Abstract

PT XYZ is a Machining-Engineering and Fabrication service provider company located in the Jababeka Cikarang Industrial Area. PT XYZ has 5 production workstations, namely a CNC lathe machine workstations, Two CNC milling stations, namely CNC milling 1 and CNC milling machines 2, and two manual machine stations, namely Centerless Grinding 1, and Centerless Grinding 2. When carrying out production activities, workers must pay attention to safety and work posture because non-ergonomic body movements can cause injury. Therefore, this study aims to detect PT. XYZ’ workstations that are not ergonomic and identify work postures of workers' bodies parts that are risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders complaints by the Quick Exposure Check method. This method was chosen because the assessment is carried out based on two points of view, namely observers and workers to minimize bias in subjective judgments. Based on the results of research on 5 workers, the research results obtained 3 workstations that are not ergonomic. This is because the action level at the workstation is at a range of 71-100% which is included in level 4 so corrective action is needed right now. 2 workstations have a high risk of experiencing Musculoskeletal Disorders in the back, wrists, and neck. Whereas 1 workstation has a very high and high risk of experiencing complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders in the neck and wrists. Thus, it is necessary to propose actions to improve work posture so that workers can work ergonomically. Keywords: Musculoskeletal Disorders, Quick Exposure Check, Work Posture

Abstract

Penentuan waktu baku dalam sebuah proses pekerjaan dibutuhkan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan waktu kerja yang baik bagi perusahaan dan pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu startup dalam bidang Agri-Tech yang mempunyai gudang  fulfillment center untuk proses pengemasan produk sayuran seperti Kangkung Akar 250gr. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna menentukan nilai waktu baku dari proses pengemasan produk Kangkung Akar 250gr yang memiliki tingkat pengerjaan dengan fokus dan ketelitian cukup tinggi serta belum adanya pengukuran waktu standar untuk pekerjaan tersebut. Metode jam henti merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam pengukuran waktu baku pada penelitian ini yang dilakukan terhadap tiap-tiap proses operasi. Pengukuran waktu baku menggunakan alat bantu stopwatch, pengukuran dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan 20 kali pengamatan yang terbagi kedalam 5 subgroup. Hasil pengukuran waktu baku didapatkan bahwa untuk dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan pengemasan Kangkung Akar 250gr oleh pekerja dapat dilakukan selama 495,49 detik atau 8,25 menit untuk satu produk. Hasil dari penelitian waktu baku ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai usulan dan referensi bagi perusahaan untuk penentuan waktu standar dalam menuntaskan pekerjaan yang diperlukan pekerja pada bagian pengemasan Kangkung Akar 250gr.

Abstract

Disiplin kerja adalah sebuah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan dalam melakukan usaha dengan baik pada suatu perusahaan untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, jika tingkat kedisiplinan kerja karyawan sangat rendah, maka akan menyebabkan penurunan kinerja perusahaan dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner dengan 35 responden karyawan kantor PT XYZ. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Serta metode analisis hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier sederhana, dan uji Parsial (uji T). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). Uji validitas pada variabel Dispin Kerja (X) dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dikatakan valid karena r hitung > r tabel. Uji reliabilitas dikatakan reliabel karena Cronbach Alpha > 0,6. Uji regresi linier diperoleh persamaan Y = 12,211 + 0,677 X. Uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh 0,440 yang berarti variabel Disiplin Kerja (X) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) memiliki tingkat hubungan yang dikategorikan moderat 44% dan sisanya 56% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Uji t diperoleh nilai signifikasi positif 0,000 < Alpha (0,05) yang berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja (X) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada PT XYZ. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Regresi

