Abstract

Career path and supervision of employee work performance are the main elements in managing human resources for employees, and as a process that aims to improve the career of the workforce in accordance with their talents and abilities, so that they can function properly and optimally for the company. In managing employee career paths at Pintex, many employees do not meet the qualifications so that it can hamper the development of career paths for employees. Based on these problems in managing career levels of employee performance using the prototype method. Through this method it is expected to facilitate the process of assessing employee performance better and easier. he results of this study, are expected to help and facilitate the management of employee career paths, with the hope of improving employee performance in the company.

Abstract

The use of computer technology helps a lot in human performance in various data and information management. Therefore, researchers use computers to make analyzes that can predict favorite books based on data from book borrowing records in the library. Researchers use is data mining. Data mining is a term used to describe the discovery of knowledge in databases, using statistical techniques, mathematics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to extract and identify information that is useful for science. The use of data mining requires a method that can manage book borrowing data so that it gets the predictions of favorite books. The method used is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). The results of the accuracy in this study are 98.75%, Prediction of Disinterest with true Not Interest is 28 data, Prediction of Disinterest with true Interest is 1 data, Prediction of Interest with true No Interest is 0 data, Interest Prediction with true Interest is 54 data.

Abstract

Local taxes are taxes set by local governments whose collection authority and tax proceeds are used to fund regional expenditures. One of the taxes included in the authority of local governments is the Land and Building Tax (PBB). Land and Building Tax is one of the taxes that can be paid through the village government. With the increasing number of taxpayers in the village, the data on payment of tax contributions that go directly to the state treasury causes the Kendal Village government, Astanajapura District, Cirebon Regency not to know how many taxpayers are obedient and disobedient. This study uses data mining techniques namely the Clustering Method using the K-Means method. This study uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stage with the amount of data used as much as 1,159 in the form of taxpayer data for the Kendal Village community in 2021. The results of the RapidMiner test using the Davies Bouldin Index calculation obtained a cluster determination value with a value of 4 (0.862). Cluster 0 contains members who have a low level of compliance in paying PBB, Cluster 1 contains members of taxpayers with a moderate level of compliance in paying PBB, Cluster 2 has a high level of taxpayer compliance and Cluster 3 is a cluster with a very high level of taxpayer compliance. By having the most dominant average price determined by PBB in each cluster is Rp. 18.000,-.

Abstract

Raw material costs are an important part of company operations, so we need a system that can accurately present raw material cost data which will be used as consideration for the company in making decisions. The system that is currently running at Kinaya Residence still uses a manual system so it is difficult to find accurate information. Based on the results of preliminary research, it can be concluded that in processing raw material costs using the cost of order method with the following characteristics 1) The nature of production is intermittent depending on on orders received, 2) The shape of the product depends on the specifications of the customer, 3) Collection of production costs is done on the order cost card, 4) the total production cost is calculated after the order is completed, 5) The production cost per unit is calculated, by dividing the total production cost by the total units ordered, 6) Accumulated costs generally use normal costs, 7) Products that have been completed are immediately handed over to the customer. Then to design a raw material cost allocation system that uses traditional methods with the programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessor. With this information system for allocating raw material costs, it is hoped that the presentation of financial reports about raw materials in companies can be done easily, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

            The lack of supply of chili in the market causes the price to rise sharply. The price of chillies is almost unreasonable to far beyond the price of meat. Gray (Spodoptera litura) and Fungus colletotrichum are two of the main causes of chili plants which cause many chili plants to die or fail to harvest. must experience failure due to a lack of understanding of the beginning of the pest attacking the plants. In addition, the attack on chili plants is a high risk that must be faced by farmers.In this study using the Forward Chaining Method. Forward Chaining is an inference process that starts the search from the premise or input data in the form of symptoms leading to conclusions, namely the conclusion of pests that attack chilli plants and provide solutions for advice on handling and prevention based on observed symptoms. Data used from pest data caused by small animals such as caterpillars and flies.The results are expected to be able to identify quickly, precisely and accurately the chili plants. In addition, it is expected to be able to help farmers in anticipating the symptoms of the occurrence of pests in chili plants from an early age so that preventive measures will be taken immediately. Accuracy and accuracy are needed in identifying the symptoms of pest in accordance with the expected results.

