Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on the marketing performance of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Home Ownership Loan (KPR) products in South Sulawesi Province, with trust as a mediating variable. The main issue faced by BTN as the pioneer of KPR is the stagnation in the realization of KPR BTN products in South Sulawesi Province. The research employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey of marketing developers with a sample size of 123. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modelling (SEM). The findings indicate that service quality does not have a significant direct effect on marketing performance. The relationship between these two variables must be mediated by trust. Meanwhile, brand image has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Furthermore, trust in KPR products was proven to act as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between service quality, brand image, and marketing performance. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality and managing a strong brand image to build customer trust, thereby enhancing overall marketing performance

Abstract

The problem that occurred at PT. Propernas Griya Utama is a decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. There are still previous research results which have led to research gaps. The results of these previous studies show different findings - differences in the effect of competence, loyalty, job satisfaction on performance. This makes researchers use the work environment as an intervening variable to overcome research gaps. This research is causal (cause - effect). Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to find solutions from the structural model. Test using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research that has been completed, the results conclude that employee performance is directly influenced by competence, loyalty, job satisfaction and work environment. Besides that, this study produced the work environment as an intervening variable with indirect effect. Abstract

This study seeks to analyze the business performance of batik traders in the Johar Baru market of Semarang City, focusing on Javanese Islamic trade culture as an integral aspect of Javanese culture. This culture is characterized by three essential traits: harmonious, functional structural, and transcendental. The application of these characteristics draws from local wisdom rather than directly from the Qur'an or Hadith; however, upon closer examination, they do not contradict Islamic teachings. Thus, the business performance of batik traders in Johar market effectively reflects Javanese Islamic ethical values in trade. Employing qualitative research methods with a single case study design, the analysis followed the framework proposed by Miles and Huberman, which encompasses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Informants were selected through purposive sampling techniques, which included in-depth interviews, documentation review, and focus group discussions. The study revealed that the moral attitudes and business performance ethos of batik traders in the Johar market are grounded in these three characteristics of Javanese cultural moral values: harmonious, functional structural, and transcendental. The identification of their performance is illustrated through various concepts that form several propositions. These findings culminated in the development of a new mini-theory termed the "Religiosity of Sustainable Javanese Trade Performance". This theory comprises four key steps: harmonization of the environment, harmonization of society and government, fostering friendliness and honesty, and implementing educational marketing strategies. These four steps embody moral values rooted in Islamic Shari'a and are scientifically valid as indicators of Javanese Islamic trade performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji bagaimana kualitas produk dan bukti fisik mempengaruhi minat beli ulang dengan menempatkan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening di Meat n Fresh Bintaro Jakarta. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari pelanggan Meat n Fresh yang tidak teridentifikasi serta melakukan minat beli ulang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 112 responden. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan kriteria minimal berusia 18 tahun serta melakukan pembelian ulang untuk digunakan sendiri. Smart PLS 4.1.0.6 digunakan untuk analisis data mengikuti prosedur pengumpulan data berbasis kuesioner. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung kualitas produk dan bukti fisik mempunyai dampak positif dan substansial terhadap minat beli ulang. Kepuasan konsumen secara langsung dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan baik oleh kualitas produk maupun bukti fisik. Secara langsung minat beli ulang dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh kepuasan konsumen. Secara tidak langsung minat beli ulang dipengaruhi kualitas produk dan bukti fisik melalui kepuasan konsumen. Namun, walaupun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tapi hubungannya lebih kecil antara pengaruh tidak langsung dengan pengaruh langsung. Hal ini berarti bahwa kepuasan konsumen mampu memedisi tapi hanya sebagian antara kualitas produk dan bukti fisik terhadap minat beli ulang.

