Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in consumer satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (X) are service quality, price perception, and product quality at Indomaret and Alfamart minimarkets in Indonesia. The population is someone who has bought products at Indomaret and Alfamart throughout Indonesia. This study involved two categories, so that the sample for both categories was 30 respondents. The research data used are primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using an online questionnaire instrument with a google form application and data measurement using a Likert Scale. The data were analyzed by Independent Sample T-Test using SPSS, and the results showed that the variables of service quality (X1), price perception (X2), product quality (X3), and customer satisfaction (Y) at Indomaret and Alfamart are the same or there is no difference, and strengthened by the probability value of all variables is Sig. (2-tailed) > 0.05.Keywords: service quality, price perception, product quality, Indomaret, Alfamart

Abstract

Prevalensi bullying di kalangan remaja Indonesia menempati angka yang cukup tinggi. Konsekuensi negatif yang ditimbulkannya dapat membahayakan semua orang yang terlibat, terutama korban. Sehingga sangat perlu adanya upaya untuk mengatasi dan memberikan pendampingan atau penanganan pemulihan sosial untuk mengurangi kasus ini di masa mendatang. Artikel ini menyajikan literaratur yang berkaitan dengan "Model Konseling Islam dalam Menangani Korban Bullying pada Remaja”. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengungkap beberapa permasalahan terkait, yaitu: 1) Menganalisis konsep konseling islam berdasarkan Al-Qur'an dan Hadits; 2) Fenomena dan dampak bullying pada remaja; 3) Model konseling islam bagi korban bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kajian kepustakaan atau studi literatur dari beberapa artikel ilmiah, buku, media online, dan sumber kredibel lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pokok penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model konseling islam yang dapat digunakan untuk menangani korban bullying yaitu model Taujihat Wa Irsyadat Robbani.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia pengadaan barang/jasa dituntut untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi, baik soft competense maupun hard competence. Kompetensi ini terus berkembang sepanjang waktu, sejalan dengan berkembangnya praktik, ilmu dan teknologi pengadaan. Untuk itu, setiap SDM Pengadaan harus terus meningkatkan kapasitasnya dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja pengadaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perkembangan MSDM berbasis kompetensi guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan layanan pengadaan Perumda Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor yang berdasarkan pada MSDM berbasis kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi kepada layanan pengadaan Perumda Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Komplain merupakan keluhan, pengaduan atau penyampaian ketidakpuasan atas pelayanan jasa maupun produk yang didapat. Namun komplain juga salah satu cara untuk bisa meningkatkan kinerja individu maupun organisasi. Sedangkan Google Review merupakan salah satu fitur yang ada dalam Google Maps untuk menampung ulasan secara positif maupun negative dari pengunjung atau pelanggan terhadap suatu lokasi. Komplain dan Google Review sering saling menyertai pada era big data saat ini. Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya kemajuan teknologi dan digital internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh komplain melalui Google Review RSUD Kota Bogor terhadap perilaku individu pada kinerja di organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan studi kasus fenomena perbaikan perilaku individu di RSUD KOTA BOGOR yang basisnya dari keluhan-keluhan masyarakat yang berasal dari Google Review dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbaikan terhadap internal organisasi yang dilakukan dengan adanya evaluasi akibat Google review tentu secara langsung akan mempengaruhi perilaku kinerja individu di organisasi tersebut. Semakin baik tanggapan yang dilakukan pada setiap komplainan yang didapat, maka semakin baik juga kinerja dari suatu organisasi

Abstract

Leadership in AI emergence era is encountering substantial changes in the business environment as AI is implemented across organizations. This requires leaders to be able to implement the right strategies in the decision-making process to keep the new HR skills relevant. People who are not adaptive will easily be replaced by people who are better at new technologies, hence HR competencies are the main-focus that must be developed in organizations. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an augmentation agent that makes it easier for humans to carry out their activities, in addition to having a very important role in leadership and decision-making, as well as strengthening the HR competency function. This research aims to describe the leadership and decision-making used in strengthening HR competencies in AI emergence using the literature review method. As a result, effective leadership and decision-making related to AI integration can improve productivity, innovation, and job satisfaction (HR competencies), enabling organizational competitiveness in the business environment to continue to grow. To improve organizational performance, leaders must be able to use AI technology in the decision-making process as it transforms into a human assistant that provides effective data-driven insights.

