Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi entrepreneur siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 2 Boyolangu Program Keahlian Jasa Boga,  siswa kelas X JB 3 dengan jumlah 34 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan X JB 6 dengan jumlah 35 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan desain non equivalent control group design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah pre test, post test, angket, dan lembar observasi digunakan untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi entrepreneur. Kompetensi entrepreneur siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah mendapatkan perlakuan pembelajaran Teaching Factory.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently facing a COVID-19 emergency situation. The Indonesian government has implemented a vaccination program to suppress the spread of COVID-19 as regulated in Presidential Decree No. 14 of 2021 concerning the procurement of vaccines and the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination which includes the obligation to vaccinate. This vaccination obligation reaps the pros and cons in society. People who refuse to think that the obligation to vaccinate against human rights. According to them, the choice to vaccinate is the right of every individual to exercise or not to exercise their rights. On that basis, we conducted a study of mandatory vaccination from a human rights perspective. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Legal Review of Vaccination Obligations in the Perspective of Human Rights in Indonesia. The analytical method used is a descriptive analytic study using a normative juridical approach. The collected data was then analyzed by deductive method. The results of the study indicate that the obligation to vaccinate the community does not violate human rights as stated in Article 28H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which regulates the limitation of human rights. Basically, the nature of human rights is grouped into two, namely Derogable Right and Non Derogable Right. The obligation to vaccinate is actually a way to protect the human rights of others, namely the right to life. The right to life is part of human rights which are non-derogable rights. The presence of the state in guaranteeing the right to life is implemented in the implementation of vaccination obligations. Abstract

In order to carry out this type of self-service market, there are many things that must be considered, not only planning but also how to make a design / shape that aims to maintain the self-service business, so that it is not only how the supermarket is able to provide various forms and types of goods needed.Provide input to supermarket managers on aspects related to the marketing mix and customer loyalty that must be addressed based on the priority scale in order to encourage customer satisfaction levels and sales turnover growth.Based on the test results, it is known that the marketing mix has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, meaning that any increase in the marketing mix will increase consumer loyalty. If there is a decrease in the marketing mix, consumer loyalty will decrease. This is reinforced and supported by the sig value. smaller than the alpha value, namely 0.040 <0.05, it means that the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Furthermore, it can be seen that the results of t count is greater than t table, namely 2,795> 2,021, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So this shows that the marketing mix in Pepsi Jaya Supermarkets has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The results of this study are supported by empirical evidence from previous research researched by Ocky Dwi Putranto (2016). The results of this study indicate that the retail marketing mix has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at Lenmarc Mall Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the characteristics of the Land of the 'Ad whose country is usually called the Land of Iram, and opinions about the location of its existence. This research is a library study that takes information from various sources. The author reached the conclusion that there are 4 characteristics of the Land of the 'Ad mentioned in the Qur'an, among them are: 1) there is a desert in it, 2) it has high buildings and pillars, 3) the buildings are visible and can be seen by people around them, 4) there is spring in it. The author also reaches the conclusion, that there are several locations that are considered as the location of the City of Iram by scholars and researchers, including: 1) the desert between Alexandria and Damascus, 2) the desert between Oman and Hadromaut, 3) ar-Rub'u al- Khali, 4) A mountain in Sham called Al-Ahqaf, 5) Valley between Oman and Mahrah in Yemen 6) As-Shihr a desert in Yemen bordering the sea, 7) Desert of Dahna' Saudi Arabia, 8) Awwam Temple in Yemen region. Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of machining skills and numeracy literacy skills formation on PBL model welding practicum for Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program students in the year 2016 and 2017. The method of this research approach was quantitative with path analysis. This study used a random sampling technique. The results showed that (1) the machining skills formation significantly influenced the PBL model welding practicum; and (2) the numeracy literacy skills formation significantly influences the PBL model welding practicum for students. The numeracy literacy skills test results have the most influence on the PBL model welding practicum for students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of Arabic vocabulary in class VII students of MTS Al-Zaytun using the singing method and not, and to determine the effect of using the singing method on the madrasa students' ability to master Arabic vocabulary. In this quantitative study, researchers collected data using observation, testing, and documentation data collection techniques. The results showed that after the pretest and posttest obtained from the multiple sample t test for the experimental category with a t value of -13.124 <2.024. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 can be accepted. The conclusion is that the singing method greatly influences the improvement of Arabic vocabulary mastery of class VII students of MTS Al-Zaytun Indramayu.

