Abstract

Acquiring Basic Knowledge Multiplication is one stage of skill trainings. The activities associated with skill development are designed to acclimate students to thinking quickly and precisely about facts, concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques. One technique for skill coaching is to employ the Mathematical of Fingering System. These writings are a type of library research in which the author discusses the importance of basic multiplication in the education of Islamic elementary school teachers. Correspondingly, the researchers examine how the concept of the basic multiplication knowledge acquiring based on mathematical of fingering system, and the application of the education of Islamic elementary school teachers are incorporated into the basic multiplication knowledge acquiring based on mathematical of fingering system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar. The learning activity of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar, as well as the influence of teacher interpersonal communication on the learning activities of PAI students at SMA Negeri 8 Makassar by using quantitative descriptive types. And the data analysis method is simple linear regression with SPSS 25 program and the frequency percentage formula. The total population is 864 students, while the sample taken by the author is a random sample of 10% of the population, namely 86 respondents. Interpersonal communication of PAI teachers based on the perceptions of students, the total average of interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is 39.16, which means that the interpersonal communication of PAI teachers is in the high category and the learning activity of PAI students in SMA. Negeri 8 Makassar is a total of 64 questionnaires. ,35 means that based on the perceptions of students, active learning. PAI students are in the high category. The results of the analysis using simple linear analysis in the SPSS program show a simple regression formula which is known that the learning activity of students is influenced by 1,269 points of teacher interpersonal communication plus a constant value of 18,631. The other 3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study discusses difficulties in learning Arabic and aims to determine the forms of difficulties in learning Arabic for grade IX students, and efforts to overcome learning difficulties in Arabic subjects at SMPIT Insan Cendekia Makassar. This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were teachers and students. The determination of the research subjects was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 10 informants. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that there were forms of difficulty in learning Arabic for grade IX students at SMP IT Insan Cendekia Makassar, namely internal and external factors, internal factors consisted of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. the student, then the external factors consist of the family environment and the school environment, efforts to overcome the difficulties of the Arabic language made by teachers and students by applying the vocabulary method and using textbooks or dictionaries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negefi, 1 Pamboang, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang tahun pelajaran 2009/2010 sebanyak 33 orang. Pelaksanaan tindakan ini terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana siklus I dan II masing-masing berlangsung sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan tindakan yang terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pengambilan data digunakan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan observasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Meningkatnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang melalui pendekatan Problem posing, ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa. Pada siklus I Jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar 29 orang (87,88 %) dengan skor rata-rata 68,76 dan pada siklus II jumlah siswa yang tuntas belajar 33 orang (100 %) dengan skor rata-rata 84. Pada siklus II terjadi ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal vakni 85 % dari jumlah siswa yang mencapai skor minimal 60 % dari skor ideal. Sedangkan secara kualitatif selama proses belajar mengajar berlangsung terjadi perubahan sikap yang dilihat dari motivasi belajar siswa terhadap matematika. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tedadi peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri I Pamboang setelah digunakan pendekatan problem posing. Kata kunci: Hasil belajar Matematika, Pendekatan Problem Posing.

Abstract

Masih banyak kalangan mahasiswa yang berlatar belakang ilmu pendidikan khususnya pendidikan dasar, belum memahami penyusunan tabel distribusi frekuensi, oleh karena itu penulis mencoba menulis materi distribusi frekuensi. Jenis penulisan ini adalah bersifat studi literatur dan bertujuan untuk mempelajari distribusi frekuensi dan aplikasinya pada ilmu pendidikan. Fokus pembahasan dalam penulisan ini adalah menjabarkan (1) definisi distribusi frekuensi, (2) istilah-istilah dalam distribusi frekuensi, (3) langkah-langkah menyusun daftar distribusi frekuensi, (4) jenis-jenis tabel distribusi frekuensi, dan (5) aplikasinya dalam ilmu pendidikan. Hasil pembahasan yang diperoleh adalah (1) uraian tentang definisi distribusi frekuensi, (2) uraian istilah-istilah dalam distribusi frekuensi, (3) langkah-langkah membuat daftar distribusi frekuensi, (4) jenis-jenis tabel distribusi frekuensi, dan (5) aplikasinya terhadap data hipotetik.

