Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya observasi ini adalah untuk memudahkan siswa dalam mempelajari dan menghafal perkalian 1 Hinga 10 kenyataannya masih banyak  siswa yang belum begitu memahami dan menghafal perkalian untuk anak sekolah dasar kelas 4 hingga 6. Oleh karena itu untuk memudahkan siswa dalam menghafal perkalian 1 hingga 10 tahap pertama yang lakukan adalah pendekatan, tahap kedua adalah menerapkan metode cepat pada pembelajaran perkalian, tahap terakhir adalah pengetesan seberapa paham siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan metode cepat. Dalam observasi kali ini terdapat tiga orang anak masing-masing kelas 4, 5 dan 6 di Sekolah Dasar. Masing-masing siswa memiliki kesulitan yang sendiri-sendiri namun setelah menggunakan metode cepat lambat laun siswa menjadi hafal perkalian 1 hingga 10 dengan baik dan benar tanpa kesalahan sedikit pun.

Abstract

The government has implemented numerous policies to improve educational quality, such as the independent learning policy. Educational institutions are no less lagging behind in terms of improving educational quality. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this research. The sources used are from scientific books, academic article, journal that has been published in line with the main issue. The results of this study show that the implementation and the concept of the independent learning policy in higher educational level aims to improve the quality of education through the learning process, commitment from teachers, as well as creativity and support from school principals.

Abstract

Fullday school merupakan sekolah sepanjang hari atau proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan 5 hari dalam seminggu dengan ketentuan waktu yang telah ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 23 Tahun 2017 Tentang Hari Sekolah Hari Sekolah dilaksanakan 8 (delapan) jam dalam 1 (satu) hari atau 40 (empat puluh) jam selama 5 (lima) hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih jauh mengenai pengaruh fullday school terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMAN 18 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas, reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan bantuan program computer SPSS versi 22 For Windows. Dari hasil penelitian pelaksanaan fullday school di SMAN 18 Makassar berlangsung dengan baik dengan kegiatan pembelajan serta kegiatan lainya namun tidak terlepas dari faktor lain yang juga turut mempengaruhi pelaksanaanya. Data hasil analisis instrument soal dengan uji hipotesis (uji-t) maka diperoleh nilai t hitung 3,309 ˃ t tabel 1,998 dengan signifikansi pengaruh X1 terhadap Y sebesar 0,002 ˂ 0,05 yang berarti Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bawha terhadapat pengaruh X1 terhadap Y serta berdasarkan nilai t hitung pada tabel yaitu 2,758˃ t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,007 ˂ 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan menolak Ho sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel X2 berpengaruh terhadap Y. dengan hasil hipotesis adanya pengaruh yang signifikan  fullday school terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMAN 18 Makassar dengan Durasi belajar (X1) sebesar 13,3% dan Kondisi Peserta Didik (X2) sebesar 9,50% dan sisanya 77,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan masyarakat Desa Paddingging Kecamatan Sanrobone Kabupaten Takalar saat ini sebagian besar berbasis pada kegiatan belajar mengajar yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil survei awal Tim Pengusul ke Desa Paddinging, terdapat banyak guru-guru yang memerlukan pendampingan dan edukasi terkait sistem pembelajaran aktif agar kualitas sumber daya manusia bisa lebih meningkat, karena lebih banyak siswa yang putus sekolah tidak melanjutkan pendidikannya baik ke sekolah menengah atas apalagi ke perguruan tinggi. Mengacu pada hasil pengabdian, maka berbagai persoalan yang dihadapi Mitra dan solusinya yakni: 1. Sistem pembelajaran masih monoton, metode mengajar masih secara konvensional yang seperti kebiasaan dan kelaziman yang diterapkan oleh guru, padahal banyak strategi yang bisa membuat peserta didik lebih aktif berkreasi dan berkarya seperti membuat majalah dinding, tugas portopolio, membuat kerajinan tangan sesuai kearifan lokal.2. Pengelolaan pembelajaran masih menggunakan media seadanya, padahal Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi mesti melangkah maju secara bersamaan, perkembangan teknologi sangatlah cepat jadi guru mesti menguasai media pembelajaran sebagai pendamping dalam pembelajaran seperti mendesain power point dan pemakaian proyektor/ LCD. 3. Metode mengajarnya masih didominasi oleh guru karena sesuai zaman ini mesti student centre bukan lagi teacher centre, jadi pembelajaran mesti berpusat kepada peserta didik, pendidik bertugas sebagai fasilitator dan motivator. Jadi guru dan peserta didik sama-sama mencari sumber belajar, ditengah zaman yang modern ini kadang peserta didik duluan mengetahui informasi terkait daripada guru. 4. Metode mangajarnya belum bervariasi, banyak metode yang dapat diterapkan kepada siswa agar membuatkan aktif seperti halnya diskusi, tim ahli, problem solving, bedah film, dan action/ main peran. Hasil edukasi pembelajaran aktif yakni guru memahami betul tentang sistem pembelajaran yang mengarahkan siswa lebih banyak praktek daripada mendengarkan teori, guru dapat menggunakan beberapa media pembelajaran karena masa ini IPTEK mesti diseimbangi dengan IMTAQ, pembelajaran tidak lagi berpusat kepada guru akan tetapi berpusat kepada peserta didik dan guru mampu memperaktekkan beberapa variasi dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Vocational schools are specifically designed to produce graduates ready for the job market and industry. In vocational schools, teachers have an important position. Therefore competency development is a must related to ICT. This study describes the effectiveness of ICT competency development training and its correlation to vocational teachers' competence. The research method is carried out by reviewing relevant previous studies and then drawing a result and conclusion. There are two main results of this research. First, ICT-related training has a positive influence on the competence of teachers as participants. Second, the positive impact of training is only felt on a small scale, so that teacher competence on a large scale (Indonesia) still needs to be improved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara pelaksanaan, faktor-faktor yang mendasari sistem bagi hasil dan sistem bagi hasil yang dilakukan apakah sudah sesuai dengan apa yang dianjurkan oleh hukum Islam. Untuk mengumpulan data-data dalam penelitian ini dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi, selanjutnya pengelolaan data dan analisis data digunakan metode Induktif, Dedektif dan Komparatif. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan penulis menggunakan metode diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kerjasama dalam bentuk mukhabarah atau perjanjian kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh pemilik lahan pertanian dengan ketentuan yaitu, pemilik lahan pertanian hanya menyediakan lahan untuk digarap dan penggarap menyediakan bibit, modal dan jasa dalam mengelola lahan yang telah diberikan oleh pemilik lahan. Bentuk perjanjian ini hanya berupa perjanjian lisan atau tidak tertulis.

