Abstract

Background The nutritional problem is essentially a public health problem that is influenced by many factors, therefore the prevention of nutritional problems can not be done by health approach but also involves other sectors such as education, religion and social. In school-age children need more energy and other nutrients such as energy, protein, calcium, fluorine and iron as the activity increases. Optimal child growth depends on the provision of nutrition with good quality and quantity as well as true. Method This research is descriptive approach with survey method that describes mother's knowledge and energy intake in child stunting Population in this research is all elementary school student of Inpres Sengka Regency of South Bontonompo Regency of Gowa. The sample of this research is class III student of class III and IV with Stunting of nutritional status A total of 26 people with measured amount of counted 62 people consisting of class III number of 11 people and IV as many as 15 people, the reason to choose class III and IV is because students Able To remember when they want direcall. Primary data consists of: a. Mother's knowledge variable is obtained from direct interview with respondent by using questionnaire instrument which contains question about causes of stunting and food energy source and so on. b. The variable of energy nutrient intake from child feeding habits (sample) was obtained from 2x 24 hour food recall interview method using 2x 24 hour food recall form. Assessment of nutritional intake by this method is done two days with a one-day measurement interval. Good nutrition intake if ≥ 77.0% of and less if <77.0% AKG. c. The stunting variable was obtained by using anthropometric measurements using the TB/U indicator, the sample is said to be stunting if z-score <-3.0 SD or z-score ≥ -3.0 SD s / d <-2.0 SD and not stunting if z -score ≥ -2 SD. Data types are numerical (quantitative) and data processing using statistical analysis. Data processing using computer by providing certain code which then processed with software (software) SPSS 13.0.  Secondary data includes geographic and demographic data obtained from research sites and related institutions. The age data was obtained by looking at the identity of the children taken from primary school staff teachers in Sengka Sub-district, Bontonompo District, South Gowa. Result  The results showed that the mother's knowledge about good nutrition as many as 5 people (19.2%) and less as many as 21 people (80.8%). For a good energy intake as much as 11 people (42.3%) and less as many as 15 people (57.7%). As for the knowledge of mother about nutrition with energy intake that is having good knowledge of nutrition and energy intake of 1 person (3,8%), good nutrition knowledge and energy intake less than 4 people (15,3%) while having knowledge Less and good energy intake as much 10 people (38,4%), knowledge of less nutrition and energy intake less than 11 people (53,8%) and value (p> α = 0,05) explained that there is no significant relationship between Mother's knowledge about nutrition and energy intake in elementary school stunting children. Conclusion: 1. Maternal knowledge about nutrition category less as many as 21 people (80,7%) and good as many as 5 people (19,23%). 2. Less energy intake in children Stunting as many as 15 people (57.7%), good as many as 11 people (42.3%). 3. There is no relationship between knowledge and energy intake

Abstract

Background: Elderly is someone who has reached age of 60 years. At that age there will be setbacks cells that can affect the function and the ability of the body system so that the various problems experienced by the elderly. It had an impact on their lack of food consumption pattern. Conduct of one will be reflected of diet pertaining to consumption food. Objective: to describe the food consumption pattern, energy intake and nutritional status on elderly. Method: This research was conducted in RW 10 Sub Sudiang Biringkanaya District of Makassar. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with criteria for residing permanently, willing to be sampled and active communication. The total sample are 22 people. This research using method food recall as much as two times within 24 hours and not successive. Research Result: Research based on the composition food consumption pattern of good dish are 59,1 % and less are 40,9 %. Food consumption pattern based on the frequency of good food are 86,4 % and less are 13,6 %. Energy intake of all are still lacking that is 100%. While the normal nutritional status are 81,8%, skinny was 9,1% and 9.1% are a fat. Conclusion: Elderly food consumption patternbased on the composition of dishes are generally good and the frequency of the food less. Nutritional status of elderly generally normal. Advice on further research is expected to use food weighing to see an intake of an elderly and it is necessary to the efforts of a public health center in more attention to the health of the elderly in the form of education or socialization so that the elderly can increase and improve diet and nutritional status.

Abstract

Preeclampsia until now is still a health problem that can not be solved completely. Statistical data in developed countries shows that 10-30% of all maternal deaths are caused by preeclampsia. Preeclampsia is one of the three major causes of maternal death in addition to bleeding and infection. Nutritional intake is an indicator to see the nutritional adequacy and upper arm circumference of pregnant women is one tool to assess the nutritional status, so it can be known complications during pregnancy. This study aims to determine how the relationship of energy intake and macro nutrition and nutritional status with the incidence of preeklamsi in RSIA Siti Fatimah Makassar. The type of this research is cross sectional study. Data collection was done by interview using questionnaire with total sample as many as 34 people. The result of the research using statistical analysis of chi-square test showed that energy intake, protein intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake as well as nutritional status were obtained by p values, p = 0.584, p = 0.611, p = 0.416, p = 0.649 And p = 0.547 means that there is no relationship between energy intake and macro nutrition and nutritional status in patients preeklamsi in RSIA Siti Fatimah Makassar. It is expected that the respondent health officer can increase the frequency of counseling both personally and group related factors that can influence the occurrence of preeclampsia.Keywords : Intake of Energy, Macro Nutrition, Nutrition Status, Preeclampsy

