Abstract

Kromium diketahui sebagai salah satu polutan beracun yang menyebabkan masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Kromium Heksavalen Cr(VI) merupakan logam berat, dimana dalam konsentrasi yang kecil dapat menghasilkan tingkat keracunan yang tinggi pada makhluk hidup. Jika senyawa kromium (VI) terbuang ke lingkungan dan masuk ke dalam tubuh makhluk hidup maka akan sangat berbahaya, sehingga penting untuk mengolah limbah tersebut. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada proses pengolahan Cr(VI) dengan metode kombinasi yaitu secara kimia dan secara fisika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengolah air limbah yang mengandung Cr(VI) menggunakan reagen Fenton yang dilanjutkan adsorpsi menggunakan adsorben berbahan dasar zeolit dan tanah liat yang dibentuk menjadi keramik. Air limbah yang mengandung Cr(VI) dikontakkan dalam reaktor berpengaduk sehingga terjadi reaksi reduksi oksidasi, selanjutnya air limbah ini dilewatkan ke dalam kolom adsorpsi yang berisi adsorben keramik zeolit. Kondisi terbaik dari pengolahan air limbah yang mengandung Cr(VI) dengan metode kombinasi ini dicapai pada konsentrasi limbah krom 200 ppm, rasio molar reagen Fenton 1:30, dan pH 6. Dimana persentase maksimum penurunan Cr(VI) dengan proses Fenton sebesar 30,15% dan dilanjutkan dengan adsorpsi sehingga penurunan Cr(VI) total mencapai 99,99%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan limbah logam berat kromium dengan menggunakan reagen Fenton dilanjutkan adsorpsi menggunakan adsorben keramik zeolit mampu menurunkan kadar Cr(VI) pada limbah cair mencapai 0,0033 ppm dari baku mutu yaitu 0,1 ppm, sehingga hasil penelitian ini telah memenuhi baku mutu lingkungan

Abstract

This research explores the role of community participation in the electricity network construction project in Bekasi Regency, by viewing it through the lens of ecological citizenship. Ecological citizenship provides a framework for understanding the link between community participation and ecological responsibility in the context of energy infrastructure development. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a focus on in-depth understanding of the dynamics of community participation, influencing factors, and its impact on environmental sustainability. It is hoped that the research results will provide in-depth insight into the extent to which community participation can increase the sustainability of electricity network development projects. In addition, this research also aims to identify factors that influence community ecological participation in the project. Policy implications and recommendations will be generated to guide the development of similar infrastructure projects in the future by considering the ecological citizenship perspective.

Abstract

The general election (Pemilu) is a fundamental element of a democratic system. This study develops and evaluates a blockchain-based e-voting system implementing AES-128 encryption to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of voting data. The system integrates AES-128 symmetric encryption for data at-rest and SHA-256 hashing at the blockchain layer. Testing was conducted on a simulated dataset containing 100,000 voting records to measure processing time, storage efficiency, and cryptographic resilience against brute-force and data manipulation attacks. Experimental results show an average read/processing time of 24 seconds for 100,000 records under the test server configuration, and theoretical security analysis indicates that brute-forcing AES-128 is impractical with current computational capabilities. The contribution of this research lies in the integrated design of an e-voting system that combines data encryption and distributed storage models with verification mechanisms, thereby enhancing the transparency and auditability of the election process.

Abstract

UMKM dapat diartikan sebagai usaha yang dijalankan perorangan, lingkup rumah tangga atau badan usaha dengan lingkup kecil. Sektor UMKM di Kota Sigli dalam menopang perekonomian masyarakat Pidie khususnya Kota Sigli berkembang dengan baik. Perkembangannya dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah UMKM yang ada di Kota Sigli. Tahun 2019 memiliki UMKM sebanyak 1.545 unit. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini, UMKM menghadapi kendala dalam perkembangannya, diantaranya penurunan angka penjualan, kesulitan bahan baku, penurunan produksi, permodalan, dan terhambatnya distribusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap UMKM di Kota Sigli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penerima UMKM di Kota Sigli. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dampak Covid-19 terhadap UMKM di Kota Sigli meliputi 4 aspek yakni penjualan, laba usaha, modal usaha, dan pengurangan jumlah karyawan. Keempat aspek tersebut sangat dipengaruhi oleh aktivitas penjualan, jika penjualan mengalami penurunan maka akan berdampak pula pada aspek lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the role of technology and innovation in marketing to Generation Z in Sukabumi. The data of this study is MSMEs in Sukabumi City with a population of 31,926 and the sample used in this study is 100 business actors. web.raosoft.com The method in this study used quantitative research, with a data collection method, namely the distribution of questionnaires through Google Forms in the form of statements to respondents and interviews. The analysis method in this study explains that the role of technology and innovation has a positive and significant impact in increasing curiosity in Generation Z, with an impact of 61.2% while other variables influence 38.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Spiritual Leadership on personnel Performance through Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all police personnel at the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus). The sample in this study used the slovin formula sample, totaling 69 police personnel at the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus). Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using Outer Model Analysis, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership, Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a direct effect on employee performance, Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on Workplace Spirituality, and Spiritual Leadership, Workplace Spirituality has a significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior and indirectly Spiritual Leadership has a significant effect on personnel performance through Workplace Spirituality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of police personnel at the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus)