Abstract

SMP NEGERI 6 Cirebon City is a school that has an A accreditation score and gets the title as a National Standard School. However, there are still problems including when the exam is still visible cheating, the lack of types of questions and seating positions that allow students to work together, the values ??obtained from each lesson are still manually inputted from each class by each eye teacher. lessons, and there are teachers who feel tired to count and match the answers for each subject being tested. The method used is the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), using the earliest SDLC approach used for software development, namely WaterFall. The results of the study indicate that this online-based exam system can help improve the effectiveness of online exams at SMP Negeri 6 Cirebon City for the better.

Abstract

Learning Accounting is an essential part of business and finance education. To ensure effective learning, an innovative approach is needed to optimize the understanding of concepts and practical applications in the field of accounting. One technology that has attracted attention in this context is Artificial Intelligence, particularly through the utilization of ChatGPT. However, there are still challenges in teaching accounting. Conventional learning systems are often less interactive and cannot provide adequate individual support to students. Therefore, a new approach is needed to enhance student interaction with instructors. The aim of this research is to analyze and implement the utilization of ChatGPT in the development of accounting educati to improve the understanding of accounting concepts and enhance students' ability to apply accounting knowledge. The research method employs an experimental approach involving a group of students in a learning program utilizing ChatGPT as a virtual assistant. ChatGPT provides explanations, answers questions, and provides feedback to students. To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of using AI (ChatGPT) in accounting education, the System Usability Scale is used.The results of this research indicate that the use of AI, particularly through ChatGPT, in accounting education can provide significant benefits. Students experience improvements in their understanding of accounting concepts, practical abilities, better individual support, and increased motivation and interest in learning accounting, with an accuracy rate of 80.625%.

Abstract

Mega Baja Cipondoh, a construction material store in Tangerang, is experiencing suboptimal sales and revenue decline. This research addresses the issue through Fp-Growth algorithm application in sales data analysis using RapidMiner. With a minimum Support of 0.002, minimum Confidence of 0.8, and lift value of 1, six significant association rules are identified. For instance, 10.4% of transactions involve purchasing both Hollo Galvanis and Pipa Galvanis. Customers buying Hollo Galvanis have a 9.6 times higher chance of also purchasing Pipa Galvanis, achieving a 100% success rate. Implementation of these findings is expected to enhance Mega Baja Cipondoh's sales strategy, optimize sales, and improve customer satisfaction, laying the groundwork for future developments in construction material sales data analysis.

Abstract

Through Information Technology (IT), the internet is now used to encourage business and market activities. This research aims to conduct sentiment analysis of Shopee application reviews on the Google Play Store platform by applying the Naïve Bayes algorithm classification method. As one of the leading e-commerce applications, Shopee relies heavily on user feedback to continuously improve the quality of its services. A deep understanding of customer sentiment revealed in app reviews can be the foundation for continuous improvement and improvement. The Naïve Bayes algorithm classification method was implemented to categorize sentiment in customer reviews on the Shopee application on the Google Play Store. The data used involves a large number of reviews covering various aspects of the application. The sentiment analysis process involves data prepprocessing, feature extraction, and Naïve Bayes mode training. The results of this research provide an overview of how users respond to the Shopee application, identifying positive, neutral and negative sentiment patterns that may influence the application's reputation and popularity. These findings can be a guide for application developers to focus on certain aspects that influence user satisfaction. In addition, the application of the Naïve Bayes algorithm classification method proves its reliability in identifying customer sentiment efficiently, contributing to a deep understanding regarding the use of this algorithm in the context of analysis sentiment on the application platform.

Abstract

Nutrition has a very important role in maintaining the health of the human body, especially in children and toddlers. The current level of health of toddlers and children is still a challenge in every region. Balance in nutritional consumption has a significant impact on children's growth and development phases, increasing their learning capacity, and making a positive contribution to their future. Currently, the problem at the Mulus Rahayu posyandu Kp. Sukarame, Cileunyi Kulon Village, Bandung Regency is that there are still many parents who do not understand the importance of balanced nutrition for toddlers. Some toddlers are known to experience malnutrition problems, while others are obese. However, no attempt has been made to group data based on the nutritional value characteristics of toddlers using the K-Means Clustering algorithm, based on height, weight and age of toddlers. To categorize into groups such as good nutrition and poor nutrition. Through the application of the K-Means algorithm, it is possible to group the nutritional values of toddlers more symmetrically, providing a basis for earlier prevention efforts by posyandu cadres in handling problems of good nutrition and malnutrition. In this research, the methods applied include literature study and observation. The results of this research are able to categorize the nutritional value of toddlers as a whole, providing a basis for initial preventive steps that can be taken by posyandu cadres in dealing with good and poor nutrition of toddlers.