Abstract

Given a nonparametric regression model Yi = g(xi) + ei, i = 1, 2, …, n, where Y is a dependent variable, x is an independent variable, g is an unknown function and e is an error assumed to be an independent, identical, and is distributed with mean 0 and variance σ2. In this research Rice estimator is used to determine the biased value of a residual variance estimator. The Rice estimator is given as follows: . The biased value of residual variance estimator of the Rice method is: , where and. Using the Rice estimator, the Tong-Wang residual variance estimator is obtained, that is: , Where , , , , , k = 1, 2, … , m. Based upon the data simulation by considering the exponential, arithmetical, and trigonometrical models, it is found that the MSE value of the Tong-Wang estimator tends to be less compared to those of the Rice estimator as well as the GSJ (Gasser, Sroka, and Jennen) estimator.

Abstract

Statistical literacy is the ability to read and interpret data in statistics learning. The main problem raised in this research is how to produce valid statistical literacy learning module tools and instruments. This type of research is quantitative research, the research instruments validated in this study are 14 instruments, namely 5 instruments. Statistical literacy learning tools include (1) Semester Learning Plans, (2) Lecture Units, (3) Books Instructions for Using Modules, (4) Statistical Literacy Module, and (5) Student Activity Sheets, and 9 test and non-test instruments including; (1) Statistics Learning Outcomes Test, and (2) Statistical Literacy Learning Outcomes Test. While the non-test instruments, namely; (1) Assessment sheets for all instruments by expert assessors, (2) Learning module assessment sheets by expert assessors, (3) Lecturer Response Questionnaire Sheet for Statistics Learning, (4) Student Response Questionnaire Sheet for Statistics Learning, (5) Observation Sheet of Statistics Literacy Learning Implementation, (6) Observation Sheet of Lecturers Ability to Manage Statistics Literacy Learning, (7) Observation Sheet of Student Activities on Statistical Literacy Learning, (8) Lecturer Response Questionnaire Sheet Against Statistical Literacy Learning, (9) Student Response Questionnaire Sheet on Statistical Literacy Learning. The results showed that 5 statistical literacy learning instruments and 9 types of test and non-test instruments were declared valid, so that the statistical literacy learning module could be used.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah “bagaimana respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran statistika di tinjau dari aspek kognitif, aspek afektif, dan aspek psikomotorik mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 35 mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muslim Indonesia, instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran statistika meliputi aspek kognitif sebanyak 6 item, aspek afektif 3 item dan aspek psikomotorik sebanyak 4 item pernyataan, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase dan nilai rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon mahasiswa di tinjau dari aspek kognitif menunjukkan respon positif sebesar 60%, aspek afektif sebesar 80%, dan aspek psikomotorik sebesar 72%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa respon mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran statistika berada pada respon yang positif dengan menunjukkan kualitas pembelajaran yang menarik.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum adalah sebuah proses yang merencanakan, menghasilkan suatu alat yang lebih baik dengan didasarkan pada hasil penilaian terhadap kurikulum yang telah berlaku, sehingga dapat memberikan kondisi belajar mengajar yang baik. Tulisan ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yang membicarakan proses dan prinsip pengembangan kurikulum pada pendidikan guru madrasah ibtidaiyah. Selanjutnya penulis mengkaji bagaimana proses dan prinsip pengembangan kurikulum pada pendidikan guru madrasah ibtidaiyah yang meliputi pengertian pengembangan kurikulum, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan kurikulum, dan langkah-langkah pengembangan kurikulum, pengertian prinsip pengembangan kurikulum, sumber-sumber pengembangan kurikulum, tipe-tipe prinsip pengembangan kurikulum, macam-macam prinsip pengembangan kurikulum serta pengaplikasian terhadap pendidikan guru madrasah ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Due to outbreak of the Covid 19, the implementation of education and learning has extremely changed. Face to face meetings as a conventional learning is no longer conducted, in contrast, online learning is more often employed. Thus, a solution to this problem is required to respond to this problem. Online learning is an alternative that can overcome this problem. The purpose of this research is to get a reflection of the implementation of online education by using online media to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in universities. The research subjects were PGMI students who were interviewed through Zoom Cloud Meeting to collect the data. The data analysis employed was an interactive analysis method Miles & Huberman. The results of the research showed that: (1) the students had already had the basic facilities needed to explore online education; (2) the online education was flexibly being implemented, encouraging learning independently, motivating to learn more actively; and (3) long distance education urges the students to get used to social distancing attitude and minimizes crowds to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in institutions tertiary. The lack of supervision of students, lack of internet signals in remote areas, and high quota payments were challenges in online education. The increasing of independent learning, attention, motivation, and the courage to express ideas and problems was another advantage of online education.
