Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees of the Directorate of High Schools of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology after the organizational restructuring. In this study, there is a problem, namely after the restructuring, the performance of employees of the Directorate of High School has not been fully optimal in working. This research uses employee performance theory according to Robbins, namely Quality, Quantity, Punctuality, Effectiveness, Independence and Work Commitment. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research was sourced from data from scientific journals, official websites, and supporting documents that describe the performance of employees at the Directorate of High Schools after the restructuring. The results showed that employee performance after restructuring was not optimal because employees were still being adjusted to the changes that occurred and there were still obstacles felt by employees in completing their work. However, the quality of performance provided for educational units (SMA) such as technical guidance and assistance services is good. The responsibility that employees have in completing their duties is good. However, there is still a low level of employee discipline in working hours.

Abstract

The result which helps the people of Tangerang city to be more concerned with voter data so that no duplicate or unregistered voter lists are found during the general descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques: indicator or relative advantage that the innovation of the information stem of the Tangerang General Election Commission data has advantages and is useful for accelerating and facilitating the community and related institutions in sustainable voter data, then from the compatibility indicator, it helps the community by not Opening the sheet again, directly accessing the SITANGKOT application to check voter data, from the complexity indicator the SITANGKOT application reduces people who come directly to the KPU office if there is a problem because in the application there is a data request feature in the triability indicator and the steps in the application are already in the guide feature in the SITANGKOT application using language that is easy for the public to understand, indicators of observability in accessing the SITANGKOT application, the need for good internet network access so that it can be maximized and also if there is a change in the KPU processing 3x24 hours and there is a system cleaning at 12 o'clock at night.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of policies to protect children and women victims of violence during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Tangerang City. This research theory uses the theory of Policy Implementation in the Van Matter Van Horn concept with 6 (six) indicators including Policy Standard and Objectives, Resources, Inter-Organizational Communication, Characteristics of Implementers, Implementor Disposition, Social Environment, Economics and Politics. The research design used qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Methods of data collection by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the research found that the implementation of policies to protect children and women victims of violence has not yet been fully implemented. This is because there are still some findings of problems in policy implementation which include: lack of quantity of human resources, fragmentation originating from pressure from interest groups or from the legislative committee, lack of budget for policy implementation, lack of optimal support from DPRD and even the mayor in implementing child protection and women victims of violence, low commitment of policy implementers. Based on these conclusion points, this study recommends several things which include: increasing the number of staff implementing assistance in the UPTD P2TP2A South Tangerang city by 30-50 people, placing the protection of children and women victims of violence as a policy priority, re-activating social media and websites in order to facilitate socialization to the community as a whole, speed up the mentoring time to 7 days to 1 month, from 6 months to 2 years.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Penanganan Sarana dan Prasarana Umum (PPSU) di Kelurahan Lebak Bulus Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dengan teknik sampling jenuh, menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel, karena populasinya relatif kecil yaitu berjumlah 89 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,559 atau 55,9% kontribusi motivasi terhadap kinerja berada pada kategori kuat, sedangkan 44,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain tidak. diamati dalam penelitian ini. Hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana adalah Y = 15,357 + 0,759X, artinya peningkatan motivasi sebesar 1% akan meningkatkan kinerja sebesar 0,759. Kemudian hasil uji hipotesis nilai signifikansi 0,00 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSU di Kelurahan Lebak Bulus.

Abstract

Pemerintah Kota merupakan penyelenggara pelayanan publik yang melaksanakan birokrasi. Pemerintah juga bertindak sebagai pengelola dokumentasi , arsip maupun data kependudukan. Maka pentingnya dilakukan pengelolaan arsip dengan baik agar mudah diakses dan dipergunakan oleh yang berhak menggunakannya. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan organisasi dibutuhkan sebuah administrasi yang baik untuk menjalankan roda organisasi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip di Kota Tangerang Selatan belum berjalan dengan baik. Namun langkah Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat dalam melakukan Rapat Koordinasi mengenai pengelolaan arsip merupakan langkah yang tepat.

Abstract

Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan telah mempraktikkan E-Government dalam pendataan sarana peribadatan melalui Sistem Administrasi Data Sektoral Keagamaan (SIADEK) yang berupa aplikasi berbasis web. SIADEK diresmikan pada tahun 2022 oleh Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan dalam mengelola data sektoral keagamaan. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah penerapan e-government melalui SIADEK di Subbagian Bina Mental Spiritual Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan pada penelitian dalam rangka mengetahui penerapan e-government melalui SIADEK di Subbagian Bina Mental Spiritual Sekretariat Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode pada penelitian ini memakai pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi serta data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dalam buku, jurnal, atau arsip serta perundang-undangan yang behubungan dengan topik penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-government melalui Sistem Administrasi Data Sektoral Keagamaan (SIADEK) telah baik diterapkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada stabilnya server SIADEK serta kesiapan SDM di Subbagian Bina Mental Spiritual dalam menggunakan SIADEK. Akan tetapi masih terdapat kendala pada kesiapan pemerintah dalam menerapkan e-government, yang ditandai oleh belum tersedianya dana dan anggaran untuk pengembangan aplikasi SIADEK serta masih terdapat pegawai kelurahan yang kurang memahami teknologi informasi.

