Abstract

The high increase in production of empty oil palm fruit bunch waste in the palm oil industry has not been utilized optimally. Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) must be further processed with the aim of reducing pollution and increasing use value. The aim of this research is to compare syngas products using TKKS waste and using natural bentonite catalysts. Gasification is carried out at temperatures of 450, 500, 550, and 600°C. The addition of a natural bentonite catalyst to the gasification process can increase the composition and volume of the gas. In the gasification process, the higher the reaction temperature, the greater the conversion percentage produced. This is proven in the syngas product produced at a temperature of 600 °C. In non-catalytic EFB gasification, the largest concentrations of H2 and CO were obtained, namely 21.86%vol and 11.93%vol. With the addition of natural bentonite, the concentrations of H2 and CO increased by 27.18%vol and 14.21%vol. Gasification efficiency is seen from the optimum H2/CO ratio value of 1.91, CG/NCG value of 5.81, CCE value of 77.07, and CGE value of 62.67. The calorific value in terms of the optimum HHV and LHV values ​​is 11.40 MJ/Nm3 and 10.26 MJ/Nm3 using a bentonite catalyst. EFB catalytic gasification using a natural bentonite catalyst is better for producing high-quality synthetic gas products for the production of good environmental fuel.

Abstract

Efforts to prevent environmental pollution due to wastewater produced by car service station can be carried out using electrocoagulation technology. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of electrocoagulation technology for treating car service station wastewater. This research is an experimental study conducted in a car workshop at PT Jaya Indah Motor Jambi City. The electrocoagulation machine used an Automatic PLC System WWTP 350 L with total dimensions of 1200 x 1200 x1700 mm, power 380Volt/20A (Stanby Steady State). Researchers compared the research data with the wastewater quality standards contained in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. P.68.MENLHK/Setjen/KUM/.I/8/2016. The results showed that the final value of the parameters of the treatment results using electrocoagulation had met the wastewater quality standards (TSS 19.75 mg/L; pH 6.92; BOD 8.46 mg/L; COD 25.07 mg/L; oil and fat 2.75 mg/L; and ammonia 7.12 mg/L).

Abstract

One of the energy that’s widely used everyday is energy for lighting. Each house must have a source of lighting, one source lighting in the house is a lamp. When home owners of the house travel often the lamp on terrace they left on the position turn on. To overcome this, we need a controller on the terrace lamp to make it more efficient, turn off at sunrise, turn on when it is cloudy and at night to prevent crime when home owners traveling. With this creation terrace lamp control system based on Internet of Things using Naïve Bayes method on the Node-RED platform, home owners can control their terrace lamp remotely. This system use NodeMCU to connect data to the platform using internet network, LDR sensors to detect intensity of light from around, DHT11 sensors to detect temperature and humadity from around, relay modules to connect lamp with other devices, and Node-RED platform that will control terrace lamp.

Abstract

This study aims to know and explain the factors that influence the variable purchasing decisions namely brand image and to see the influence of consumer confidence variables as intervening variables directly and indirectly to the purchase decision of Kopi Janji Jiwa Balikpapan jilid 630. Population in this study is consumers of Kopi Janji Jiwa Balikpapan Jilid 630 who bought in March 2021, which amounted to 9,305 customers and sampled as many as 100 people because of the large number of populations using slovin formula. The method of data collection uses questionnaires that are shared directly with respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis and sobel test as well as classic assumption test and for data processing using SPSS version 25, the data analysis method was carried out with multiple linear regression models and hypothesis testing use part analysis. The results showed that: 1. variable brand image to purchasing decisions have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 2. variable brand image to consumer confidence has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 3. Variable consumer confidence in purchasing decisions has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 4. the influence of brand image variables on purchasing decisions through consumer confidence variables as intervening variables has a positive and significant influence. The influence of brand image on purchasing decisions indirectly is greater in value compared to the direct influence which can be said to have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi santri di era digitalisasi melalui workshop penggunaan aplikasi Maktabah Syamilah dalam meningkatkan pemahaman jalur sanad dan matan hadis. Pengabdian yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan workshop secara luring, dimana santri diberikan pengenalan profil aplikasi maktabah syamilah, seperti kajian yang dapat diakses dalam maktabah syamilah, berbagai macam gadget dan support system yang dapat membantu penggunaan aplikasi maktabah syamilah, tata cara menginstall aplikasi maktabah syamilah di laptop dan komputer desktop, kesulitan yang mungkin didapati ketika menggunakan maktabah syamilah. Kemudian memberikan kesempatan secara langsung para santri untuk terlibat dalam proses penginstallan, dan penggunaan langsung aplikasi maktabah syamilah.. Penelitian ini pada tahap awal mengumpulkan data dengan mewawancari santri tentang kegiatan santri dalam mempelajari kitab-kitab klasik dalam menelusuri jalur sanad dan matan hadis kemudian setelah data terkumpul akan dianalisis apa yang menjadi kendala mereka dalam memahami jalur sanad dan matan hadis. Setelah diketahui kebutuhan mereka, kami menyimpulkan bahwa Workshop Maktabah Syamilah diharapkan bisa membantu mempelajari jalur sanad dan matan hadis. Subjek penelitian ini adalah santri yang mondok di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Kunir, Kabupaten Subang. Objek penelitian ini adalah santri di lingkungan pondok pesantren Darussalam Kunir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Para para santri sangat antusias dengan pembelajaran hadis berbasis digital dengan menggunakan Maktabah Syamilah. 2). Santri lebih mudah menelusuri jalur sanad dan matan hadis.

