AbstractIndonesian Islam ideas clearly elaborate the teachings of Islam which are promoting the tolerance, creating Muslim society which is harmonious and respecting the minority rights, such as on Ahmadiyyaâs issues. This article shows how Ahmadiyya communities are able to survive in Yogyakarta through educational institution and how the others society receive their existence peacefully. Limiting its scope on Ahmadiyyaâs school namely, Yayasan PIRI (Perguruan Islam Republik Indonesia) Yogyakarta which established on 1942 and it labeled as Ahmadiyyaâs school based on its history especially refers to Gerakan Ahmadiyya Indonesia. This paper drawn on the acceptability of Ahmadiyya-affiliated school around the society and its effort to negotiate their position used the Indonesian Islam ideas as the approach and the perspective. Furthermore, researcher will point out its uniqueness from the curriculum (learning materials), the educators and its learning methods in order to find the basic characteristics which it appropriate with what Indonesian Islam ideas could be contributed  Keywords: Indonesian Islam, Ahmadiyyaâs school, Yayasan PIRI YogyakartaAbstrakGagasan-gagasan Islam di Indonesia dengan jelas menguraikan ajaran ajaran Islam yang mempromosikan toleransi dan menciptakan masyarakat Muslim yang harmonis dan menghargai hak-hak minoritas, seperti isu-isu Ahmadiyah. Artikel ini menunjukkan bagaimana masyarakat Ahmadiyah dapat bertahan di Yogyakarta melalui institusi pendidikan dan bagaimana masyarakat lain menerima keberadaan mereka secara damai. Membatasi lingkupnya di sekolah Ahmadiyah yaitu Yayasan PIRI (Perguruan Islam Republik Indonesia) yang didirikan pada tahun 1942 dan diberi label sebagai sekolah Ahmadiyah berdasarkan sejarahnya, terutama mengacu pada Gerakan Ahmadiyah Indonesia. Makalah ini menggambarkan keberterimaan sekolah berafiliasi Ahmadiyah di sekitar masyarakat dan upayanya untuk menegosiasikan posisi mereka menggunakan gagasan-gagasan Islam Indonesia sebagai pendekatan dan perspektifnya. Selanjutnya, peneliti akan menunjukkan keunikannya dari kurikulum (materi pembelajaran), para pendidik dan metode belajarnya untuk mengetahui karakteristik dasar yang sesuai dengan gagasan Islam Indonesia. Kata kunci: Islam Indonesia, sekolah Ahmadiyyah, Yayasan PIRI Yogyakarta

This paper describes on the regulation of nikah sirri and its responds from the various society, especially from the religious leaderâs view in Madura. Criminalizing the subject of nikah sirri become debatable issues for Madurese community in the socially and religiously context. Either the acceptations or refutations for this case become the crucial point to discuss academically because both of responses supported by the logical argumentations. It considered as the progressive policy to minimize it cases and protect the rights of wife and children legally, socially and economically. In other side, the criminalizing regulation viewed as the overlapping law because it reduction the Islamic Law. In order to bridge this case, the leader communities played the significant role to mediate it through the legal frameworks.   Furthermore, this paper aims to provide the position of criminalizing regulation for the subject of nikah sirri as well as the role of leader communities in Madura to mediate the differs argumentations behind it. In conclusion, the researcher believed that the leader communities in Madura have the opportunities to solve the problems of nikah sirri based on the religious, social and cultural reasons.

This study aims to find out and analyze illustrations and mapping of material and illustration pictures of the Book Teaching of Fiqih, Al-Qur'an Hadith and Akidah Akhlak in class X MA 2013 curriculum in a gender perspective. The analysis uses two aspects: Macro aspects with an indicator of Marginalization, Subordination, Stereotype, Double Burden and Violence and Micro aspects with an indicator of Access, Participation, Control and Benefits. The results of the study show that, the illustrations in the three textbooks based on the macro and micro aspects provide space restrictions for women. The mapping of the tendency is still dominated by men, but on the other hand, the position of women and the rubrics that display both get a fairly high percentage