Abstract

Tahu NR is a small factory that produces tofu Bandung, where the problems that often occur in Tahu NR are problems quality product tahu bandung like texture, dirty, and color defects. Because of these problems, it is necessary to control the quality of tofu Bandung products. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors cause defects in tofu Bandung products and identify activities that have a probability of error to workers in the production process of tofu Bandung as a basis for providing suggestions for improvements with the seven tools and the HEART method. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the defects of Bandung tofu products are human, machine, method, material, and environmental factors. The human factor is the most dominant factor because almost the entire production process is done manually, the number of workers is small with a large number of requests, and the frequent change of workers. All activities in the production process have a probability of error, this is because almost the entire production process in Tahu NR is done manually by workers. The greatest probability of error is in the printing process which has a potential error in the imperfect tofu printing process which can cause the tofu product to have defects in the texture with a HEP value of 0.311.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Baturaden merupakan desa penghasil kelapa untuk dijual sebagai minuman dan santan, bagian pada kelapa lainnya tidak terpakai salah satunya yaitu sabut kelapa. Limbah sabut kelapa yang setiap harinya terus bertambah dapat menjadi masalah bagi masyarakat desa Baturaden. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pot bunga dari limbah sabut kelapa yang disebut cocopot. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di SDN Baturaden 2 yang diikuti oleh 35 siswa dari kelas 6. Pembuatan Cocopot ini diawali sosialisasi dan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan. Sosialisasi terlebih dahulu dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta langkah-langkah pembuatan cocopot. Pelatihan adalah para siswa membuat cocopot. Setelah melakukan pelatihan, dilakukan evaluasi dan didapatkan hasil bahwa para siswa dapat membuat pot bunga dari sabut kelapa dengan mudah dilihat dari susunan yang benar dan kerapihan pot. Hal menunjukkan bahwa penyampaian mengenai materi sosialisasi tersampaikan dengan baik dan pelatihan berjalan dengan sukses. Hasil pot bunga yang telah dibuat oleh para siswa kemudian disimpan di area halaman sekolah. Kata kunci: kelapa; sabut kelapa; cocopot. ABSTRACTBaturaden village is a village that produces coconuts to be sold as drinks and coconut milk, the other part of the coconut that not used yet, which is coconut coir. Coconut coir waste that keeps gaining every day can be a problem for the people of Baturaden village. This service activity aims to make flower pots from coconut coir waste which called as cocopot. This community service activity was held in Baturaden 2 Elementary School which was attended by 35 students from grade 6. Cocopot making begins with socialization and continued with training them by practicing. Socialization was carried out first to provide knowledge and steps to make cocopot. Training is the students practice to make cocopot. After doing the training, an evaluation was carried out and it was found that the students could make flower pots from coconut coir easily seen from the correct arrangement and neatness of the pots. This shows that the delivery of socialization material delivered well and the training went success. The results of flower pots that have been made by the students are then stored in the school yard area. Keywords: coconut; coconut coir; cocopot

Abstract

MSMEs have contributed to increase state revenue. This can be seen from the marketing of MSMEs products to abroad. One of them is the typical Karawang Farida skin crackers MSMEs located in Perumnas Permata Telukjambe Blok MC No. 36, Sukaluyu, Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. The problem that occurs at the MSMEs is the lack of supporting facilities in the production process carried out. The objectives in this study will produce a design of tools that are in accordance with the current problems. Research methods with the approach to design aids through the help of AutoCAD software. So, the right type of conveyor is used is a conveyor belt because with this conveyor skin crackers whose oil has been able to immediately walk to the final shelter. Oil that is accommodated will be flowed through a pipe that will be flowed back to the frying pan so that no oil is wasted after frying crackers. As a conclusion in this writing, the design of the tools needed by the MSMEs owner. So it is hoped that the design of this aids can increase work productivity during the production process.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a local company that produces Joint Brake Rod KTMY parts whose demand varies every month. The production planning used by the company is often not by the demand so there is an excess of product stock that can trigger losses for the company. This study aims to determine the optimal step in planning the production of Joint Brake Rod KTMY parts in 2022 by comparing the value of the error accuracy rate of the two forecasting methods is exponential smoothing with 0,2; 0,5; 0,9 α value and the linear regression method. Furthermore, the calculation of the error accuracy value with Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to determine the best forecasting. This resulting study indicates that linear regression is the method with the smallest accuracy, with 341.278 MAD; 185,084 MSE; and 0.11 MAPE. So, in planning production for Joint Brake Rod KTMY parts during the future period, PT. XYZ can use linear regression.

