Abstract

Kecerdasan Logika Matematika merupakan kemampuan anak dalam mengolah angka dan kemahiran dalam menggunakan logika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengetahui persentase peningkatan kecerdasan logika matematika anak usia 5-6 tahun dalam berhitung melalui bermain dengan menggunakan papan telur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak usia 5-6 tahun yang berjumlah 19 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui metode bermain menggunakan papan telur mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan logika matematika anak. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat pada hasil penelitian pra siklus dengan rata-rata persentase 36,52 %, hasil tindakan pada siklus I meningkat dengan rata-rata persentase 53,62 % dan siklus II meningkat dengan persentase rata-rata 83,06 %, dan sudah memenuhi kriteria keberhasilan indikator yang telah ditetapkan sebesar 80%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan bermain permainan edukatif papan telur dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan logika matematika

Abstract

This study explores the economic transformation of coastal fishing households in Pusong Lama village, Lhokseumawe, Aceh, from traditional fishing practices to creative, value-added production. Using a qualitative approach supported by observation, interviews, and focus group discussions, the research analyzes how local initiatives and women’s participation have redefined livelihoods through the processing of keumamah (dried tuna) into marketable creative products. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the creative economy movement not only increases household income but also fosters social empowerment, particularly among women who now manage production, marketing, and financial activities. Despite these achievements, challenges remain in terms of raw material availability, price fluctuations, and limited marketing access. This study contributes to the growing discourse on sustainable coastal development and women’s economic empowerment by showing how traditional fishing communities can adapt to market-oriented innovation through creative industry models.

Abstract

Cultural identity is a crucial foundation for children’s self development from an early age, especially amid globalization and technological change. This study investigates the relationship between exposure to Malay culture-based education in Early Childhood Education (ECE) and the cultural identity formation of children aged 5-6 years in Pekanbaru City. A quantitative correlational design was applied, using questionnaires distributed to teachers and parents from four ECE institutions. The sample was selected through purposive sampling, involving respondents directly engaged in Malay culture-based learning. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation. The results show a significant positive relationship between Malay cultural exposure and cultural identity (r = 0.62; p < 0.01). These findings highlight the theoretical importance of integrating sociocultural perspectives in early childhood education and the practical implication of embedding local culture through language, folklore, pantun, and traditional games to strengthen cultural identity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menggambarkan bagaimana layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) dijalankan untuk membantu siswa yang mengalami berbagai permasalahan belajar di SMA Nurul Huda Munjul Pesantren. Permasalahan yang muncul beragam, mulai dari rendahnya motivasi, ketidak mampuan memahami materi, hingga kebiasaan belajar yang tidak teratur. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif memulai wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menemukan bahwa guru BK melakukan sejumlah layanan seperti layanan dasar, layanan responsive, konseling individual, konseling kelompok, serta kerja sama dengan wali kelas dan orang tua. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa layanan ini mampu membantu siswa mengenali hambatan yang mereka hadapi dan menemukan setrategi belajar yang lebih sesuai. Temuan Temuan ini kemudian diperkuat dengan hasil hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menegaskan pentingnya layanan BK dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar siswa. Meski demikian, masih ada kendala seperti minimnya dukungan orang tua dan keterbatasan konselor. Secara umum, layanan BK terbukti cukup membantu, namun masih membutuhkan penguatan dari sisi sarana dan koordinasi.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a global health problem that significantly contributes to the increasing morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular disease, particularly stroke. Midwifery care management plays a crucial role in providing a holistic approach through clinical monitoring, health education, and psychological support to prevent the patient's condition from worsening. Purpose: To evaluate the implementation of midwifery care management in hypertensive patients with stroke indications. Method: The study used a case study design with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject was a hypertensive patient admitted to the Stroke Care Unit (SCU) of Medan Haji General Hospital in November 2025. The care process was implemented based on Varney's seven steps, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The assessment revealed the patient had stage 2 hypertension with complaints of headache and neck stiffness. After midwifery care management, which included vital sign monitoring, collaborative antihypertensive therapy, low-salt diet education, rest position adjustment, and psychological support, the patient's blood pressure gradually decreased to a stable level of 120/80 mmHg, and the headache disappeared. Conclusion: Structured and holistic midwifery care management is effective in stabilizing blood pressure and preventing further complications in hypertensive patients with stroke indications.   Keywords: Hypertension; Midwifery Care; Stroke Care Unit.   Pendahuluan: Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang berkontribusi besar terhadap meningkatnya angka kesakitan dan kematian akibat penyakit kardiovaskular, khususnya stroke. Manajemen asuhan kebidanan berperan penting dalam memberikan pendekatan holistik melalui pemantauan klinis, edukasi kesehatan, serta dukungan psikologis untuk mencegah perburukan kondisi pasien. Tujuan: Untuk mengevaluasi penerapan manajemen asuhan kebidanan pada pasien hipertensi dengan indikasi stroke. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah satu pasien hipertensi yang dirawat di ruang Stroke Care Unit (SCU) RSU Haji Medan Tahun 2025 pada bulan November 2025. Proses asuhan dilaksanakan berdasarkan tujuh langkah Varney yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Proses pengkajian menunjukkan pasien mengalami hipertensi tahap 2 disertai keluhan nyeri kepala dan kaku tengkuk. Setelah dilakukan manajemen asuhan kebidanan yang meliputi pemantauan tanda vital, kolaborasi terapi antihipertensi, edukasi diet rendah garam, pengaturan posisi istirahat, serta dukungan psikologis, tekanan darah pasien menurun secara bertahap hingga stabil pada 120/80 mmHg dan keluhan nyeri kepala menghilang. Simpulan: Manajemen asuhan kebidanan yang terstruktur dan holistik efektif dalam menstabilkan tekanan darah serta mencegah komplikasi lanjutan pada pasien hipertensi dengan indikasi stroke.   Kata Kunci: Asuhan Kebidanan; Hipertensi; Stroke Care Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the representation of Malay cultural values in early childhood social interaction through play activities at TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of low social interaction skills among children and the decreasing interest in traditional games due to the influence of modern and digital games. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research subjects were 15 children aged 5–6 years in group B, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that Malay cultural values such as politeness, togetherness, mutual cooperation, respect, helping behavior, and cooperation are represented through traditional play activities such as congkak, jump rope, and engklek. These play activities improve children’s social interaction skills, including communication, turn-taking, sharing, cooperation, and simple conflict resolution. Therefore, it can be concluded that play activities based on Malay culture play an important role in instilling cultural values and developing social interaction in early childhood.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a medical condition often referred to as a silent killer because it often has no symptoms but can lead to serious complications. One independent nursing intervention that can be implemented to help control blood pressure is hypertension exercises and deep breathing. These interventions are relatively simple and easy to perform, as well as non-pharmacological and natural, so they can be implemented independently by individuals. Objective: To determine the effect of hypertension exercises and deep breathing on systolic and diastolic blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. Methods: This study was an experimental study with a quasi-experimental design and nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 18 respondents in one group. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis using paired t-tests for normally distributed data and wilcoxon tests for non-normally distributed data. Results: After hypertension exercise therapy and deep breathing, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were examined. The wilcoxon test results showed systolic blood pressure before and after hypertension exercise and deep breathing (p-value 0.000), diastolic blood pressure before and after hypertension exercise and deep breathing (p-value 0.002). These results indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is an effect of hypertension exercise and deep breathing on systolic and diastolic blood pressure in elderly with hypertension at the Sibela Mojosongo Community Health Center. Conclusion: There is an effect of hypertension and deep breathing exercises on systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension.