Abstract

This type of research is analytic research using the Cross-Sectional Study approach, to obtain data on the relationship of diet and parental income and the incidence of diarrheal diseases on nutritional status (BB / TB) of the students of SDN Daya 1. Populations in this study were all elementary school students of the third, fourth, and fifth grade of SDN Daya 1 Makassar City. The sample in this study were elementary school students in the grades III, IV and V in SDN Daya 1 located in Paccerakkang village, Biringkanaya Subdistrict, Makassar City, with the following criteria: class III-V students who were willing to become a sample; children are in good health at the time of sampling; and parents and teachers are willing to become respondents. Data analysis uses the Chi-Square test. The results showed that diet was not related to nutritional status as evidenced by the value of p = 0.48 (> 0.05), parental income was not related to nutritional status where most of the parents' income level was quite sufficient as evidenced by p = 0, 269 > 0.05) as well as the incidence of diarrhea not related to nutritional status as evidenced by p = 0.470 (> 0.05). It is recommended that the process of data collection is better collaboration between researchers and the school, making direct observations at the household level regarding food availability, and adding food intake variables to find out the meal portion of the sample. Keywords: Parental Income, Diet, Diarrhea and Nutritional Status

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi virtual isi piringku terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan berat badan anak balita diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Kapasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi pra eksperimen dengan rancangan one group  pre-test dan post-test design. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kapasa. Sampel adalah balita usia 12-59 bulan sebanyak 40 orang yang diperoleh secara simple random sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 3 Februari 2021 – 13 April 2021. Hasil disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan narasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kapasa menunjukkan bawha pengetahuan orang tua/wali balita setelah diberikan edukasi virtual isi piringku mengalami peningkatan sebesar (35%)hasil ujistatistikChi Square diperoleh nilai (p=0,144) yang menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh edukasi virtual isi piringku terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pada orang tua/wali balita. Berat badan anak balita sebagian besar naik sebanyak (75,0%), hasil uji 2 sampel T berpasangan diperoleh nilai (p=0,12) yang menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh edukasi virtual isi piringku terhadap berat badan balita.Disarankan bagi orang tua/wali balita menggunakan isi piringku sebagai pedoman untuk mencapai kondisi gizi yang optimal dengan memahami dan melaksanakannya yaitu makanan bervariasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan, lakukan aktivita fisik secara teratur, minum air mineral yang cukup serta mempertahankan berat badan ideal. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian edukasi Isi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan berat badan balita tidak efektif.

Abstract

AbstractNoodles is one of the foods favored by the people of Indonesia and economical and practical, so it is necessary to processing alternatives that qualify nutritionally with the addition of fiber from cassava leaves. This study aims to find out the acceptableness, elasticity, iron content, protein, fiber and hydrogen cyanide. This type of research is an experiment that is the manufacture of noodles using the addition of cassava leaves (15%, 30% and 50%) then conducted an analysis of protein, iron, fiber using gravimetry, analysis of hydrogen cyanide levels using volumetri with tools - ingredients are scales, sieves, molds, measuring cups, filters, wheat flour, egg whites, garlic, cassava leaves and salt. The results of the research from the preferred hedonic aspect are a concentration of 15%. Noodles with cassava leaves concentration of 15% have the elasticity value closest to wet noodles without cassava leaves which is 3.3 cm with medium category, the highest iron content with cassava leaves concentration of 50% as much as 0.5 mg / 100 grams, the highest fiber content as much as 9.67 grams per 100 grams, the highest HCN content as much as 15.7 mg per 100 grams, the highest protein content of noodles with cassava leaves concentration of 15% obtained as much as 8,222 grams / 100 grams. In conclusion, preferred acceptableness and elasticity as well as the highest protein content with 15% cassava leaves, the highest iron, fiber and HCN levels with a concentration of 50%.

Abstract

Typhoid fever is a deases in small intestine and could cause continous symptoms, that was generated by salmonella thyposa. Knowing macro nutrition intake for typhoid fever patients in Makassar City Hospital. The study is acase study with observationa approach, patient’s nutrition intake data obtained 24 hours food recall form and the data was analized using Food Material Needs List. Macro nutrition intake in first and second day in recall averaged, is known at 2239.15 kcal energy (77,1%) which categorized moderate, energy’s intake were close to standard amount that recomended. 75.3 gr (103.85) proteins, which categorized normal and protein’s intake was fulfill standard amount that was recomended. 86.05 gr (117 %) fats which categorized very excessive, fat’s intake was exceeded standard amount that was recomended. 294.65 gr (54 %) carbohydrate which categorized deficient, and was not meet the standard amount that was recommended. Medical diagnosis Febris Pro Ev. patients nutrition status was normal nutrition status from IMT 23.89 kg/m2 result. Intervention that was given to the patient in from stomach diet (tender food) and education about diet advice based on patient’s condition and needs was given. Key Word : Macro nnutrition intake, Nutrition status , Thypoid fever

