Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh Maulia Syafda M dengan judul “Keaktifan Jejaring Sosial dan Lifestyle Terhadap Perilaku Konsumen (Studi Empirik Instaram User Mahasiswa S1 Universitas Mulawarman)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keaktifan jejaring sosial dan Lifestyle terhadap perilaku konsumen. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang Instagram User Mahasiswa S1 Universitas Mulawarman. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Keaktifan Jejaring Sosial (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumen. Hasil menyatakan bahwa semakin banyaknya informasi menarik yang dimunculkan jejaring sosial maka semakin baik juga perilaku konsumen terhadap akun jejaring sosial yang dimiliki, (2) Lifestyle (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumen. Hasil menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat minat konsumen untuk terus mencoba hal-hal terbaru semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Empiris pada Konsumen Kakata Vapestore di Kota Samarinda). Penelitin diakukan meggunakan motode analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 59 orang yang merupakan penguunjung dari Kakata Vapestore. Hasil pengujian dari variabel harga dan kualitas produk menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada pengujian hipotesis lain variabel harga dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Green Product dan Green Promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.            Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 22. Populasi dalam Penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk lampu LED di Kota Samarinda. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden dengan teknik Non-Probability Sampling dan Metode Purposive Sampling.            Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Green Promotion dan Green Promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service innovation and Affective Services on the decision to visit with the accessibility of information as a mediating variable in the tourist boat service users in Pesut Etam, Samarinda. The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. The sample used in this study were visitors of Pesut Etam, Samarinda with a total of 170 respondents. The research Data were obtained from the questionnaire and analyzed using SEM PLS analysis techniques with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that service innovation directly or indirectly through the accessibility of information has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, the better the service innovation in tourist boat services in Pesut Etam tourism object, the better the accessibility of information and decisions of tourists using the services of the tourist boat, and vice versa the lack of service innovation will inhibit the accessibility of information which will further reduce the decision of tourists using the services of the tourist boat. The results of the second analysis in this study is that Affective Services can not directly affect the decision to visit but, are mediated by the accessibility of information, Affective Services can affect the decision to visit. This means that just good affective service is not enough to improve the decision to visit. Affective Services that exist can improve visiting decisions if the service can support the accessibility of information about the tourist ship services.

Abstract

Life insurance is a financial product that protects individuals from the risk of unfortunate events such as death and disability. Although the life insurance market is showing increased penetration, many still do not have life insurances. Purpose: This research aimed to analyze the influence of consumer trust in the relationship between the relationship of perceived risk and consumer knowledge with behavior intention. Design/methodology/approach: This research used a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on 210 respondents in Makassar and Balikpapan. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the AMOS application. Findings: Perceived Risk: financial risk, performance risk, physical risk, social risk and overall risk have negative influences and not significant to behavior intention. Consumer knowledge have a positive influence and significant to behavior intention. Consumer trust was a variable that mediated the influence of perceived risk and consumer knowledge on behavior intention.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan terhadap anak-anak Panti Asuhan Al-Maa’uun mengenai pembuatan hingga pengemasan sabun cuci piring. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan anak-anak Panti Asuhan Al-Maa’uun serta dapat menambah penghasilan tambahan bagi mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dengan pemberian materi seputar produk yang akan dibuat dan proses pembuatan Sabun Cuci Piring hingga siap digunakan maupun untuk dijual. Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian ini, tim pengabdian kepada anak-anak Panti Asuhan Al-Maa’uun memberikan pelatihan tentang pembuatan Sabun Cuci Piring dari penyampaian materi, proses pembuatan Sabun Cuci Piring hingga proses sehingga anak-anak tersebut memiliki keterampilan untuk membuat Sabun Cuci Piring yang siap digunakan maupun dijual sehingga bisa menjadi salah satu alternatif usaha yang dapat menjadi penghasilan tambahan bagi mereka.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Harga Kompetitif Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Untuk Mendorong Minat Beli Pada CV. Seruni Catering Samarinda. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Samarinda pada pelanggan CV.Seruni Catering Samarinda. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 sampel, mereka semua pelanggan CV.Catering Seruni Samarinda. Metode purposive sampling diterapkan dalam memilih sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 28.0. Setelah dianalisis persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 9297+0.314X1-0.173X2. Temuan penelitian ini ada 5. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan (X1), dan harga kompetitif (X2), secara signifikan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to examine how perceived risk and customer experience influence the repurchase intention of the millennial generation of GOPAY users. The independent variables in this research are perceived risk and customer experience, while the dependent variable is repurchasing intention. This research was conducted on the millennial generation of GOPAY users consisting of 130 respondents. This research is quantitative. Data collection using a questionnaire by testing the perceived risk and customer experience on repurchase interest. Data analysis using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results of this research show that risk perception has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest of the millennial generation of GOPAY users and customer experience has a positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest of the millennial generation of GOPAY users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the effect of inbound marketing and marketing content on company image, to analyze and prove inbound marketing and marketing content on purchasing decisions, to analyze and prove the effect of company image in mediating inbound marketing and marketing content on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at CV Rexindo Multikarya in Samarinda. The research design uses explanatory research. The type of research is quantitative. The population of this study are respondents who have shopped at CV Rexindo Multikarya in Samarinda. The sample taken for research is 150 respondents with non probability sampling method, namely with purposive sampling technique. Power collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents in Samarinda. The data analysis technique used is the SEM method, namely PLS (Partial Least Square) using Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that inbound marketing and marketing content have a positive and significant effect on company image, inbound marketing and marketing content have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,. In this study also found that inbound marketing and marketing content have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with company image as mediation.

Abstract

This international community service program aims to enhance teachers' skills in developing market economics teaching modules at the Indonesian School in Davao, Philippines. The program includes a series of workshops and intensive mentoring sessions for teachers, focusing on developing market economics teaching materials that align with the curriculum and local context. The approach involves problem identification, preparation, and coordination, activity socialization, implementation through online and offline mentoring, group discussions, and ongoing evaluation to ensure that the knowledge and skills acquired can be effectively applied. The program results significantly improve teachers' ability to design innovative and relevant teaching modules and an increased understanding of market economics concepts. Other positive impacts include establishing a more robust collaborative network between educators in both countries and enhancing the quality of economics education at the Indonesian School in Davao, Philippines. The program has successfully created a more interactive and engaging learning environment for students.
