Abstract

This study Violation can be defined as a situation where there is a mismatch between the rules and implementation. The regulation is contained in Law Number 22 Year 2009, concerning "Road Traffic and Transportation" which has been stipulated by the state and is valid legally. The current problem shows, there is no information service system for ticket data management, unable to manage the process of grouping the results of the payment of fines properly, because the process is still manual by checking the data of offenders who have made payments, so it takes longer to process the grouping and data management payment results. The objectives of this study are: Knowing the success of the k-means clustering algorithm in the process of grouping the ticket data to the process of grouping the results of the payment of fines. This research uses the clustering method with the k-means algorithm which is one of the algorithms for the formation of data clusters. This algorithm works by dividing the data into k-clusters by grouping data based on certain classes which are then formulated the results by analyzing the articles that are violated and average. the total amount of the penalty payment. Research shows that information services for ticket data management using the k means clustering algorithm can simplify the process of grouping the payment of fines by more than 70%. This can be proven through the results of the hypothesis test which states that t count is smaller than t table with a value of -2.430 <2.178 so that Ha can be accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

            The lack of supply of chili in the market causes the price to rise sharply. The price of chillies is almost unreasonable to far beyond the price of meat. Gray (Spodoptera litura) and Fungus colletotrichum are two of the main causes of chili plants which cause many chili plants to die or fail to harvest. must experience failure due to a lack of understanding of the beginning of the pest attacking the plants. In addition, the attack on chili plants is a high risk that must be faced by farmers.In this study using the Forward Chaining Method. Forward Chaining is an inference process that starts the search from the premise or input data in the form of symptoms leading to conclusions, namely the conclusion of pests that attack chilli plants and provide solutions for advice on handling and prevention based on observed symptoms. Data used from pest data caused by small animals such as caterpillars and flies.The results are expected to be able to identify quickly, precisely and accurately the chili plants. In addition, it is expected to be able to help farmers in anticipating the symptoms of the occurrence of pests in chili plants from an early age so that preventive measures will be taken immediately. Accuracy and accuracy are needed in identifying the symptoms of pest in accordance with the expected results.

Abstract

Raw material costs are an important part of company operations, so we need a system that can accurately present raw material cost data which will be used as consideration for the company in making decisions. The system that is currently running at Kinaya Residence still uses a manual system so it is difficult to find accurate information. Based on the results of preliminary research, it can be concluded that in processing raw material costs using the cost of order method with the following characteristics 1) The nature of production is intermittent depending on on orders received, 2) The shape of the product depends on the specifications of the customer, 3) Collection of production costs is done on the order cost card, 4) the total production cost is calculated after the order is completed, 5) The production cost per unit is calculated, by dividing the total production cost by the total units ordered, 6) Accumulated costs generally use normal costs, 7) Products that have been completed are immediately handed over to the customer. Then to design a raw material cost allocation system that uses traditional methods with the programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessor. With this information system for allocating raw material costs, it is hoped that the presentation of financial reports about raw materials in companies can be done easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Aid programs for underprivileged communities need continuous data collection in overcoming welfare problems, what has happened so far is by providing direct assistance to very poor families in every village in Indonesia. Related to this, the problem that has occurred so far is that the direct assistance program is not right on target, because many deserving families should not receive the assistance. The data obtained from the village government is not accurate, it is found that data is considered invalid. This study aimed to determine the distribution of sewing equipment recipients in the best cluster, for sewing equipment recipients in Greged Village, Cirebon Regency. As one way to improve data accuracy, a computational method or model is needed in the form of a data mining algorithm using the k-means clustering method to generate priority groups among hundreds of citizens or the poor. The stages start from data collection, training data, and testing data that consider several criteria from household information, economic conditions, housing conditions, and the number of household members in Greged Village, Cirebon Regency. The results of the tests carried out using 155 data with the best level of accuracy were in the K3 cluster with the Davies Bouldin Index’s value o: - 0.584. With the K-Means method, it is very appropriate to determine the recipient of the sewing equipment program in Greged Village.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi banyak program yang dicipkan oleh manusia untuk menanggulangi persoalan didalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti Asuransi. PT. Jasaraharja Putera merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa asuransi yang mempunyai banyak sekali macam produk asuransi salah satunya produk asuransi kendaraan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode naïve bayes classifier, yang merupakan salah satu teknik pengklasifikasian dalam data mining sehingga dapat membantu menerima informasi secara akurat dengan mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Data yang diambil dari tahun 2020-2021 produk asurnsi kendaraan menghasilkan nilai akurasi sebesar 95.00% dengan rician prediksi berkualitas dan true berkualitas sebanyak 120, prediksi berkualitas dan true tidak berkualitas sebanyak 7, prediksi tidak berkualitas dan ternyata berkualitas sebanyak 0, prediksi tidak berkualitas dan ternyata berkualitas sebanyak 13. Dengan class recall layak sebesar 100.00% dan class recall tidak layak sebesar 65.00%.

