Abstract

Pembangunan kampus IPB di Dramaga telah menimbulkan dampak fisik maupun non-fisik, seperti peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan perubahan kepadatan bangunan permukiman. Dampak pembangunan wilayah tersebut akan mendorong terbentuknya kondisi iklim artifisial yang memengaruhi kenyamanan termal terhadap penduduk yang tinggal di wilayah itu. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik termal lingkungan sekitar kampus IPB Dramaga dengan menggunakan pendekatan indeks termal, yaitu Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET). Karakteristik termal wilayah studi dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan tiga tahapan. Pertama mengidentifikasi nilai indeks termal PET dengan menggunakan model RayMan pada tutupan lahan bervegetasi dan penggunaan lahan permukiman. Tahap kedua menentukan tingkat kenyamanan termal berdasarkan hasil survei kuesioner; dan ketiga memetakan hubungan antara indeks termal PET dan tingkat kenyamanan termal  menggunakan teknik GIS untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik termal wilayah studi secara spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks termal PET dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kerapatan naungan vegetasi dan rasio antara tinggi bangunan dan jarak antar bangunan (height/width atau H/W). Nilai indeks termal PET semakin meningkat dengan berkurangnya kerapatan naungan vegetasi dan turunnya nilai rasio bangunan baik pada waktu pagi, siang maupun sore hari. Karakteristik termal lingkungan sekitar kampus IPB Dramaga secara keseluruhan memiliki tingkatan persepsi ‘nyaman’ yaitu pukul 7.00 hingga pukul 9.00 dengan nilai PET antara 27 ºC dan 30 ºC. Persepsi sangat tidak nyaman terjadi pada pukul 12.00 hingga 13.00 dengan nilai PET antara 38 ºC dan 42 ºC. Tingginya tekanan termal yang berupa peningkatan nilai indeks termal PET dapat dikurangi  dengan menambah kerapatan naungan vegetasi. Naungan vegetasi terbukti mampu mengurangi rentang nilai PET dan meningkatkan kenyamanan termal di wilayah studi.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha mikro (UMKM) di Kecamatan Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat. Program ini bermula dari keinginan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra dengan mengadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan materi membuat cara promosi online, membuat komunitas pemasaran digital, membuat portal website bagi UMKM di Kecamatan Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah penyadaran/pembelajaran, implementasi dan pelatihan atau evaluasi bagi pelaku usaha mikro (UMKM). Kemampuan pengetahuan pemasaran digital, peserta meningkat dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan pendampingan dilaksanakan. Peningkatan kemampuan wawasan pemasaran digital sebesar 70%. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, tingkat kepuasan peserta dari aspek pembicara, aspek materi, aspek sarana dan prasarana juga menunjukkan adanya kepuasan.

Abstract

Model prediksi awal musim hujan merupakan salah satu kunci yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi resiko kegagalan panen padi yang disebabkan oleh faktor iklim di provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Model prediksi awal musim hujan dibangun  dengan menggunakan data curah hujan observasi Sulawesi Selatan dan anomali suhu muka laut di kawasan Pasifik dan perairan Sulawesi. Pada studi ini dilakukan analisis pemilihan stasiun hujan observasi, penentuan awal musim hujan, analisis komponen utama dan pengelompokan, analisis korelasi awal musim hujan terhadap anomali suhu muka laut, pembangunan model untuk prediksi awal musimhujan dan verifikasi model.Hasil analisis awal musim hujan menunjukkan setiap stasiun hujan mempunyai perbedaan awal musim hujan dengan rata-rata jatuh pada Julian Date (JD) ke-348 (14 Desember). Berdasarkan hasil analisis PCA dan cluster, diperoleh bahwa di Sulawesi Selatan terbagi menjadi 3 cluster wilayah. Cluster 1 mempunyai pola hujan lokal, sedangkan cluster 2 dan 3 mempunyai pola hujan monsun. Pada peta korelasi antara awal musim hujan di Sulawesi Selatan dan anomali suhu muka laut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi nyata(r≥0.5) antara kawasan Pasifik dan Laut Sulawesi pada cluster 1 dan 2 pada bulan Juni Juli Agustus September(JJAS). Sedangkan pada cluster 3, korelasi nyata hanya pada bulan Juni di perairan Sulawesi. Model prediksi AMH terbaik, pada cluster 2 terdapat di domain prediktor kawasan pasifik dengan nilai r=0.82, sedangkan pada cluster 1 dan 3, terdapat di domain perairan Sulawesi dengan nilai r=0.78 dan r-0.48. Verifikasi model terpilih pada cluster 3 mempunyai RMSE = 3, sedangkan cluster 1 dan 2, nilai RMSE berturut-turut sebesar 16 dan 29. Model prediction of rainy season onset is one of the keys to reduce the risk of paddy harvest failure because of the climate factor in South Sulawesi province. The model prediction for rainy season onset was build using rainfall data in South Sulawesi and SST anomaly in the Pacific Ocean and Sulawesi Sea. This research is conducted to select the rainfall station, determine onset using rainfall data, analyze PCA and cluster, make a correlation between onset and SST anomaly, develop onset model prediction, and verify the selected model. The onset analysis showed that every rainfall stations have different onset with average is on the 348th of Julian Date (December 14th). Based on the PCA and cluster analysis, there were three clusters of rainfall regions. Cluster 1 has a local pattern, Cluster 2 and 3 have a monsoonal pattern. On the map of correlation between onset in South Sulawesi and SST anomaly showed that there were strong correlations with the Pacific Ocean and Sulawesi Sea in clusters 1 and 2 on JJAS. Moreover, it has a weak correlation in cluster 3 in June in the Sulawesi Sea. The best AMH model prediction for cluster 2 was on the Pacific Ocean domain with r=0.82, on cluster 1 dan 3 was on the Sulawesi sea with r=0.78 and r=0.48. The selected model verification showed that the smallest RMSE (RMSE=3) was on cluster 3, moreover, on clusters 1 and 2, the RMSE model was 16 and 29.

