This study aims to identify the factors that influence students' intention to plagiarize or plagiarize. To model plagiarism intention and behavior among college students, this proposed research refers to Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) by incorporating new variables of moral obligation and past behavior and using ICT literacy as part of perceived behavioral control. With a sample of 511 FKIP UNJA students, this study used a research methodology and model parameter estimation supported by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Testing the validity and reliability with the PLS Algorithm stages produces path coefficients (PLS-Algorithm). Based on the output coefficient path indicator which has a loading factor coefficient below 0.708 is dropped from the research model. After dropping indicators that do not match the criteria (<0.708), all items have reached a reliable point. Construct reliability was calculated using Cronbach Alpha and Composite reliability (CR) yielded greater than (>0.7) and AVE exceeded the acceptable value (>0.5) and thus the questionnaire items fulfilled and ensured the reliability of the instrument. The results of the construct reliability check based on discriminant validity can be done by looking at the AVE value to show the size of the indicator variance contained by the construct. Discriminant validity criteria refer to where the AVE value limit is 0.5. The results show that all AVE values for are (>0.5). In addition, the value of the square root of the AVE indicates a high discriminant validity value and can be accepted because the AVE square root value of all variable constructs is above the correlation value between the other construct values.

This research was intended to test the instrument’s validity with data using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) using SPSS 23.0 to determine the structure and explore the factors in the indicator Learning Culture Variable. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) First Order was carried out to verify the factorial validity of the Learning Culture construct and to determine the nature of Learning Culture in the context of Islamic Boarding Schools in Jambi City. By using random sampling, a total of 162 samples were taken to test the quality of the instrument from 534 main respondents, namely teachers at Islamic boarding schools in Jambi City who were involved in the main research. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional survey design to analyze the factor structure of the Learning Culture variable. Quantitative data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18. The findings of this study are that EFA produces a similar structure from previous studies and this study. The CFA approach verified that the Learning Culture Variable questionnaire was satisfactory for Islamic boarding school teachers in Jambi City, Indonesia. This study explains that establishing validity is an important step for developing a scientific scale for measuring the questionnaire. The construct validity has substantially increased over time and through many previous studies. This scale requires further adjustments to increase the reliability and the ability to explain differences associated with constructs measured in different contexts, cultures and conditions.

This study aims to analyze the contribution of industrial work practice and academic ability towards students' perceptions of readiness to enter the world of work in class III of the Office Administration Department of SMKN 1 Jambi. This study used a quantitative method with a sample size of 84 respondents. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students, then were analyzed by inferential statistics using simple regression and multiple regression data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was known that the contribution of X1 to Y was 22.7% with the regression equation Y = 50.962 + 0.942 X, which means that there was a positive effect of X1 on Y. Furthermore, the contribution of X2 to Y was 32.8% with the regression equation Y = 46.074 + 0.867 X, which means that X2 had a positive effect on Y. Then, the contribution of X1 and X2 to Y was 42.4% with the regression equation Y = 29.026 + 0.691 X1 + 0.727 X2. This means that the effect of industrial work practices (X1) and academic ability (X2) together (simultaneously) on readiness to enter the world of work (Y) was 42.4%, the remaining 57.6% was influenced by other factors. Thus, it can be concluded that industrial work practices and academic abilities contribute to students' perceptions of readiness to enter the world of work.

In the current era of globalization, it has become a necessity for the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for academic administrative services in schools. The use of ICT for academic administrative services is nothing new in Indonesia. However, there are still many teachers and administrative staff at every school in Indonesia who still do not use ICT for academic administrative services. This can not be separated from the lack of access of teachers and administrative staff to ICT itself. This lack of access may cause teachers and administrative staff in some schools to still use conventional academic service styles, causing strengthening of governance, accountability and public image of school institutions to be less positive. The use of a conventional academic service style, for example a manual student assessment process, if left unchecked may cause a school as a "learning organization" to not develop or develop slowly. The Training on the Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Academic Administration Services for Teachers and Administrative Staff of SMKN PP Jambi is expected to strengthen governance, accountability and public image of school institutions, especially SMKN PP Jambi.

This study examines the direct effect of entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge management, innovation capacity, and strategy implementation on the performance of Jambi University teaching staff. This research used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 197 Education Staff at the University of Jambi. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicated that; (1) entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management had a significant and positive impact on increasing innovation capacity. That is, the higher the entrepreneurial orientation and knowledge management by institutions, in this case at the University of Jambi, the better the innovation in business competitiveness. (2) knowledge management did not affect strategy implementation. It means that knowledge management indirectly has no role in the performance and implementation of strategies at Jambi University in the context of business competitiveness in the BLU financial management pattern. (3) entrepreneurial orientation, innovation capacity, and strategy implementation had a significant effect on improving the performance of Jambi University institutions, meaning that the higher the entrepreneurial orientation, innovation capacity, and strategy implementation, the better the performance of Jambi University institutions in supporting universities with public service agency status (BLU).

This research explored the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the ability of self-innovation and adjustment of learning models for students. It focused on the internship program at one education program, in a public university in Jambi. Based on the research problems and objectives, this research used a generic qualitative approach. It explored the structure of consciousness as experienced from the first-person point of view. The central system of an experience is its intentionality, which is directed at something because it is an experience or about some object. An experience is required for an object based on its content or meaning (representing the object) along with the appropriate enabling conditions.
