Abstract

This research aims to: 1) determine the effect of bullying behavior on student learning achievement; 2) Analyze the impact of bullying behavior apart from its impact on learning achievement. This type of research includes ex post facto research which is carried out on the basis of events or phenomena that occur to find bullying behavior on student learning achievement. The approach taken is a descriptive quantitative approach and a literature review method. This method is used to collect, identify, evaluate and interpret articles that focus on describing the impact of bullying behavior in elementary schools. The research results show that bullying behavior has an impact on students' learning achievement. shows that 15.4% of students' learning achievement in elementary schools is influenced by bullying behavior and the remaining 84.6% is influenced by other causes. Through the literature review method, it was found that bullying behavior can have an impact on poor socialization, low self-confidence, decreased self-esteem in the future, low social skills of students, inability to communicate with other people, experiencing depression, anxiety, and the possibility of hurting themselves.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of organizational experience in the formation of competitive student character in the higher education environment. The literature study research method was used to summarize key findings that support the positive influence of organizational participation on student character development. The results of this study indicate that student organizations have a considerable role in shaping character values through student activities provided in higher education. Organizational experience contributes to the improvement of leadership and teamwork skills, shaping the character of student who are adaptive and ready to contribute in a professional environment. Due to the role of ormawa in the campus towards the formation of student character, student can later have knowledge and experience in organizing, as well as character building which can later become the hallmark of student.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan belajar dan motivasi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tadulako angkatan 2022. Faktor-faktor seperti peran orang tua, kondisi fasilitas, serta antusiasme dan pencapaian target belajar diidentifikasi sebagai variabel utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja akademik. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik sampling jenuh, melibatkan 30 mahasiswa sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner online googleform, dan analisis data menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, terutama dalam hal ketekunan dan pencapaian target. Sementara itu, lingkungan belajar, termasuk ketersediaan fasilitas akademik, tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Namun, peran orang tua dalam mendukung proses belajar sangat berperan dalam menciptakan suasana yang kondusif bagi mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan motivasi belajar dan dukungan lingkungan sosial perlu diprioritaskan untuk mendorong pencapaian akademik yang lebih baik.

Abstract

In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the existence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of millennial employees is becoming increasingly relevant, and understanding of this phenomenon can be broadened by considering two important aspects: servant leadership and work-life balance. Servant leadership, emphasizing service and individual empowerment, motivates millennial employees to play an active role in positively contributing to the organization. The research aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership and work-life balance on organizational citizenship behavior. The sample in this study consisted of 160 millennial employee respondents who worked in the creative industry sector, determined using a convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument, which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through testing research instruments with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, it is stated that servant leadership and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The research implications stated by reviewing it from the perspective of servant leadership and work-life balance significantly impact human resource management practices and organizational development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of agile leadership through commitment to the performance of the state civil apparatus either directly or indirectly. This type of research is descriptive causal which analyzes the main problem regarding Agile Leadership and Female ASN Performance through Mediation of Commitment in Palu City Government. This study used a sample of 164 respondents, the respondents were state civil apparatus led by female leaders in six offices in the Palu City government. The sampling method used the Cluster Area Sampling Method. Hypothesis testing is done with t test and data analysis using Path Anlisys or path analysis test using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that the agile leadership variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government. Agile leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on the commitment of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government. The commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government. Commitment variable does not mediate the effect of agile leadership on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Palu City Government.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine and explain the influence of motivation, education level, and leadership model on the performance of members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. Type of the research was survey research. The population consisted of 30 members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. The sample was determined based on the census where the entire population was sampled. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of multiple regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results show that the motivation and leadership model have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. The level of education has no significant influence on the performance of members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant positive influence on the performance of the members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk edukasi pentingnya penggunaan database terhadap kinerja kelurahan Tatura Selatan. Fokus utama adalah pada bagaimana database dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, pelayanan publik, pengambilan keputusan, serta keamanan data di kelurahan tersebut. Pendekatan pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan database secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data, mengurangi kesalahan dan duplikasi informasi. Pelayanan publik menjadi lebih responsif dan tepat waktu, berkat akses cepat terhadap data yang relevan. Selain itu, database memungkinkan analisis data yang mendalam, mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan strategis. Keamanan data juga meningkat dengan adanya fitur perlindungan yang kuat, menjaga informasi sensitif dari akses tidak sah. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi database di kelurahan Tatura Selatan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas pelayanan, berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Education on the Importance of Database Availability for the Effectiveness of South Tatura Village Performance Community service aims to educate the Tatura Selatan urban village on the importance of database usage for improving performance. The main focus is on how databases can enhance the efficiency of data management, public services, decision-making, and data security in the village. The approach of this service is socialization. The results of the service showed that the use of databases significantly increases the efficiency of data management and reduces errors and duplication of information. Public services become more responsive and timely thanks to quick access to relevant data. Additionally, databases enable in-depth data analysis, supporting better and more strategic decision-making. Data security is also improved with strong protection features, safeguarding sensitive information from unauthorized access. Overall, the implementation of the database in Tatura Selatan successfully improved operational efficiency and service quality, contributing to the well-being of the local community.