Abstract

Indonesia's climate is known to be challenging to adequately simulate by climate models because of the complexity of the weather system and sea-land distribution. Model evaluation is essential to measure confidence in the model results. This study evaluates the performance of the CORDEX-SEA model in simulating monthly rainfall patterns and the characteristics of seasonal rainfall, i.e., pattern, timing, length, and intensity, in Indonesia during 1986-2005. The performance of weighted (WMME) and unweighted ensemble methods are also calculated. Corrected CHIRPS data with similar seasonal patterns with point observation data is used as reference data to evaluate models. Percentage of the agreement of seasonal patterns between models and observation, FAR, and POD values were used to assess the model's ability to simulate seasonal patterns. WMME has the best seasonal patterns agreement with observation, 67% of all grids. The best model performance is shown by monsoonal patterns, with a POD value of 83% by WMME. Otherwise, all models could not describe an anti-monsoonal pattern, with a small POD (0-33%) and a high FAR (60-100%). In simulating the wet season on climatological, annual, and annual mean scales, both MMEs have similar performance and are better than individual models, with WMME performing best. However, on an annual scale, the yearly wet season produced by all models tends to approach its climatology value, making it less reliable in extreme years. Most models have higher daily and monthly rainfall than observation. In conclusion, the weighted ensemble method describes Indonesia's rainy season well, thus providing a reasonable basis for further research in climate projection analysis.

Abstract

Thermal comfort refers to the suitability of meteorological conditions for humans with the environment. Temperature is the main meteorological variable, which determines the thermal comfort as expressed in various climate indices. This study aims to analysis the distribution of thermal comfort, and to identify environmental factors influencing the comfort situated in North Sumatra, Indonesia. We applied the Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI) to determine the heat stress level for 2011 - 2020. The higher UTCI value indicates more uncomfortable conditions related to the higher heat stress. The results showed that the average value of UTCI in North Sumatra was categorised at moderate heat stress. Densely urbanised area in the eastern region contributed to high heat stress, whereas mountainous areas in central to west regions were at low level. Our findings found that climate season affected the distribution of heat stress level. The low heat stress occurred in December-February, while high heat stress happened in June-August. Further, findings revealed that altitude and land cover have contributed to UTCI variation by more than 75% variance.

Abstract

Diarrhea disease presents a significant public health concern due to its impact on mortality, and research showed that climate plays an important role on diarrhea prevalence. However, effect of climate on diarrhea incidence was inconsistent among climate factors. Here, we investigated this inconsistency thorough systematic literature review. Our review encompassed the formulation of research questions, development of literature search strategies, and the establishment of inclusion/exclusion criteria for systematic data extraction. We carried out an extensive search from peer-review literature databases including Scopus, Pubmed, and Proquest for articles published between January 2000 to March 2023. We found that 74 studies focusing on diarrhea diseases and climate influencing factors met our inclusive criteria. Climate factors that affected diarrhea were rainfall, temperature, humidity, and climate seasonality. Our findings revealed that a positive association between diarrhea and rainfall was consistently observed. Other climate factors (temperature and humidity) indicated a positive correlation as well, although viral diarrhea exhibited a negative correlation with temperature. Further, bacterial and parasitic diarrhea diseases were more prevalent in the rainy season, whereas viral diarrhea occurred more frequently during the dry season with lower temperatures.

