Abstract

Background. Learning technology has changed drastically. Lecturers who were previously a source of knowledge changed their role to become mentors for students. Aims. Such rapid development of AI has replaced human functions with limited memory. AI stores data indefinitely. All university lecturers and students need to know this progress, so there is a socialization event regarding the new value proposition of generative artificial intelligence on campus. Method. The method used is a presentation from the students, by students, and for students whom lecturers accompany. Result. In this presentation, it was highlighted the meaning of Gen AI, the potential of Gen AI in learning, the use of Gen AI, policies in the use of Gen AI, how the change in the educational landscape caused by the AI gene, how education is organized in the integration of AI genes, how are the applicable academic regulations in the context of the use of Gen AI, whether the use of Gen Ai will streamline the implementation of education, how to maintain the latest learning quality when utilizing AI. The use of AI in learning brings a new value proposition for learning and a new role for lecturers as education actors. Learning that utilizes AI gives students the freedom to learn anyone and anywhere across time and space. Conclusion AI supports a more personalized learning experience according to each student's needs. The presence of lecturers online and offline in the form of learning managers, student companions (cognitive presence), and student guides in interaction (social presence) provides new value to lecturers' existence in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Telkomsel Regional Semarang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Responden penelitian ini adalah 109 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dan perangkat lunak SmartPLS4.1Data dikumpulkan melalui survei kepada karyawan dan diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja melalui lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di industri telekomunikasi yang kompetitif seperti PT Telkomsel.

Abstract

SDM adalah komponen penting tercapainya keberhasilan perusahaan. Sehingga karyawan menjadi peran penting dalam mempertahankan persaingan perusahaan satu dengan yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Quality of Work Life terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT Herculon Carpet Semarang Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang didapatkan adalah karyawan PT Herculon Carpet Semarang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebesar 103 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil data penelitian merupakan data primer yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis regresi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan melihat nilai Sig 0,386 > 0,05. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has been widely recognized for its potential to enhance employee performance. However, the mechanisms through which this influence occurs are not fully understood.This study examines the impact of transformational leadership on employee efficiency, with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at Tumbakmas Niagasakti Company, a trading and distribution company in Indonesia. The objective is to determine the extent to which transformational leadership influences employee efficiency and whether knowledge sharing plays a significant role in this relationship. A quantitative approach using a survey questionnaire was employed to collect data from 120 employees. The collected data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. The findings reveal that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee efficiency. Moreover, knowledge sharing was found to partially mediate this relationship, indicating that transformational leaders who foster a culture of knowledge sharing can enhance employee efficiency. The study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee efficiency within an Indonesian context. The implications of these findings for organizations seeking to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness are discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at PT. Asia Fasifik Fiber Kendal. Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining a company's success, therefore, discipline and a conducive work environment are essential to increase productivity. The research method used was a quantitative field approach, where data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to employees at PT. Asia Fasifik Fiber Kendal. The research instrument was constructed using a Likert scale to measure the level of work discipline, work environment, and employee performance. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the level of employee discipline, the better the resulting performance. Furthermore, the work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A comfortable, safe, and harmonious work environment has been shown to increase employee motivation and productivity. The conclusion of this study is that improving work discipline and improving the work environment simultaneously will encourage improved employee performance and contribute to the company's success in achieving organizational goals.   Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance, Productivity

Abstract

This research alms to explore the role of job stress as a mediator in the relationship between a toxic workplace environment and organizational support in relation to employee well being among civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Pekalongan City. The study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Data were collected through questionnalres distributed to 101 respondents and analyzed using regression analysis and the Sobel test. The results indicated that a toxic workplace environment has a positive impact on job stress, while organizational support has a negative impact on job stress. However, the toxic workplace environment doesn't affect employee well being, whereas organizational support positively influences employee well being. These findings suggest that organizational support has a more dominant role in improving employee well being compared to the influence of job stress or toxic workplace environment. Therefore, government institutions are advised to prioritize strengthening organizational support as a strategic step in an effort to improve employee well being.