Abstract

The bureaucracy reform program aims to achieve high employee integrity, create responsible employees and the ability of employees to provide excellent service. The Citarum-Ciliwung Watershed and Forest Management Center (BPDASHL) has the task of serving the community in the field of forest and land rehabilitation along the Citarum-Ciliwung watershed so that its employees are expected to have good performance. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of BPDASHL Citarum-Ciliwung employees. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire results from 45 respondents who are civil servants of BPDASHL Citarum-Ciliwung. The data was processed using Microsoft Excel tools, analyzed descriptively and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method and the Partial Least Square approach. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership had no positive effect on employee performance. Motivation is influenced by the desire to work well according to performance targets. Employee performance does not depend on the way the leader leads because the employees perform well in accordance with the determination they have in completing the work. Satisfaction is created because the results are in accordance with the target both in terms of quality and quantity and have succeeded in the success of the office's performance. Abstract

Burnout merupakan kondisi kelelahan kerja kronis yang berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Working Life (QWL) dan Psychological Well-being terhadap Job Burnout pada pegawai Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei terhadap 66 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui SmartPLS 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa QWL dan Psychological Well-being berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Job Burnout, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan sosial, beban kerja, dan otonomi kerja terbukti memengaruhi QWL dan kesejahteraan psikologis secara signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dan seimbang guna mencegah burnout di sektor pemerintahan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis pegawai.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are very much needed in this increasingly advanced modern era, employees play an important role in running the system in the company which includes the company's vision, mission, and goals. HR also plans and acts actively in all Company functions related to technological progress and advancement. The purpose of this study is to analyze "The Effect of Competence, SOP, and Information Technology on Employee Performance in Using the IdeaProcs Application in BUMD". The research method used is a quantitative research method using a purposive technique as a method of determining the sample based on certain considerations to determine a sample of 61 employees and distribute questionnaires using Google form and analyze using number processing software. The results of the study based on the results of the analysis using number processing software that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value is 46.502> F table 2.77, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the Competence variables (X1), SOP (X2) and Information Technology (X3) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y) of 71.0%.

Abstract

Research related to human resource development models in the world of education is very important, because the world of education is one of the determinants of the quality of HR assets. This research aims to find the HR model that best suits the development of Human Resources (HR) in higher education. The research uses qualitative methods. The type of research used is R&D (Research & Development). In the first year using the Analysis and Design approach from the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data collection was carried out through a literature review study of 90 articles indexed by Scopus, Sinta 1, Sinta 2, and interviews with 15 experts from the academic and professional world. This research was analyzed using the SWOT Analysis and FGD approach. The results of this research found a prototype tree-based HR model and important variables that were mapped to the tree structure, namely root variables, stem variables, and fruit/leaf variables. This research is used to improve the quality of higher education human resources. This has implications for improving the quality of lecturers both in self-development and teaching in higher education, which has an impact on the quality of students and Indonesia's human resource assets.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of work motivation, job transfer, and training on the job performance of Indonesian civil servants (ASN) at the Customs and Excise Operational Facilities Base, Type B Sorong, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using a census approach involving all active ASN employees (n = 77). Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS.  The results show that work motivation, job transfer, and training have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction positively and significantly affects job performance. Moreover, all three predictors also have direct positive and significant effects on job performance, with training identified as the strongest predictor. Indirect-effect testing confirms that job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationships between motivation, job transfer, and training and job performance, indicating complementary partial mediation. Practically, the findings underscore the importance of competency-based job transfers, relevant training that supports transfer to operational duties, and strategies to enhance motivation to strengthen both job satisfaction and performance.