Abstract

Child protection in Indonesia is a policy imperative, there are 80 million childrenscattered in various regions where their rights must be fulfilled. The Indonesiangovernment seeks to fulfill child protection by initiating the KLA program (Cityfor Children) in 2005 to accelerate the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Thepurpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of the KLA policy in South Tangerang City during the pandemic by using the Van Meter and Van Hornpolicy implementation model indicators. This research method uses a descriptivemethod with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques throughobservation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that of the 6dimensions measured (Policy Size and Objectives, Resources, Characteristics ofImplementing Agencies, Attitudes or Tendencies, Inter-OrganizationalCommunication, Economic, Social, Political Environment) in general theimplementation of the City Eligibility policy during the pandemic in SouthTangerang City. good enough. However, the dimensions of resources and thedimensions of communication between organizations are still the biggestchallenges. Budget constraints are the cause of the non-optimal dimensions ofresources. On the other hand, policy socialization activities to the public are stillnot massive, and understanding of policy substance among policy implementersstill needs to be improved. Therefore, this study recommends that policysocialization to the public can be intensified. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of collaborative governance in essential education services in Indonesia-Malaysia's border area, in Entikong-Sekayam District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. It used a descriptive technique with a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed with qualitative techniques and tested for validity by triangulation. According to the results, collaborative governance had not yet achieved desired results. This was based on several indicators, including starting conditions, facilitative leadership, institutional design, and collaborative processes. Importantly, the collaborative process involved several parties, including the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture, and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, academics at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Jakarta Muhammadiyah University, and elementary school figures (school committees, principals, staff and teachers). The results showed that the government’s role was not maximized, as indicated by uncertain policies and systems, overlapping authority, and inappropriate school infrastructure assistance targets. Academics actively facilitate various activities, including socialization, mentoring, workshops, and training, significantly improving education quality. Schools also operate an intense performance in mobilizing teachers to remain active amid the limitations of existing facilities and increasing their competence. Moreover, school committees also contribute ideas, energy, and materials in development, especially physical facilities. The weakness of the collaboration process in essential education services is the absence of private sector involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Social Services in handling beggars as Social Welfare Service Needers (PPKS) in South Tangerang City since, until now, they still encounter many obstacles. First, handling PPKS has not become one of the government’s main agendas. Second, the problems are the rampant existence of beggars who disturb public order and cause public unrest. The third, based on a study by the Integrated Service Center Team for the Empowerment of Women and Children (P2TP2A) of South Tangerang City, is not optimal for handling beggars/PPKS in South Tangerang City. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the organizational effectiveness theory of Steers et al., which consists of 4 indicators of organizational effectiveness, such as organizational characteristics, environmental characteristics, worker characteristics, and management practices, became the main analytical knife of the study. This study concluded that the Social Services have not effectively handled beggars as Social Welfare Service Needers in South Tangerang City. Several aspects need to be improved, such as more intense training for employees of the South Tangerang City Social Service, additional human resources who have a background in social science studies, providing public complaint channels, conducting strict action against beggars who have been caught twice, gaining effectiveness counseling to rehabilitated beggars, developing social institutions, and formulating regional regulations governing sanctions for beggars.

Abstract

Peningkatan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 yaitu terjadi pada usia anak-anak. Per tanggal 29 Juni 2021 pukul 18.00 WIB tercatat hampir 260 ribu dari sekitar 2 juta kasus terkonfirmasi positif merupakan anak usia 0-18 tahun dan 108 ribu kasus berada pada rentang usia 12-17 tahun. Dari sejumlah tersebut, tercatat lebih dari 600 anak usia 0-18 tahun meninggal dan 197 anak di antaranya berumur 12-17 tahun dengan case fatality rate pada kelompok usia tersebut adalah 0,18 persen. Atas pertimbangan data itu, serta adanya rekomendasi dari Komite Penasihat Ahli Imunisasi Nasional atau ITAGI dan persetujuan penggunaan Vaksin COVID-19 produksi PT. Biofarma (Sinovac) untuk kelompok usia 12 tahun ke atas dari BPOM tertanggal 27 Juni 2021, maka vaksinasi dapat diberikan bagi anak usia 12-17 tahun. Dengan terus banyaknya kasus covid-19 dikalangan remaja maka kami melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi di lingkungan remaja yaitu SMP Labschool FIP UMJ, dengan memberikan edukasi tentang Covid-19 maupun pentingnya vaksin untuk mereka, sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan memaparkan materi tentang covid-19 dan vaksinasi, dan juga memberikan kesempatan tanya jawab kepada para siswa-siswi. an increase in confirmed cases of COVID-19 occurs at the age of children. Biofarma (Sinovac) for the age group 12 years and over from BPOM dated 27 June 2021, vaccination can be given to children aged 12-17 years. With the continuing number of Covid-19 cases among teenagers, we carried out socialization activities in the youth environment, namely SMP Labschool FIP UMJ, by providing education about Covid-19 and the importance of vaccines for them, this socialization was carried out by presenting material about Covid-19 and vaccinations, and It also provides an opportunity to ask questions to students