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, manusia dituntut untuk menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien dalam menjalankan kehidupannya. Perubahan ini tentunya akan berakibat pada pola makan manusia, salah satunya adalah dengan mengkonsumsi makanan yang siap saji. Makanan cepat saji biasanya mempunyai kelemahan pada kandungan seratnya, untuk itu diperlukan penambahan sayuran untuk meningkatkan kandungan serat. Adapun sayuran yang akan ditambahkan dalam pembuatan nugget cumi-cumi adalah bayam, dimana seperti kita ketahui bayam mengandung zat gizi yang tinggi dan bayam juga mudah didapatkan sehingga bisa menjadi alternatif sumber zat gizi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya terima serta analisis kadar protein dan fosfor pada nugget cumi-cumi dengan penambahan bayam.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium. Panelis yang diambil adalah 25 orang mahasiswi dan mahasiswa Prodi D3 Gizi dan Sarjana Terapan Gizi dan Dietetika Jurusan Gizi untuk mengetahui daya terima produk terbaik. Data hasil uji daya terima nugget cumi-cumi dengan penambahan bayam dikelompokkan, kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan program computer yaitu Microsoft Exel dan SPSS sedangkan data kandungan protein diperoleh dari hasil uji protein metode Kjeldahl dan data kandungan fosfor diperoleh dari hasil uji fosfor metode AOAC.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nugget cumi-cumi dengan penambahan bayam yang paling banyak disukai yaitu pada konsentrasi 5% (X2) dengan hasil analisis kandungan protein rata-rata 15,49 % dan kandungan fosfor rata-rata 0,094%. Sedangkan untuk konsentrasi 0% (X1) dengan hasil analisis kandungan protein rata-rata 13,45 % dan kandungan fosfor rata-rata 0,073%.Disarankan agar dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai analisis zat gizi untuk mengetahui zat gizi lain yang terkandung pada nugget cumi-cumi dengan penambahan bayam.Kata kunci : Nugget cumi-cumi, bayam, protein dan fosfor

Abstract

This study aims to find out the distribution of gono-gini assets can be rejected by the judge on divorce decisions, to know that a lawyer in a divorce lawsuit can also be sued, and about the considerations of the panel of judges in deciding the case for the distribution of gono-gini assets due to divorce for the husband. To achieve this goal, this research uses a juridical-normative approach which is carried out based on a review of library materials or secondary data. The type of this research is descriptive analysis, with the type of data consisting of 2 (two), namely primary data and secondary data. While the data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the agreement in marriage regarding the assets of Gono Gini and child custody and other matters obtained in marriage, the author takes the example of a divorce case and the distribution of property which has reached the level of cassation, this agreement is strong evidence especially made before a Notary so that post-divorce is not so difficult to prove about the distribution of property Gono Gini. It should be remembered that the divorce decision does not automatically decide or determine the distribution of marital property in marriage. The application for the distribution of gonorrhea assets can be submitted after the divorce decision has permanent legal force. For a married couple whose marriage is registered with the civil registry office, the lawsuit is submitted to the District Court where the Defendant lives. Divorce is something that often happens in the modern era. After living together for a long time, many couples decide to divorce because of incompatibility in married life. Plus the various problems and pressures that come from here and there. During the divorce process, one thing that cannot be overlooked is the assets of Gono Gini. The division of property is also a very crucial moment and is often debated by the divorced parties.

Abstract

Anemia merupakan masalah gizi yang paling sering terjadi dan dapat terjadi pada kelompok usia muda. Pola makan yang tidak seimbang merupakan salah satu penyebab anemia. Pola makan yang tidak seimbang dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan. Dengan pendidikan gizi, remaja  dapat  mengubah  kebiasaan  makannya  menjadi  lebih  baik. Studi ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram sebagai media edukasi gizi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan gizi, kadar hemoglobin dan asupan zat besi. Desain studi ini adalah quasy experiment dengan pre test post test only design. Populasi mahasiswa tingkat 2 yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswi. Pengetahuan gizi dikumpulkan kuesioneronline. Asupan zat besi dikumpulkan dengan recall 24 jam. Kadar Hemoglobin diperiksa dengan digital Easy Touch. Uji statistik dengan Uji Wilcoxon menggunakan program SPSS. Analisis statistik diketahui ada perbedaan skor pengetahuan gizi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi (P=0,000). Analisis statistik diketahui ada pengaruh peningkatan asupan zat besi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi (P=0,003). Analisis statistik diketahui tidak ada pengaruh peningkatan kadar Hb sebelum dan sesudah pemberian edukasi (P=0,157). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah ada pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram sebagai edukasi gizi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan gizi dan peningkatan asupan zat besi. Serta tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Instagram sebagai edukasi gizi terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada mahasiswa Jurusan Fisioterapi Poltekkes Kemenkes Makassar. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dan menambah waktu intervensi yang lebih lama sehingga dapat diperoleh perubahan baik dari segi pengetahuan dan sikap. Kata kunci : Instagram, Hemoglobin, Pengetahuan, Zat Besi
