Abstract

This study aims to analyze how operational constraints in the Culinary Tourism Center (SWK) affect the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and their impact on the socio-economic aspects of the surrounding community. Through an organizational behavior approach, this study examines the influence of leadership, work culture, and conflict management in managing SWK. The results of the study indicate that limited infrastructure, lack of human resource training, and ineffective operational management have led to a decrease in the competitiveness of MSMEs and have a negative impact on the local economic cycle. This study recommends improving leadership strategies, organizational communication, and managerial training as steps to overcome these constraints and support the desires of MSMEs in the SWK environment.

Abstract

 Researcher wanted to examine in detail the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement in the transfer of financing (take over) conducted by PT. BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik Indonesia, to answer the question : How the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement on the transfer financing practices in BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik ?, What is the difference of the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement on the transfer financing practices in BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik ?, What are the constraints and supporting factors in the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement ?In answering these problems used the type of qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study through methods of observation, interview (interview), and documentation. The data collected was compiled and analyzed using inductive thinking namely the mindset based on the facts in the field about the practice of taking over between the Conventional Financial Institution (LKK) and the bank of the Sharia Financial Institution (LKS), then linked with the qardh and murabahah theory in application take over.The result of the research that in the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement in the transfer of financing with the purpose of taking over or transfer of financing at Bank Partners Syariah that is by the customer coming to Bank Partners Sharia to apply for taking over financing.The constraints of the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement included the possibility of bad debts from customers and the history of customer data in SID BI that sometimes can hamper the implementation of taking over. While the supporting factors in the implementation of qardh and murabahah agreement included many fanatic customers to sharia, thus increasing the number of customers used sharia bank services, the products provided in the form of additional business capital, and ease of payment. Key words: utang piutang, take over, akad, the economic laws of Sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors influenced online job search among millennial stu-dents in Malaysia Technical University Network (MTUN). A total of 300 university students through on-oneself-reported questionnaires were collected from four MTUN namely Uni-versiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP), Univer-siti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) and Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP). This study performs descriptive analysis, reliability testing, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis by using IBM-SPSS software version 22. The results indicate that factors such as user-perception, social networking sites, and smartphone technology are significantly related to the online job search enhancement. Amongst these three factors, user perception appears to be the strongest predictor toward online job search enhancement. This study concludes that besides consideration of the identified factors which lead to the successful adoption of online job search, effortless and interactive online job search websites in creating a convenient and favorable job search environment would be able to increase the use of online job search.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of work engagement, flexibility, and feedback on the performance of millennial employees at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Taman. Using a survey method with 100 respondents, the research found that work engagement has the most significant influence (β = 0.52), followed by flexibility (β = 0.40) and feedback (β = 0.38). The results indicate that millennial employees who are actively engaged in their work and receive adequate flexibility demonstrate higher performance. Recommendations are made to enhance engagement programs and feedback systems to support the performance of millennial employees.

Abstract

Corruption within Indonesia's BUMN remains a significant challenge despite various anti-corruption policies being implemented. According to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), from 2004 to 2024, 181 corruption cases involved BUMN, with 38 cases occurring in 2024 alone. Major cases involving PT Timah, Pertamina, Asabri, Jiwasraya, and Garuda Indonesia have resulted in state losses reaching hundreds of trillions of rupiahs. Although policies such as Good Corporate Governance (GCG), a whistleblowing system (WBS), and gratuity control mechanisms have been introduced, their effectiveness remains questionable. The window-dressing phenomenon has made these strategies appear effective on the surface but fail to address the root problems. One of the primary causes of corruption in BUMN is a weak organizational culture. To address this issue, a comprehensive cultural transformation is needed, emphasizing the reinforcement of a strong culture of shame and stricter oversight mechanisms. A well-established culture of shame will create collective awareness that corruption is a disgraceful act harming the nation. Furthermore, implementing fraud control measures and enhancing transparency is expected to reduce corruption practices in BUMN. With a stronger cultural reform, BUMN can function more effectively as national economic drivers while increasing their global competitiveness.