Abstract

Zoonosis from bats to human in urban areas is a problem that must be investigated.This study aims to determine the species diversity in Tangerang Selatan City and human perception of bats. The study was conducted in July 2015 to November 2015. Bats were caught by mist nets and harp traps. Traps was placed purposively based on bats traffic at each study site. There are 3 sampling locations, each location, has been done for 4 nights with 3 mist net. Bats are found in South Tangerang City consisting of 5 spicies, namely: Cynopterus brachyotis, Cynopterus horsfieldii, Cynopterus titthaecheilus, Macroglossus sobrinus and Myotis muricola, with an index of species diversity was (H ‘= 1.68). Human perception and behavior in relation to the spread of zoonosis are at high scores (> 75), which means that the perception of the bat can keep them away from a zoonotic disease caused by bat.

Abstract

Because of the Students are need the appreciate rhetoric to appreciate Arabic literary texts so that they feel proud of their language and their heritage, and because of the teachers who teach balaghoh in the seccond class off high school in the islamic boarding school only teached balaghoh by using the book that was used as reference in Islamic boarding schools by explaining it and memorizing it so that students feel bored and this causes weaknesses in their rhetoric abilities. The results of this study are that the way of learning balaghoh with the Nadzam Shaykh Abdul Qohir Al-Jurjani Theory is by following the steps: Introduction, Explanation, Application of Shaykh Abdul Qohir's symbols which are separated from the textual context to perfect its unity and structure, then Analyze it by explaining the elements of the nahwu, training students to understand the differences in the symbols of the nahwu and explaining the differences and the reasons assisted by the shaykh's theory and then practicing. And the effect of applying nadzam theory in Balaghah learning is that there are more than 50% of students who produce high scores in written test results about analyzing texts using nadzam theory. This shows that this theory helps students to have the ability to comprehend balaghoh because someone who having an appreciation of balaghoh with his intelligence will be able to explain the advantages contained in the text.

Abstract

Karya sastra menjadi sangat populer dalam sejarah sastra Arab, karena bangsa Arab pada masa itu dikenal sebagai orang yang sangat pandai berbicara serta cerdas dalam memilih setiap kata, diksi, hingga penyusunan kalimat yang sarat akan makna. Terbukti dari banyaknya kata-kata bijak (hikam), pribahasa (matsal) yang digunakan oleh masyarakat Arab sebagai bentuk sekadar ekspresi mereka atau sebagai salah satu bentuk mata pencaharian mereka yang pada saat itu memiliki karya sastra sangat tinggi. Sehingga tidak perlu diragukan lagi akan fashohah dan balaghahnya. Sebagai bagian dari tradisi murni bangsa Arab, balaghah setidaknya mengalami perkembangan sampai bisa dikenal menjadi disiplin ilmu yang bisa dipelajari pada saat ini. Dalam khazanah ilmu bahasa Arab, balaghah pada awalnya dikenal hanya sebatas sebagai ma’rifah hingga kemudian dikenal sebagai sina’ah. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan proses perkembangan ilmu balaghah dimulai dari disebut dengan ma’rifah sampai menuju sina’ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berupa studi pustaka (library research) yaitu memahami dan mempelajari berdasarkan teori-teori yang diambil dari sumber literatur berupa buku ataupun artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, balaghah setidaknya mengalami dua periode dalam perkembangannya yaitu, periode ma’rifah dan periode sina’ah. Pada periode ma’rifah, balaghah dikenal hanya sebatas ilmu pengetahuan yang dipakai oleh kalangan sastrawan pada masa pra-Islam. Kemudian pada periode sina’ah, balaghah telah mengalami pembakuan sehingga pada masa ini balaghah telah menjadi disiplin ilmu yang dapat dipelajari dan dipraktikan.

Abstract

Ilmu Ma'ani merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu Balaghah yang membahas tentang bagaimana suatu makna disampaikan dengan efektif sesuai dengan kondisi lawan bicara. Salah satu pembahasannya adalah Insya’, yaitu jenis kalam yang tidak mengandung kebenaran atau kebatilan, tetapi lebih kepada perintah, larangan, pertanyaan, atau harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur klasik dan modern mengenai Balaghah, khususnya tentang Insya’ dalam ilmu Ma'ani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Insya’ terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu Insya’ Thalabi dan Insya’ Ghairu Thalabi, masing-masing dengan karakteristik dan penggunaannya dalam komunikasi bahasa Arab. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai aspek stilistika dalam bahasa Arab.