Abstract

One of the teacher competencies that has not been implemented properly is skills in teaching activities, namely Making Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media for teachers. This difficulty is caused because teachers lack the ability to make learning media. Therefore, it is necessary to hold training activities on Making Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media for teachers of Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah Paddinging. Through this training activity, teacher competence in Making Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media is expected to increase. Based on the situation analysis, the problems formulated: 1) The implementation of learning, is felt to be less attractive to students and tends to be boring, 2) Teacher motivation to carry out learning implementation innovations is very low, 3) The knowledge of teachers in designing and using interactive power point-based learning media. The training was conducted for 1 day face-to-face, by inviting 15 teachers of Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah, with a frequency of 3 visits. The outputs include: increasing teacher competence in the field of Interactive Powerpoint-Based Learning Media.

Abstract

Educator activities in Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah, Paddingging Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency are currently mostly based on teaching and learning activities that are still carried out conventionally. Based on the results of the initial survey of the Proposal Team to Pondok Tahfidz Ahlul Jannah Paddinging Village, there are many teachers who need assistance and education related to creative and innovative learning systems so that the quality of human resources can be further improved, and students are less enthusiastic and less enthusiastic in following the formal learning process. Referring to the results of service, the various problems faced by Partners and their solutions are: 1. The learning system by teachers is still monotonous, teaching methods are still conventional which are like habits and habits applied by teachers, even though there are many strategies that can make students more creative and innovative in working such as making wall magazines, portfolio tasks, making handicrafts according to the cultural culture of the community. 2. Students are less enthusiastic about participating in learning, because the learning system still uses makeshift media, even though science and technology must move forward simultaneously, technological developments are very fast so teachers must master learning media as a companion in the learning process. Like the film surgery system, the presentation of material with power points that can make learning more interesting by displaying photos or videos related to the material delivered by the teacher. As well as many methods that can be applied to students to make creative and innovative such as discussions, expert teams, problem solving, film review, and action / role-playing. 3. The teaching method is only in the classroom, because according to this era, namely the 5.0 era, students are expected not only to understand theory but must understand practice and its use. Educators can use outdoor learning or field studies, so students can directly witness and Linking directly between theories obtained in books and in class. Be it social subjects, natural science subjects, religious sciences, science and technology and so on. The results of creative and innovative learning training are that teachers understand various multi-learning methods, teachers use media in delivering material such as power points and learning videos, students are directed to collaborate with their colleagues, understanding the film surgery system, where students are directed not just to watch but there are moral messages and wisdom that can be learned, and teachers understand outdoor learning or field observation.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Indonesian Muslim University, Educational Study Program, with the aim of this research being to determine the effectiveness of the Educational Statistics learning module. The research method uses a quantitative research type with an experimental One Group Pretest-Postest Design approach, with a sample of 20 students from the education study program at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Indonesian Muslim University (FAI-UMI). The results of the research show that the results of the analysis, fulfilling the assumptions of normality and homogeneity, as well as hypothesis testing using the paired t test, show that the average value of post-test Educational Statistics learning outcomes is significantly different and much higher than the average pre-test Educational Statistics learning outcomes. So, it is concluded that the application of the Educational Statistics learning module is effective.

Abstract

The analysis of the quality of the test items is very important because it will affect the results of the test itself. The problem is that teachers often do not analyze test items, so the test results do not accurately describe the potential of students. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the items on the semester final exam for social studies class VII. This type of research is a quantitative description. The research sample was the answer sheets of Class VII students from public middle schools, totaling 119 sheets. The research instrument consisted of end-of-semester exam question sheets, student answer sheets, and a scoring rubric. The research data was obtained from student answer sheets, which were collected after the semester final exams for social studies took place. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis through the ITEMAN program. The results of the study place the validity and reliability of the instrument in the high category. The results of the analysis of the difficulty level of the items and the differential power showed that there was an imbalance in the composition of the test items. So it was concluded that the test questions for the end of semester exams for social studies subjects in junior high school needed to be reviewed. The results of this study are expected to have implications for teachers in making social studies test questions in the future as well as input for the government in making policies, especially in the field of education.
