Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of perception in consumer decisions to use the Covid-19 vaccine. The unit of analysis in this study was Halu Oleo University students, with a total of 30 informants who were determined by accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through observation and interviews, and then analyzed inductively. The results of the study show that perceptions of the Covid-19 vaccine play a role in consumers' decisions to use the Covid-19 vaccine..

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling  toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency  simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study as many 35 people Apparatus State Civil who worked at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. Analysis tool  used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results showed that the simultaneous functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling had  significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. And partial functions of planning, organizing and actuating had positif significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency, so that the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on work motivation and to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and work discipline on employee performance of KOTAKU Program in Kendari City. This type of research is explanatory research with sample is 31 employees in KOTAKU Program in Kendari City. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS.The results of this study indicate that (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on work motivation. (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine changes in cropping patterns and factors that influence changes in cropping patterns carried out by farmers in Wakumoro Village, Parigi District. The method used is ethnography. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques and in-depth interviews as well as purposive sampling informant selection techniques. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. That the change in cropping patterns from corn to rice carried out by the farmers in Wakumoro Village is an option for improving their economy as traditional farmers, where the income from rice yields is quite promising, when compared to corn, the superiority of rice is very clear compared to corn, even though corn has abundant yields for farmers in Wakumoro Village but the selling price is not comparable and not what farmers expect, where corn has prices that tend to be cheaper than rice, besides that abundant corn yields are one of the obstacles for farmers This is due to the large corn yields which reach tons in one harvest, there is no reservoir and all will not be sold.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of COVID-19 on the religious practices of Christians during the pandemic in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency. In this study using the theory of change William A. Haviland (1985) in the translation of Haryono Soekanto by using ethnography. The results of the study show that the existence of COVID-19 has a huge influence on people's lives, especially in Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency. Specifically in religious practices. The influence of COVID-19 has made restrictions on churches and even spiritual activities that are usually carried out are temporarily eliminated such as household worship. Not only that, worship is also carried out online. During the pandemic, activities in the church are very limited and congregants are required to wear masks, wash their hands, sit at a distance and before entering the church, congregants must first check their body temperature to avoid transmission of COVID-19. If anyone is not feeling well, they are advised to return and worship from their homes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) The influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, (2) The influence of price on the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, (3) The influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and price on purchasing decisions for Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 75 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that e-WOM influences the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, price influences the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN Kendari students, e-WOM and product price influence the decision to purchase Hanasui cosmetic products among IAIN students Kendari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengapa mahasiswa memilih bekerja sebagai driver grabbike dan mengetahui hambatan yang dihadapi mahasiswa selama menjadi driver grabbike. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Fenomenologis oleh Berger dan Luckmann, dengan metode snowball sampling dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik lapangan (field research) wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), dan Pengamatan biasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, mahasiswa memilih menjadi driver grabbike karena melihat adanya peluang penghasilan yang cukup bagus dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi mereka sehingga tidak memberatkan orang tua. Tidak memiliki persyaratan yang rumit dan juga sistem kerja yang fleksibel sehingga pekerjaan tersebut bisa dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun, kemudian hambatan yang dihadapi mahasiswa selama menjadi driver grabbike adalah susah membagi waktu antara belajar dan bekerja, adanya kecemburuan sosial terhadap sesama tukang ojek, mendapatkan orderan yang fiktif, pelanggan yang memasang titik penjemputan tidak sesuai lokasi, dan sepeda motor yang digunakan untuk bekerja terkadang mengalami masalah ataupun kerusakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku masyarakat pesisir pantai dalam mengelola sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori model of dan model for oleh Clifford Geertz, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif berbasis etnografi. Penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Perilaku masyarakat pesisir pantai di Kelurahan Petoaha dalam mengelola sampah masih tergolong kurang baik. Karena, sampah yang dihasilkan sehari-hari semuanya berakhir di tempat pembuangan sampah dan laut. Pelakunya pun beragam mulai anak-anak, remaja, ibu rumah tangga, hingga kepala rumah tangga. Namun, untuk sampah ibu rumah tangga yang dibuang ke tempat pembuangan sampah sebelumnya ditampung terlebih dahulu di dalam rumah lalu, dibuang ke tempat sampah depan rumah atau biasa juga langsung ke laut. Hal ini karena masyarakat pesisir pantai jarang mengikuti edukasi dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan pemerintah terkait sampah. Pemerintah Kelurahan Petoaha telah membuat program dan eduksi terkait sampah, membangun sarana dan prasarana yang dapat menunjang masyarakat pesisir pantai agar dapat hidup bersih dan sehat. Namun, kembali lagi dari kesadaran masyarakat yang masih kurang baik membuat keberadaan sampah ada di mana-mana.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and determine and describe the determination of giving sompa and the meaning of sompa in Bugis marrianges in marga Jaya villace, North Rarowatu District, Bombana Regency, ethnographic method. The result showed trat the tradition of determining ompa in the marriage of the Bugis Bone in Marga Jaya Village still sees the equality of social status for the bride to be. In addition, this tradition must be carried out by the Bugis Bone as a sign that there are conditions that must be carried out before marriage. Thus, the high demand for sompa and panai money is in accordance with the request from the woman’s family through a spokesperson who was sent to participate in the application or asaessment program. The simbols in the sompa mean that in the future their domestic life will remain safe, harmonious and full of love.
