Abstract

Hereditas pada manusia mempelajari mengenai macam penurunan termasuk sifat dan kelainan pada manusia, penurunan sifat pada manusia dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu sifat yang terpaut koromosom tubuh (autosomal), dan sifat terpaut kromosom sek (gonosomal), sedangkan imbisil adalah penyakit ganguan mental yang merupakan sikubat dari kelainan fenilketonuria (FKU). Oleh karena itu penulis ingin membuat suatu sistem dimana sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu pasien dalam melakukan konsultasi secara pribadi tanpa harus membuang waktu/menghabiskan banyak biaya. Sistem pakar adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang menggunakan pengetahuan, fakta, dan tehnik penalaran dalam memecahkan masalah yang biasanya hanya dapat dipecahkan oleh seorang pakar dan untuk Dempster Shafer ialah kombinasi dan propogasi ketidakpastian, dimana teori ini memiliki beberapa karakteristik yang secara instutitif sesuai dengan cara berfikir seorang pakar, namun dasar matematika dan delah dilakukan konsultasi dari perhitungan dengan metode Dempster Shafer, gejala tersebut yang telah dihitung untuk gejala yang dialami oleh pasien nilai yang paling tinggi adalah 0.71 adalah (P03) yaitu sebesar 0,71 atau jika dijadikan presentasi adalah sebesar 71%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology increases the need for effective and efficient information. Information that is not managed properly loses value, especially when large amounts of data are available, making conventional methods no longer adequate to analyze the potential of the data. Therefore, a system capable of analyzing, summarizing, and extracting data into useful information is required. The Department of Agriculture and Food Security, as an agency that handles food security, agriculture, animal husbandry, animal health, and fisheries, is responsible for supporting the increase in agricultural yields to meet the food needs of the population and encourage economic growth. To achieve this goal, the agency needs to utilize technology to process agricultural data quickly and accurately. The system built using the apriori method can analyze data efficiently and provide recommendations for increasing agricultural yields. Based on the test results, a support value of 9% and a confidence of 68% were obtained, with the rule If the crop is Cassava, then the production yield is 6000-8000 tons.

Abstract

Domestic violence is a violation of human rights and a crime against human dignity and is a form of discrimination. Therefore, no matter how small the violence committed can be reported as a criminal act that can be processed by law. The Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning has the task of solving problems that often occur in cases of domestic violence (KDRT) against someone, especially women, which results in physical, sexual, psychological, and/or misery or suffering. household neglect including threats to commit acts, coercion, or unlawful deprivation of liberty within the household sphere. therefore it is necessary to have an application that can process this data based on age, type of violence and causal factors to be used as information specifically about cases of domestic violence so that it is easier for the community to understand later. This was created to overcome the problem of extracting important information from a data set of domestic violence cases based on the causative factors at the agency using the k-means clustering method which will be built later. From the results of research conducted using a sample of 20 data, it can be concluded that the most common data are in cluster 2 with data on cases of domestic violence (KDRT) based on many causal factors with a total of 7 data and located in the age group (X ) is aged 17-25 years, and for the type of violence group (Y) that is carried out is Abuse and the causal factors (Z) which mostly occur due to External Factors / Divorce.

Abstract

This research implements the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) Method in the selection of contraceptives for couples of reproductive age at the Kota Datar Health Center. The aim is to assist couples in making informed decisions by ensuring that their contraceptive choices are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. The study's findings are expected to help couples make smarter decisions regarding contraceptive methods that suit their needs.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to grow in children under five (infants under 5 years) as a result of chronic malnutrition is so necessary monitoring and assessment of nutritional status and growth of children according to the standards. Malnutrition occurs from infancy or in the womb in the early days after the baby is born, however, the condition of stunting only appears after the baby is 2 years old. According to the decree of the Minister of Health No. 1995/MENKES/SK/XII / 2010 on anthropometric standards for assessing the nutritional Status of children needs to be adjusted to the development and needs of community nutrition improvement programs. To overcome the problem of stunting status in children, it is necessary a system that can diagnose stunting disease based on symptoms felt in toddlers from an early age and can be done prevention and handling of child growth and development and can provide information to many parents at the time of counseling and guidance from health workers in posyandu activities. Based on the calculation of CF, the highest value is in stunting disease in toddlers with a value of 0.9428 or 94.28%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the toddler is suffering from the type of anemia.