Abstract

Taman Goa Sunyaragi Cirebon adalah salah satu wisata yang cukup populer dengan potensi yang dimilikinya, semakin dikembangkan dan inovasi yang dapat memudahkan kegiatan para pengunjung. Proses pemesanan tiket wisata dengan cara datang langsung dan sebagai sarana untuk melihat informasi semakin banyak. Keterbatasan informasi mengenai wisata tersebut dapat menghambat masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pemesanan tiket wisata berbasis web menggunakan metode waterfall untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada wisata Goa Sunyaragi. Sistem yang diguanakan adalah menggunakan planning, modeling, contruction. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan extreme program, yang memiliki keunggulan pengembangan sistem yang lebih cepat dan proses lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengunjung. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi atau pengamatan wawancara dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi pemesanan tiket wisata berbasis web mampu mmempermudah dalam melakukan pelayanan sehingga meningkatkan aktivitas dan kinerja di Goa Sunyaragi Cirebon.

Abstract

Abstract The village of Kendal has experienced a decline in local income due to the high rate of property tax arrears, with 226 taxpayers (19% of residents) known to have outstanding payments. Additionally, with 1,159 separate residents residing in 10 block areas with varying tax amounts, it has become increasingly difficult for the Village Apparatus to profile taxpayers based on their characteristics. To overcome these problems, a data analysis model based on Machine Learning technology will be developed using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) Method combined with the K-Means method. The objective of this study is to create a cluster analysis model that can accurately map the characteristics of taxpayers, making it easier for the Village Apparatus to identify and assist residents who need to pay their property tax. This proposed solution will also simplify the reporting process to the central government regarding the estimated regional revenue sourced from property tax.

Abstract

Cisantana Kuningan Village, in carrying out its entrepreneurship, has used the internet, but the use of this technology has not been optimal. The problem faced by partners is that the use of information technology is still not optimal as a promotional medium for their entrepreneurial products. Partners' limited knowledge and ability to use internet media and e-commerce media is limited to using the WhatsApp application. The solution offered by the PM team is to solve the problems faced by partners by holding training on the use of e-commerce media literacy technology as a product promotion medium. The PM implementation method consists of field surveys, permits, problem analysis, problem solutions, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The output results that will be achieved in this activity are increasing the ability of partners in utilizing information technology and the ability of partners in creating promotional media.

Abstract

Babakan Mulya Village in Kuningan Regency is a location that has significant economic potential in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises MSME sector. However, this potential has not been fully exploited due to the challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting Information Technology (IT) as a tool to develop their business. Therefore, IT utilization training for MSMEs in Babakan Mulya Village is an important initiative to increase the competitiveness of the local economy. Babakan Mulya Village is located in Kuningan Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This village has a number of MSMEs covering various sectors, such as agriculture, crafts and traditional culinary delights. However, most of these MSMEs face obstacles in adopting. Cases that often occur are the inability to utilize online platforms to market their products, lack of understanding of the importance of IT in business management, and limited access to digital technology. The results of MSME empowerment activities in Babakan Mulya Village, Kuningan through training in the use of information technology, it can be concluded that the implementation Information technology has had a real positive impact on MSMEs and communities in the village. First, the adoption of information technology has increased the operational efficiency of MSMEs. Production processes and inventory management become more structured and efficient, allowing them to meet market demand in a more timely and quality manner. Second, the use of information technology expands market reach. With the ability to market products online, Babakan Mulya Village MSMEs can reach customers in various regions, even at the national level. This opens up new opportunities for business growth and increased revenue.