Abstract

Telah diungkapkan bahwa biskuit yang dibuat dengan bahan tepung tempe, tepung terigu, tepung maizena, gula halus, mentega, essence, dan kuning telur. Dimana ditambah dengan selai kurma. Biskuit ini memiliki kandungan zat gizi 488 kkal energy, 60,5 gram karbohidrat, 9,11 gram protein, 23,3 gram lemak, 136 mg Na, 36,6 mg Ca, 1,25 mg Fe, 1,70 mg Zn, 0,19 mg Vitamin B1. Biskuit ini bisa digunakan sebagai snack atau makanan selingan untuk meningkatkan berat badan balita sehingga dapat mengatasi masalah stunting.

Abstract

Literasi digital merupakan suatu bentuk kemampuan mengumpulkan, memahami dan menggunakan informasi dari berbagai sumber dalam bentul digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital para santri Sekolah di Daril Ihsan. Cara pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM ini langsung dilakukan secara tatap muka pendekatan demonstrasi dengan tahap 1). Penjelasan dengan metode deskripsi atau ceramah dan tanya jawab, 2) partisipatory ruralapproach untuk mengidentifikasi minat, motivasi dan kebutuhan santri dalam literasi digital, dan 3) monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini 1). Peserta cukup bersemangat karena senang mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir, 2) materi mudah dipahami santri karena disajikan secara menarik dan melalui tahap pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi dalam membuat rancangan pemasaran produk melalui digital 3) literasi digital ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan santri.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah suatu kondisi yang mengacu pada suatu tekanan darah sistolik yang lebih besar dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih besar dari 90. Hipertensi sudah menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat dan akan menjadi masalah besar jika tidak segera ditangani. Faktor penyebab hipertensi belum diketahui secara pasti. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab hipertensi itu sendiri, salah satunya adalah gaya hidup masyarakat, seperti stres, kurang aktivitas fisik, serta seringnya konsumsi makanan kaya natrium maupun kurangnya inisiatif dari masyarakat untuk memeriksakan diri ke fasilitas kesehatan, inilah salah satu yang dapat memicu masyarakat mudah terdampak penyakit hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Melintang Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cros – sectional. Pengumpula data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berobat di poli umum berjumlah 4.072 yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Melintang pada Tahun 2023. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 110 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Tingkat stres p (0,025), aktivitas fisik p (0,002), dan konsumsi makanan tinggi natrium p (0,012) dengan kejadian hipertensi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Melintang Tahun 2024. Saran dari penelitian ini untuk memberi informasi tambahan untuk digunakan sebagai sumber informasi mengenai peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat khususnya mengenai tingkat stres, aktivitas fisik dan konsumsi makanan tinggi natrium yang baik agar bisa mengurangi hipertensi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the role of technology and innovation in marketing to Generation Z in Sukabumi. The data of this study is MSMEs in Sukabumi City with a population of 31,926 and the sample used in this study is 100 business actors. web.raosoft.com The method in this study used quantitative research, with a data collection method, namely the distribution of questionnaires through Google Forms in the form of statements to respondents and interviews. The analysis method in this study explains that the role of technology and innovation has a positive and significant impact in increasing curiosity in Generation Z, with an impact of 61.2% while other variables influence 38.8%.

Abstract

The production of palm oil shell waste in the palm oil industry is increasing,  but the utilization of palm oil shell waste has not been utilized optimally. Palm Oil Shells must be processed and utilized to reduce pollution and increase the use value of waste. This research aims to utilize palm oil shell waste using an Al/Cr metal pillared bentonite catalyst with a gasification process to produce synthesis gas. The bentonite pillarization process using Al/Cr metal aims to increase the catalyst surface area, basal distance and catalyst surface acidity so as to increase the catalytic activity of the catalyst in the gasification process. The gasification process is carried out at temperatures of 450, 500, 550 and 600°C. Adding the Al/Cr metal pillared bentonite catalyst, the H2 concentration increased significantly. The effect of increasing temperature can increase the H2 content by consuming CO within a certain time limit. The gasification process at temperature 600°C with a 20% Al/Cr metal pillared bentonite catalyst is the optimal condition for producing synthesis gas. The heating value of the gasification results in terms of the optimum HHV and LHV values is 16.21 MJ/Nm3 and 14.59 MJ/Nm3. Based on research, gasification of palm oil shells using an Al/Cr metal pillared bentonite catalyst is feasible for the production of environmentally friendly fuel
