Abstract

This research aims to know the impact of psychological contract to work ethic of oursourcing employees at University X. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is an impact of psychological factor to work ethic of outsourcing employees at University X. This research employed quantitative research using linear regression technique to know the impact of psychological contract to work ethich of outsourcing employees at University X. There were 63 employees taken for the sample, consisted of driver, security guard, administration staff, laboratory assistant, technician, executive assistant, programmer, matron, instructure, and librarian. The data collection used were scale of work ethic and scale of psychological contract. The reliability of work ethic is 0.893 and reliability of psychological contract is 0.919. The results reveal that F obtained is 35.111 with p=0.000 (p<0.01), so the hypothesis is accepted. It means there is a significant impact between psychological factor and work ethic to outsourcing employees at University X and psychological contract contributes 42.9% to work ethic of outsourcing employees (R = square = 0,429). Abstract

In 'Aisyiyah organizations, women play a variety of roles, including workers, organizational activists, and housewives. As a result, a woman should be able to manage her time so that she can take care of her family, her job, and the 'Aisyiyah organization. This program aims to increase knowledge about self-management and improve skills using the Google Calendar application for the head of the 'Aisyiyah branch (PRA) of Darul Muhajirin Sumampir, North Purwokerto. The method used in this program is education and training. The outcome reveals an improvement in post-test scores following self-management training. The improvement in skills can be seen from the success of participants in using the Google Calendar application to schedule daily activities.

Abstract

Turnover intention often occurs in the working environment. In some companies, the turnover rate can be quite high. It can be affected by the existence of job insecurity and emotional exhaustion. The research method employed a quantitative approach, with the number of 125 health workers as the respondents. The study aimed to determine the effect of job insecurity and emotional exhaustion on turnover intention. The analysis revealed a significant effect of job insecurity and emotional exhaustion on the turnover intention 30.7% and the remaining 69.3% were other factors beyond the study. The lower the job insecurity and emotional exhaustion are, the lower the turnover intention. Turnover intention sering kali terjadi dilingkungan pekerjaan. Pada beberapa perusahaan tingkat turnover dapat dikatakan cukup tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh adanya job insecurity dan emotional exhaustion. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 125 tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala job insecurity, emotional exhaustion dan turnover intention. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada job insecurity dan emotional exhaustion terhadap turnover intention 30.7% dan sisanya sebesar 69.3% merupakan faktor lain di luar penelitian. Semakin rendah job insecurity dan emotional exhaustion maka turnover intention semakin rendah

Abstract

Purbalingga Regency is one of the centers of eyelash production in Indonesia. Thousands of people work in this sector. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has increased industrial relations disputes that arise because of differences in interests between employers and workers/laborers. This article aims to unravel industrial relations disputes in the eyelash industry and formulate a harmonious, dynamic, and equitable settlement model. This research is designed using empirical juridical method. Data analysis for centralized research is carried out by systematizing legal materials obtained and classified while field research is classified and tabulated based on answers to questions in the interview guidelines. The results show that the settlement of industrial relations disputes that are harmonious, dynamic, and fair in the false eyelash industry sector in Purbalingga Regency is resolved through bipartite institutions. If it fails, mediation is conducted. In resolving industrial relations disputes, it is necessary to get rid of the concept of balance of power or opposition.Keywords: Dispute Resolution, Industrial Relations, Harmony, and Justice.

Abstract

An organization or workplace certainly needs employees who are committed to making it easier to achieve their goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychological contracts and organizational justice on organizational commitment to employees of the production division of PT. Royal Koridah Purbalingga. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with the number used as many as 250 with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling or random sampling in a population according to a predetermined number. Simple random sampling is included in probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each individual (member) of the population. Data were collected using a measuring instrument that has been adapted from the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) (0.856), Psychological Contract Inventory (PCI) (0.887) and Justice Scale (0.914) measurement tools. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant and positive effect on psychological contract on organizational commitment by 8.8% with (Fcount = 22.57; p<0.05) and fairness to organizational commitment of 6.6% with a value (Fcount = 17.465; p<0.05), in addition it was found that psychological contracts had Tcount = 3,950 and organizational justice had Tcount = 3,265; p<0.05) and Rsquare of 0.121 which shows that psychological contract and organizational justice contribute 12.1% effectively to organizational commitment. so that the increase in psychological contracts and organizational justice can increase organizational commitment to employees of the production division of PT. Royal Korindah Purbalingga.

Abstract

Kebahagiaan guru TK merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan pendidikan anak, tetapi, jika guru memiliki masalah personal dan masalah organisasi dapat  menyebabkan menurunnya kebahagiaan yang dirasakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kebersyukuran dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap kebahagiaan guru taman kanak-kanak di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kolerasional.  Populasi sebanyak 310 guru taman kanak-kanak Purwokerto dengan sampel 167 yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling.  Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kebersyukuran, skala persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan skala kebahagiaan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian outer model dan inner model dengan bantuan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebersyukuran dan persepsi dukungan organisasi dapat meningkatkan kebahagiaan guru TK. Guru Taman kanak-kanak yang selalu bersyukur dan mendapatkan dukungan dari lingkungan organisasi maka lebih merasakan kebahagiaan. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya  penguatan faktor personal dan faktor  organisasional dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan guru TK.