Abstract

UMKM RW XVIII Kelurahan Meteseh Semarang memliki berbagai jenis usaha diantaranya kuliner, kerajinan dan lainnya , kegiatannya sudah berlangsung cukup lama tetapi masih belum berkembang karena terkendala dengan kecukupan modal yang dimiliknya. Ada keinginan untuk mendapatkan tambahan modal usaha tetapi tidak mengerti bagaiman cara mendapatkannya dan syarat-syarat apa saja yang harus dilengkapi. Permasalahan yang umum terjadi pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) dimasyarakat adalah kurangnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang cara memperoleh tambahan modal melalui kredit bank atau dari investor. Persyaratan untuk mengajukan tambahan modal dengan pihak ketiga atau pebankan salah satunya adalah mempunyai laporan keuangan. UMKM di Meteseh belum mempunyai catatan keuangan usahanya dan belum pernah membuat laporan keuangan dari hasil usaha yang sudah dilakukan. Keberlanjutan usaha sangat diharapkan oleh UMKM kelurahan meteseh dengan tambahan modal usaha . untuk itu mempersiapkan UMKM di Kelurahan Meteseh dalam memperoleh tambahan modal maka tim pengabdian memberikan pengertian pentingnya membuat laporan keuangan dan memberikan pelatihan cara membuat laporan keuangan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang laporan keuangan dan dokumen yang harus disiapkan untuk pengajukan kredit atau tambahan modal kerja.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of job insecurity and person–organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The low voluntary involvement of employees in organizational activities, which reflects a low level of OCB, is the driving factor behind this research. Auditors at the Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK) in Central Java Province, who are strategically assigned to ensure accountability in the management of state finances, serve as the subjects of this study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on AMOS version 23 was employed in this quantitative approach. A total of 198 employees were given questionnaires to collect data. The findings indicate that while person–organization fit significantly increases job satisfaction, job insecurity significantly reduces it. OCB is not directly influenced by either person–organization fit or job insecurity. On the other hand, the results demonstrate that job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB and mediates the relationship between OCB and both person–organization fit as well as job insecurity. These findings highlight the importance of creating a workplace that enhances job satisfaction in order to motivate staff to engage in voluntary behavior.

Abstract

The service satisfaction is an indicator of success in the public services. An organization that is oriented toward public services such as human resources agency, education and training in district kendal has an important role in focusing all the activities to increase service satisfaction in the field of human resources included the promotion of civil servant service. But, based on a survey in 2022 and 2023, the responder's satisfaction fell down. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality to the service satisfaction promotion, analyzing the influence of innovation to the service satisfaction promotion, analyzing the influence of employee's performance to the service satisfaction promotion, analyzing the ability of trust in moderating influence of service quality to the service satisfaction, analyzing the ability of trust in moderating influence of innovation to the service satisfaction,  analyzing the ability of trust in moderating influence of employee's performance to the service satisfaction. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis through reliability, and hypothesis testing. The result showed that service quality affects service satisfaction. Innovation affects service satisfaction, employee's performance affects service satisfaction. Trust can mediate the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction. Trust can not mediate the relationship between innovation and service satisfaction. Trust is unable to mediate the relationship between employee's performance and service satisfaction. The research implication are expected to help in the development of human resource management theory by providing empirical evidence of how role of trust in increasing service satisfaction. The contribution of this research is that Agency of Employee, Education and Training can use the results of this study to develop more effective managerial strategies to improve service satisfaction through service quality, innovation, employee's performance, and trust of service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of career development on employee engagement, the effect of work-life balance on employee engagement, the effect of career development on turnover intention, the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention, the effect of employee engagement on turnover intention, the effect of career development on turnover intention through employee engagement as an intervening variable, and the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention through employee engagement as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method. The sample consists of 125 employees of PT. Millennium Elektrik Indonesia, using census sampling technique where the entire population is used as the sample. Data analysis in this study is conducted using the SmartPLS application with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that (1) career development has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, (2) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, (3) career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (4) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (5) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (6) career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention through employee engagement as an intervening variable, (7) work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention through employee engagement as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, persepsi kemanfaatan dan kepercayaan terhadap niat menggunakan kembali melalui kepuasan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna aplikasi jual beli online bukalapak studi pada generasi Z. Seluruh responden merupakan mahasiswa generasi Z yang berada di Provinsi Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dengan lima variabel yaitu persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, kepercayaan, kepuasan, dan niat menggunakan kembali. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Covariance Based Structural Equation Model (CB-SEM) dengan program software Amos. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalampenelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap niat menggunakan kembali, persepsi kemanfaatan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan kembali. Variabel kepuasan dapat memediasi hubungan antara persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kemanfaatan, dan kepercayaan terhadap niat menggunakan kembali.