Abstract

The hospital is an integral part of a social and health organization with the function of providing services, disease healing and disease prevention to the community. Predicting the number of medical devices is essential for managing a hospital, managing human and financial resources, and for properly distributing material resources. If the number of medical devices can be predicted accurately, this will become the basis for planning and making decisions for hospital managers. Based on these reasons, an electronic tool is needed that can determine the number of medical device needs with a high degree of accuracy and the display of the results for easy reading and data collection. From system testing, the need for medical devices in the following month will decrease in providing some medical devices because they still have a lot of stock in the previous month. The Backpropagation Algorithm can carry out the prediction process, but whether or not the error value and the output is very much influenced by the determination of parameters such as the amount of learning rate and the number of neurons in the hidden layer.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam pelaksanaan kursus keterampilan di Lembaga Karya Prima adalah metode pembelajaran yang masih bersifat satu arah, sehingga partisipasi peserta kurang optimal. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan metode pembelajaran interaktif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kursus keterampilan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, workshop, dan praktikum interaktif yang melibatkan 25 peserta dari berbagai latar belakang usia produktif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, pre-test dan post-test, serta refleksi harian peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan praktis peserta sebesar 75% dan peningkatan soft skill seperti komunikasi dan kerja tim sebesar 60%. Sebagian peserta juga mampu memanfaatkan keterampilan yang diperoleh untuk membuka usaha kecil secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa metode pembelajaran interaktif mampu meningkatkan efektivitas proses kursus serta memberi dampak nyata terhadap kemandirian ekonomi peserta.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a process in a woman's life, where major changes occur in her physical, mental and social aspects. These changes cannot be separated from the factors that influence them, namely physical factors, psychological factors and environmental, social, cultural and economic factors. One of the nutritional problems of pregnant women is chronic energy deficiency (KEK). Chronic energy deficiency (KEK) is a nutritional problem caused by a lack of food intake over a long period of time, a matter of years. Datar City Health Center is one of the agencies that provides health services for the local community and helps resolve problems with the health and nutritional development of mothers and children to prevent problems with malnutrition in pregnant women. The aim of the research is to make it easier for agencies to manage data and obtain complete information about the nutritional status of pregnant women. From 20 data, 3 groups were obtained, Cluster 1 had 4 data on the nutritional status of pregnant women, Cluster 2 had 4 data on the nutritional status of pregnant women and Cluster 3 had 12 data on the nutritional status of pregnant women. And the largest group obtained was cluster 3 with the data group on the nutritional status of pregnant women found in the gestational age group (X), namely 14-27 weeks old, with screening results (Y) namely adequate nutrition, and the causal factors (Z) that occurred were economic factors

Abstract

Chikungunya is a disease caused by the Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. Some of the symptoms are sudden fever, chills, pain in the joints, muscle pain in the neck, shoulders and limbs, rash. Treatment of sufferers is aimed at complaints and symptoms that arise and the drugs given are generally only to relieve existing symptoms, such as giving Antipyretic drugs to relieve fever, Antiemetic drugs to relieve nausea / vomiting, or Analgetics to relieve joint pain only, from these problems many people also do not understand the handling of chikungunya disease, therefore it is necessary to have a system that can collect information to collect information and conduct counseling activities on the treatment of Chikungunya disease to the general public and especially to the elderly to provide knowledge about Chikungunya disease using the Certainty Factor method. The purpose of this research is to provide information and knowledge to the public about Chikungunya Disease Treatment and the Elderly know the medicine for Chikungunya Disease treatment. From the results of applying the certainty factor method to diagnose chikungunya disease, it can be obtained that the diagnosis result is acute chikungunya disease with a confidence level of 95.19%.

Abstract

The lungs as the only pump for the respiratory system are very important organs for the continuation of life. Diagnosing or checking lung symptoms early can help people recognize the possibility that they are suffering from lung disease, so that treatment or care can be done earlier to prevent the severity of the disease. The method used in this study is the Naïve Bayes method. Naive Bayes is a simple probabilistic classifier that calculates a set of probabilities by adding up the frequencies and combinations of values ​​from the given dataset. An expert system is a computer application that can help decision making in more specific fields with methods that have been analyzed in advance by experts or specialists. This study used variables, namely types of lung disease including Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Bronchial Asthma and Lung Cancer. The results of this study are that lung disease or types of lungs can be diagnosed using the web-based Naïve Bayes method, and make it easier for sufferers to consult without seeing a doctor by selecting symptoms of lung disease.