Abstract

Indonesia terkenal dengan adat ketimurannya yang masih dipertahankan hingga saat ini, termasuk norma-norma yang diatur di dalamnya seperti norma agama, norma kesopanan, norma kesusilaan, dan norma hukum. Yang menjadi sorotan dengan salah satu kasus pelanggaran terbanyak adalah norma kesusilaan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh virginitas terhadap intensi seks pra nikah dengan religiuitas sebagai variabel moderator pada peserta didik perempuan di sekolah X Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian  berjumlah 108 peserta didik perempuan di sekolah X Kabupaten Banyumas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen skala virginitas, skala intensi seks pra nikah dan skala religiusitas. Koefisien validitas item pada skala virginitas bergerak dari 0,160 sampai 0,737, koefisien validitas intensi seks pra nikah bergerak dari 0,202 - 0,782 dan koefisien validitas skala religiusitas bergerak dari 0,690 - 0,719. Koefisien reliabilitas skala virginitas sebesar 0,725 kemudian koefisien reliabilitas skala intensi seks pra nikah sebesar 0,717 dan koefisien reliabilitas skala religiusitas sebesar 0,706. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh virginitas terhadap intensi seks pra nikah dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderator. Berdasarkan hasil analisis juga diperoleh hasil koefisien determinasi Rsquare sebesar 0,494 nilai tersebut mengandung arti bahwa dalam penelitian ini virginity value dan religiusitas memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 49,4% terhadap intensi seks pra nikah, sedangkan 51,6% merupakan sumbangan dari dari faktor lain (faktor yang tidak diteliti).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support on turnover intentions. The sample of this study amounted to 95 subjects. The data collection method in this study used the Perceived Organizational Support Scale, and the Turnover Intentions Scale. The data analysis technique used is to test the outer model and inner model using the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the analysis show that There is an influence of perceived organizational support on turnover intentions as indicated by a T-value of 2.643 and a statistic of 2.643. P-Value 0.008. In this study, the conditions for convergent validity, discriminant validity and reliability were met. In conclusion, there is an effect of perceived organizational support on turnover intentions.

Abstract

The psychological well-being of widows can be seen from how they can have good self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, good independence, life goals, and also environmental mastery and good self-development. The study aimed to determine the psychological well-being of widowed early adult women because of divorce. The subjects in this study were 3 informants who are all widows and are in the young adult development phase in which the age range of the subjects was 22 years to 40 years and supported by three secondary subjects. The subjects were widowed because of the death of the spouse and divorce due to conflicts in the household. This research was qualitative with a case study. The data in this study were collected using interviews and observation. The result of this research illustrated that a widowed woman in the early adult phase because of the divorce did not have full psychological well-being yet. A good psychological well-being happened when aspects of psychological well-being could be achieved by the subject. However, the subject in this study did not fully feel good in self-acceptance when being left by her partner. Furthermore, independence was also closely related to its status, particularly when the widow did not have a permanent job. In addition, there were differences and similarities between the three subjects found in this study, the lack of psychological well-being of the three subjects was mostly due to their past experience, the relationship of the subjects with the people around them and the independence of the subject in dealing with life problems. The environmental mastery of the three subjects was also considered as low.

Abstract

Selain aktif dalam berorganisasi pengurus PDNA juga harus menjalankan pekerjaannya dan mengurus keluarga. Hal inilah yang seringkali menimbulkan permasalahan jika tidak disikapi dengan baik. Strategi coping merupakan salah satu cara yang bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul akibat konflik peran ganda yang dialami oleh pengurus PDNA Banymas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka ditentukan prioritas permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan melalui program ini. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini adalah kurangnya pengetahuan pengurus PDNA tentang masalah yang timbul akibat konflik peran ganda, kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengurus PDNA tentang strategi coping yang bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah akibat konflik peran ganda yang dialami, dan kurangnya ketrampilan dalam pola penerapan strategi coping dalam menghadapi masalah yang muncul akibat konflik peran ganda. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, pre-test post-test, dan pelatihan pola penerapan strategi coping dalam menghadapi masalah yang muncul akibat konflik peran ganda. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang strategi coping dalam mengahadapi masalah, dan problem focused coping lebih banyak digunakan oleh pengurus PDNA dibandingkan dengan emotional focused coping.  Namun aspek strategi coping yang digunakan pengurus PDNA dalam menghadapi masalah paling banyak pada aspek emotional focused coping pada indikator accepting responsibility (penerimaan tanggung jawab), sedangkan pada aspek problem focused coping, indikator Confrontative (Konfrontasi) lebih banyak digunakan oleh pengurus PDNA dalam mengahadapi masalah.