Abstract

Abstract In this day and age, all business sectors are experiencing development, including manufacturing. From this, the competition between companies becomes very tight and each tries to maintain its existence in the eyes of consumers. One way to remain competitive is to maintain productivity by maximizing existing resources such as equipment or machinery. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the machines used in PT. Kujang Fertilizer Plant 1B. The method used in this study is the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The data used in this study is from January to December 2021. From the results obtained, it is known that in general the OEE value obtained is above the world standard by 85%. However, there is still 1 data that is below the world standard so that further analysis needs to be done. The results of the six big losses show breakdown losses to be the highest failure with a value of 67.41%. Based on the results of fishbone analysis, the causes of low OEE values consist of humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. From the kaizen analysis, proposed improvements that can be made include increasing employee awareness, conducting training for employees, conducting periodic evaluations and holding a quality improvement and improvement team..Keywords: OEE, TPM, Six Bog Loses, Downtime, PT. Pupuk Kujang AbstrakPada zaman sekarang ini semua sektor bisnis mengalami perkembangan termasuk manufaktur. Dari hal tersebut, persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi sangat ketat dan tiap berusaha menjaga eksistensi nya di mata konsumen. Salah satu cara untuk tetap dapat bersaing yaitu menjaga produktivitas dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya yang ada seperti peralatan atau mesin. Tujuan peelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi mesin yang digunakan di PT. Pupuk Kujang Plant 1B. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan Overall Equipemnt Effectiveness (OEE). Data pada penelitian menggunakan data pada periode Januari hingga Desember 2021. Adapun pada penelitian ini hasilnya diketahui bahwa secara umum nilai OEE yang diperoleh berada diatas standar dunia dengan 85%. Namun masih ada 1 data yang berada dibawah standar dunia sehingga analisis lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan. Hasil six big loses menunjukkan breakdown losess menjadi kegagalan tertinggi dengan nilai 67,41%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis fishbone penyebab terjadinya nilai OEE yang rendah terdiri dari manusia, mesin, metode, material, dan lingkungan.  Dari analisis kaizen, usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan seperti peningkatan kesadaran pegawai, mengadakan pelatihan untuk karyawan, melakukan evaluasi berkala dan mengadakan tim peningkatan kualitas dan improvement.Kata Kunci: OEE, TPM, Six Big Loses, Downtime, PT. Abstract

In production activities, fulfillment customer demand requires a method of calculating uncertainty the demand prediction in the future period. PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi has its own forecasting system, but the results are different from the actual data. One of the productions is Arm Rear Brake KWBF part shows a ± stock difference from actual demand data with forecasting data each month. This study to propose improvements to the forecasting system for Arm Rear Brake KWBF part by comparing three forecasting systems and selecting the lowest error rate. The method used in solving these problems is a results comparison of the moving average method, trend analysis method and company forecasting system with data collection techniques through observation and interview. The data used is in the form of general data such as company identity and special data such as historical production data of the company. The results of this study indicate that the lowest error is found in trend analysis method with MAD of 1811, MSE of 5702679 and MAPE of 0.46. So, the trend analysis method on the Arm Rear Brake KWBF part is feasible to be applied in the company.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a local company engaging in the production of metal stamping parts, tools, and dies that serve product requests from domestic and international multinational companies as customers of this company. In its supply chain system, the company is still experiencing problems with the arrival of the brake rod joint part material that is not on time. This study aims to identify and analyze risks in the supply chain material part joint brake rod using the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method. The use of the FMEA method to determine the level of risk priority that has been identified based on the RPN value. The identification results obtained a total of 12 risks on the part of suppliers, storage of raw materials, and the production process. The highest priority risk is on the supplier side where there are delays from importers and loading shearing is overloaded as indicated by an RPN value of 90. In addition, inaccuracy in the shearing process is the second highest priority risk with an RPN value of 50. So, it is necessary to make improvements to the highest priority risk by evaluating supplier performance.
