Abstract

The problem in this study is that the development of the city of Padang gateball has not been known. The purpose of this research is to find out the coaching of gateball sports in the city of Padang. This type of research is descriptive, this study was conducted on august 28, 2021 in the field of the Public Works and Public Housing Office (PUPR) of Padang city. The population in this study was the official and gateball athletes of the padang city which was 33 people. Sampling techniques using saturated sample techniques, then the samples in this study are: (10) the manager of the Padang City Pergatsi Pengkab who is still active, (2) the coach who handles gateball athletes, (21) gateball athletes. The data collection techniques in this study used research questionnaires and interviews, observations and documentation. The results of research 1) In the management of the board, the Pergatsi of Padang city runs with makeshift, including minimal facilities, less human resources. (2) coaches who handle gateball athletes, (21) gateball athletes. The data collection techniques in this study used research questionnaires and interviews, observations and documentation. Namely the absence of physical exercise programs, mental exercise programs, tactical training programs and skill training programs by coaches. 3) The facilities and infrastructure owned by the City of Padang are sufficient.

Abstract

Based on the observation of the researcher is the low motivation to practice and the low agility of the female player Rajawali Football Club Padang The purpose of this study was effect of lateral run training, zig-zag run training, and motivation practice on player’s agility rajawali women’s football club Padang. This type of research is a quasi-experimental method that uses treatment with a Level 2 x 2 design, namely a factorial experiment involving two factors. The sample of this research is the female player Rajawali FC Padang who is 17 years old, totaling 20 people. Motivation practice data was measured using a questionnaire, and to measure football agility using the Illinois Agility test, then continued with testing requirements analysis of variance and data analysis using variance (ANAVA) 2 x 2. The results of data analysis showed that: (1) There was no difference in the effect of the lateral run training form and the zig-zag run training on the agility soccer players, (2) There was no interaction between the lateral run training, zig-zag run training and the player’s motivation on the agility soccer players.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of extensive and intensive interval training methods and eye-foot coordination on the smash ability of volleyball athletes. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental method using treatment with a Level 2 x 2 design. The sample in this study was male volleyball athletes from the Riau Province Sports High School, amounting to 28 people. Ankle coordination test using Soccer Wall Volley test, and smash ability using smash skill test. The results showed 1) there was a difference in the effect of the extensive interval training method and the intensive interval training method on smash ability where Fh 47.14 > Ft 3.01. 2) there is an interaction between the exercise method and ankle coordination seen from Fh 24 > Ft 3.01. 3) In high category eye-foot coordination, extensive interval training method is better than intensive interval training method to improve smash ability as seen from Qcount 11.36 > Qtable 3.34. 4) There is no difference in the effect of low eye-foot coordination between the intensive training method and the extensive interval method on increasing smash ability, it can be seen from Qcount 2.60 < Qtable 3.34.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana program pembinaan olahraga prestasi Wushu Kabupaten Kerinci, Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan dalam fenomena penurunan prestasi cabang olahraga Wushu Kabupaten Kerinci. hal tersebut terlihat dari menurunnya perolehan medali pada PORPROV Jambi. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi yang positif bagi kegiatan pembinaan cabang olahraga Wushu Kabupaten Kerinci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aspek Context, setiap kegiatan hampir seluruhnya dipegang oleh pelatih dan pengurus seperti tujuan, landasan dan kebutuhan disesuaiakan dengan visi-misi 2) Aspek Input, pengurus, pelatih, atlet, sarana prasarana dan pendanaan. di lihat dari kualifikasi pengurus jelas dengan adanya surat tugas resmi yang tertulis serta untuk pelatih telah ada yang memiliki sertifikat. untuk atlet wushu Kabupaten Kerinci sudah cukup baik dimana atlet memiliki kemampuan, potensi untuk dikembangkan hanya saja di sayangkan kurangnya efektif dengan sarana prasarana yang masih belum memadai. dan Pendanaan wushu Kabupaten Kerinci berasal dari KONI Kabupaten Kerinci 3). Aspek Process, diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan dan wawancara pelaksanaan program latihan Wushu Kabupaten Kerinci terbilang sudah sesuai dengan rencana program pada latihan fisik, teknik, dan taktik maupun mental. hanya saja terkendala pada sarana dan prasarana yang masih belum memadai dan permasalahan lainnya terlihat bahwa atlet yang masih ada tidak rutin dalam mengikuti latihan dan masih ada yang terlambat. 4). Aspek Product, Dalam peningkatan sikap, wawasan maupun kemampuan dalam proses program latihan sudah baik sebab adanya ketegasan dari pengurus dan pelatih yang cukup disiplin dan memberi sanksi pada atlet yang kurang disiplin hal tersebut dapat meningkatkan sikap dan mental dari atlet. Prestasi atlet harus dimaksimalkan lagi dari sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research is based on the school's fact that student learning outcomes are still low from the previous semester, student scores are still below average or below graduation standards. The purpose of this research is to see how big the contribution of nutritional status and economic status to students' physical education. The population in this study were students27 Ulak Karang Elementary School, Padang Citya total of 131 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, so the sample in this study was set at 30 people, namely class V and VI girls only. To obtain research data, NHCS was used, a questionnaire to reveal the economic status of parents and learning outcomes from report cards. The data obtained were analyzed by simple product moment correlation, and continued with multiple correlations to get the relationship between the three variables, for the contribution was carried out with the determinant coefficient. The results of the analysis show that, there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and physical education learning outcomes where rcount 0.385 > rtable 0.361 at = 0.05. There is a significant relationship between Economic Status and Physical Education learning outcomes where rcount 0.488 > rtable 0.361 at =0.05.There is a joint relationship between nutritional status and economic status on student physical education learning outcomes27 Ulak Karang Elementary School, Padang Citywhere Rcount 0.555 > Rtable 0.361 at =0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the economic status in learning, especially physical education for elementary school students in the city of Padang, plays an important role in supporting nutritional health and can provide benefits and education to educators and guardians of students in implementing nutritional and economic status for physical education. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh status gizi, kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan SD Negeri 3 Muaro Kabupaten sijunjung. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi adalah seluruh peserta didik SD Negeri 3 Muaro Kabupaten Sijunjung kelas I dan VI semester 2 Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 151 peserta didik. sampel adalah peserta didik yang berumur 10-12 tahun atau kelas lima (V) 29 orang, dan enam (VI) 26 orang dengan jumlah keseluruhan 55 orang. Teknik penarikan sampling adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian status gizi menggunakan IMT, kesegaran jasmani menggunakan Tes Kesegaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) untuk usia 10-12 tahun, motivasi belajar menggunakan angket dengan skala likert, hasil belajar  adalah dengan tes praktik atau tes kinerja (performance test). Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan status gizi terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik di SD Negeri 3 Muaro Kabupaten Sijunjung. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Kebugaran jasmani terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada peserta didik. (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung status gizi terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik. (5) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Kebugaran jasmani terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik. (6) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara status gizi, Kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara status gizi, kebugaran jasmani dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan. Effect of Nutritional Status, Physical Fitness, Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes of PJOK SD AbstractThe purpose of the study was to determine the influence of nutritional status, physical fitness and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of physical education in sports and health of SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a path analysis approach (Path Analysis). The population is all students of SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung Regency, class I and VI semester 2 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year as many as 151 students. the sample was learners aged 10-12 years or fifth grade (V) 29 people, and six (VI) 26 people with a total of 55 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Nutritional status research instruments using BMI, physical freshness using the Indonesian Physical Freshness Test (TKJI) for ages 10-12 years, motivation to learn using questionnaires with a likert scale, learning outcomes are with practical tests or performance tests (performance tests). Data analysis techniques are carried out descriptively and inferentially. Results: (1) There is a direct and significant influence of nutritional status on learning outcomes in students at SD Negeri 3 Muaro, Sijunjung Regency. (2) There is a direct influence of physical fitness on learning outcomes in students. (3) There is a direct influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes in students. (4) There is an indirect influence of nutritional status on learning outcomes through student learning motivation. (5) There is an indirect influence of physical fitness on learning outcomes through student learning motivation. (6) There is a significant influence between nutritional status, physical fitness and simultaneous learning motivation on student learning outcomes. Conclusions there is a significant influence between nutritional status, physical fitness and learning motivation on learning outcomes of sports and health physical education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the possibility of a causal relationship between variables without manipulating a variable. This type of research is quantitative using path analysis techniques (phat analysis). This research was conducted at Sijunjung 01 Public Elementary School. The population is 139 Prospective Tennis Athletes with a sample of 10-15% or 20-25% of the existing population. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively and interactively. Presentation of data using a frequency distribution list and histogram.The results obtained from the variables nutritional status of Prospective Tennis Athletes and Physical Fitness Prospective Tennis Athletes at SD Negeri 01 Sijunjung, there is a direct effect of nutritional status (X2) on Physical Fitness (Y) of ҏyx2 = 0.190. The variable parenting style and physical fitness has a direct effect on parenting style (X3) on physical fitness (Y) of ҏyx3 = 0.176. Calculation of path analysis, there is an indirect effect of motivation (X1) on physical fitness (Y) through parenting (X3) of 0.192. Calculation of path analysis, there is an indirect effect of nutritional status (X2) on physical fitness (Y) through parenting (X3) of 0.213. There is a simultaneous effect on motivation (X1), nutritional status (X2), parenting style (X3) and physical fitness (Y) obtained Rsquare = 0.338 or an effect of 33. Confirm to coach as a subject athletes needs a development and exercise effect nutritions.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti dilapangan terlihat bahwa kurang maksimalnya materi pendekatan latihan dalam menerapkan pembelajaran lompat jauh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan model latihan dan tingkat motivasi terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 orang siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru setelah dilakukan pembagian kelompok (75x27=20)% tingkat motivasi latihan tinggi dan (75x27%=20) tingkat motivasi latihan rendah. Instrument yang digunakan adalah Test Lompat Jauh dan angket skala liker. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan anava dua jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tuckey. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa: (1) Secara keseluruhan Pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval lebih baik dari pada pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training. (2) Terdapat interaksi antara pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval dan pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training dengan motivasi terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. (3) Pada motivasi latihan kategori tinggi pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval lebih baik dari pada pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. (4) Pada motivasi latihan kategori rendah pendekatan latihan plyometric metode circuit training lebih baik dari pada pendekatan latihan plyometric metode interval terhadap hasil lompat jauh siswa putera kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 14 Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci :Interval, Circuit Training, Motivasi, Hasil Lompat Jauh.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of arm muscle strength, eye-hand coordination and concentration on the free throw ability of the Binuang Sakti basketball athletes in Sijunjung district. This research is a type of path analysis research. This research was carried out in the Sibinuang Sakti Basketball Court, Sijunjung Regency. The population comes from all basketball athletes in Sijunjung Regency totaling 41 people. The samples came from basketball athletes, totaling 26 people. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS version 16. The results showed that there was a significant effect of arm muscle strength, eye-hand coordination and concentration on the free throw ability of basketball athletes in Binuang Sakti, Sijunjung district.

