Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational behavior through a literature review approach. The analysis reveals that high job satisfaction—reflected in satisfaction with salary, job roles, coworker relations, promotion opportunities, and supervision—significantly contributes to positive employee behavior within the organization. Meanwhile, strong work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, encourages performance enhancement and work engagement. These two variables complement each other in shaping Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), which supports organizational productivity and effectiveness. The study emphasizes the crucial role of managers in fostering a supportive work environment through fair reward systems and effective communication. These findings provide both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of adaptive and sustainable human resource management strategies.

Abstract

In a dynamic and competitive organizational environment, internal conflict is an unavoidable challenge that can significantly affect company performance. This study aims to identify the causes of internal conflict, the types of conflicts that occur, their impact on organizational performance, and strategies for managing them constructively. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research was conducted at PT. Ruyung Karya Mandiri, a manpower service company. The findings reveal that internal conflicts arise from dissatisfaction with compensation, cultural differences between local employees and expatriates, and the lack of employee involvement in decision-making processes. These conflicts negatively impact productivity, employee loyalty, and operational effectiveness. However, through strategies such as cross-cultural training, employee involvement, and human resource mapping, conflicts can be managed as opportunities to improve work systems and enhance organizational performance. This study highlights the importance of strategic and adaptive conflict management in maintaining organizational stability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on improving employee performance at PT Purnama Sinar Gemilang. Work motivation is one of the key factors determining organizational success, as it directly affects employee productivity, discipline, and responsibility. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, consisting of employees and management involved in operational activities and human resource policies. The results of the study indicate that employee motivation remains fluctuating, influenced by intrinsic factors such as responsibility and pride in the job, as well as extrinsic factors including salary, work environment, and reward systems. These findings support Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, which states that job satisfaction can be enhanced through a combination of motivator and hygiene factors. Furthermore, work motivation significantly contributes to improving both individual and organizational performance. Motivated employees tend to demonstrate better performance, greater discipline, and stronger enthusiasm in achieving targets. This study recommends the implementation of sustainable motivation strategies, such as recognition of achievements, career development opportunities, and a transparent and fair reward system. Consequently, PT Purnama Sinar Gemilang can foster a work environment that supports optimal performance and continuous productivity growth.

Abstract

Corruption remains a significant concern in Indonesia due to its extensive impact on government stability, public trust, and national economic performance. Although Indonesia's Corruption Perception Index (CPI) score improved in 2024, its global ranking still reflects substantial challenges in upholding integrity. This research employs a literature review method to analyze the causes and impacts of corruption as well as the effectiveness of anti-corruption policies such as Good Corporate Governance (GCG), gratuity control systems, and Whistleblowing Systems (WBS). The findings reveal that the root of corruption in Indonesia lies not only in weak oversight and policies but also in organizational cultures that tolerate corrupt practices. Therefore, transforming organizational culture and enforcing ethical values are crucial to establishing a transparent, accountable, and high-integrity work environment. This study recommends improving organizational culture, consistently enforcing codes of ethics, and strengthening the legal culture as comprehensive strategies to reduce corruption and enhance the nation's competitiveness.
