The purpose of the research is to analyze difference of the results of students learning the practice of productive, that is: learning strategy between with music and without music, student who has high motivation even hard with learning process of with music and without music. Interactions between learning strategy with student learn motivation by music. This research is experiment research with factorial 2x2 designs. Population student X grade Tata Boga major tourism group of vocational high school in West Sumatra. The sample is taken by multistage random sampling. The Data is analyzed descriptively and ANAVA two way analyzed and continued by Tukey test. The findings research shows that (1) the result of student learning the practice of productive group with learning music is higher than without learning music. (2) there is interaction between processes using music with student motivation learning that giving difference influence to the productive practice student learning (3) the result of group of students learning the practice of productive who have high motivation by learning music is higher than without learning music, and (4) The result of a group of students learning the practice of productive who have low motivation with learning music is lower than without music.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of substitution of taro flour as much 25%, 50% and 75% on quality choux paste covers volume, shape, color, smell, texture and taste. The type of this research was pure experiments (true experiment) with completely randomized design method. Data tipe that is primary data sourced from 30 semi trained panelists by replying the organoleptic test format. Analyze data using ANAVA, if Fcount > Ftable then proceed with Duncan test. The results showed that there was a significant effect on quality volume, shape, color, smell, and taste, and there was no significant effect on quality texture. The best result based on organoleptic test found in X1 with substitution of taro flour as much 25%.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya mahasiswa yang mendapatkan nilai tunda dan tidak lulus pada mata kuliah Pengelolaan Usaha Boga sehingga terdapat adanya perbedaan persepsi mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan mata kuliah Pengelolaan Usaha Boga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan mata kuliah Pengelolaan Usaha Boga di Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 118 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner (angket) yang diisi melalui google forms, dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan mata kuliah Pengelolaan Usaha Boga di Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga dengan tingkat pencapaian 55% berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aspek penerimaan atau penyerapan berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat capaian 45%, pengertian atau pemahaman berada pada kategori sedang dengan tingkat capaian 40%, penilaian berada pada kategori tinggi dengan tingkat capaian 45%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan persepsi mahasiswa yang baik akan mewujudkan penilaian yang tinggi, persepsi yang tinggi akan mrnggambarkan banyaknya nilai positif terhadap mata kuliah Pengelolaan Usaha Boga.

ABSTRACTBased on observations on the ability of the teacher of SDN 28 Simpang in making learning media in the phenomenon found that the ability of teachers to make learning media is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information about improving the ability of teachers to make learning media through Discussion-Based Group Supervision Techniques at Simpang SDN 28. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 5 teachers at SDN 28 Simpang. Research data was collected using an observation sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that Through Discussion-Based Group Supervision Techniques can improve the ability of teachers in making learning media at SDN 28 Simpang. Analysis of the quality of learning media (teaching materials and slide presentations) made by the teacher shows that the teacher's ability to make learning media increases from cycle I to cycle II. The ability of teachers to make learning media in cycle I is 79.00 (enough) to increase to 84.40 (good) in cycle II.Keywords: Teacher's Ability, Learning Media, Discussion Based Group Supervision Technique

Abstract: The study aims to explain the added value, cost, and revenues of gambir farmers in order to improve the welfare of farmers. It’s uses primary data and makes farmers of gambir as a source of information related to concepts in research. The analysis model uses the production model, cost model, revenue model, and economic profit model. The results showed that the production of gambir not yet optimal (constant return to scale) and production cost has been efficient if gambir leaves input used 245 sack and composite input 145 unit so the gambir production 195 kg. than economically farmers have profitable if price optimism scenario. Accordingly, this study recommends to the policy makers in order to provide guidance to the gambir farmers to not only produce gambir but also other derivative products that are economically profitable and welfare farmers of gambir.

Keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan Indonesia tidak terlepas dari partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Upaya kesehatan yang bersumber masyarakat yang telah dikembangkan salah satunya adalah posyandu balita. Namun upaya ini juga harus ditunjang dengan stimulasi perkembangan anak balita Hasil wawancara Tim Pengabdi dengan pihak wilayah menyatakan bahwa layanan posyandu balita sudah berjalan namun belum ada PAUD di daerah pesisir Ulak Karang Selatan. Kegiatan yang dievaluasi berjalan selama bulan April 2019 - Oktober 2019. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah pendirian PAUD yang terintegrasi dengan posyandu Balita dengan nama PAUD Pasia Mutiara. Terdapat inovasi dalam penegmbangan POS PAUD integrasi ini. Layanan termasuk penyebaran pengetahuan makanan yang sehat untuk balita. Berdasarkan analisis CIPP, maka program telah berjalan dengan baik, proses berjlan baik, sesuai rencana dengan melibatkan banyak pihak dan memberikan dampak manfaat bagi anak usia dini dan orang tua serta kader posyandu balita. Kegiatan lanjutan adalah pemantapan kegiatan integrasi dengan pendampingan oleh tim pengabdi.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbedaan kualitas randang daging dengan mengunakan resep yang telah di standarkan di empat nagari yang ada di kabupaten Agam. Resep yang digunakan yaitu resep yang didapatkan di Nagari Sungai Tanang, Tabek Panjang, Baso dan Duo Koto. Jenis penelitian adalah metode campuran. Informan penelitian adalah Bundo Kanduang, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan eksperimen. Hasil penelitian yaitu kualitas randang yang ada di empat nagari Kabupaten Agam memiliki perbedaan pada setiap kualitasnya yang dilihat dari aspek bentuk, warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial pengalaman praktek kerja industri dan Self Efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Busana Butik; 2) mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan pengalaman praktek kerja industri dan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMK Busana Butik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMK Busana Butik SMK Negeri 6 Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat adanya pengaruh secara parsial pengalaman praktek kerja industri sebesar 0,617 = 61,7% dan pengaruh self efficacy sebesar 0,681= 68,1% terhadap minat berwirausaha. Variabel pengalaman prakerin dan Self Efficacy secara simultan memiliki kontribusi pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa sebesar 69,7%. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 36,446 yang lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,70. Dengan arti pengalaman prakerin dan self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa Busana Butik secara parsial dan simultan.

Realizing a Pancasila student profile, of course, cannot be separated from the support of various parties in producing superior students. But so far students' interest in entrepreneurship has not been optimal and needs to be improved. One form of project activities that exist in each school that can shape the national character to achieve student profiles in Pancasila is by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this study is to contextually describe optimizing entrepreneurship in realizing the Pancasila student profile. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. In collecting data, researchers directly interact with informants using an interview guide. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that schools that apply the independent curriculum can provide opportunities for students to develop an entrepreneurial spirit through Strengthening the Pancasila Profile with the theme of entrepreneurship, in this case, the teacher as a facilitator has optimal competence in entrepreneurship besides students gaining entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in playing an active role in the Pancasila Profile with the entrepreneurial theme.
