Abstract

In this article, we introduce a new hybrid model called Dual Hesitant N-Soft Sets (DHNSS). This new model is clarified and reformulated as a combination of dual and hesitancy with N-soft sets. We investigate the basic operations of DHNSS. Our novel model is illustrated with real life examples. Moreover, we propose the decision making algorithm to see the application of this model.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a multicultural education program in Science and Social learning in elementary schools to shape students' characters according to the learner profile of Pancasila, especially in terms of tolerance and mutual cooperation. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) approach was used in designing this program. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the values of tolerance and mutual cooperation, as seen from the comparison of pre-test and post-test scores. Students showed a more active and open attitude towards differences, while teachers felt the program helped enrich learning. The evaluation also indicated that the program needs to be adapted for different abilities of students. In conclusion, this multicultural education program proved to be effective in shaping character according to the values of Pancasila and deserves to be implemented more widely.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) has emerged as a promising pedagogical approach to integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into elementary education. This literature review synthesizes recent studies (2021–2025) on the implementation of PjBL in IPAS and its impact on environmental awareness among elementary school students. The review reveals that PjBL fosters active learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills by engaging students in real-world environmental projects such as waste management, biodiversity conservation, and eco-campaigns. These activities align with SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). Findings indicate that PjBL significantly enhances students’ understanding of sustainability issues and promotes pro-environmental behaviors. The study concludes that PjBL-IPAS learning offers a transformative pathway to cultivating environmentally conscious citizens and advancing the SDGs through foundational education.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of Village Funds in Pasar V Natal Village in accordance with the Indonesian Minister of Home Affairs Regulations Number 20 of 2018 and 2020. The evaluation focuses on the stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting, and accountability, and analyzes how they can be optimized to achieve outputs, outcomes, and impacts. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Primary data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants (Village Head, Head of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), Financial Officer, Community Section Head, Community Leader, and a representative from the Community Empowerment Agency) and direct observation. Secondary data was obtained from document studies of the Village Budget (APBDes), financial reports, and relevant regulations. Data analysis was conducted interactively (data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing) and validated through triangulation of sources and methods. The results indicate that the management of Village Funds in Pasar V Natal Village has been carried out in accordance with regulations in an administrative sense. All stages were executed in accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability, as evidenced by Village Deliberations (Musdes), public information boards, and tiered reporting. The outputs generated include infrastructure development (farm access roads and clean water facilities) and empowerment programs (MSME training and cash-for-work). The outcomes include improved quality of life, reduced unemployment rates, and increased Village Development Index (IDM) status. The long-term impact, beginning to emerge, is the strengthening of the local economy and of village self-reliance.