Abstract

Background: During their old age, an elderly person will experience a slow and gradual decline. Setbacks that occur can be physical and psychological setbacks. The bad impact is that he will be isolated, not developing, and the opportunity to actualize himself will be smaller. Nearly 15 percent of the population aged over 65 years are prone to depression. Purpose: This study aims to test the effectiveness of logotherapy with the medium of drawing to find the meaning of life and reduce depression in the elderly at the Budi Pertiwi Wredha Nursing Home, Bandung. Method: This study uses a single subject design method with an A-B-A design. The participants in this study were 2 elderly people who lived at the Budi Pertiwi Wredha Home, female, aged over 60 years and showed a level of depression obtained with a BDI-II score. The level of depression was obtained using the Indonesian language version of the BDI-II measuring instrument which has 21 valid items. an internal validity test was performed and all questions were positively correlated with depression scores (range r= 0.344-0.845; p= 0.000-0.024). The reliability test for all questions gives a Cronbach alpha value of 0.721. Results: This study used 2 participants, female sex, aged over 65 years and showing symptoms of depression, living daily at the Wredha Home, and still able to communicate fluently. Conclusion: logotherapy with the art of drawing is quite effective in reducing the level of depression in the elderly at the Budi Pertiwi Wredha Nursing Home, Bandung. Indicated by a decrease in the level of depression from a high level of depression to a moderate level of depression.   Pendahuluan: Dalam menjalani masa tuanya seorang lansia akan mengalami kemunduran secara perlahan dan bertahap. Kemunduran yang terjadi bisa berupa kemunduran fisik dan psikologis. Dampak buruknya ia akan terisolir, tidak berkembang, dan kesempatan mengaktualisasikan dirinya semakin kecil. Hampir 15 persen dari jumlah penduduk berusia di atas 65 tahun rentan mengalami depresi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektifitas logoterapi dengan media seni menggambar untuk menemukan makna hidup dan menurunkan depresi pada lansia di Panti Wredha Budi Pertiwi Bandung. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode single subject design dengan desain A-B-A. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang lansia yang tinggal di Panti Wredha Budi Pertiwi, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berusia di atas 60 tahun dan menunjukkan tingkat depresi yang diperoleh dengan skor BDI-II. Tingkat depresi diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat ukur BDI-II versi bahasa Indonesia yang memiliki 21 item valid. dilakukan uji validitas internal dan didapatkan semua butir pertanyaan berkorelasi positif dengan skor depresi (rentang r= 0,344-0,845; p= 0,000- 0,024). Uji reliabilitas untuk semua butir pertanyaan memberikan nilai alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,721. Hasil: Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 orang partisipan, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berusia di atas 65 tahun dan menunjukkan gejala depresi, menetap sehari-hari di Panti Wredha, serta masih dapat diajak berkomunikasi dengan lancar. Simpulan: logotherapy dengan media seni menggambar cukup effective menurunkan tingkat depresi pada lansia di Panti Wredha Budi Pertiwi Bandung. Ditunjukkan dengan menurunnya tingkat depresi dari tingkat depresi tinggi ke tingkat depresi sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi dan tantangan perdagangan udang beku Indonesia (HS 030617), yang hingga kini masih menghadapi berbagai kendala struktural seperti hambatan tarif dan non-tarif, tingginya biaya logistik, dan keterbatasan penetrasi pasar, sekaligus merumuskan kebijakan yang mendukung pengembangan perdagangan ke negara-negara anggota BRICS.. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data sekunder yang mencakup analisis tren ekspor time-series selama periode 2013–2023, perhitungan daya saing menggunakan metode Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), dan kerangka Tinbergen untuk merumuskan kebijakan perdagangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspor udang beku Indonesia ke negara BRICS mengalami tren peningkatan, meskipun kontribusinya terhadap total ekspor nasional masih relatif kecil. Namun di sisi lain tren ekspor ke negara di luar BRICS mengalami penurunan. Dengan demikian potensi diversifikasi terbuka lebar melalui pasar Rusia, India, Afrika Selatan, dan Uni Emirat Arab yang mulai menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan positif. Nilai RCA Indonesia untuk produk udang beku tercatat konsisten di atas angka 5,0 hingga 10,2, yang menandakan keunggulan komparatif kuat, meskipun belum diikuti dengan strategi penetrasi pasar yang optimal. Hambatan tarif, regulasi SPS, dan tingginya biaya logistik menjadi tantangan utama yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kerja sama melalui BRICS Seafood Agreement, peningkatan efisiensi logistik rantai dingin, dan diversifikasi pasar ekspor sebagai strategi menuju integrasi pasar perikanan yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.Title: Expansion Strategy for Indonesia’s Frozen Shrimp Market Into Brics CountriesThis study aims to analyze the potential and challenges of the Indonesian frozen shrimp trade (HS 030617), which still faces various structural obstacles such as tariff and non-tariff barriers, high logistics costs, and limited market penetration, while also formulating policies that support the development of trade to BRICS member countries. This study aims to analyze the potential and challenges of the Indonesian frozen shrimp trade (HS 030617) and formulate policies to support the development of trade to BRICS member countries. This study uses secondary data analysis methods that include time-series export trend analysis during the 2013–2023 period, competitiveness calculations using the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method, and the Tinbergen framework to formulate trade policies. The results show that Indonesian frozen shrimp exports to BRICS countries are experiencing an increasing trend, although their contribution to total national exports is still relatively small. However, on the other hand, the export trend to countries outside BRICS is decreasing. Thus, the potential for diversification is wide open through the markets of Russia, India, South Africa, and the United Arab Emirates, which are starting to show a positive growth trend. Indonesia’s RCA for frozen shrimp products has consistently been recorded at between 5.0 and 10.2, indicating a strong comparative advantage, although an optimal market penetration strategy has not accompanied it. Tariff barriers, SPS regulations, and high logistics costs are the main challenges that the government must overcome. This study recommends strengthening cooperation through the BRICS Seafood Agreement, improving cold chain logistics efficiency, and diversifying export markets as strategies towards more inclusive and sustainable fisheries market integration.

Abstract

Kinerja personil diperoleh dengan elemen yang terintegrasi dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personil, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja personil, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja personil, kompetensi terhadap kinerja personil dan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personil. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Personil Satlantas Polresta Barelang yang berjumlah 98 orang. Sampel terdiri dari 98 responden, sampel diambil dengan metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat uji SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil. Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja personil.

Abstract

Bencana banjir bandang dan tanah longsor merupakan fenomena alam yang memberikan dampak multidimensional, meliputi kerusakan fisik, gangguan sosial, serta kemunduran ekonomi masyarakat terdampak. Kehilangan aset produktif, terhentinya aktivitas usaha, dan meningkatnya kerentanan sosial-ekonomi menjadi permasalahan utama pascabencana. Artikel Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan komitmen dan langkah nyata perguruan tinggi bersama masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mendukung pemulihan ekonomi pascabencana melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan masyarakat, edukasi dan sosialisasi mitigasi bencana, pendampingan usaha mikro dan kecil, penguatan kelembagaan ekonomi lokal, serta kolaborasi multipihak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap mitigasi bencana, bangkitnya kembali aktivitas ekonomi produktif, serta terbentuknya kelompok usaha dan jejaring kemitraan yang mendukung keberlanjutan pemulihan ekonomi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan ketangguhan dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat terdampak, serta dapat dijadikan model implementasi PkM di wilayah rawan bencana lainnya.