Abstract

Studi ini ingin melihat bagaimana permberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam mendukung proses implementasi Program Kelurahan Cantik pada setiap tingkatan RT di Kelurahan Tatura Selatan. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan data statistik bagi para ketua RT yang berjumlah 25 orang dan pejabat kelurahan, sehingga mereka dapat lebih efektif dalam mengelola administrasi dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan data. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan berbagai manfaat penting seperti peningkatan kualitas layanan publik, penggunaan sumber daya yang lebih efisien, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, pengembangan inovasi lokal, dan penguatan kapasitas administratif. Walaupun begitu, tantangan seperti keterbatasan teknologi dan keterampilan SDM tetap menjadi kendala yang perlu diatasi. Pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kontribusi pemberdayaan SDM melalui program Kelurahan Cantik ini terhadap peningkatan kinerja pemerintah dalam hal ini kelurahan, serta membangun daya inovasi sumber daya manusia dalam bekerja. Empowerment of Human Resources to Support the Implementation of the “Kelurahan Cinta Statistik” Program This study aims to explore how Human Resource empowerment supports the implementation of the Kelurahan Cantik Program at each RT level in Kelurahan Tatura Selatan. The program's goal is to enhance the understanding and skills of the 25 RT heads and sub-district officials in using statistical data, enabling them to manage administration more effectively and make data-driven decisions. The study's results indicate that the program provides several significant benefits, including improved public service quality, more efficient resource use, active community participation, local innovation development, and strengthened administrative capacity. However, challenges such as technological limitations and gaps in human resource skills remain obstacles that need to be addressed. This initiative offers a deep understanding of how Human Resource empowerment through the Kelurahan Cantik Program contributes to improving local government performance and fostering human resource innovation in their work.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu model penerapan pengetahuan tentang peran partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengelola Badan Usaha Milik Desa di Desa Bangkir Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Toli-Toli. Pengabdian ini didasarkan karena dalam pemngelolaan BUMDES dilokasi pengabdian belum berjalan secara efektif karena rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, sehingga perlu diberikan penguatan mengenai peran partisipasi Masyarakat dalam pengelolaan BUMDES dengan tujuan untuk kesejahteraan Masyarakat setempat. Untuk itu, melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Publik Universitas Tadulako, diharapkan aparat dan Masyarakat Desa Bangkir Kecamatan Dampal Selatan Kabupaten Toli-Toli dapat menerima manfaat dari sosialisasi yang dilakukan. Adapun tahapan pengabdian ini terdiri dari pra dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yang meliputi persiapan, penyampaian, sosialisasi, dan penutup. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi mengenai peran partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan BUMDes telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat. Namun, perlu upaya berkelanjutan untuk menjaga semangat partisipasi dan memastikan keberhasilan BUMDes dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence directly or indirectly (Intervening) of Leadership on Nurse Motivation, and Workload as an intermediate variable. The population consists of 376 nurses at Undata Hospital in Palu City. Of the 376 populations sampled in this study, 194. This research is descriptive and will be analyzed by Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results showed that (1) Leadership has a direct influence on the Motivation of Undata Hospital Nurses. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 5.198 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the path coefficient has a positive value of 0.496; (2) the Leadership variable has a direct influence on the Workload of Undata Hospital nurses t-count value of 14.417 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the path coefficient has a positive value of 0.765 and (3) the Workload variable has a direct influence on the motivation of Undata Hospital nurses has a t-count value of 4.952 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the path coefficient has a positive value of 0.409. (4) for the indirect influence of leadership variables on motivation through the workload of Undata Hospital nurses has a t-count value of 4.834 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indirect effects coefficient has a positive value of 0.313.