Abstract

This research examines the effects of internal control, compliance, management remuneration, and work ethic on auditors' ethical behavior. The study involved 46 auditors from a public accounting firm in Central Jakarta, using purposive sampling. Both quantitative and descriptive statistical methods, along with multiple linear analysis, were employed. Data was collected through a questionnaire assessing internal control, compliance, management compensation, work ethic, and auditors' ethical behavior. Findings reveal that internal control and compensation significantly influence auditors' ethical behavior. However, management compensation alone does not have a significant effect. Work ethic also has a substantial impact on ethical behavior. Collectively, internal control, compliance, management compensation, and work ethic significantly affect auditors' ethical behavior. Managerial implications include the necessity for robust internal control systems to prevent unethical conduct and designing management compensation structures that do not incentivize unethical behavior.

Abstract

Majasto village was designated by the government as a Religious Tourism Area through the Sukoharjo Regency Spatial Plan. However, to support this, Majasto Village does not have a good management system and regional planning of village-owned enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa/Bumdes) to encourage its economic acceleration. This program aims to develop a tourism village area plan and optimal financial management for Bumdes. The method used is through mapping both physical and non-physical potentials of the village to obtain detailed information, which is done by conducting a mapping or survey to identify natural and artificial physical potential, as well as socioeconomic and historical aspects to understand the potential and problems through SWOT analysis. The results of this program are in the form of a Tourism Village Master Plan and a Priority Area Plan. The second result is the initiation of financial digitization training through Bumdes Financial Accounting System. This is done to ensure that Bumdes can record transactions and financial reporting properly. The integration of the development of Bumdes business unit based on the Tourism Village Master Plan and the Priority Area Plan (the first stage result) and the Bumdes Profile (the second stage result).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang peneliti temukan di Kelas V SD N 23 Mato Aia ketika pembelajaran tematik. Dimana guru lebih cenderung menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga pembelajaran yang kurang menyenangkan dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas V dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Giving Question And Getting Answer. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD N 23 Mato Aia sebanyak 19 orang siswa dengan 2 kali pertemuan untuk setiap siklus. Hasil dari penelitian setelah diberikan tindakan menggunakan model Giving Question And Getting Answer pada siklus I dan siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan. Ketuntasan pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia data awal 21%, siklus I 63% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%. Ketuntasan pada mata pelajaran IPS data awal 5%, siklus I 53% yang kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%.

Abstract

Pasar Kota Boyolali merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional yang menjadi pasar sentral di Kabupaten Boyolali. Pasar ini didirikan pada tahun 2008 setelah sebelumnya pernah mengalami kebakaran. Pasar Kota Boyolali merupakan pasar tradisional yang berada di pusat Kabupaten Boyolali, terletal di Jalan Pandanaran, bagian dari Desa Siswodipuran, Kecamatan Boyolali. Lokasi Pasar Kota Boyolali sangat strategis yaitu dipinggir jalan raya Solo-Semarang dan dekat dengan permukiman penduduk. Pasar Kota Boyolali merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional yang tergolong cukup besar di Kabupaten Boyolali. Permasalahan Pasar Kota Boyolali adalah aksesibilitas Pasar Kota Boyolalu bagi penyandang disabilitas. Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Boyolali No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan dan Pemenuhan Hak Penyandang Disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemudahan aksesibilitas pada Pasar Kota Boyolali bagi penyandang disabilitas, dan memberikan evaluasi terhadap permasalahan desain aksesibilitas di Pasar Kota Boyolali agar menjadi bangunan yang raman terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Untuk memahami suatu peristiwa, perilaku atau fenomena dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, peneliti lebih memperhatikan unsur manusia, objek dan Lembaga serta hubungan atau interaksi antar unsur tersebut. Dari analisis, diskusi, dan observasi dapat diambil kesimpulan mengenai aksesibilitas Pasar Kota Boyolali bagi penyandang disabilitas yaitu aksesibilitas beberapa fasilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas masih belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan Badan Standar Nasional (BSN) dan Pasar Kota Boyolali masih banyak dikunjungi oleh penyandang disabilitas yang kesulitan mengakses fasilitas tertentu. Misalnya tidak ada ramp menuju toilet, tidak terdapat pintu khusus, tidak ada ubin pandu dan ubin peringatan untuk memudahkan pergerakan penyandang disabilitas.
