Abstract

Background: Ketidakmampuan secara finansial dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang bermukim di wilayah Vatutela Kelurahan Tondo Kecamatan Mantikulore, tampak nyata. Salah satu ukurannya adalah ketidakmampuan pembiayaan sekolah terhadap anak-anak mereka. Banyak anak usia sekolah tidak dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya karena tidak adanya jaminan pembiayaan dari kepala rumah tangga. Wilayah Vatutela sesungguhnya mememiliki potensi alam yang cukup bagi masyarakatnya, yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai lahan pertanian, perkebunan, atau ladang. Nantinya lahan teresbeut dapat dikelola dan menjadi pekerjaan tetap bagi masyarakatnya. Beranjak dari kenyataan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan; 1) Menciptakan kerja yang menghasilkan pendapatan bagi rumah tangga; 2) Menginisiasi pengelolaan lahan yang selama ini terabaikan menjadi lahan produktif; 3) Dukungan dan pembinaan motivasi berwirausaha. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran andragogi yang bertujuan menciptakan para mitra dapat mengarahkan dirinya sendiri dan mampu menjadi guru bagi dirinya sendiri. Hasil: Tampak pada perluasan lahan garapan masyarakat oleh karena tersedianya air yang lebih dekat pada lahan perkebunan. Kesimpulan: Penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga mulai tampak dengan menghasilkan produksi perkebunan yang dapat dikonsumsi sendiri ataupun dijual di pasar seperti, jagung, kacang tanah, dan sayur-sayuran.

Abstract

This study analyzes how employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) of Central Sulawesi Province is influenced by career development and digital leadership. The challenges of digital transformation, which require public organizations to improve their work effectiveness and emphasize the importance of human resources for organizational success, are the background of this study. This study uses a quantitative method, and the population consists of 127 employees. 100 respondents are the research sample selected randomly using the simple random sampling method. Data were collected through observation and questionnaire distribution, reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) were used to analyze it. The results show that career development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and digital leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on career development. Together, these two variables contribute 84.1% to the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 15.9% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of the recruitment and selection process on employee performance at the Balitbangda Office of Donggala Regency. This study uses an associative quantitative method involving 40 employees selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 23. The findings show that recruitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.004. Meanwhile, selection also shows a positive and significant impact with a significance value of 0.005. Simultaneously, recruitment and selection show a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 and an R Square of 0.823, which means that both variables can explain 82.3% of the variation in performance. The results of this study are in line with the existing situation at Balitbangda, where there are problems such as delays in research reports and competency mismatches among employees. Therefore, it is important to improve competency-focused recruitment and conduct objective and transparent selection so that employee productivity and professionalism can be increased. The findings of this study are expected to provide input for Balitbangda in improving human resource management policies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teamwork synergy and work discipline as an important foundation in increasing teacher productivity at SMP Negeri 18 Palu. The method used is quantitative with a population and sample of 30 people including the principal and teachers. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling approach. Data collection in this study was obtained through interviews and questionnaire distribution which were then processed using the SPSS ver. 25 application. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained state that: (1) partially teamwork has a positive and significant effect on increasing teacher productivity; (2) partially work discipline has a positive and significant effect on increasing teacher productivity; and (3) simultaneously there is a significant influence between teamwork and work discipline on teacher productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penemptan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 karyawan dari PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS for wind release 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam Kemudian secara parsial baik variabel penempatan kerja maupun variabel pengalaman kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam. Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R square sebesar 0,679 yang menunjukkan bahwa 67,9% variabel prestasi kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel penempatan kerja dan pengalaman kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial Pengaruh work life balance dan beban kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bank Sulteng Kabupaten Morowali. Penulis menggunakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 31 Karyawan Bank Sulteng Kabupaten Morowali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS for wind release 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel work life balance (X1) dan beban kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Kemudian secara parsial variabel work life balance berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dan beban kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Bank Sulteng Kabupaten Morowali. Koefisien determinasi memperlihatkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,635 yang menunjukkan bahwa 63,5% variabel kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh variabel work life balance dan beban kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kualitas SDM terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 karyawan dari PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kualitas SDM secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam. Kemudian secara parsial baik variabel gaya kepemimpinan maupun variabel kualitas SDM secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Idola Tunggal Rona Alam.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the effect of green transformational leadership education grounded in local wisdom on sustainable performance, with green behavior positioned as a mediating variable among employees at PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP). Method: An explanatory quantitative research design was employed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The sample consisted of 100 employees, determined based on the ten-times rule relative to the number of measurement indicators. Data were collected through structured online questionnaires and field observations. The measurement model was evaluated using convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability testing, while the structural model was assessed through path coefficients, R², Q², and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping procedures. Results: The findings indicate that green transformational leadership education based on local wisdom has a positive and significant direct effect on sustainable performance (β = 0.519; T = 7.433; p < 0.001) and on green behavior (β = 0.661; T = 11.749; p < 0.001). Green behavior also significantly influences sustainable performance (β = 0.359; T = 4.613; p < 0.001). Furthermore, green behavior partially mediates the relationship between green transformational leadership education and sustainable performance (β = 0.238; T = 4.195; p < 0.001). The model explains 64.5% of the variance in sustainable performance and demonstrates strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.80). Novelty:This study offers empirical evidence on the behavioral mechanism through which green transformational leadership education embedded in local wisdom enhances sustainable performance. Distinct from existing literature that applies Western-centric frameworks, this research demonstrates that integrating indigenous values such as metapoko-pokofali and mefalo-falo into leadership education strengthens the internalization of pro-environmental behavior. By positioning green behavior as a partial mediating construct, the research provides a contextualized model for strengthening long-term organizational performance in resource-intensive industrial settings.