Abstract

This study aims to know and explain the factors that influence the variable purchasing decisions namely brand image and to see the influence of consumer confidence variables as intervening variables directly and indirectly to the purchase decision of Kopi Janji Jiwa Balikpapan jilid 630. Population in this study is consumers of Kopi Janji Jiwa Balikpapan Jilid 630 who bought in March 2021, which amounted to 9,305 customers and sampled as many as 100 people because of the large number of populations using slovin formula. The method of data collection uses questionnaires that are shared directly with respondents. Data analysis used is path analysis and sobel test as well as classic assumption test and for data processing using SPSS version 25, the data analysis method was carried out with multiple linear regression models and hypothesis testing use part analysis. The results showed that: 1. variable brand image to purchasing decisions have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 2. variable brand image to consumer confidence has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 3. Variable consumer confidence in purchasing decisions has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 4. the influence of brand image variables on purchasing decisions through consumer confidence variables as intervening variables has a positive and significant influence. The influence of brand image on purchasing decisions indirectly is greater in value compared to the direct influence which can be said to have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the Methodology of Contemporary Interpretation by comparing the thoughts of Fazlur Rahman and Sahiron Syamsuddin. The background of this study is related to the phenomenon of contemporary interpretation that is developing in today's society. The goal is to explain the differences and similarities between the two figures. The research uses the library research method, by analyzing data from various literature sources. The discussion is carried out in a descriptive manner, namely by describing the findings from relevant literature sources before further analysis. The sources used are mostly secondary literature supplemented with additional references. The results of the study show that Fazlur Rahman, through  the Double Movement methodology, offers a progressive approach to understanding the Qur'an with two stages: first, exploring the historical context when revelation was revealed; second, adapting these values into contemporary reality. On the other hand, Sahiron Syamsuddin developed  the Ma'na cum Maghza method  which emphasizes the exploration of the literal meaning (ma'na) and the main message (maghza) of the text, as well as its application in the contemporary context. These two methods have similarities in the use of hermeneutics to interpret the Qur'an in a relevant way to modern social conditions, but differ in their scope and emphasis. Rahman's Double Movement is more focused on legal verses, while Ma'na cum Maghza Sahiron can be applied to all types of verses except al-huruf al-muqatta'a. Another difference lies in Sahiron's attention to the importance of literal and historical meaning, which Rahman considered less emphasized.

Abstract

Perubahan sistem pendidikan akibat pandemi COVID-19 telah mendorong pembelajaran daring menjadi metode utama, yang secara langsung menuntut keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses belajar anak di rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif peran orang tua dalam mendampingi pembelajaran daring anak di era digital, dengan fokus pada tantangan teknis dan non-teknis yang dihadapi serta pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi terhadap efektivitas keterlibatan orang tua. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah sepuluh hasil penelitian dalam delapan tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan topik. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi peran dominan orang tua, bentuk-bentuk hambatan, serta hubungan antara latar belakang sosial ekonomi dengan keterlibatan dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua memegang peran penting sebagai guru di rumah, fasilitator, motivator, dan pengawas. Namun, banyak dari mereka menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet, perangkat digital, waktu pendampingan, serta rendahnya literasi digital. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan dan tingkat ekonomi sangat memengaruhi kapasitas orang tua dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring anak secara optimal. Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan pembelajaran daring tidak hanya bergantung pada kesiapan siswa dan guru, tetapi juga pada keterlibatan aktif orang tua. Oleh karena itu, dukungan sistemik melalui pelatihan literasi digital, penyediaan infrastruktur, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga sangat diperlukan guna memperkuat peran orang tua dalam pendidikan digital.

Abstract

Restorative justice is an alternative approach in the criminal justice system that balances offender rehabilitation, victim recovery, and community interests. This article analyze the implementation of restorative justice in Indonesia, its contribution to offender rehabilitation, and its role in facilitating victim recovery and strengthening a sense of social justice. The research method used is normative-juridical with descriptive analysis, reviewing laws and regulations, court decisions, academic literature, and international practices as comparative material. The results of the study indicate that restorative principles have been institutionalized through the Juvenile Justice and Child Protection Law, the Criminal Code, Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2024, and regulations related to the termination of prosecution through a peace agreement. Offender rehabilitation is achieved through education, counseling, skills training, mediation, and community involvement to reduce recidivism. A victim-centered approach prioritizes compensation, psychosocial support, and community participation, fostering justice, social reintegration, and local wisdom–based collective harmony. Obstacles such as limited facilities, officer training, inter-agency coordination, and social stigma need to be addressed for effective implementation. Restorative justice affirms the philosophy of humanist criminal law, creating an inclusive, participatory, and recovery-oriented justice system, while strengthening social harmony and public trust in the law.
