Abstract

Perkembangan gig economy dan digitalisasi kerja telah mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi model tenaga kerja hibrida yang menggabungkan karyawan full-time dan freelance. Meskipun menawarkan fleksibilitas dan akses ke kompetensi spesialis, model ini menimbulkan tantangan serius bagi manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), terutama terkait kesenjangan kompensasi, integrasi budaya, serta pengukuran kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi MSDM yang efektif dalam menyatukan dua kelompok tenaga kerja tersebut. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap artikel ilmiah dan laporan industri terbitan 2020–2025, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tiga pilar utama integrasi: keadilan kompensasi, budaya organisasi inklusif, dan manajemen kinerja berbasis hasil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transparansi total rewards, desain kontrak berbasis output, sistem komunikasi yang seimbang, serta kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan faktor kunci keberhasilan kolaborasi tenaga kerja hibrida. Integrasi ketiga pilar tersebut menghasilkan kerangka kerja MSDM yang mampu meningkatkan rasa keadilan, memperkuat kohesi tim, serta mendorong produktivitas dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin mengoptimalkan tenaga kerja hibrida sekaligus memperkecil potensi konflik antara pekerja full-time dan freelance.

Abstract

This research empirically examines the effect of entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial orientation, and technological innovation capability on SMEs' performance. Interestingly, this study investigates the mediating effects of internal organizational factors such as entrepreneurial orientation, team creativity, dynamic capabilities, and competitive advantage on the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and SMEs' performance. The consistent PLS-SEM approach was applied to analyze valid data collected from 182 small and medium IT enterprises operating at Surabaya, Indonesia. The empirical results reveal that entrepreneurial leadership via the full mediators of team creativity, dynamic capabilities, and competitive advantages can enhance the performance of IT SMEs. While entrepreneurial orientation does not influence SMEs' business performance, technological innovation capabilities can provide some benefits. Besides, entrepreneurial orientation plays no mediation role in the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and SMEs’ performance. Finally, the results allow us to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to manage and promote better entrepreneurial inspiration.Keywords: Business performance; Entrepreneurial leadership; Entrepreneurial     orientation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the simultaneous positive and significant effect of Talent Management and Knowledge Management on employee performance. This quantitative research approach uses hypothesis testing based on data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were 63 people. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive (0.397) and significant (0.000) influence between Talent Management and Employee Performance. The Knowledge Management variable has a positive (0.181) and essential (0.002) effect on employee performance. Lastly, Talent Management and Knowledge Management simultaneously have a positive (0.457) and practical (0.000) impact on Employee Performance.Keywords: Talent Management; Knowledge Management; Employee Performance

Abstract

Financial management, or in other literature called spending, is all company activities related to obtaining, using funds, and managing assets by the company's overall goals. Liquidity Ratio is used to measure the company's ability to fulfil its financial obligations that are immediately fulfilled or short-term obligations. Solvency Ratio is a ratio that measures how much the company uses funds from debt (loans).This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity and solvency simultaneously on the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population in this research is the entire financial report of PT Gudang Garam Tbk for the last five years, while the sample is the balance sheet and income statement for five years (2013-2018). The data collection technique used in this research is library research and google study and access to the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). This research indicates that the liquidity variable (X1) has a significant effect on financial performance (Y). While the solvency variable (X2) also has a substantial impact on the financial performance (Y) of PT Gudang Garam Tbk Keywords: Service quality; Price; Trust; Intention to purchase