Abstract

The implementation of a sharia accounting information system (SIA) is needed for hospitals that are owned and whose patients are Muslim. Especially for hospitals that have been certified under sharia, it is imperative to own and operate a sharia SIA. The use of Islamic SIA can increase stakeholder satisfaction, especially hospital patients. The purpose of this paper is to explain how the Integrated IT Program can simultaneously improve hospital performance. We use Unified Modeling Language (UML) to develop Sharia AIS. The location of the observation in the context of community service is Muhammadiyah Hospital in Lamongan. The computerized AIS program is developed using UML while the database server uses MySQL and PHP as compilers. The approach to this report is qualitative based. Data were collected by interview, outside observation, and relevant documentation. Review The findings of this report indicate an increase in performance in terms of: new patient registration, invoice creation, printing of financial reports, and monitoring of accounts receivable. The four indicators show performance in terms of shorter working hours. SIA Syariah continues to be developed until all computerized systems are integrated for better compliance with hospital business ethics.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) analyze how motivation influences employee performance within the Protocol Division of Yogyakarta City Government, (2) examine the role of leadership style in affecting employee performance in the same context, and (3) assess the combined impact of motivation and leadership style on employee performance. The study surveyed all 40 employees working in the Protocol Division, applying a saturated sampling method where the entire population serves as the sample. The regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 0.244X1 + 0.671X2. The statistical analysis confirmed the validity and reliability of the research instruments. Classical assumption tests indicated that the regression model was free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and followed a normal distribution. Hypothesis testing showed a t-value of 2.072 and a significance level of 0.045, indicating that motivation has a statistically significant positive effect on performance. Additionally, the leadership variable recorded a t-value of 5.694 with a 0.000 significance level, further confirming a significant positive influence on performance. Leadership style emerged as the most influential factor, with a coefficient of 0.671. The findings conclude that both motivation and leadership style play significant roles in enhancing employee performance in the Yogyakarta City Government’s Protocol Division.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sektor keuangan, merubah aspek kehidupan jadi serba digital, termasuk dalam dunia keuangan, khususnya melalui hadirnya Financial Technology (Fintech) yang memungkinkan terjadinya transaksi keuangan menjadi lebih mudah, cepat dan praktis. Namun, kemudahan tersebut juga membawa dampak terhadap pola konsumsi orang menjadi lebih konsumtif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan fintech terhadap perilaku konsumtif generasi milenial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 150 responden milenial yang aktif menggunakan layanan fintech. Dari hasil analisis, ternyata ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan penggunaan fintech dan perilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji perkembangan e-commerce sebagai fenomena transformasi digital dalam dunia perdagangan global. Melalui analisis komprehensif terhadap evolusi teknologi, perubahan perilaku konsumen, dan adaptasi model bisnis, studi ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang mendorong pertumbuhan e-commerce dan dampaknya terhadap ekonomi, masyarakat, dan lingkungan bisnis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce tidak hanya mengubah cara transaksi dilakukan tetapi juga menciptakan paradigma baru dalam hubungan antara bisnis dengan konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti dalam memahami dan mengantisipasi arah perkembangan e-commerce di masa depan.

Abstract

Komunikasi yang efektif antar departemen merupakan salah satu aspek krusial dalam menjaga stabilitas dan efektivitas kerja organisasi kemahasiswaan, termasuk di lingkungan Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran komunikasi dalam memperkuat kolaborasi dan koordinasi antar departemen Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus aktif serta observasi langsung terhadap dinamika organisasi, ditemukan bahwa kejelasan penyampaian informasi, intensitas interaksi, dan keterbukaan antar anggota menjadi faktor utama yang mendukung kelancaran koordinasi internal. Meskipun demikian, tingkat kesibukan individu dan rendahnya frekuensi umpan balik masih menjadi hambatan yang signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya optimalisasi penggunaan teknologi komunikasi digital serta pelaksanaan pertemuan rutin sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi internal. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai dinamika komunikasi dalam organisasi mahasiswa dan implikasinya terhadap kinerja organisasi.