Abstract

Masalah: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum adanya dokumentasi bagaimana sejarah ringkas aliran silat tradisional sanggar palito nyalo, persyaratan menjadi anak sasian (murid) aliran silat tradisional sanggar palito nyalo, serta gerakan dan makna gerakan aliran silat tradisional sanggar palito nyalo di Koto Panjang. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dokumentasi dan mengetahui gambaran tentang aliran silat tradisional sanggar palito nyalo di Koto Panjang Limau Manis Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi lapangan dibantu dengan studi kepustakaan dengan langkah kerja sebagai berikut, (1). Observasi (2). Wawancara (3). Dokumentasi (4). Pencatatan (5). Klasifikasi serta Analisis. Informan berjumlah 6 orang, tuo silat, pembina, ketua sanggar, wakil ketua sanggar, pelatih. Satu informan kunci, dan informan tambahan. Diterapkanlah analisa kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dalam mengumpulkan data. Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aliran silat tradisional sanggar palito nyalo berasal dari daerah Koto Panjang Limau Manis Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang, Djamaluddin Umar Rajo Kuaso adalah orang yang pertama kali memprakarsai sanggar dan memperkenalkan silat tersebut di Koto Panjang sekitar tahun 1989. Persyaratan menjadi anak sasian adalah izin orang tua, limau kapeh, pisau ketek, camin, kapeh, kain putiah, siriah langkok, bareh, sadakah alakadar. Terdapat 16 gerakan utama dalam gerakan silat ini yang di awali dengan langkah tigo. Kesimpulan. Diharapkan pada tuo silat dan para guru untuk terus membimbing dan memperhatikan anak sasian yang memiliki minat yang tinggi untuk mempelajari silat tradisional ini dan menjaga kelestarian adat dan budaya.
