive trial balance teaching materials by utilizing the Canva application. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model, including the Define, Design, Development and Disseminate stages. The results of the study showed that the teaching materials developed through the Canva application were validated by material experts, media experts, and accounting teachers as feasible and effective products. Limited trials also showed an increase in students' understanding and motivation to learn the trial balance material.

Abstract

      The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the role of bumdes (village-owned enterprises) is in empowering the community's economy, in Pinabetengan Utara Village, Tompaso Barat District. The method used by the author is a Qualitative method, the Research Location is in Pinabetengan Utara Village, Tompaso Barat District, Data sources are Primary and Secondary data, Data collection techniques used by the author are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained are that the role of Village-Owned Enterprises is very much needed, because it can provide convenience for the community in Pinabetengan Utara Village in increasing the empowerment of the Community's Economy.Keywords: Role of Bumdes, Community Economic Empowerment.

Abstract

Perkawinan adat merupakan tradisi yang melekat dalam masyarakat Indonesia, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ikatan budaya dan sosial tetapi juga memiliki dampak ekonomi bagi individu, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui terkait perkawinan adat sebagai kearifan lokal dalam hal perspektif ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Tumaluntung, Kecamatan Kauditan yang masih mempraktikkan perkawinan adat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemerintah Desa, tokoh-tokoh adat dan pelaku perkawinan adat. Hasil penelitian menenjukkan bahwa perkawinan adat selain memerlukan biaya yang signifikan, juga dapat memperkuat solidaritas sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, serta menjadi sarana untuk menjaga kelangsungan kearifan lokal yang memiliki nilai-nilai ekonomi yang positif, seperti gotong royong. Selain itu, perkawinan adat juga membuka peluang bagi ekonomi lokal melalui sektor usaha kecil menengah yang terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan terkait perkawinan adat. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran literasi kewirausahaan bagi petani kelapa dan gula merah di Desa Tondey Kecamatan Motoling Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kualitatif. Informan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 orang Petani kelapa dan 2 orang petani gula merah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilkaukan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh; 1) Petani kelapa dan gula merah di Desa Tondey yang memiliki akses terbatas ke internet dan sumber informasi harga produk; 2) kesulitan dalam menggunakan teknologi dalam memasarkan produk; 3) keterbatasan petani terhadap modal dan akses pembiayaan usaha tani secara formal adalah masalah utama yang dihadapi petani dalam mengembangkan usaha kelapa kopra dan gula aren. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Game Addiction and Learning Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 5 Manado. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 56 students selected randomly. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, simple correlation analysis, and multiple correlation analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a significant effect between Online Game Addiction and Student Learning Outcomes, with a tcount value > ttable (12.752 > 2.004); (2) There is a significant effect between Learning Motivation and Student Learning Outcomes, with a tcount value > ttable (6.389 > 2.004); and (3) Simultaneously, Online Game Addiction and Learning Motivation have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes of 74.53%, with a fcount value > ftable (29.395 > 3.171). This study concludes that learning technology and learning motivation have a role in improving student learning outcomes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang dikembangkan oleh mahasiswa berbasis digital dan kearifan lokal di era Ekonomi 5.0. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap delapan mahasiswa pelaku UMKM yang aktif di bidang usaha kreatif dan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memanfaatkan media sosial dan e-commerce secara efektif dalam menjalankan usahanya, dengan pendekatan pemasaran berbasis budaya lokal. Model bisnis yang dikembangkan bersifat adaptif, inovatif, dan kolaboratif, yang didukung oleh literasi digital dan jaringan kampus. Kearifan lokal menjadi elemen penting dalam diferensiasi produk, memperkuat identitas, serta menciptakan keterikatan emosional dengan konsumen. Kolaborasi dengan pelaku industri kreatif dan dukungan institusi kampus turut memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penguatan ekosistem kewirausahaan mahasiswa berbasis digital yang berakar pada budaya lokal. Luaran Penelitian akan di publikasikan pada jurnal bereputasi nasional terindeks sinta 3 dan HKI.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers’ communication skills and the learning environment on students’ learning motivation at SMK Swasta Poopo Bolmong. The research employed a quantitative approach with an ex post facto design, where the researcher did not provide direct treatment but examined the relationships among variables based on existing data. The sample was determined through proportional random sampling, and the research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire covering three main variables: teachers’ communication skills, learning environment, and students’ learning motivation. The results indicate that teachers’ communication skills have a positive impact on students’ learning motivation. Teachers who are able to deliver material clearly, coherently, and engagingly can enhance students’ attention and interest in the learning process. Furthermore, a supportive learning environment, both physically and psychologically, plays an important role in encouraging students to be more enthusiastic and motivated in their studies. Simultaneously, teachers’ communication skills and the learning environment complement each other in shaping students’ learning motivation. This finding is consistent with learning motivation theory, which emphasizes that internal and external factors must interact synergistically for students to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The practical implication of this study is the need to improve teachers’ communication skills and to develop a supportive learning environment so that students’ learning motivation can grow sustainably.