ABSTRACT Tracing back through the historical line of Indonesian Islamic Schooling, the management model of gender segregation can be analyzed explicitly. This research will trace the model of gender’s segregation which concerned on the management of learner and it involving the indicators of gender analysis, namely the access and the participation as well as the Gender Analysis Pathway (GAP). This research conducted in MA Sunan Pandanaran Yogyakarta due to the some scientific reasons. From the brief explanation above, the research will be concerned on: First, the management of learner and its relevance on the model of gender’s segregation. Second, Its analytical relationship based on the indicators of GAP and the indicator of access as well as participation of learners. Munculnya era baru yaitu era industri 4.0 menjadi tantangan dan peluang dalam segala aspek kehidupan dan termasuk di dalamnya yaitu dunia pendidikan. Saat ini buku yang terbesar peredarannya masih didominasi oleh buku cetak, hal ini tentu menjadi peluang untuk memunculkan buku non cetak sebagai solusi menghadai era revolusi industri 4.0. Salah satu buku non cetak yang bisa dibuat yaitu bahan cetak berbasis aplikasi Android. Sebagai matakuliah yang wajib diambil oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Sastra Arab, Universitas Negeri Malang, yaitu Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i. Seiring munculnya era revolusi industri 4.0 perlu adanya terobosan baru dalam matakuliah ini. Orientasi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menawarkan desain bahan ajar Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida’i berbasis android. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa analisis Rencana Perkuliahan Semester (RPS) yang berupa penyusunan materi bahan ajar yaitu aplikasi android dan desain bahan ajar yang terdiri dari 14 materi yang telah dibahas. Abstract: Social conflict resolution is often viewed as a complex matter. Thus, a non-formal approach is needed to complement the formal approach of Law No.7 of 2012 that was legalized by The House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia several years ago. It is not uncommon for non-formal conflict resolution to be more effective since it has a broader acceptance in society. A non-formal approach does not mean to undermine the existing laws; it can even complement it and become an alternative solution when the formal approach does not work. This study aims to describe the model of social conflict resolution based on Law No.7 of 2012 and the Quran as a comprehensive combination in resolving social conflict through a formal and non-formal approach. This study discusses that the Quran has a unique formula in resolving social conflicts by emphasizing the principal of kindness to prevent conflicts and implementing justice as a resolution to conflicts.الملخص: معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي كثيرا ما يكون أمرا صَعْباً تدوْر٠ØÙˆÙ„Ù‡ أبعادٌ معقَّدَةٌ, وهناك ØØ§Ø¬Ù‘ةٌ ماسّةٌ لمعالجتÙÙ‡ من النّهج غير الرسميّ بجانب النهج الرسميّ الّذي قرَّرَه مجلس٠النّواب الشعبي بواسطة القانون رقم 7 سنة 2012 عدة سنوات ماضية, إذْ قد يكون النهج غير الرسميّ أكثَرَ ÙØ¹Ø§Ù„يةً وقبولًا لدى المجتمع ÙÙŠ معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي. وهذا النوع من النهج لا يعني إلغاء القانون الوطني الرسمي, بل ÙŠØ³ÙØ¯Ù‘ÙÙ‡ ويكمّÙÙ„Ùه٠—خصوصا إذا كان هناك عواعÙق٠تعوق٠دون نجاØ. تستهْدÙÙ٠هذه المقالَة٠إلى وص٠النماذج ÙÙŠ معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر القانون رقم 7 سنة 2012 ووجهة نظر الإسلام, رجاءً Ø§Ù„ØØµÙˆÙ„ على النموذج المثالي المتكامل لهذه القضية. تص٠هذه المقالة أن للقرآن صيغة خاصة متميزة ÙÙŠ معالجة النـزاع الاجتماعي, وهو تأييد "اللط٠لمنع النزاع" وتطبيق "العدل ÙƒØÙ„ للصراع"Abstrak: Penanganan konflik sosial seringkali berdimensi kompleks. Oleh karena itu, perlu diupayakan penyelesaian konflik dengan pendekatan non-formal, di samping pendekatan formal melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 yang disahkan oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) Republik Indonesia beberapa waktu silam. Tidak jarang, penanganan konflik secara non-formal justru lebih efektif karena mempunyai level keberterimaan yang lebih luas dan tinggi di tengah masyarakat. Pendekatan non-formal ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk mengesampingkan undang-undang yang telah diberlakukan itu, tetapi justru melengkapinya sekaligus menjadi alternatif solusi jika pendekatan formal mengalami kebuntuan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model penanganan konflik sosial menurut UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 dan Al-Qur’an, sebagai kombinasi penanganan konflik sosial yang komprehensif, baik melalui jalur formal maupun non-formal. Tulisan ini akan memaparkan bahwa Al-Qur’an memiliki formula penanganan konflik sosial yang unik dan khas, yakni penekanan prinsip kebaikan sebagai prevensi konflik, dan penerapan prinsip keadilan sebagai resolusi konflik.

The ideology of Brunei Darussalam contributes in shaping the [Islamic] Education system. Politically, Brunei applies the concept of Malay, Islam, Beraja (MIB) as an ideological basis. This research is oriented to two main discussions. First is the historical trajectory of MIB in Brunei and its relation to the education system. The second is the dimension of educational philosophy and Islamic education philosophy in Brunei by drawing its relation to the MIB. This research uses a qualitative-naturalistic approach. This research was conducted in Brunei, October 2019. Data was collected through interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), observation, document and literature studies. In data collection, this research involved academics from Kolej Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan (KUPU) and Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA). The findings show that the MIB is related to the model perennialism and progressivism. However, from Islamic education philosophy, MIB gives a traditionalist style to the mazhabi and modernist education system.

One of the issues which has been attracted by Muslim scholars is the religious moderation mainstreaming. Pesantren, as the oldest and indigenous educational institution in Indonesia, is inseparable from such issue. This study examines the development of moderation a basic idea of pesantren. This paper is divided into three parts. First is introducing the articulation of moderation in pesantren from various perspectives. Second is discussing the idea of Arkoun and al Jabiri’s ideas and its relation on moderation and pesantren. Third is elaborating the moderation of pesantren from its curriculum’s and extracurricular activities. This paper concerned on how Islamic moderation has shaped and disseminated through the learning process in pesantren?. Furthermore, this research was conducted at five pesantren in Kediri, East Java by considering their typologies and management. By using the interview method, literature study and in-depth observation, this research has produced data related to the research theme. Then, the results of research are to explore the complexity and continuity of Islamic moderation in pesantren and to prove that moderation mainstreaming in the grassroot is not static but flexible and dynamic as well as being fluid and multi-dimensional through the learning process and the extracurricular activities.
